Abstract

Net Asset Value (NAV) is a measure of investment performance for sharia mutual funds derived from the entire value of the mutual fund portfolio fewer liabilities. This research aims to analyze the effect of the rupiah exchange rate, inflation, Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) on Net Asset Value (NAV) of Sharia Mutual Funds. The object in this research consisted of 5 companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2012-2019. Panel data regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis in this study. A random effect is used to determine the differences in the effect. The result of this study concluded that rupiah exchange rate, inflation and JII and SBIS effect on NAV of sharia mutual funds simultaneously. Partially, an unstable rupiah exchange rate is considered to have an impact on the company's production factors and affect the validity of the stock price; This causes investments no longer be attractive to investors, thereby reducing the value of investments that have an impact on the declining mutual fund NAV. Inflation decreases the real income of people with fixed income will also reduce the value of wealth in the form of money so that people will prefer to invest their money in the form of real assets that will result in reduced investment in the financial and capital markets and lower the NAV value of Islamic Mutual Funds. JII describes the performance of stocks which are one of the portfolios of sharia mutual funds. If the JII index value rises, then the increase in the portfolio of sharia mutual funds that share type will also rise which will have an impact on the increase in the nett asset value of sharia mutual funds. SBIS does not affect the Sharia Mutual Funds NAV. The relationship between SBIS and the Sharia Mutual Fund NAV as well as the relationship between interest rates and stock prices is negative or in the opposite direction. If interest rates rise at an adequate level, investors will try to move their investments from stocks to deposits.

Abstract

Coastline is a dynamic phenomenon influenced by natural forces such as waves, currents, tides, and human activities such as coastal resource extraction and infrastructure development. Using Sentinel-2 imagery and geospatial technology, this study seeks to examine the changes in the coastline in the coastal areas of Lais, Air Besi, and Air Napal Districts, North Bengkulu Regency. The approach used includes image processing with geometric correction, Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), coastline digitization, and accuracy testing using a fusion matrix. The results of the analysis show that between 2019 and 2024 there will be considerable changes in the coastline, with an average erosion rate of 1,71 Meters per year. Some areas, such as Pasar Bembah 2.39 meters per year, Pal-30 2,182 meters per year, and Air Padang Village 3,293 meters per year, have experienced significant erosion. Air Padang Village is among the areas most affected by abrasion. Limiting human activities in areas prone to abrasion, planting coastal vegetation, and building sea walls are important strategies that can be used to reduce the impact of abrasion and shoreline changes.

Abstract

Riset ini mengkaji penerapan penegakan hukum terhadap kontrak digital sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian elektronik umumnya dikenal sebagai Click Wrap Agreement, yang memiliki ciri khas seperti dibuat melalui surat elektronik (email), disusun dengan situs web atau platform daring, memfasilitasi pemindahan informasi dan layanan secara virtual, memuat pertukaran data digital (Electronic Data Interchange/EDI), serta menggunakan lisensi click wrap atau shrink wrap dalam pembuatannya melalui internet. Penegakan hukum kontrak digital ini diatur dalam Pasal 1 angka 17 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 yang menegaskan kesepakatan para pihak bisa dilaksanakan dengansistem elektronik, namun keabsahannya tetap mengacu pada syarat sah perjanjian sesuai Pasal 1320 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPer) , yang meliputi kesepakatan, kecakapan, objek tertentu, sebab yang halal, serta asas kebebasan berkontrak, konsensualisme, itikad baik, kepercayaan, dan kepastian hukum

Abstract

The significant increase in internet penetration in Indonesia has driven the development of information technology by connecting more individuals to the digital world, which ultimately affects various sectors, including the financial sector, as evidenced by the emergence of technology-based financial institutions that are beginning to dominate transactions, namely financial technology (fintech). BNPL, or what is more commonly known as paylater, has now become an attractive payment option for people with limited budgets. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of trust, perceived ease, and promotion on the decision to use the SPayLater payment method in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study with data collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM with a component-based approach using PLS as the analysis tool. The results from 98 respondents indicate that trust, perceived ease, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions, with the highest factor loading value found in the indicator of engaging content creation under the promotion variable, and the strongest influence given by the perceived ease variable.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat desa merupakan bagian penting dari strategi nasional untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan yang merata. Koperasi, sebagai lembaga ekonomi rakyat, memiliki peran sentral dalam upaya ini. Artikel ini mengulas kebijakan dan langkah-langkah pembangunan koperasi berdasarkan Garis-Garis Besar Haluan Negara (GBHN) 1988 dan pelaksanaannya dalam Repelita IV dan V. Fokus utama diarahkan pada penguatan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) serta koperasi primer lainnya melalui pembinaan kelembagaan, peningkatan kemampuan usaha, dan perluasan peran koperasi dalam sektor-sektor strategis seperti pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, industri kecil, serta jasa. Artikel ini juga menyoroti berbagai tantangan internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi koperasi, serta merumuskan program-program yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja koperasi, baik dari sisi manajemen, keuangan, maupun edukasi anggota. Dengan demikian, koperasi diharapkan mampu menjadi penggerak utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan yang berkelanjutan, mandiri, dan berbasis masyarakat.

Abstract

The culinary MSME sector has shown significant growth in major cities such as Surabaya, driven by high consumer demand for affordable and accessible food services. This study aims to analyze the influence of location and price perception on customer loyalty at Dapur Bu Hepy in Surabaya. This is a quantitative study using a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that both location and price perception have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with price perception contributing the strongest influence. The most dominant indicator within the price perception variable is price competitiveness, which is considered the main reason customers remain loyal to Dapur Bu Hepy.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Boja masih berada di bawah standar nasional, meskipun telah ada berbagai program peningkatan kualitas. Kesenjangan ini menunjukkan perlunya kajian mengenai faktor yang memengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik, khususnya peran guru penggerak dan kemampuan literasi digital yang jarang diteliti secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto pada 103 guru SD Negeri yang dipilih melalui proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket berskala Likert, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik peran guru penggerak maupun literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya memperkuat kapasitas guru penggerak pembelajaran sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dalam menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah perlunya strategi pengembangan profesional guru yang berkelanjutan untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a high risk of natural disasters, so disaster mitigation literacy needs to be instilled from an early age through formal education in schools. This study aims to determine the level of understanding of disaster mitigation literacy among students in Geography learning using the Independent Curriculum at SMAN 7, Bengkulu City. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 104 randomly selected eleventh-grade students. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the percentage of student\ understanding. The results showed that the majority of students had an understanding level ranging from understanding to very understanding, with an average percentage above 76 percent. These findings indicate that integrating disaster mitigation material into Geography learning can improve students' disaster literacy. This study concluded that strengthening contextual and practical learning methods, such as local case studies and disaster simulations, is very important for students to be better prepared to face disaster risks in vulnerable areas. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for teachers, schools, and policymakers in developing Geography learning strategies that aremore applicable and relevant to local conditions.

Abstract

English speaking has become a central focus in public school language instruction as a response to the increasing demand for global communication skills. To improve students' speaking proficiency, various instructional models have been implemented, one of which is the English-Speaking Instructional Model. This study aims to investigate how the model is applied to eighth-grade students at SMPN 2 Blitar. Employing a qualitative descriptive research design, data were collected through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and documentation analysis. The findings indicate that English teachers utilized instructional approaches such as ICARE (Introduction, Connect, Apply, Reflect, Extend) and Project-Based Learning to promote student engagement in communicative tasks. These tasks were carefully structured based on the annual and semester teaching plan, in alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum's emphasis on student-centered learning. Additionally, teachers integrated various digital and printed resources, including materials from the Internet and official platforms provided by the Ministry of Education to enrich the teaching and learning process. The study concludes that the effective application of this model, supported by appropriate instructional planning and resource selection, plays a significant role in enhancing students’ speaking abilities. It also underscores the need for ongoing teacher development to support innovative and adaptive English language instruction.

Abstract

Environmental pollution due to plastic waste is a serious global problem because it accelerates ecosystem damage. Companies like Garnier play an important role in reducing these impacts using eco-friendly packaging and the application of sustainability principles in their production. This study aims to analyze the impact of green marketing and brand image on the decision to purchase Garnier products through TikTok in the city of Surabaya. The quantitative method was used in conjunction with the purposive sampling technique for 99 respondents. The analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS software. The results show that green marketing and brand image have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions.
