Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of flood disaster management policies in Balinggi Jati Village, Balinggi District, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Flood events occurring almost every year indicate that the implementation of disaster management policies still reflects a separation among the pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster stages. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Parigi Moutong Regency, the Balinggi Jati Village Government, and local communities. The analysis is guided by the policy implementation framework proposed by Knill and Tosun (2020). The findings show that flood disaster management policy is more oriented toward response and post-disaster activities, such as evacuation, aid distribution, and environmental recovery. Meanwhile, pre-disaster mitigation and preparedness have not been systematically developed due to limited budget support and situational inter-agency coordination. These findings highlight the need to strengthen an integrated disaster management policy across all phases, particularly through enhanced pre-disaster planning and institutional capacity at the village level

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Influencer Marketing and Fashion Trends on Purchasing Decisions through Consumer Trust on the TikTok Shop application among Generation Z in Palu City. The study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The study population is Generation Z in Palu City who have made purchases through TikTok Shop. The research sample consisted of 112 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that Influencer Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust and Purchasing Decisions. Fashion Trends also have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust and Purchasing Decisions. In addition, Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The results of the mediation test indicate that Consumer Trust is able to mediate the influence of Influencer Marketing and Fashion Trends on Purchasing Decisions. The findings of this study indicate that the better the influencer marketing strategy and the higher the product's suitability to fashion trends, the higher consumer trust will be, which ultimately increases purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop application among Generation Z in Palu City.

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze Influence of Lifestyle and Groups Reference to Loyalty Customer with Brand Satisfaction as Intervening variables in Sin Coffee Palu. Research use approach quantitative with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method . Data obtained through distribution questionnaire to customers and processed use SmartPLS . Research results show that Lifestyle and Group Reference influential positive and significant to Brand Satisfaction as well as Loyalty Customers . In addition , Brand Satisfaction is proven influential significant to Loyalty Customers . Other findings show that Brand Satisfaction plays a role as a significant mediator in connection between Lifestyle and Group Reference to Loyalty Customers . This result confirm that suitability style life , influence social , and level satisfaction to brand own role important in form loyalty customers at Sin Coffee. Research This expected can become references for manager in develop more marketing strategies​ effective and relevant with characteristics its consumers .

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) and Product Quality on thrift clothing purchasing decisions through Impulse Buying on Generation Z in Palu City. The type of research used is causal associative. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling method . The sample used was 140 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS version 4.1. The scale used in this study was a Likert scale and the analysis tool used was PLS. The results showed that the influence of FoMO directly had a positive effect on impulse buying and a negative effect on purchasing decisions, product quality directly had a positive effect on impulse buying and purchasing decisions, and impulse buying had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results indirectly show that impulse buying can mediate a strong relationship between FoMO, product quality and consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The performance of hospital employees greatly determines the quality of services provided to patients. Factors that influence the effectiveness of employee performance are gender differences and the ability to work in a team. This research aims at analyzing the effect of gender and teamwork on the effectiveness of employee performance in Harapan Sehat Hospital Meulaboh. This research uses qualitative data that is the respondents’ answers on the research instrument. The population of this research is all employees of Harapan Sehat Hospital Meulaboh which totaling 132 people. This research applies saturated sampling as the technique which means that all the population become the sample of the research. The data analysis is conducted by using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The results of the study show that: (1) gender has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance; (2) teamwork has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance, and; (3) gender and teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk Mengetahui Pendapatan Usahatani Cengkeh di Desa Mimbala Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Toli-Toli. Permasalahan yang begitu kompleks mengenai pendapatan yang diperoleh petani cengkeh di Desa Mimbala Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Tolitoli Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu perubahan iklim, jika curah hujan yang begitu tinggi dapat mengakibatkan buah cengkeh rontok dan berguguran ketanah, hujan juga berpengaruh terhadap penjemuran cengkeh sebab buah cengkeh yang sudah panen tidak dijemur, bilam tidak terkena sinar matahari secara langsung maka hasilnya tidak bagus, artinya hasil panen cengkeh tidak terjamin mutunya yang sudah pasti akan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Mimbala Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Tolitoli, penentuan lokasi pada penelitian ini ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbnagan bahwa Desa Mimbala Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Tolitoli memiliki masyarakat petani cengkeh yang tinggal di tengah-tengah dataran pegunungan dan salah satu desa penghasil dengkeh di Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2022. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode acak sederhana (simple Random Sampling Method). Unsur dalam semua populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk menjadi sampel penelitian. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara langsung dengan responden petani cengkeh di Desa Mimbala dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (quisioner). Data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Sulawesi Tengah dan Dinas Perkebunan Daerah Sulawesi Tengah, dan literature-literatur yang ada relevansinya dengan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan di Desa Mimbala Kecamatan Dampal Selatan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata penerimaan usahatani cengkeh sebesar Rp. 37.732.330,83/Ha/tahun, dan rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 4.719.814,34/Ha/tahun. Sehingga rata-rata pendapatan usahatani cengkeh di Desa Mimbala sebesar Rp. 33.764.391,19/Ha/tahun. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan total penerimaan lebih besar dari biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh petani cengkeh di Desa Mimbala.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of food quality and price on repurchase intention, with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable, at Hisana Fried Chicken in Palu City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 180 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that food quality and price have positive and significant effects on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction also significantly mediates the effects of food quality and price on repurchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining food quality and appropriate pricing to encourage repurchase intention.
