Abstract

Mixing temperature has an important role in the performance of the asphalt mixture that has been made. If the mixing temperature is too low and causes the viscosity value to be high, it will make it difficult to carry out asphalt mixing and was studied in the laboratory for two months which aims to determine the effect of mixing temperature variations on the value of marshall parameters and determine the effect of temperature variations on the performance of AC-WC asphalt pavement mixing. Characteristics of Temperature Variations in AC-BC asphalt mixtures for temperature variations of 140, 150 and 160, from the results of testing vim at a temperature of 160 with a value of 6.63 does not meet specifications, at a VFB value at a temperature of 160 does not meet specifications with a VFB value of 64.25, for the value of stablity, VMA, flow, MQ all meet specifications. so it can be concluded that the greater the temperature can make the asphalt mixture ineffective or the quality of the AC-BC asphalt decreases. The effect of temperature variation on AC-BC asphalt mixture is not optimal because the greater the temperature parameter can reduce the quality of AC-BC. The results of the proof of the marshal test of several temperature variations that do not meet the specifications make some marsall tests not pass specifications and density results that are not solid.

Abstract

Abstract

Pavement conditions affect the comfort, security and safety of road users. However, pavement conditions are increasingly decreasing due to road damage factors that can be divided into two parts, namely structural damage which includes pavement failure or damage to one or more pavement components that result in the pavement no longer being able to bear traffic loads, and functional damage which includes safety and comfort. This study aims to analyze the level of road damage using the PCI method. The results of the study showed that the average value of damage to the main road section of General Ahmad Yani Km 7, Parepare City was 38, which indicated that the quality of the road pavement was in fair condition with a level of road damage to Alligator cracking of 11%, longitudinal cracking of 7%, potholes of 10%, patching and utility cut patching of 60%, weathring/raveling of 2%, depression of 3%, curvature of 6%, swell of 05%, and shoving of 1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of adding the additive Sika Fume on the compressive strength of hollow concrete. This research uses a type of quantitative research with experimental methods, namely by carrying out several tests on test objects in the laboratory. The results of this research show that the compressive strength of hollow concrete with the addition of sika fume with a variation of 0% and 2% of the weight of cement, the experimental results obtained for the compressive strength of hollow concrete for 28 days of concrete with a variation of 0% with an average of 16.83 Mpa. For a variation of 2% with an average of 17.42 Mpa. So it can be concluded that concrete with a variation of 2% with an average of 17.42 Mpa is the variation with the highest compressive strength value and reaches the design compressive strength. Meanwhile, the 0% variation with an average of 16.83 Mpa is the lowest compressive strength value and does not reach the design compressive strength.

Abstract

Bawasalo beach sand shows the potential of abundant material resources, but local people still face several considerations in the use of this material. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics and effect of the addition of bawa salo sand on compressive strength and split tensile strength. This research uses an experimental method carried out at the Structure and Materials Laboratory of Muhamadiyah University of Parepare using a sample of 27 cylinders with the compressive strength of the plan used is 25 Mpa. Based on the test results, the characteristics of Bawasalo beach sand have met the specifications to be used as fine aggregate for concrete mixtures. The results of normal concrete testing aged 7 days with an average of 17.41Mpa, at 28 days testing with an average of 27.77MPa, 50% variation aged 7 days with an average of 16.84MPa and 100% variation aged 7 days with an average of 13.16MPa and at 28 days testing with an average of 21.80MPa. Normal concrete testing aged 28 days 10.444 MPa, 50% variation with an average of 5.556 MPa and as for the 100% variation with an average of 3.889 MPa. Based on the results of research data analysis, compressive strength and split tensile strength decreased as the percentage of Bawasalo beach sand use increased.

Abstract

Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is an innovative concrete that can compact itself (without vibrators) and flow under its own weight to saturate the shape without segregation. The SCC material is not much different from ordinary concrete, namely coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, water, only SCC has additional ingredients such as superplasticizer. This research uses quantitative methods. The aim of this research is to determine the workability, compressive strength, flexural strength of SCC concrete with the addition of 2% fiberglass to each sample with added material in the form of sika visconcrete with variations of 0%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%, % of the cement weight. Slump flow testing was carried out which was obtained from several variations of SV `0%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, the slump flow values were obtained for 80 mm fiber concrete and 550 mm, 575 mm, 600 mm SCC concrete with the time taken to reach 500 mm of 4.25 seconds, 3.57 seconds and 2.11 for SCC concrete. The compressive strength value of the cylinder size (15 x 30) in samples BFS0, BFS1, BFS2BFS3 aged 28 days obtained a compressive strength of 30.29 Mpa, 34.44 Mpa, 31.23 Mpa, while the flexural strength test of the beam was 15 x 15 x 60 d samples BFS0, BFS1, BFS2BFS3 obtained results of 3.11 Mpa, 4.35 Mpa, 3.64 Mpa and 3.29 Mpa, excessive use of visconcrete in the concrete mixture can reduce the strength of the samples.

Abstract

Porous concrete has high porosity so that water can pass through the cavities in the concrete. The application of porous concrete is usually for parking areas, pedestrian sidewalks, road shoulders, drainage, roads with low traffic volume. Indonesia is an archipelagic country, most of Indonesia's territory is by the sea so it is very possible to use sea water as a substitute for fresh water for porous concrete. This research aims to determine the comparison of compressive strength of porous concrete mixed with sea water and normal porous concrete with variations in the water cement (fas) factor. In this study, a concrete mixture with a water cement (fas) factor of 0.30 and 0.35 was used. The test object used was a 15x30 cm cylindrical concrete test object for the compressive strength test. The test on porous concrete was carried out during the curing period of 28 days. The test results for the compressive strength of normal porous concrete with a water cement (fas) factor of 0.30 and 0.35 are 6.658 Mpa and 4.435 Mpa, then for porous concrete mixed with sea water with a water cement (fas) factor of 0.30 and 0, 35, namely 6,700 Mpa and 3,374 Mpa. The test results show that the sea water mixture in porous concrete does not affect the compressive strength of porous concrete, whereas the use of variations in the water cement factor (fas) shows that the compressive strength of porous concrete, both normal porous concrete and porous concrete mixed with sea water, has decreased. as the value of the water cement (fas) factor used increases.

Abstract

Parepare City is located on the coast with significant fisheries and maritime potential. The processing and consumption of shellfish in this city produces a lot of shellfish waste, which is often not utilized and accumulates into an environmental problem. To improve the properties of concrete, several types of additives that have certain functions are added to the concrete mixture, namely increasing the workability, durability, and hardening time of concrete. This study aims to determine the compressive strength of concrete and the composition of coarse aggregate of shells with superplasticizer added materials that are optimally produced. Using an experimental method carried out at the Laboratory of Structure and Materials, Muhammadiyah University of Parepare. The results showed that substitution of coarse aggregate with 5% shellfish waste and 0.5% superplasticizer increased the compressive strength of concrete at the ages of 7, 14, and 28 days. The 10% substitution still meets the compressive strength requirements at 28 days, although slightly lower than normal concrete. Substitution of shells up to 5% increases the compressive strength of concrete, and the 10% content is optimal, reaching the maximum value without significant decline. It is recommended that the use of shells as a substitute for coarse aggregate does not exceed 10% for optimal results and meets the planned compressive strength of 25 MPa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang tediri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama manipulasi arah baris tanaman : utara-selatan, timur laut-barat daya, timur-barat, tenggara-barat laut. Faktor ke dua waktu penyiangan gulma : penyiangan terus menerus, 14 hari setelah tanam, 28 hari setelah tanam, (14 dan 28) hari setelah tanam. Enam belas kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manipulasi arah baris tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap seluruh parameter pengamatan. Pada pengamatan hari ke 28 dan hari ke 42 setelah tanam tinggi tanaman tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan penyiangan gulma terus menerus dan penyiangan gulma (14 dan 28) hari setelah tanam. Umur berbunga dan panen tercepat tanaman kedelai terdapat pada perlakuan penyiangan gulma 14 hari setelah tanam. Berat biji per tanaman dan jumlah polong bernas per tanaman tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan penyiangan gulma terus menerus dan penyiangan gulma (14 dan 28) hari setelah tanam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran digital PT Semen Tonasa menggunakan model SOSTAC (Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, Control). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif eksploratif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi dua objektif utama: memperluas pangsa pasar ke wilayah-wilayah baru yang potensial dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta kepuasan pelanggan. Strategi 5S (Sell, Serve, Speak, Save, Sizzle) diterapkan untuk mencapai objektif tersebut, meliputi ekspansi jaringan distribusi, peningkatan layanan pelanggan, optimalisasi komunikasi pemasaran digital, efisiensi operasional, dan penguatan citra merek. Taktik pemasaran dirancang menggunakan bauran 4P (Product, Place, Price, Promotion). Untuk mengukur efektivitas strategi, ditetapkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) seperti pertumbuhan pangsa pasar, jumlah pelanggan baru, skor kepuasan pelanggan, dan efisiensi pengiriman. Penerapan strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing PT Semen Tonasa di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
