Abstract

Penulis melakukan praktek kerja lapangan di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang pasuruanyang berlokasi di jalan Panglima Sudirman Nomor 14C Kota Pasuruab. Selama mengikuti praktek kerja lapangan, penulis ditempatkan pada beberapa bidang, diantaranya bidang pembiayaan, bidang operasional dan Teller. Selama berada di bidang-bidang tersebut banyak aktivitas yang telah dilakukan penulis. Diantaranya melakukan sortir uang sesuai dengan ketentuan BI, menginput data nasabah yang membayar pajak, ikut melayani nasabah, serta menginput dokumen-dokumen pembiayaan nasabah, dan masih banyak lagi. Dalam penulisan Laporan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini, penulis telah melakukan penelitian kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara dengan karyawan pada PT Bank Mandiri Syariah Cabang Pasuruan. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas yang diterapkan di PT Bank Mandiri Syariah Cabang Pasuruan. Berdasarkan hasil kerja di lapangan penulis menyimpulkan bahwa gadai Emas BSM merupakan produk pembiayaan atas dasar jaminan berupa emas sebagai salah satu alternatif memperoleh uang tunai secara cepat. Produk pembiayaan gadai emas ini dapat  digunakan untuk pembiayaan konsumtif, seperti untuk biaya pendidikan, biaya pengobatan, dan penyelenggaraan hajatan maupun pembiayaan produktif, seperti untuk modal usaha. Produk ini menggunakan akad Rahn. Akad Rahn merupakan suatu transaksi perjanjian pinjaman (utang) dengan menahan harta sebagai jaminan. Produk gadai emas ini termasuk produk baru yang ada di BSM, maka dari ini perlu adanya peningkatan promosi kepada masyarakat tentang produk gadai mas ini, dengan cara melakukan strategi-strategi yang bisa membuat masyarakat mengenal dan tertarik pada produk ini.

Abstract

The concept of social studies is one of the knowledge that must be introduced in early childhood. One of methods that can be done to introduce to children the concept of social studies is through play activities. Through the ludo game modifications, can be expected to help children in recognizing the concept of social studies. The problem of this research is whether there is a difference of understanding of learning concept of early social studies through ludo modification game in children aged 5-6 years. This study aims to determine the difference in understanding the concept of learning early social studies through ludo game modification activities in children aged 5-6 years.       This research was conducted in Dharma Wanita Kindergarten in Ngawen Pati by using Pre-experimental Design with One Group Pretest-Postes Design approach. The samples that used are children aged 5-6 years by 30 children. Sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sample technique. The data analysis method was used Independent Sample t-Test method.             The data shows an increase in the mean value from 90.87 to 122.97. The magnitude of the increase is 32.1. Based on the result of calculation using Paired Sample t-Test, the value of t table> t count> t table, that is (- 2.045> -16,146 or 16,146> 2,045), with Sig = 0.000 or Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 so that ???????? is accepted and ????0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in understanding the concept of social studies children 5-6 years of Dharma Wanita Kindergarten in Ngawen Pati after using the media game ludo modification.

Abstract

The efforts to improve and enhance the quality of education by making curriculum changes, both structural and its formulation procedures would be more meaningful if accompanied by changes in teaching practices that support the successful implementation of the curriculum. One method that can be used is Project Method, whereby it is expected that the quality of student learning experiences in the classroom is more effective and instill the character associated with the environmental, cultural, and natural resources conservation. The purpose and benefits of this research are to provide an overview of procedures or mechanisms of implementation and find out how much the success rate of the method used in learning, especially in exhibition subjects with  project method. This research is a classroom action research with the approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The population in this study was all 90 studentsofEarly Childhood Education Department at Semarang State University who are on 6th semester who are taking exhibition subject. The result shows that the procedure of project method activities have to go through stages of actions and observations, which showed at the beginning of the first cycle obtained an average of student ability in this activity amounted to 59.25% and increased in the second cycle achieving 93.08%. Abstract

Descriptive Study of the Application of Deaf Children Language Development in TLO (Taman Latihan dan Observasi) Class in Semarang State Special School. Faculty of Education. Semarang State University. Indonesia. The Application of deaf children language ability development is a teaching-learning activity focusing on deaf children language acquisition through approaches, methods and media adapted to the children condition and needs. The research aims to 1) describe deaf children language development, 2) explain the application of deaf children language ability development in TLO (Taman Latihan dan Observasi) class in Semarang State Special School, 3) explain push-pull factors of the application of deaf children language ability development in TLO (Taman Latihan dan Observasi) class in Semarang State Special School. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method to understand the phenomenon happened by the research subjects, namely the language they possess, and push-pull factors of deaf children language ability. The subjects of the research are deaf students at the age of 3-5 in the TLO class of Semarang State Special School. The data of the research were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. They were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results show that most of all deaf children in TLO class were cried at post delivery as normal do. The fact that they have no stimulation response is a symptom their parents observe. Therefore, the push-pull factor here is the active role of the parents. Hence, there are three conclusions according to the research, namely the cry of deaf children at post delivery as normal do, heart to heart approach done by teachers and the active role of the parents in deaf language development. It is suggested that the teachers are expected to be more creative to conduct teaching activity. In addition, the community support is needed while government and education department formulate learning curriculum for special need children. Abstract

The using of manipulative scales is a learning media that is expected to increase the development of measurement concept ability accordance with the development level of children in group B. The use of manipulative scales media can be used effectively if teachers are creative in using supporting materials that can be found in surrounding environment to be used in developing measurement concept. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using manipulative scales media toward measurement concept ability in measuring the length, volume, and weight for children’s Group B at TK Negeri Pembina Sragen. This research uses experimental methods with design One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with 43 children as sample. Hypothesis test obtain that based on statistical calculations which conducted, it obtained a t-test data through differences test Paired Sample t-Test on SPSS 18.0 program for windows t value is -38,083 with value sig(2-tailed) amounted to 0,000 < 0.05. This results show if the posttest result experienced an increase measurement concept ability that is higher than the pretest results. Viewed from the diagram picture 4.1 show an improvement achievement of mean value occurred in each measurement concepts that given, for the concept of length measurement from originally 34,67 into 43,88, for the concept of volume from 32,67 into 42,14, and the concept of weight from 33,42 into 42,02 and overall there is an increase mean value of measurement concept ability levels from group B from 100,77 into 128,05, resulting in increased score amounted to 27,28. The conclusion of this research is the use manipulative scales media can increase measurement concept ability in children’s group B, so that manipulative scales can be used by teacher as media in defining measuring concept of length, volume, and mass for student group B.

Family and community participation in Early Childhood Education (ECE) after the policy program of one village one ECE shows that overall they can implement the program thoroughly, there is a need for close and more organized links between the village governments, ECE institutions and communities so that solutions and policies for internal problems in the ECE can be found together. Strengthening services with one village one ECE is a necessity in the hope that children in rural areas will be educated early on. Applying one village at least one ECE requires a lot of participation from various parties including the government at the village level. &nbsp;

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of Batik Jumputan skill as an activity in improving the fine motor skill of mild intellectually disabled children in special schools throughout Semarang City. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of quasi-experimental research approach. The research design used is one group pre-test post-test. The subjects of this study are mild intellectually disabled children in special schools throughout Semarang City, in total 27 children. The data collection technique used is scale of fine motor skill with a number of 36 valid items that had previously been tested so that they could be used in the research, while the methods of data analysis are descriptive and hypothesis testing by using Paired Sample T Test. The results of the study showed that the level of fine motor skill of mild intellectually disabled children before being given the Batik Jumputan skill activities is included in the enough category with a percentage of 51.58% and after being given the Batik Jumputan skill activities included in the good category with a percentage of 48, 15%. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T Test obtained the value of &nbsp; &nbsp;&lt; &nbsp;is (-12,724 &lt;-2,056) with a significant value of 0,000, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted proving that there is significant difference in fine motor skill of mild intellectually disabled children after applied Batik Jumputan skills. The significant difference can be seen from the value of sig 2 tailed &lt;0.05 is 0,000. It means that the use of Batik Jumputan in this study can improve the fine motor skill of mild intellectually disabled children.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design classic simulation game application of Fly and Learn which is a mobile gaming application based on android smartphone that aims to provide children in elementary school level to learn with ease through a game. Fly and Learn is a classic simulation game which has a specific purpose to introduce the game of the plane where the children play as a pilot by a plane ride and also to train them in answering questions quickly and accurately on the way. The method used in this research is the waterfall model. The results achieved in the form of an application that can make a learning media for elementary school level students through the medium of game based on android. The conclusion of this research is that the created application successfully attracts students’ interest thus helping their learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of financial ratios of liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio on the financial performance at PT Astra International Tbk. The financial Ratios as an independent variable (X) consists of Liquidity Ratio (X1) which is analyzed bycurrent ratio, quick ratio and net working capital to total assets ratio, Solvency Ratio (X2) which is analyzed by total debt to assets ratio assets, total assets, debt to equity ratio and long-term debt to equity ratio; Activity Ratio (X3) which is analyzed by total asset turnover, working capital turnover and inventory turnover, and Probability Ratio (X4) which is analyzed by gross profit margin ratio, net profit margin ratio, operating ratio, rate of return on equity and rate of return on assets. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is a financial performance which is analyzed based on the net income (sales) (Y1), the net profit after tax (Y2), and the earning per share (Y3). The financial data of PT Astra International Tbk. used for this study were taken over five (5) years from 2010 - 2014. Analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software version 20.0 was used as thedata analysis technique. The results showed that first hypothesis (H1), Liquidity Ratios had a significant effect on financial performance. A positive path coefficients of 0.289 with Tvalue 4.428 is bigger than Ttable or T (0.050; 5) = 2.776, meaning that the liquidity ratio significantly influences the financial performance. So the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means that the liquidity ratio has a significant effect on the financial performance. The second hypothesis (H2), Solvency Ratio hasa significant effect on financial performance. A positive path coefficient of 0.334 with Tvalue15.563 is bigger than Ttable or T (0,050; 5) = 2,776, meaning that the Solvency Ratio significantly influences the Financial Performance. So the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, which means that the Solvency Ratio has a significant effect on the financial performance. The third hypothesis (H3), Activity Ratio has asignificant effect on the financial performance. A positive path coefficient of 0,034 with Tvalue0.486 is smaller than Ttable or T (0,050; 5) = 2,776, meaning that the ratio of activity does not have a significant influence on the financial performance. So the third hypothesis (H3) is rejected, which means that the Activity Ratio has no significant effect on the financial performance. The fourth hypothesis (H4), Profitability Ratio has a significant effect on the financial performance. A positive path coefficient of 0.778 with Tvalueof 6.003 is bigger than Ttable or T (0,050; 5) = 2,776, meaning that the Profitability Ratio significantly influences the financial performance. So the fourth hypothesis (H4) is accepted, which means that the profitability ratio have a significant effect on the financial performance.Keywords: Financial Ratios, Financial Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the application of direct instruction models using the number line that can enhance students' ability in solving addition and subtraction of integers in class VII 3 Banawa Junior High School . Kind of research is action research . This research design refers to the design of the study Kemmis and Mc . Taggart namely planning, action , observation and reflection . The results showed that the application of direct instruction  models using the number line that can enhance students' ability in solving addition and subtraction of integers follow the phases namely : an introduction / introduction , presentation , guided practice , and independent practice .
