Free trade practices are formed based on agreements, which are binding on the parties and must be implemented in good faith. KPBPB Sabang is an area within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia which is separate from the customs area so that it is free from import duties, value added tax, sales tax on luxury goods, and excise (fiscal and non-fiscal incentives). KPBPB Sabang has the potential to become a shore base port to support the oil and gas (oil and gas) industry off the coast of Aceh, and oil and gas exploration activities in the Andaman (Sea) Block. Through SWOT analysis, the Sabang area has great potential to become a connectivity hub because it has met the minimum requirements. However, the synergy between regulations, facilities and services at KPBPB Sabang still needs to be improved, both as a multi-purpose port and as a shore base port.

The public greatly anticipates using plastic trash to increase the compressive strength of concrete blocks so they can change form and stop polluting the environment. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how adding PET plastic trash to concrete affects its compressive strengths. Experimental techniques were used in this investigation, including in-lab tests. Afterwards, testing processes in the lab were used to assess the research results. The compressive strength of normal concrete has a value of 25 MPa which reaches the design compressive strength value, while the concrete variation of 1% PET plastic is 23 MPa, 2% PET plastic is 21 MPa, and 3% PET plastic is 19 MPa which does not reach the compressive strength value. plan. This shows that PET plastic waste mixed with concrete results in a decrease in the compressive strength of concrete from normal concrete.

Cold mix asphalt mix lastbutag wear layer can improve road pavement, controlling the quality of road construction work from each stage of activity is very necessary to control the quality of road work, because the success of road work cannot be separated from the quality of the work results. This research aims to determine the characteristics and influence of aggregates on cold mix asphalt lastbutag wear layers. This research method uses experimental methods at the Road and Asphalt Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University, Parepare, in August-September 2023. The results of the visualization analysis show that the stability of 4.5% asphalt is 1345.95 kg, VMA of 6.5% asphalt is 17.69%, VIM of asphalt 4.5% was 6.59%, 6.5% VFB asphalt was 77.99%, 6.5% asphalt flow was 3.99 mm, 5% asphalt MQ was 718.06 mm/kg. The characteristic values obtained through marshall testing with the optimum asphalt content results obtained were 5.275%, and the use of aggregate in the AC-WC Lastbutag Cold Mix Asphalt Mix has met the 2018 General Bina Marga Specifications and is suitable for use in AC-WC asphalt concrete mixtures.

This research aims to determine the effect of adding the additive Sika Fume on the compressive strength of concrete. This research uses a type of quantitative research with experimental methods, namely by carrying out several tests on test objects in the laboratory. The results of this research show that the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of sika fume varies 0%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 8% of the cement weight, so the experimental results show that the average compressive strength at the age of 28 days of concrete has a variation of 0 % of 26.14 Mpa, 3% variation of 25.01 Mpa, 5% variation of 27.08 Mpa, 7% variation of 24.16 Mpa, 8% variation of 23.40 Mpa. The concrete compressive strength variation of 5% with an average of 27.08 Mpa is the variation with the highest compressive strength value and reaches the design compressive strength. Meanwhile, a variation of 8% with an average of 23.40 Mpa is the lowest compressive strength value and does not reach the design compressive strength.

Soil compaction is required to extend firmness, volume weight and diminish soil porousness at the extend area where adaptable asphalt framework will be built. The point of this inquire about is to decide the impact of soil thickness on street development utilizing the sandcone strategy and to decide the comparison of field compaction testing (Sand Cone) with research facility compaction testing (Compaction Testing) on the development of the Takkalasi-Bainange Lawo area of the Soppeng Rule street. This research was carried out within the Respectful Designing research facility of the Muhammadiyah College of Parepare for 4 months from Eminent to December 2023 utilizing the Sandcone test strategy compared to the compaction strategy. The comes about of the investigation of sandcone testing on soil thickness during the development of Jalan ruas takkalasi-bainange lawo within the locale soppeng, appeared that the thickness of dry soil within the gap was an normal of 2.368 gr/cc. and the comes about of the comparison of Field Compaction Testing (Sand Cone) with Research facility Testing (Compaction Testing) appeared that the most elevated degree of thickness was at STA 2 + 600 at 104.94 and the least degree of thickness was at STA 2 + 300 with a esteem of 101.24 and in case found the middle value of the thickness degree esteem is 101.383%. From the comes about gotten, it meets the Binamarga details, specifically a least of 90%, so the compaction on the development of the Takkalasi - Bainange Disoppeng street is classified as exceptionally compelling since it has met the least details

The construction of the Parepare City Twin Bridges resulted in increasing vehicle volumes and the occurrence of traffic jams which resulted in obstruction of traffic flow or congestion. The aim of this research is to determine the existing conditions, performance of intersections and road sections and their handling. The type of research used is quantitative, with the data collection method carried out (survey) and the data analysis used is MKJI 1997. The results of this research show that the existing condition of the intersection and road sections in segment 1 is at level of service (LoS) B, segment 2 v/c ratio is at level of service (LoS) A, and segment 3 v/c ratio value is at level of service (LoS) A. The performance of intersections and roads in Segment 1, namely Jl. The peak hour for the Makassar-Parepare axis is 16.00-17.00 (afternoon) Monday, the traffic flow value (Qtot) is 1812.5 pcu/hour, the saturation degree (DS) value is 0.21. Segment 2 is Jl. Gen. M. Yusuf and Jl. Arung Mampi peak hours are 16.00-17.00 (afternoon) on Mondays. The traffic flow value (Qtot) is 262.7 pcu/hour, the degree of saturation (DS) value is 0.05. The handling is installing traffic signs; installation of warning lights or traffic lights.

Mixing temperature has an important role in the performance of the asphalt mixture that has been made. If the mixing temperature is too low and causes the viscosity value to be high, it will make it difficult to carry out asphalt mixing and was studied in the laboratory for two months which aims to determine the effect of mixing temperature variations on the value of marshall parameters and determine the effect of temperature variations on the performance of AC-WC asphalt pavement mixing. Characteristics of Temperature Variations in AC-BC asphalt mixtures for temperature variations of 140, 150 and 160, from the results of testing vim at a temperature of 160 with a value of 6.63 does not meet specifications, at a VFB value at a temperature of 160 does not meet specifications with a VFB value of 64.25, for the value of stablity, VMA, flow, MQ all meet specifications. so it can be concluded that the greater the temperature can make the asphalt mixture ineffective or the quality of the AC-BC asphalt decreases. The effect of temperature variation on AC-BC asphalt mixture is not optimal because the greater the temperature parameter can reduce the quality of AC-BC. The results of the proof of the marshal test of several temperature variations that do not meet the specifications make some marsall tests not pass specifications and density results that are not solid.
