Abstract

The teacher's role is very important in implementing the curriculum as well as in learning activities. Therefore, the activities carried out by the teacher need to be supervised or assisted so that the vision and mission of learning activities can be carried out properly. With the completion of academic supervision, it is hoped that there will be  real support for teachers in developing their abilities to achieve curriculum goals. This study aims to evaluate supervision activities which consist of three stages, starting from planning academic supervision, implementing academic supervision, and following up on academic supervision. The case study in this research is at MTs Plus Sabilunnajah which is in Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research at the planning stage have been carried out properly, the school principal carries out supervision planning by requesting the results of regular meetings. In the next stage, namely the implementation stage, the principal assesses every aspect of supervision starting from the suitability of the lesson plans with learning activities, learning processes, teacher performance, and classroom management by the teacher. From the results of the supervision implementation, it is known that there are some discrepancies between the RPP and the implementation of learning in the classroom. Another obstacle in the implementation of supervision is the schedule of supervision activities which are often delayed if the principal has an urgent need

Abstract

Program kampus mengajar angkatan 5 ini merupakan bagian dari program kampus merdeka yang melibatkan mahasiswa diseluruh indonesia untuk membantu proses belajar mengajar disekolah, khususnya untuk jenjang SD, kampus mengajar juga memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar diluar kampus selama empat bulan. Pada program ini, mahasiswa yang terlibat memiliki tanggungjawab dalam membantu pihak sekolah pada proses mengajar, membantu adaptasi teknologi, membantu administrasi sekolah dan membantu meningkatkan pemahamaman literasi dan numerasi siswa. Dimana yang kita ketahui bahwa kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di indonesia masih kurang atau cukup rendah. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang pengembangan kemampuan peserta didik atau yang biasa disebut dengan menggunakan belajar les tambahan atau (calistung). Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui peran kampus mengajar dalam peningkatan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik dalam program calistung untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang saya ambil ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan dan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 99 Seluma, Kabupaten Seluma, Provinsi Bengkulu. Alat untuk mengumpulkan data ini menggunakan cara observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa kampus mengajar memiliki peran penting dan sukses menjadi agen perubahan dalam pendidikan yang dibantu oleh mahasiswa dan didukung oleh pihak sekolah dan peserta didik.

Abstract

The quality of social studies learning in the classroom is less than optimal due to learning activities that are still teacher-centred. In delivering social studies lessons, teachers only refer to textbooks available at school, without any innovation, either in subject matter or learning methods. Teachers in teaching social studies as they are still use the lecture method, so social studies learning tends to be boring, unpleasant and less interesting for students. This classroom action research involved 26 students in the VC MI Sananul Ula Daraman class, with details of 16 male students and 10 female students. This classroom action research was carried out. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of cooperative methods in learning activities can improve social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of promotions on sales at Tunas Toyota Cilegon by examining promotions at exhibitions, brochures, and social media. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used is factor analysis using IBM SPSS Version 25.0 as a supporting tool. The research was conducted at Tunas Toyota Cilegon by processing sales data for the year 2022. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that using exhibition promotions and social media promotions has a significant positive impact on sales at Tunas Toyota Cilegon. However, brochure promotions have a significant negative impact on sales at Tunas Toyota Cilegon.

Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan Layanan BK Berdiferensiasi bagi Guru BK SMP Magelang adalah inisiatif penting yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Fokus utamanya adalah mendukung pemahaman dan implementasi prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka secara berdiferensiasi. Para guru BK akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan unik siswa, mengelola keragaman dalam kelas, dan menerapkan teknik konseling yang responsif. Pelatihan ini juga menekankan pendampingan agar guru BK dapat merancang strategi berdiferensiasi yang relevan dengan karakteristik setiap siswa. Harapannya, pelatihan ini akan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran inklusif yang memastikan setiap siswa mendapatkan dukungan sesuai dengan potensi dan keberagamannya, sejalan dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka. Pelatihan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pengembangan karakter siswa di SMP Magelang. Luaran yang ditargetkan berupa luaran wajib dan tambahan yaitu Surat Keterangan yang dikeluarkan pihak mitra yang menerangkan, dosen sebagai pendamping, Publikasi jurnal ilmiah, HKI, Naskah Kerjasama/IA dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota  dan Kabupaten Magelang, Jurnal Nasional Terindeks SINTA, Tindak lanjut kerjasama (Naskah MoA antara Fakultas dan Mitra) dan Publikasi Media Sosial/Media Cetak.

Abstract

The problems studied in this study are: (1) How does the counseling teacher apply information services in classical guidance related to student time management at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, (2) What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors experienced by the counseling teacher in applying information services in classical guidance related to student time management at SMP Negeri 3 Polewali. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure, produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behaviour. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews, in-depth and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected, and from the data conclusions are drawn. The results of observations from the Application of Information Services in Classical Guidance Related to Student Time Management at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency which is applied to students at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, the first step taken is that every year MGMP is held, where this MGMP is (Subject Teacher Deliberation).in the application of information services in classical guidance related to students, namely: identifying information needs for the subject (learners), determining information material as a service to be delivered, determining the target subject of the service, determining the resource person, preparing procedures, tools and service media.

Abstract

Misunderstanding in drawing conclusions about a concept caused by errors and incomplete thinking is called misconception. The existing misconception can lead to ongoing misconception if it is not immediately corrected. This study aimed to analyze how the level of misconceptions that occured in prospective science teachers. This study was conducted using a mixed-method with an explanatory sequential design. Methods of collecting data were Three Tier Multiple Choice (TTMC) test questions to analyze the misconception and in-depth interview to determine the factors causing misconceptions. The instrument used in this study was TTMC diagnostic test. Technique used for analyzing misconceptions data were descriptive percentages and for analyzing factors causing misconceptions data were in-depth interview. The results show that 60.4% of prospective science teacher students had misconceptions, which means that the misconceptions that occured were in the high category. Factors causing misconceptions were dominated by incompleteness in understanding the material, the influence of previous learning, the references used contain the wrong concept, low interest in deepening the material to find out the correct concept. This study is expected to help teachers and prospective teachers to decide what learning methods can be used to prevent misconceptions. Remediation can be done to find out where the misconceptions occur so that it can be corrected more quickly.

Abstract

Dolalak Dance is a dance themed around the joy of Dutch soldiers. Dolalak Dance serves as a sign that displays specific meanings perceived by the community as a sign that interprets symbolic meanings. The Dolalak Budi Santoso group also offers symbolic meanings in their performance. The purpose of this research is to understand the semiotics of the Dolalak Dance performance in Kaliharjo Village, Purworejo Regency. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, semiotic approach, and etic-emic approach. The main focus of this research is to explore the symbolic meanings of a performance through a semiotic approach. With a semiotic approach, the Dolalak performance is placed as a sign and understood as a signifier by the community. Data validity is ensured through triangulation technique. Data analysis involves description and interpretation techniques. The results of this research show that the semiotics of Dolalak Dance can be seen through symbolic meanings in the form of presentational symbols and discursive symbols within the elements of the performance. Dolalak Dance presents presentational symbols through visual and auditory elements depicting the joy and agility of Dutch soldiers. The discursive symbols of Dolalak Dance are revealed through non-iconic elements of the performance, representing values of goodness and life. In conclusion, the semiotics of Dolalak Dance manifest in the symbolic meanings that arise from the perception of individuals or the community towards the form of the Dolalak Dance performance

Abstract

The availability of picture storybooks is a crucial component of early childhood education. This research aims to describe and analyze the needs for storybooks among Kindergarten students through a questionnaire. At an early age, play is an essential activity that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development. The storybooks used in this process must have specific characteristics that captivate children's interest while aligning with educational objectives. The research methods employed include observations, interviews with kindergarten teachers, and content analysis of popular storybooks among young children. The findings are intended to serve as a foundation for developing educational materials, particularly picture storybooks that facilitate play-based learning for kindergarten students. The ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of educational resources available to young learners, ensuring they are both engaging and educationally beneficial.

Abstract

Developing an instrument for the need for academic guidance and counseling topics is a strategic step to support the needs assessment carried out by guidance and counseling teachers and counselors in schools. The development of this instrument had been carried out by Arfalah using exploratory factor analysis. This study aims to analyze the instrument using the Rasch model. The research procedure began with collecting data from two integrated online needs assessments of academic guidance and counseling instruments. The content validity test involved six experts, and the field test involved 111 students from three junior high schools in Yogyakarta. Data were analyzed using Winsteps version 3.73 according to Fisher's five criteria for a good instrument. The content validity test showed Aiken's coefficient of 0.71, considered in the high category. Meanwhile, the results of the Rasch test showed the item response model. The analysis also indicated high reliability on both instruments above 0.90 and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.98. Five items were decided to be maintained based on the misfit test explored. The accuracy and focus of the instruments in revealing the need for academic guidance and counseling topics for high school students indicated a number above 40% and a fairly good level of instrument contamination, which was below 10%.
