Abstract

Education industry has been the subject of interest in the study, because the modern market today all companies and institutions are required to develop capacity and provide a flexible reaction to survive and develop capabilities advantage in the markets they serve. By understanding the variables of service quality and loyalty of students, not only can help educational organizations in managing its resources optimally as possible, but even more important is to maintain life so as to keep education, as well as building long-term relationships with their students.This study aims to determine the effect of variable HEdPERF (non-academics, academic, reputation, access, and programs offered) the loyalty of the students. The method used in the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression terms to meet Classical Assumption Test to test the hypothesis put forward. Based on the analysis and discussion of the five variables found that HEdPERF only three variables, namely the non-academic, reputation, and at that partially have an influence on student loyalty. While academic and access variables no significant effect on student loyalty. In addition, HEdPERF variables simultaneously affect the loyalty of students amounted to 23.9%, while the remaining 76.1% are other factors beyond the variables HEdPERF. The strong relationship HEdPERF variable loyalty for 52.8% of students can be quite strong. While HEdPERF variables that have most dominant influence on student loyalty program offered is a variable that is by by 8.22%.

Abstract

Sugarcane bagasse and eggshell waste are common types of waste found in Indonesia. This article introduces an innovation to utilize these two waste materials as bone implant materials, offering a way to increase their economic value. Bone implant materials primarily consist of SiO2 and CaO, both of which can be derived from sugarcane bagasse and eggshell waste. The process of making bone implants begins with the purification of sugarcane bagasse and eggshell waste to produce SiO2 and CaO compounds. Characterizations conducted at each stage of the reaction process in this research include FTIR, XRD, and SEM.The purification of sugarcane bagasse into SiO2 is carried out using a hydrothermal reaction, while the purification of eggshell waste is performed using the calcination method. Once the high-purity raw materials are obtained, the process continues with the production of bioactive glass. Bioactive glass is a biomatrix material used as a bone implant material. Its composition requires SiO2 = 45%, Na2O = 25%, CaO = 25%, and P2O5 = 5% (weight/weight). The sol-gel method is employed to produce the bioactive glass.After the bioactive glass material is produced, it is further characterized to evaluate its structure and properties. Additionally, bioactivity testing is conducted using SBF (Simulated Body Fluid) to ensure its safety when used as a bone implant and its interaction with body tissues.

Abstract

COVID-19 has spread rapidly in places where people interact socially, with aerosol transmission being a significant concern, especially in enclosed spaces where infected individuals spend extended periods with others in crowded and poorly ventilated conditions. The use of masks is a preventive measure against the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19. Concerns have been raised that carbon dioxide may accumulate in masks over time, potentially leading to respiratory issues and other problems such as impaired concentration at work. This research aims to conduct an experiment to study concentration based on the physical work environment, including factors such as room temperature, Body Mass Index (BMI), duration of mask use, and age. Concentration will be measured through reaction time, which includes visual, auditory, and motor components, using a factorial design method. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between the concentration, represented by the reaction time of the respondents, and several factors: temperature, BMI, age of the respondents, and type of reaction (visual, auditory, and motor). Based on factorial analysis, it can be concluded that temperature, age, BMI, and type of reaction all influence reaction time at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty on the Shopee e-commerce platform, using Means-End Chain Theory (MEC) as the theoretical foundation. The research employs a quantitative method, with primary data collected through an online questionnaire. Conducted in Yogyakarta, the study involves 260 respondents selected using purposive sampling, targeting users of the Shopee app or website. The data is analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study measures five dimensions of service quality: efficiency, fulfillment, privacy & security, responsiveness, and accessibility. The results show that efficiency, accessibility, privacy & security, and responsiveness have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. In contrast, fulfillment does not significantly affect satisfaction. For customer loyalty, efficiency and responsiveness have a significant impact, while accessibility, privacy & security, and fulfillment do not. These findings provide valuable insights for Shopee to enhance specific aspects of service quality to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pentingnya laporan keuangan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan naturalistik, di mana data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari studi kepustakaan. Data kualitatif yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata, kalimat, skema, dan gambar. Sumber data utama penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, catatan, dan buku-buku. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan memainkan peran krusial sebagai sarana komunikasi keuangan yang penting bagi perusahaan dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Selain mencegah pencampuran aset dan mendukung perencanaan pajak, laporan keuangan yang akurat juga meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, memperkuat posisi perusahaan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan serta keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Dengan informasi yang lengkap dan transparan, laporan keuangan meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat posisi perusahaan dan mendukung pertumbuhan serta keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Abstract

Efikasi diri dapat diartikan sebagai penilaian seseorang tentang kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dalam mencapai sesuatu yang telah ditargetkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa  kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa. Self-efficacy can be interpreted as someone's assessment of the abilities that individuals have in achieving something that has been targeted. This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation of self-efficacy in students, especially grade VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The subjects used in this study were eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul totaling 282 students. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency and percentage. Based on the analysis and discussion, the results showed that the self-efficacy of eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul tended to show moderate categories. Based on 142 class VIII students there were students who had self-efficacy in the very low category as many as 9 students (6.34%), self-efficacy in the low category as many as 35 students (24.65%), self-efficacy in the medium category of 62 students (43 , 66%), self-efficacy in the high category as many as 26 students (18.31%) and self-efficacy in the very high category as many as 10 students (7.04%). The results of this study should be a guide for teachers guidance and counseling as an effort to help improve student self-efficacy

Abstract

Logo terapi melihat optimisme sebagai sumber kekuatan dan menanamkan pendekatan positif untuk mengatasi permasalahan hidup yang dialami. Sikap optimis dapat membantu remaja pecandu narkoba memiliki harapan untuk masa depan, dengan begitu remaja pecandu narkoba akan memiliki harga diri tinggi dalam menilai dirinya sendiri dan mampu untuk bersosialisasi di lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat keefektifan logo terapi terhadap harga diri remaja pecandu narkoba di Pondok Pesantren Bidayatussalikin Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi ekperimen dengan menggunakan non equivalent control grup design, masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol akan diberikan pretest dan posttest. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah logo terapi efektif terhadap harga diri remaja pecandu narkoba di Pondok Pesantren Bidayatussalikin.Logotherapy sees optimism as a source of strength and instills a positive approach to overcome life's problems experienced. An optimistic attitude can help adolescent drug addicts have hope for the future, so adolescent drug addicts will have high self-esteem in assessing themselves and being able to socialize in the environment. The purpose of this study was to look at the effectiveness of logotherapy to increase the self-esteem of adolescent drug addicts in the Bidayatussalikin Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta. The research method used was quasi-experiment using non equivalent control group design, each experimental group and control group will be given a pretest and posttest. The results obtained in this study were effective logotherapy to increase the self-esteem of adolescent drug addicts in Bidayatussalikin Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dari pengembangan media aplikasi identifikasi multiple intelligence by Howard Gardner dalam penentuan putusan karir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Model evaluasi CIPP dipilih karena aspek yang ditinjau dalam model penelitian ini dianggap lebih komprehensif dibandingkan dengan model evaluasi lainnya. Terdapat empat aspek evaluasi dalam model CIPP, yaitu evaluasi context yang meliputi latar belakang pembuatan media, evaluasi input yang meliputi sarana/ bahan/ sumber daya yang mendukung fungsi dari pengemangan media yang digunakan, evaluasi process yaitu evalusi penggunaan media, dan evaluasi product yaitu evaluasi hasil dari produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada evaluasi pengembangan media identitfikasi tipe kecerdasan individu by Howard Gardner dengan berbasis aplikasi android. Dengan adanya evaluasi media tersebut diharapkan pengembangan aplikasi nantinya dapat berkembang lebih baik dan memiliki kebermanfaatan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find an alternative to the brick wall constituent material with the lowest thermal conductivity value by adding sawdust. The method of measuring the thermal conductivity value used is the steady-state hot plate method. From the test results obtained the more the addition of sawdust, the value of thermal conductivity obtained is also increasing. With the best conductivity value obtained by the author is in the addition of sawdust as much as 5 grams with a conductivity value of 0.006573945Q W/mK.
