Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to assess and analyze the impact of customer value, store atmosphere, and social media marketing on Consumer Satisfaction at Sherif Barbershop in Lhokseumawe City. The research utilized associative methodologies and adopted random sampling to select participants, involving a total of 96 respondents. Primary data in this study were taken by interview and spreading questionnaires, and secondary data by journal and browsing to internet. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, instrument test (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS version 27.0. The results of the F test indicate a statistically significant and valuable relationship between Consumer Satisfaction at Sherif Barbershop in Lhokseumawe City and the combined effects of customer value, store atmosphere, and social media marketing. Additionally, through individual assessments, it was found that each factor customer value, store atmosphere, and social media marketing exerted distinct yet substantial influences on Consumer Satisfaction at Sherif Barbershop in Lhokseumawe City.  Keywords: Customer Value, Store Atmosphere, Social Media Marketing, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The majority of the population in Salo Dua village, Maiwa sub-district, Enrekang district is engaged in farming. The production and price of farm products do not guarantee farmers a high income from farming activities, due to the process of transporting from the plantation to the location of collecting farm products with a modified tassi motorbike. This study aims to determine the use of motorbike tassi on the level of income and the level of performance of farmers. The results showed that the use of tassi motorbike in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency, there were independent variables simultaneously affecting farmers' income (Y) significantly. Partially, the tariff / fee variable (X1) has a positive but insignificant effect on farmer income (Y). While the variables of satisfaction (X2) and performance (X3) have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income (Y). The use of motor tassi can affect the performance of farmers, with 47.62% of respondents very able to ease the work of farmers in agricultural activities, be it harvesting or delivering fertiliser to farmer gardens that are difficult to reach by four-wheeled vehicles. 54.76% of respondents said the farmer's harvest process was more effective and efficient, 44.05% of respondents said farmers were greatly helped in the harvest process.

Abstract

This research delves into a Sufi Order’s significant role in fostering social piety among its followers. Rooted in Sufism, the Tijaniyah Order (Tariqa) emphasizes a dual focus on spiritual relations with Allah (hablum minallah) and social contributions (hablum minannas). Social piety, in this context, involves embodying religious values in everyday life, such as performing good deeds, assisting those in need, and fulfilling social responsibilities. The study employs a qualitative methodology, incorporating participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis follows a rigorous process of reduction, presentation, and verification to draw valid conclusions. Central to this research are the Tazkiyatun Nafs (soul purification) concepts of Takhalli, Tahalli, and Tajalli. Takhalli refers to purging oneself of negative traits like greed and selfishness, thereby heightening sensitivity to social needs. Tahalli involves cultivating positive attributes like compassion and kindness, which encourage proactive social engagement. Tajalli represents achieving a profound realization that social actions reflect divine love. The Tijaniyah Tariqa's blend of spiritual and social values significantly contributes to societal welfare and harmony. Continuous practices such as amaliah wirid lazimah, wadhifah, and hailalah reinforce values like trust, honesty, almsgiving, and cooperation. This integration fosters harmonious social interactions, underscoring the Tijaniyah Tariqa's enduring and meaningful impact on social welfare. Through its presence at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School, of Biru, Garut Regency, West Java, Indonesia, the Tijaniyah Tariqa not only strengthens individual spirituality but also enhances social bonds, leaving a positive mark on the community.

Abstract

The conversion of food land functions in the Mamminasata Region of South Sulawesi Province, is always increasing due to urban growth, population development, emigration and the economy. This study aims to determine the strategy for controlling the conversion of agricultural land functions in order to implement Law No.41/2009 and Regional Regulation No. 4 tahun 2014 concerning the protection of sustainable agricultural land in the Mamminasata area of ​​South Sulawesi province. The type of research used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. This research was conducted in the Mamminasata Region, South Sulawesi Province from October to December 2016. Primary data collection was obtained using landsat 7 ETM maps and Spot 4 imagery and interpretation. Secondary data was obtained from government stakeholder interviews, surveys and direct interviews with local communities systematically and based on research objectives, causal factors based on survey results, interviews from informants and the public are external factors, internal and policy factors, then thus to overcome these problems a sustainable food land control strategy must be carried out including: Strengthening farmer institutions and related agencies, Protection and empowerment of land-owning farmers, Utilizing and protecting sustainable food agricultural land, providing incentives and disincentives to land owners, sharecroppers , and farmer groups, optimizing sustainable food agriculture land: by means of intensification, extensification and diversification of agricultural land, imposing sanctions and penalties on those who violate regional regulations and RTRW, and following up RI Law No. 4 tahun 2014 and South Sulawesi provincial regional regulations no. 4 of 2014 to determine the zoning of sustainable food agricultural land in the Mamminasata area as one of the food storages in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The natural disaster is one of the phenomena that can occur at any time, anywhere and anytime. The most common disasters are floods, landslides, tornadoes and earthquakes, which can cause damage, loss of life and even loss of life. The conditions of Tabaroge Village and its surroundings are prone to flooding geographically, geologically, hydrologically and demographically. The condition of the East Luwu Regency area is at the confluence of several earth tectonic plates. Therefore, most of the potential disaster threats are in the Tabaroge Village area and its surroundings. Based on the occurrence of natural disasters in East Luwu Regency in recent years, which occurred in several villages. Judging from the characteristics of the Tabaroge Village area, Efforts to Reduce Disaster Risk in Rural Areas by Utilising Remote Sensing Imagery aims to provide information on locations that have disaster risk. This research uses the analysis methods of Standardised Precipitation Index (SPI), Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalised Difference Water Index (NDWI), Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI) and Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) for data exploration using Arcmap (GIS). In future development, it is expected to be able to implement disaster risk reduction by utilising remote sensing imagery in Tabaroge Village, East Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant cultivation refers to a method of cultivating plants that eliminates the use of soil as a growth medium. The present system possesses several notable benefits, including its ability to operate within a limited land area and the superior performance of hydroponic cultivation compared to conventional growing methods. This approach aligns with the concepts of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2, which aims to ensure global food security. This public service aims to provide an Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled hydroponic production system that utilizes computer vision technology to regulate the provision of nutrients to plants based on their development rate. This technique is applicable to those in the general population who possess restricted land resources. Further, we aim to engage in community socialization around the hydroponic system while also offering insights into the newest advancements in information system technology applicable to hydroponics. We facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills within the community as a whole, with a specific focus on the students at PPMI Shohwatul Is'ad to equip them with the necessary expertise to effectively implement hydroponic plants and the latest information system technology for the purpose of monitoring.

Abstract

The implementation of this research is directed to explain the social changes in the cultural values of the nyahang umah 19 sagalo inner culture of the people of Dusun Baru, Tabir District. As well as to find out the factors that cause social change in the customary cultural values of nyahang umah 19 sagalo inner community of Dusun Baru, Tabir District. Baru Hamlet, Tabir District, Merangin Regency was used as a research location because Inner Rantau Panjang is the largest inner heart in Tabir District and still maintains local wisdom in maintaining the preservation of community culture. Currently, the legitimacy of traditional institutions is still strong in maintaining traditional values, and they are obeyed and respected as part of the traditional political elite. This research was conducted from January to March 2021. The results of this research are changes in the social values of the adat nyahang umah 19 sagalo inner community of the Baru Hamlet, Tabir Adat District, which can be seen from the nyahang umah custom, which has become a form of community concern for neighbors in the face of disaster. A community belief that the occurrence of a disaster is due to an intentional or unintentional mistake made by the family, so that the community reprimands it through advice to be patient in dealing with the disaster that occurs, and not to repeat it in the future. Then the community or neighbors who know about the incident will carry out nyahang umah to remind homeowners to admit their mistake. In this activity all the neighbors came to see/visit the person who had the disaster, then proceeded to eat white porridge as a sign of wrongdoing from the home owner.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on The Improvement of Human Resources. The data used is skunder data obtained from the Social Service Office of Central Aceh Regency, then analyzed using quantitative methods and analyzed with non-parametric statistics with the Pearson Chi-Square approach, to test the significance of the influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on the improvement of Human Resources (HR). From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that there was a significant influence of PKH on the improvement of human resources, because Chi-Square X² calculated at a significance level of 5% with (df = 4) obtained a value of 11.903 > 9.488 or Asymptotic Significance (2-sided), obtained by 0.018 < 0.05. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended to the government to increase the provision of PKH benefits to the poor and for the beneficiary communities to take advantage of assistance according to the criteria, especially in the use of education funds so that the educational needs of school children are met.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu permasalahan umum yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di wilayah pesisir. Salah satu wilayah yang memiliki permasalahan sampah adalah pantai wisata Tanah Merah, Samboja, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Kurangnya tempat sampah dan pemahaman para pengunjung dan pedagang mengakibatkan banyak sampah berserakan di sekitar pantai. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pengadaan tempat sampah berbasarkan kategori dan sosialisasi pilah sampah terhadap para pedagang dan pengunjung di Pantai Wisata Tanah Merah Samboja, Kalimantan Timur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan, survei awal, sosialisasi dan pengadaan tempat sampah. Secara umum, kegiatan sosialisasi penanganan sampah di pantai Tanah Merah, Samboja berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Tempat sampah dibuat berdasarkan kategori yang terdiri dari kategori sampah organik berwarna hijau, kategori sampah anorganik berwarna kuning dan kategori sampah B3 (limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun) berwarna merah. Total 18 tempat sampah tersebut diletakkan di beberapa titik seperti depan warung, toilet, gazebo, dan pantai. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman para pedagang dan pengunjung dalam memanfaatkan tempat sampah berdasarkan kategori. Sampah yang sudah dipilah berdasarka kategori tersebut memudahkan petugas kebersihan untuk membawah dan melanjutkan proses pengolahan sampah di pembuangan akhir. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan para pedangan dan pengunjung terbiasa untuk melakukan pilah sampah untuk meningkatkan kebersihan pantai yang bersih dan nyaman bagi para pengunjung di pantai wisata Tanah Merah. Waste is one of the common problems faced by communities in coastal areas. The Tanah Merah tourist beach in Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, has a garbage problem. The lack of trash cans and tourists' and traders' awareness has resulted in a lot of trash strewn across the beach. The goal of this community service project is to supply trash cans that correspond to category and to socialize waste sorting with traders and visitors at Tanah Merah Samboja Tourist Beach in East Kalimantan. This activity is carried out in stages, including planning, first survey, socializing, and waste bin providing. In summary, the waste-handling socialization activities at Tanah Merah Beach in Samboja went successfully and smoothly. Trash cans are divided into three categories: green organic garbage, yellow inorganic waste, and red B3 rubbish. A total of 18 trash cans were placed at various locations, including in front of the shop, toilet, gazebo, and beach. Community service activities demonstrate an increase in traders' and tourists' comprehension of how to use garbage cans based on categories. Waste that has been categorized makes it easier for cleaning officers to manage and continue the waste processing process at final disposal. With this activity, it is intended that traders and visitors would become accustomed to sorting trash in order to improve the cleanliness of Tanah Merah's beaches, which are clean and comfortable for guests.

Abstract

Sebanyak 80-90% pasien yang mendapatkan terapi hemodialisis akan mengalami anemia. Kekurangan hormon eritropoietin menjadi penyebab terjadinya anemia pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik dan terapi antianemia pada pasien PGK yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang dilakukan secara retrospektif. Sebanyak 58 sampel data rekam medis pasien PGK yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul periode tahun 2020. Terdapat 58 sampel, berdasar usia, ≥ 55 tahun ada 32 (60,3%), jenis kelamin laki- laki 31 (53,4%), pendidikan terakhir SMA ada 35 (60,3%), pekerjaan karyawan swasta 30 (51,7%), penyakit penyerta hipertensi (37,9%), mayoritas lama pasien menjalani hemodialisis selama 24 bulan (51,7%), dan frekuensi terapi hemodialisis sebanyak 2x seminggu (100%). Terapi EPO tunggal 21 antianemia yang paling banyak diberikan yaitu terapi kombinasi berupa EPO + Asam Folat (44,8%).
