Abstract

Efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap Gen Z sangat bergantung pada media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Youtube sebagai media pembelajaran dianggap sesuai dengan karakteristik Gen Z yang akrab dengan teknologi dan menyukai konten visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Youtube dalam membantu penguasaan materi PAI pada siswa kelas XI IPA di MAN 4 Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sampel sebanyak 18 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data mencakup tiga tahapan: perencanaan, penerapan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Youtube sebagai media pembelajaran PAI terbukti efektif. Video pembelajaran di Youtube mampu menyajikan materi secara menarik dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, siswa dapat mengakses ulang video untuk memperdalam pemahaman mereka. Metode ini juga meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, motivasi belajar, serta penguasaan materi PAI. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran melalui Youtube menjadi alternatif yang relevan dan efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad ke-21, terutama bagi generasi yang sangat dekat dengan dunia digital seperti Gen Z.The effectiveness of Islamic Education (PAI) learning for Generation Z highly depends on the media used. YouTube, as a learning medium, is considered suitable for the characteristics of Gen Z who are familiar with technology and prefer visual content. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using YouTube in helping students master PAI material, focusing on 11th-grade science students at MAN 4 Pidie. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with a sample of 18 students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis involves three stages: planning, implementation, and reflection. The results show that YouTube is an effective learning medium for PAI. YouTube videos present the material in an engaging and easily understandable way. Moreover, students can rewatch the videos to deepen their understanding. This method also enhances students’ confidence, motivation, and mastery of the material. Therefore, learning through YouTube proves to be a relevant and effective alternative in addressing 21st-century learning challenges, especially for a generation closely connected to the digital world like Gen Z.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan efektivitas Program Diniyah terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh mengenai materi shalat, mengingat pentingnya pemahaman keagamaan dalam praktik ibadah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap kepala sekolah dan sepuluh siswa sebagai narasumber utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Diniyah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa baik secara kognitif maupun afektif. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam memahami teori dasar shalat dan kemampuan mempraktikkan ibadah dengan benar. Selain itu, program ini juga berkontribusi pada perubahan sikap dan perilaku siswa dalam melaksanakan shalat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pendidikan formal dan perlunya dukungan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan dari Program Diniyah dapat meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam membentuk karakter spiritual siswa. Dengan demikian, Program Diniyah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penguatan pemahaman keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk membangun kebiasaan ibadah yang konsisten di kalangan siswa, yang pada gilirannya dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan spiritual dan moral mereka.This study aims to determine the effect and effectiveness of the Diniyah Program on improving the understanding of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh regarding prayer material, given the importance of religious understanding in the practice of worship. The method used was a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with the principal and ten students as the main informants. The results showed that the Diniyah Program succeeded in improving students' understanding both cognitively and affectively. Students showed improvement in understanding the basic theory of prayer and the ability to practice worship correctly. In addition, the program also contributed to changes in students' attitudes and behaviors in performing prayers. The findings confirm the importance of integrating Islamic values in formal education and the need for a conducive learning environment. The implications of this study suggest that continuous evaluation and improvement of the Diniyah Program can increase its effectiveness in shaping students' spiritual character. Thus, the Diniyah Program serves not only as a strengthening of religious understanding, but also as a means to build consistent habits of worship among students, which in turn can have a positive impact on their spiritual and moral development

Abstract

Human resource management is a key factor in service industries, as employee competence, motivation, and professionalism directly affect service quality and organizational performance. Effective Human resource practices, including structured recruitment, continuous training, performance management, and reward systems, not only enhance productivity but also strengthen organizational culture and employee commitment. This study aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Human resource management, analyze the organization’s strategic position using Internal Factor Evaluation and External Factor Evaluation, and formulate strategies to improve service quality. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with purposively selected informants, including leaders, Human resource managers, and senior employees. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed interactively using the Miles and Huberman model and supplemented with SWOT analysis. Findings show that internal strengths, such as a supportive work environment, strong leadership-employee relationships, and employee loyalty, can be leveraged to exploit external opportunities, including market growth and supportive policies. Recommended strategies include promotional initiatives, performance-based rewards, structured recruitment, and regular training. The study concludes that effective Human resource management is essential for creating a competent, motivated, and service-oriented workforce, aligning internal capabilities with external opportunities, and sustaining a competitive advantage in dynamic service industries.

Abstract

The proliferation of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) has revolutionized modern communication, offering cost-effective, feature-rich alternatives to traditional telephony. However, the inherent packet-switched nature of VoIP introduces challenges in maintaining real-time voice quality, primarily due to jitter—variations in packet arrival timing—and subsequent packet loss. This study empirically investigates the effectiveness of Jitter Buffer (JB) algorithms in mitigating these issues across diverse commercial network environments. Using a rigorous pre-test/post-test design, we evaluated VoIP call quality by deactivating and then reactivating JB mechanisms on the FreePBX platform. Utilizing standardized metrics, including Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) for jitter quantification and packet loss rate, and employing the G.711 codec with Linphone clients across three distinct commercial ISPs, we captured and analyzed performance under controlled conditions. Baseline measurements revealed significant jitter and packet loss variations across ISPs, with one ISP exhibiting particularly precarious transmission stability. Post-implementation, our findings demonstrate substantial improvements across all ISPs. Notably, packet loss was reduced to 0% across all packets, and MAD values decreased dramatically, indicating significantly enhanced temporal stability. These results, further translated through the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) framework, confirm JB's critical role in stabilizing VoIP transmissions, validating its efficacy as a generalizable solution for improving voice quality and user experience in practical, real-world network conditions, irrespective of underlying ISP infrastructure disparities.

Abstract

The growth of digital technology and rising awareness of halal values have transformed marketing strategies in the culinary industry, particularly for medium-sized businesses. These businesses, typically employing 10–50 staff or generating in annual revenue, face unique challenges in building customer trust. This study aims to evaluate how social media marketing, halal value, brand image, product innovation, and customer satisfaction contribute to trust in medium-sized culinary businesses and to develop a conceptual framework. A systematic literature review was conducted, analyzing 71 articles from 412, published between 2014 and 2024, using the PRISMA framework. The findings show that innovative products, engaging social media content, consistent brand image, and transparent halal practices enhance customer satisfaction, which strengthens trust. Satisfaction acts as a key link, connecting these factors to customer loyalty through positive experiences. The study highlights that medium-sized culinary businesses can build strong customer connections by aligning strategies with local values and consumer needs. In conclusion, this research offers a new framework for understanding trust-building in culinary businesses and provides practical strategies, such as using social media to share halal certifications and innovative menus, to foster loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the association between students’ learning interest and their mathematical problem-solving ability in solving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions. The research employed a quantitative descriptive-correlational design involving 33 seventh-grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Merangin. Learning interest was measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire, and students were categorized into high, moderate, and low interest groups based on mean and standard deviation scores. Problem-solving ability was assessed through three HOTS items representing Bloom’s cognitive levels C4 (analysis), C5 (evaluation), and C6 (creation), evaluated using Polya’s problem-solving indicators. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative analysis across interest categories. The results indicate that students with higher learning interest achieved better performance in problem-solving tasks. However, students’ performance was also influenced by the cognitive complexity of the HOTS items. The findings suggest that learning interest contributes positively to mathematical problem-solving ability.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze Influence of Lifestyle and Groups Reference to Loyalty Customer with Brand Satisfaction as Intervening variables in Sin Coffee Palu. Research use approach quantitative with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method . Data obtained through distribution questionnaire to customers and processed use SmartPLS . Research results show that Lifestyle and Group Reference influential positive and significant to Brand Satisfaction as well as Loyalty Customers . In addition , Brand Satisfaction is proven influential significant to Loyalty Customers . Other findings show that Brand Satisfaction plays a role as a significant mediator in connection between Lifestyle and Group Reference to Loyalty Customers . This result confirm that suitability style life , influence social , and level satisfaction to brand own role important in form loyalty customers at Sin Coffee. Research This expected can become references for manager in develop more marketing strategies​ effective and relevant with characteristics its consumers .

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and Product Quality on thrift clothing purchasing decisions through Impulse Buying on Generation Z in Palu City. The type of research used is causal associative. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling method . The sample used was 140 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS version 4.1. The scale used in this study was a Likert scale and the analysis tool used was PLS. The results showed that the influence of FoMO directly had a positive effect on impulse buying and a negative effect on purchasing decisions, product quality directly had a positive effect on impulse buying and purchasing decisions, and impulse buying had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results indirectly show that impulse buying can mediate a strong relationship between FoMO, product quality and consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser, viral marketing, dan brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian produk moisturizer The Originote melalui TikTok Shop di Kota Palu. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu masyarakat Kota Palu yang mengikuti akun Tiktok dari salah satu brand skincare, yaitu The Originote, yang melakukan pembelian di TikTok Shop. Sampel didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel akhir 80 responden. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya celebrity endorser, viral marketing, dan brand trust berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian moisturizer The Originote. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan figur publik sebagai endorser mampu meningkatkan daya tarik dan kredibilitas produk, sementara strategi efektif dalam menciptakan eksposur yang luas dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, brand trust memiliki peranan penting untuk membangun keyakinan konsumen terhadap kualitas dan konsistensi produk, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat keputusan pembelian. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan pemilihan celebrity endorser yang sesuai target pasar, meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran berbasis viral marketing, serta terus memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek agar dapat mengoptimalkan daya saing produk di pasar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Gunong Buloh, Kecamatan Panga, Kabupaten Aceh Jaya bertujuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi Rocket Stove sebagai solusi pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang lebih ramah lingkungan sekaligus mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah praktik pembakaran sampah secara terbuka yang berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran udara dan menurunkan kualitas lingkungan permukiman. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi lapangan, perancangan desain, pembangunan unit Rocket Stove, serta sosialisasi dan evaluasi bersama aparatur desa dan masyarakat. Rocket Stove dirancang sebagai alat pembakaran sistem vertikal dengan efisiensi pembakaran yang lebih baik dibanding metode konvensional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tersedianya satu unit Rocket Stove yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat sebagai sarana pembakaran sampah yang lebih terkontrol, serta meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih tertib. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung praktik pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efektif sekaligus memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan desa secara berkelanjutan.
