Environmental issues such as global warming, the greenhouse effect, and drastic climate change, as well as social issues such as meeting the needs of both workers and interested parties continue to increase, and urge the development of innovative financial products. Manufacturing companies are currently in the spotlight of various interested parties, there are 8 industrial sectors that contribute large amounts of carbon emissions, namely: cement industry, steel industry, pen and paper industry, textile industry, ceramic industry, fertilizer industry, petrochemical industry, and food and beverage industry. This concern for the environment must continue to be improved seeing that the impact of company operations is very significant starting from the greenhouse gas effect which continues to increase every day. As a country committed to the climate change control agenda, Indonesia has developed regulations, action programs and systems and mechanisms to reduce GHG emissions to meet the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target and control GHG emissions in national development. One of the supporting mechanisms developed is the Value of Carbon Economy.

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of service quality on service customer satisfaction at Kooda Easy You in Lhokseumawe City and to determine the influence of the most dominant dimensions on service customer satisfaction at Kooda Easy You in Lhokseumawe City. The object of this research is consumers who use Kooda Easy You services in Lhokseumawe City. A total of 108 respondents were sampled in this research by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. This research uses Purposive Sampling technique with multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this research show that partially the variables Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee and Empathy have an rtable value of 0.1874 and an alpha value of 0.05 or 53% and the rest 47% is influenced by other factors outside this research model (error term). From the partial test results, the five independent variables, namely physical evidence (x1) has a value of tcount (1.714) > ttable (1.659), reliability (x2) has a value of tcount (3.104) > ttable (1.659), responsiveness (x3) has a value tcount (0.996) < ttable (1.659), guarantee (x4) has a value of tcount (0.195) < ttable (1.659) and empathy (x5) has a value of tcount (3.058) > ttable (1.659) and the simultaneous test results have an fcount value of (17,894) > Ftable (2,3017). The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) were 0.465 or 46%, meaning that the service quality variable was 46% due to customer satisfaction, while the remaining 54% was explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Pine resin (Pinus merkusii) is one of the non-timber forest products (NTFPs) that plays an important role in increasing the income of rural communities. This study aims to analyze the level of income and contribution of pine resin tapping to family income in Cane Toa Village, Rikit Gaib District, Gayo Lues Regency. The method used was a census of 55 pine resin tapper respondents. Data were analyzed quantitatively using the contribution formula and household income analysis. The results showed that the average income from pine resin tapping was IDR 3,319,818.4 per production, while income from other sectors reached IDR 4,156,370.85. The total average income of tapper families was IDR 7,476,189.31 per production. The contribution of pine resin tapping to total family income was recorded at 44.4%, included in the "good" category according to the classification of Kepmendagri No. 690,900,327 in 1996. These results confirm that pine resin tapping plays a significant role in supporting the household economy in the region, although technical assistance is still needed so that tapping practices are more sustainable and efficient.

The metamorphosis of Srinagar into a Smart City represents a paradigmatic shift in the developmental discourse of the Kashmir Valley, wherein the urban sphere is increasingly envisaged as a catalyst for broader regional transformation. Conventionally, smart city initiatives have been critiqued for their technocentric orientation and metropolitan exclusivity; however, in a fragile, conflict-prone, and ecologically sensitive milieu such as Kashmir, the implications transcend the municipal boundary. This paper interrogates the urban–rural dialectic by situating Srinagar’s smart city trajectory within the wider developmental ecology of the Valley, emphasizing the multifarious intersections through which urban renewal reconfigures rural economies, governance modalities, service delivery architectures, and livelihood prospects. Through a conceptual, rather than empiricist, lens, the study delineates how infrastructural modernization, digital governance, and cultural economy initiatives in Srinagar engender ripple effects upon peripheral agrarian landscapes, artisanal production clusters, and marginalized rural habitations. The analysis foregrounds dimensions such as agricultural market integration, tele-health accessibility, skill dissemination, eco-tourism linkages, and e-governance diffusion, while simultaneously acknowledging the unevenness, fragility, and contradictions inherent in these processes. By extrapolating illustrative examples from across the Valley, the research underscores that the smartness of Srinagar cannot be meaningfully appraised in isolation, but only in relation to the degree of inclusivity and sustainability it bequeaths upon its rural hinterland. The paper ultimately argues that Srinagar’s transformation, if imbued with participatory governance, ecological prudence, and socio-cultural sensitivity, holds the potential to evolve from a narrowly urban project into a regionally integrative paradigm of smart development. Conversely, if construed merely as an infrastructural or technological spectacle, it risks reinforcing spatial and socio-economic asymmetries. Thus, the Srinagar Smart City initiative emerges simultaneously as a developmental opportunity and a conceptual crucible, where the very meaning of “smartness” in peripheral contexts is subject to redefinition.

This study aims to analyze carbon emission disclosures,green innovation, environmental, social, governance (ESG),Eco-efficiency and environmental performance impact on firm value (Tobin's Q) in Basic Materials and Energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period. Research data can be accessed through the official website.www.idx.co.id.The sample in this study consisted of 97 companies in the Basic Materials and Energy sector, using purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used was a panel data regression method with the Eviews 12 application, with the selected Fixed Effect Model (FEM) model. The results showed thatcarbon emission disclosure has a negative and significant effect on company value,Green innovation has no effect on company value (Tobin's Q). Meanwhile, environmental, social, and governance (ESG),Eco-efficiency and environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on company value (Tobin's Q) in Basic Material and Energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period.

This study aims to analyze and compare the impact of Conventional Financing and Green Financing on corporate capital structure, measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), for firms in Aceh Province. Employing a quantitative comparative method on corporate financial statement data spanning the 2021-2024 period, the research found that the limited access to green financing and the smaller scale of green-funded projects in Aceh suggest constraints in the green market. Nevertheless, a comparative analysis reveals a significant difference between the influence of conventional financing and green financing on the capital structure in Aceh Province. Empirically, Green Financing positively impacts the strengthening of the firm's capital structure, positioning it as a strategic alternative toward sustainable economic development in Aceh. This conclusion underscores the critical role of Green Financing as a unique strategic financial determinant, providing practical implications for corporate management in Aceh to integrate sustainability aspects into funding decisions to achieve long-term capital structure optimization.

The rapid advancement of financial technology has introduced cryptocurrency as a revolutionary innovation in the global digital economy. Despite its growing popularity as an investment instrument, the legal and economic frameworks governing cryptocurrency remain fragmented, particularly within the ASEAN region. This research aims to analyze the influence of currency law clarity and global economic regulation on cryptocurrency investment, with investor trust serving as a mediating variable, in the context of the Big Four ASEAN countriesIndonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. This study employs a normative juridical and descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through documentation, expert interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving financial institutions such as OJK, Bank Indonesia, BEI, Phintraco Sekuritas, and the Directorate General of Taxes. Quantitative testing was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 to assess the relationships among variables. The findings indicate that both currency law clarity and global economic regulation have a significant and positive effect on cryptocurrency investment, while investor trust plays only a limited mediating role. The strongest relationship is observed in Singapore, where the Payment Services Act (2019) provides comprehensive regulatory certainty and attracts institutional investors. In contrast, Indonesia’s fragmented regulatory stance recognizing crypto as a tradable commodity but not a legal tender creates uncertainty that weakens investor confidence. The study proposes the formulation of a “Triangle Policy Framework” integrating legal, economic, and fiscal regulation, and introduces the LCTR (Legal Cryptocurrency and Tax Revenue) model to optimize digital asset governance and fiscal transparency. This integrated model is expected to strengthen investor protection, enhance legal certainty, and support sustainable digital economic growth in the ASEAN region.

This research investigates the determinants of company value within the Energy and Basic Materials sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021-2023. It examines the impact of Carbon Emission Disclosure (CES), Green Innovation (IH), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Eco-efficiency (EFI), and Environmental Performance (KL) on Tobin's Q as a measure of company value. The analysis, employing panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM), reveals that while ESG, EFI, and KL positively influence company value, CES has a negative impact, and IH shows an insignificant effect. These findings provide insights for companies aiming to enhance their market value by prioritizing environmental and social responsibility.

Research Aims: This research aims to explore the factors influencing debt policy in "red-license plate" companies in Indonesia from 2010 to 2020. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used is empirical studies to achieve the study's objectives.Research Findings: The first analysis result showed that their debt policy was significantly determined by collateral value of assets, profitability, company size, business risk, liquidity. However, those factors partly clarified the policies, whereas other factors outside the observation defined the rest. The result of the second analysis meanwhile showed that the debt policy has significant negative impact on the company performance both long-term and short-term period.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Several research strategies that may be useful in this respect are discussed, and a typology of constructs is proposed on the basis of this analysis is Short term debt policy, Long term debt policy, and The thermal design power are as latent variables; the collateral value of assets, Profitability, Company size, Business risk, Growth opportunity, and Liquidity are construct variables.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The first stage of analysis is intended to examine the factors influencing debt policy, both total debt policy, short term debt policy, and long-term debt.Research Limitations/Implications: Considering the limited amount of data available, this study conducts a risk assessment based on historical data only. A more complete identification of risks and vulnerabilities will include a forward-looking assessment using sensitivity analysis, scenarios, and testing of debt policies on "state-owned" companies in Indonesia from 2010 to 2020 and the impact of debt policies on the financial performance of companies during that period. We will next explain the methods used to achieve the objectives of the study. Furthermore, it further describes the results of research and discussion and winds up with conclusions and suggestions.

Study This aim For evaluate performance PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari's finances Tbk in 2024 through analysis ratio finances which include ratio liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and market ratios. The data used is secondary data from report finance public companies after company official listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in January 2024. The results of the analysis show that company is at in condition liquid with current ratio of 1.40 and quick ratio of 1.07, which reflects ability Good in fulfil obligation term short . The Company's solvency level is assessed healthy , reflected from Debt to Asset Ratio of 21.34% and Debt to Equity Ratio of 21.34% of 0.27. In this case profitability , company capable maintain efficiency and generate good profit margins with a Gross Profit Margin of 47.04%, Net Profit Margin of 20.84%, ROA of 3.73%, and ROE of 4.74%. However , the performance ratio activity show suboptimal utilization of assets , especially in turnover inventory reaching 256 days and period billing receivables that reach 85 days. In general overall, the company own foundation financially strong, but need increase effectiveness management asset as well as efficiency operational .
