Abstract

The presence of social media today is able to create a wider marketing space for business actors, so it is important for business actors to maximize marketing effectiveness through social media. Based on the results of previous research, it was found that there was a gap in research results regarding the influence of social media marketing. Therefore, this research was conducted to prove the influence of social media marketing and brand experience on revisit intention, brand trust and brand loyalty at Starbucks. The population in this study were Yogyakarta residents who had visited Starbucks Indonesia. Sampling was carried out using the convenience sampling method with a total of 280 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The SEM results show that there is a positive and significant influence between social media marketing and brand experience on revisit intention, brand trust and brand loyalty. These results have implications for marketers to develop marketing strategies related to social media marketing

Abstract

Electronic commerce transactions have rapidly evolved due to advancements in internet technology. In today's digital era, online purchasing has become a significant global trend, particularly in Indonesia. The e-commerce platform Shopee has emerged as one of the most popular among consumers. This study aims to assess the influence of customer reviews, influencer credibility, and influencer reviews on purchase intention, considering the moderating role of trust. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques, involving 230 respondents. The findings indicate that influencer credibility, influencer reviews, and trust positively affect purchase intention, while customer reviews do not have a significant impact. Additionally, trust does not moderate the relationship between these factors. The conclusion drawn from this study is that influencer credibility, influencer reviews and trust play crucial roles in enhancing purchase intention among customers towards the Saff & Co brand through the Shopee e-commerce platform

Abstract

Indonesia, with a large Muslim population, means that halal cosmetic products are increasingly developing. However, generation Z, which is a significant market segment, tends to be less enthusiastic about exploring further information about the halalness of a product. The aim of the research is to determine the intention to purchase halal cosmetic products among generation Z Muslims. The total sample was 146 respondents, obtained through the accidental sampling method. Based on primary data, obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire with Partial Least Square (PLS), the results were obtained: halal certification has a positive and significant effect on trust, trust does not have a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase halal cosmetic products, trust does not mediate the effect of halal certification on intention to buy halal cosmetic products, halal certification does not have a positive and significant effect on intention to buy halal cosmetic products, intention to buy has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying behavior, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on intention to buy halal cosmetic products. With these results, halal product marketers can use them in developing policies and marketing strategies

Abstract

Salah satu cara melakukan pertanian lahan terbatas adalah metode tanam dengan tabulampot. Metode ini merupakan metode tanam dengan lebih mengoptimalkan pengunaan pot. Metode yang tepat digunakan untuk memberdayakan anggota KTH “Giri Mantep” adalah  memberdayakan anggota melalui  pemanfaatan lingkungan. Pemanfaatan lahan ini untuk memberdayakan anggota KTH “Giri Mantep” adalah  meningkatkan efektivitas pertanian melalui  pengembangan  pertanian lahan terbatas. Tahap awal dilakukan dialog dengan pimpinan dan anggota organisasi tentang kebutuhan jahe yang akan ditanam di media tanam dan diletakkan di pekarangan milik anggota KTH “Giri Mantep”. Setelah dialog selesai maka dilanjutkan dengan identifikasi kebutuhan jahe yang akan ditanam di dalam sak untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat atau anggota KTH “Giri Mantep”. Setelah semua proses penanaman selesai baru kemudian dibagikan secara merata kepada seluruh anggota kelompok tani.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru MGMP Fisika di Kabupaten Klaten mengenai penyusunan media belanja interaktif sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru Fisika dalam melaksanakan pelajaran fisika di kelas. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan praktik, serta pemberian tugas dengan tata cara pelayanan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan angket yang diberikan kepada peserta, diketahui bahwa lamanya waktu mengajar tidak menentukan kemampuan guru fisika dalam menyiapkan media pembelajaran interaktif, tetapi melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang diikuti oleh para guru dan pelaksanaan hasil pelatihan, hal tersebut berdampak pada keterampilan guru dalam menyusun media pembelajaran tersebut. Berdasarkan pendampingan yang diberikan juga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun media pembelajaran interaktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the promotional mix on sales volume in the downstream product unit of Banaran coffee at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX. This research uses a quantitative case study method, taking secondary data, namely sales data and promotional mix for Kopi Banaran for 2021-2022 using the IBM SPSS 21 application. The results of this research show that elements have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at Downstream Kopi Banaran are advertising, sales promotion and public relations variables. Meanwhile, direct sales and personal sales variables do not have a significant effect on sales at Hilir Kopi Banaran. The variable that has the dominant influence is the promotional cost variable, which is indicated by the largest coefficient value compared to other variables.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative type of research aims to find out the quality of service at the Karimun Regency DPMPTSP. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations from the research location. The approach used in this research is the servqual method with five dimensions, namely: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the report show that the quality of licensing services at DPMPTSP Karimun Regency is quite good. This is proven from the results of interviews and observations which state physical evidence (requirements and infrastructure), reliability (systems, mechanisms and procedures as well as implementing competence), responsiveness (time for resolving and handling complaints, suggestions and input), assurance (costs/tariffs and product specifications, type of service), and empathy (executor's behavior) are important factors that have a positive and satisfying effect on customers who use the services at this agency.

Abstract

Cashless payments via digital systems in the current era are seen as a modern payment alternative in several countries, including Indonesia. The emergence of digitalization via the internet has accelerated globalization and payment systems from manual transactions to online transactions. That is why in this day the behavioral intention to use e-wallets is increasingly high among Gen Z in almost all regions of Indonesia. Gen Z was born in an era of technological progress, where their behavior is very dependent on internet technology. This research purposes to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived compatibility, and trust on behavioural intention to use e-wallet. Populations in this research are Gen Z in Indonesia. Sampling in this research using convenience sampling technique through a questionnaire method, and collected as many as 169 samples in accordance with the criteria. In this research using SPSS version 20 to process data. The results showed that effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and perceived compatibility had a positive effect to behavioural intention to use e-wallet. While performance expectancy, and trust had not a positive effect to behavioural intention to use e-wallet. And social influence had not a negative effect to behavioural intention to use e-wallet.

Abstract

With the increasingly advanced development of the internet, many people are purchasing goods online. People's increasing purchasing intentions indicate consumptive behavior. This is supported by the rise of platforms on social media that present a wide selection of goods. One of them is TikTok which is full of offers and promotions that make TikTok users interested in making purchases. This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, structural assurance, social influence, and intimacy on purchase intention. The population in this study are users of the TikTok application in Indonesia. The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling techniques and questionnaire methods and obtained 170 samples that met the convenience sampling criteria. This research uses data processing software SPSS version 26. The research results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, structural assurance, social influence, influence purchase intention. Meanwhile, intimacy has no effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of product performance which is measured based on product quality perceptions on customer satisfaction at PT. Aceplas Indonesia, and the role of product performance which is measured based on service quality on PT customer satisfaction. Aceplas Indonesia. This research approach uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were 1 head of marketing, 1 head of planning, 1 head of production and 2 consumers. In this research, the methods used in collecting data were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the analysis model from Miles & Huberman. This analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation techniques. The research results show that perception of product quality of PT. Aceplas Indonesia has an impact on customer satisfaction, and PT service quality. Aceplas Indonesia has an impact on customer satisfaction.
