Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic educational institutions is an important step in integrating Islamic values with learning activities. One of the relevant learning models is Problem Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Islamic values into learning media. This research is included in the type of development research (RD) which aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) oriented towards PBL integrated with Islamic values on ecosystem material for Phase E students at Madrasah Aliyah which are valid and practical. This study uses the Four-D (4D) development model. The subjects of the study involved two Biology lecturers from FMIPA UNP, a biology teacher, and 36 Phase E students at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The study produced a PBL-oriented LKPD integrated with Islamic values on ecosystem material. The validity test by experts showed an average score of 95.42% which is included in the very valid category. The practicality test by teachers and students obtained an average of 91.97%, also included in the very practical category. Thus, this LKPD is declared very valid and very practical, and is suitable for use as a biology learning medium.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the level of suitability of the content of the circulatory system material animation video on the YouTube platform with the Learning Outcomes (CP) and Learning Objectives (TP) of the Independent Curriculum Phase F. The large selection of animated videos available on the YouTube platform is important to evaluate the feasibility and suitability of the videos with the learning objectives of the independent curriculum and biology learning matrix for high school students in grade XI Phase F. is a type of quantitative descriptive research design content analysis (content analysis). The population in this study is all animated videos about the circulatory system on the YouTube platform with animation video samples uploaded on the Biological Asik, Gia Academy, Mr. Klik, and Bisa Pedia channels. The results of the study showed that in the aspect of the curriculum, GIA Academy (88.1%) and Asik Biology (95%) had a high suitability for learning outcomes and objectives. In the material aspect, Asik Biology (92.6%) and GIA Academy (93%) stood out in the clarity of concept and consistency of scientific terms. In the audio-visual aspect, both channels display animations that are in sync with the narrative, while Mr. Klik and Bisa Pedia are still inconsistent. From the technical aspect, GIA Academy and Biology Asik are superior to Mr.Klik and Bisa Pedia, but they are still worth using. Overall, the videos from GIA Academy and Asik Biology are considered the most suitable for the Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality dimensions (reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on patient satisfaction and its impact on patient loyalty at AIC Medical Clinic. The sample of this study were medical check-up patients who received services at AIC Medical Clinic. The research sample was divided into 2 groups because of the intervention to be studied. The number of research samples before the intervention was 159 respondents, while the number of respondents after the intervention was 193 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and SEM PLS analysis techniques. The descriptive analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program, while the PLS analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program.Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was concluded that partially, reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a positive effect on patient satisfaction, the five dimensions of service quality were also proven to have a significant effect on patient loyalty, while patient satisfaction itself was also proven to have an impact on patient loyalty. The result also found a significant effect of intervention in post-experimental subjects.  Overall it is concluded that the better the quality of services provided by AIC Medical Clinic in terms of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, the higher the patient satisfaction which in turn will increase patient loyalty.

Abstract

Takaful participation in Makassar remains low despite its role as a regional center for Islamic finance, indicating a gap between institutional development and societal acceptance. Existing studies have not fully explained how maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah values intersect with local socio-cultural structures or how social, cognitive, and legal factors shape participation. This study addresses these gaps by examining these dynamics and proposing a culturally grounded reconstruction model. Using a qualitative sociological-juridical approach, data were collected from 22 informants, including takaful agents, religious scholars, regulators, and policyholders, through semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis. Analysis followed the Miles Huberman Saldaña interactive model with triangulation to ensure validity. We employed a maqāṣid-based hermeneutical lens to interpret values such as ḥifẓ al-māl and ḥifẓ al-nafs, as well as taʿāwun, alongside the local cultural ethos of siri’ na pacce. Findings indicate that low participation is not due to resistance to Islamic principles, but rather to a misalignment between formal takaful mechanisms and community-based solidarity norms. The study introduces the Maqāṣid Cultural Embeddedness Model, integrating value reframing, institutional collaboration with religious leaders, and community-oriented micro-takaful design. This model provides conceptual and practical guidance for aligning takaful systems with maqāṣid objectives and the socio-cultural realities of Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Transformational Leadership (DTL), Learning Organization (LO), Supportive Work Environment (SWE), and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Turnover Intention (IT) at PT XYZ. Respondents in this study were employees from Generation Z, worked in the IT division, and had a minimum of one year of service. Data were collected through a questionnaire using the judgemental sampling method, with a sample of 172 respondents out of a minimum calculation of 142 based on the Krejcie & Morgan formula. The collected data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study show that Digital Transformational Leadership has a significant negative influence on Turnover Intention, as well as a significant positive influence on Learning Organization and Organizational Commitment. Learning Organization also has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention and a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, Supportive Work Environment (SWE) has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention and a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. These findings affirm the importance of Digital Transformational leadership, a learning culture, and a supportive work environment in increasing organizational commitment and reducing the desire to change jobs in young employees in the technology field.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation (IM), self efficacy (SE), and organization climate (OC) on job performance (JP) mediated by work engagement (WE) and job satisfaction (JS). The method used is quantitative with saturated sampling, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with 43 respondents. The results showed that intrinsic motivation, self efficacy, organization climate had a positive effect on job performance, and intrinsic motivation and self efficacy had a positive effect on work engagement. Organization climate and work engagement had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and work engagement had a positive effect on job performance. The strongest mediation path analysis occurs in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction through work engagement, and also intrinsic motivation to job performance through work engagement which also shows a significant influence. The results of this study provide useful insights for organizations, where the main focus is directed at increasing self-efficacy and job satisfaction, while factors that have shown good performance such as intrinsic motivation, organizational climate and work engagement must still be maintained to maintain optimal organizational performance as a whole.
