Abstract

Nurses have an essential task and important role in hospital services. The increase in hospital services will affect the performance of nurses. Nurses are required to do quality work and provide professional services to patients. Nurses have more medical actions than other medical workers. This condition gives nurses more significant work pressure and increases stress levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between work factors and work stress experienced by nurses. The type of research is a quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were nurses who worked in Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta. The total population in this research is 191, and the samples taken were 125 people. This study used a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that 53 nurses (42.4%) experienced work stress, and 72 (57.6%) did not experience work stress. The bivariate analysis results show a significant association between job demands, social support, interpersonal relationships, roles and organisational changes with job stress. There is also an insignificant association between control over work and job stress.

Abstract

Pada saat tidur hormone pertumbuhan diproduksi oleh tubuh bayi tiga kali lebih banyakdibandingkan saat bayi terbangun. Karena saat tidur pertumbuhan otak bayi mencapai puncaknya, makatidur nyenyak sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan bayi. Dengan jumlah responded 285 bayi. Diperoleh data51,3% bayi mengalami gangguan tidur, 42% bayi tidur malam kurang dari 9 jam. Alat monitoring inidigunakan untuk memantau bayi yang sedang tidur dengan memanfaatkan sensor Load Cell untukmendeteksi keberadaan bayi dan sensor suara untuk mendeteksi tangisan bayi, Node MCU ESP 8266sebagai pusat kendalinya dan platform IoT Blynk sebagai antarmuka pengguna yang terhubung ke jaringaninternet. Alat monitoring bayi saat tidur berbasis IoT dengan mikrokontroler Node MCU ESP 8266 telatselesai dibangun dan dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk memantau keberadaan bayi dan mendeteksi 2kgmaka alat akan mengirimkan notifikasi “Bayi Tidak Di Tempat” dan Ketika berat terdeteksi 2kg makaalat akan mengirimkan notifikasi “Bayi Tidur”. Sensor suara dapat mendeteksi sumber suara dengan jarak0 – 50 cm. Ketika sumber suara berjarak 0 – 50 cm maka alat akan mengirimkan notifikasi “Bayi Menangis”dan Ketika jarak sumber suara 50 cm maka suara tidak akan terdeteksi dan alat tidak mengirimkannotifikasi apapun ke aplikasi Blynk.

Abstract

The creation of tourism-aware youth groups, or Pokdarwis, in various communities along the coast of Aceh Jaya Regency has demonstrated actual awareness of the huge potential of tourism. Pokdarwis Pasie Luah, located in Dayah Baroe Village, Krueng Sabee District, is one of these pokdarwis. Teuku Umar University collaborates with Pokdarwis Pasie Luah through community service activities to improve the quality of human resources in the tourism sector and to develop a marketing mix plan to entice tourists to visit tourist spots in Aceh Jaya. The execution of capacity building training and culinary instruction is the concrete aspect of this community service initiative.  Electric scooters, tents, and advertising materials have also been supplied to assist with promotional operations in order to boost visitor visits. Community service activities that contribute to the empowerment of the Pasie Luah Pokdarwis could serve as a model for initiatives to empower other pokdarwis in Aceh Jaya Regency. So that the results of this community program can be sustained and turned into a movement for all tourist stakeholders to work together to promote the Aceh Jaya tourism sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis pengaruh herding behaviour dan heuristic bias terhadap keputusan investasi pada nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Imam Bonjol Meulaboh. Sampel didalam penelitian ini berjumlah 167 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner skala likert 1 sampai 5. Metode analisa regresi menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling -partial least Square (SEM- PLS) yang dibantu menggunakan software SMART-PLS 4. Hasil yang didapatkan tidak terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan herding behaviour terhadap keputusan investasi dengan nilai (P value) 0,205 > 0,05 dan nilai dari ( T- statistic) sebesar 1,267) < 1,96. Sedangkan heuristic bias berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia dengan perolehan nilai (P value) 0,000 < 0,05 dan ( T- statistic) 14,382> 1,96. Hasil pengujian R square adjusted dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 0,657 atau besar kontribusi didalam penelitian ini sebesar 65% persen.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan indeks harga saham gabungan pra dan pasca pengumuman Covid-19 di Negara ASEAN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian event study. Waktu pengamatan dibagi kedalam tiga stage yaitu pengumuman Covid-19 di Wuhan, Pengumuman Kasus Pertama c, dan pengumuman kasus Omicron di setiap Negara ASEAN. Waktu pengamatan dilihat dari 15 hari sebelum pengumuman dan 15 hari setelah pengumuman. Populasi penelitian ini adalah indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di seluruh negara ASEAN. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling method. Sebanyak 6 sampel negara didapatkan yaitu, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, Filipina, dan Vietnam. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode paired sample t test untuk data normal dan Wilcoxon Sign rank test untuk data yang tidak terdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada harga Composite Index negara Indonesia, Singapura, Vietnam dan Thailand pra dan pasca pengumuman covid-19 di Wuhan. Sementara Malaysia dan Filipina tidak terdapat perbedaan pada harga Composite Index pra dan pasca pengumuman covid-19 di Wuhan. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada harga Composite Index negara Indonesia, Singapura, Vietnam, Filipina, dan Malaysia pra dan pasca pengumuman covid-19 di negara tersebut. Sementara itu tidak Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada harga Composite Index negara Thailand pra dan pasca pengumuman covid-19 di negara tersebut. Dan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada harga Composite Index negara Indonesia, Singapura, Vietnam, dan Malaysia pra dan pasca pengumuman Omicron di negara tersebut. Sementara itu tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada harga Composite Index negara Thailand dan Filipina pra dan pasca pengumuman Omicron di negara tersebut. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, Pasar Modal

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Kepariwisataan merupakan fenomena yang kompleks yang membentuk suatu sistem yang saling berkelindaan. Karena suatu sistem, perubahan yang terjadi disuatu elemen atau komponen akan mempengaruhi kinerja sistem secara keseluruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap kepercayaan, kualitas layanan terhadap kepercayaan, kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan melalui kepercayaan, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan melalui kepercayaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan jumlah Sampel terdiri dari 44 orang wisatawan manca negara, 66 orang wisatawan Nusantara yang berkunjung ke destinasi Kepulauan Togean. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa (1) citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan (2) kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan (4) citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan (5) kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan (6) citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan melalui kepercayaan (7) kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan melalui kepercayaan. Kata Kunci: Citra Destinasi, Kualitas Layanan, Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Wisatawan.   ABSTRACT   This research aims to determine the effect of destination image on trust, service quality on trust, trust on tourist satisfaction, destination image on tourist satisfaction, service quality on tourist satisfaction, destination image on tourist satisfaction through trust, and service quality on tourist satisfaction through trust. Hypothesis testing uses PLS-SEM with a sample size consisting of 44 foreign tourists, 66 domestic tourists visiting the Togean Islands destination. Based on the results of the analysis, (1) destination image has a positive and significant effect on trust (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction (4) destination image has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction ( 5) service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction (6) destination image has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction through trust (7) service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction through trust. Abstract

Patients with impaired glucose tolerance due to excessive insulin secretion and glucose levels will be maintained at normal levels or slightly increased. However, the role of B cells if they are unable to keep up with the increased need for insulin, then glucose levels will increase and type II DM will occur. Despite the impaired insulin secretion that is characteristic of type II DM, there is still insulin in adequate amounts to prevent the breakdown of fat and the production of ketone bodies that accompany it, therefore diabetic ketoacidosis does not occur in type II DM, however, type II DM does. Uncontrolled will cause other acute problems such as non-ketotic hypoglycemic hyperglycemic syndrome (HHNK). The problems that arise here are Mrs. Y's partners/family do not know 1) the conditions that pose a risk of a critical condition in people with diabetes mellitus, her family/Mrs. Y do not know what can prevent DM people from being in a critical condition. 2) Mrs. Y stated that his blood sugar tends to rise because he is not disciplined in consuming and managing food intake. The results of the conversation between the Tuanku Tambusai Hero University service team and one of the residents of the Bangkinang Seberang Village, Muara Uwai Village, namely Mrs. Y, who also has diabetes mellitus from heredity and unhealthy eating habits, which results in an increase in blood sugar. Mrs. Y was diagnosed with DM in May 2022, when her blood sugar level was detected at 350 mg/dL. She was advised by her doctor to undergo insulin therapy for life. If you experience critical signs and symptoms of DM, immediately go to the health service so that you can get action quickly and precisely.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption, in said that indicator otherwise normal distribution and correlation Linear in significance between each independent variable and the dependent variable, to the amount of influence Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning are all having a positive direction and not significant in their influence on the level of sales in Upnormal Coffee in the city of Palu

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of the utilization of digital marketing, market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance and their impact on customer satisfaction at McDonald's Palu City. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a sampling technique using Slovin. In this research, quantitative and qualitative data were used, and the data sources used were secondary data and primary data. The research population was the overall element of McDonald's visitors in August - December 2022 in Palu City, totaling 5,545. Based on the above calculations, the sample who became respondents of the research was adjusted to as many as 100 people or around 12% of the total visitors. Based on the research findings of the hypothesis testing that carried out in the research using partial last square analysis, it shows that the Utilization of Digital Marketing variable affects marketing performance, the Market Orientation variable affects marketing performance, the Product Innovation variable affects marketing performance, and the satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between the variables of the Utilization of Digital Marketing and Product Innovation on marketing performance while market orientation is not mediated.

Abstract

Stress is a negative emotional experiences are accompanied by changes in biochemical, physiological, cognitive and behavioral predictability. Stress can also be interpreted as a condition that suppresses psychological state of a person in reaching an occasion in which to achieve this occasion there is a limit or barrier. Sport Habits is a physical activity that is planned, structured, and done repeatedly and intended to improve or maintain physical fitness. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of sports habits toward the level of stress on students of the Faculty of Medicine, University XYZ. This study is a descriptive and analytical. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Medicine, University XYZ totaling 220 people with a sample of 72 people. The sampling technique used was stratified consecutive sampling. The data collected by distributing questionnaires, data processing using computer statistics program and analyzed using bivariate using Chi Square test. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents (62,5%) did not have a habit of exercise and also the majority of respondents experiencing moderate stress (51,4%). Chi Square test results show the value of p = 0,000 ( p0,05) so there is the influence of the sport habits toward stress levels
