Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Price, Promotion, and Product Quality affects customer satisfaction in the case study of Mie Gacoan in Bekasi. Using quantitative methods, data from this study were collected from 100 respondents. using the Likert scale model assessment as the measurement model, which is filled in by the respondent on the questionnaire to be distributed. The preparation of the questionnaire uses a Likert scale, a scale used to measure the attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena with the help of SmartPLS 4 software as a tool for analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Price variable (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) the t-statistic result for the Price variable is 4.913 and is declared significant because the t-statistic value > 1.66 (4.913 > 1.66). Promotion (X2) variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), t-statistic > 1.66 (5,287 > 1.66). Product Quality (X3) variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), t-statistic > 1.66 (3,258 > 1.66). variable Price (X1). Promotion (X2), Product Quality (X3) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), the F-statistic for the Price, Promotion, Product Quality variable is 195.109 and is declared significant because the F-statistic value > 2.70 (195.109 > 2.70).

Abstract

t Desa Cipayung memiliki potensi besar dalam budidaya ikan patin, namun pemanfaatannya oleh pelaku UMKM masih terbatas pada produk mentah tanpa pengolahan lanjutan. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya nilai tambah produk serta meningkatnya limbah organik yang belum dikelola secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM lokal melalui pelatihan pengolahan ikan patin berbasis zero waste untuk mendukung implementasi ekonomi sirkular. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan teknis pembuatan produk olahan (seperti abon, kerupuk kulit, kaldu tulang), serta pendampingan manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah ikan patin secara menyeluruh, dengan limbah organik yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali sebagai bahan baku produk baru. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM dan pengurangan limbah domestik. Diharapkan pendekatan ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain yang memiliki potensi serupa.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented in Pancakarya Village, Tempuran District, Karawang Regency, with the aim of enhancing farmers' capacity in entrepreneurship and digital marketing. The primary challenges faced by the village community include limited understanding of business management, dependence on middlemen, and a lack of digital technology utilization in agricultural product marketing. To address these issues, the program provided training on fundamental entrepreneurial principles, financial recording, digital marketing strategies, and the use of e-commerce platforms and social media using lecture and discussion method. The results indicate an improvement in the community's understanding of business management and digital marketing strategies. Some participants have begun implementing digital marketing techniques, although challenges such as limited digital literacy and restricted internet access remain obstacles. Initial evaluations show that the program has contributed to raising awareness of the importance of diversifying marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase product value. Continued program support through intensive mentoring and collaboration with external stakeholders is necessary to ensure long-term impact and sustainability. With a comprehensive approach, this program is expected to foster economic independence in the village community through the effective utilization of digital technology.

Abstract

Ethical leadership is a leadership style based on moral values, fairness, and integrity in the decision-making process, thereby creating positive working relationships between leaders and employees. Employee engagement is an important aspect in improving performance and achieving organizational goals. The level of employee engagement is not only influenced by the behavior of leaders, but also by the extent to which employees feel supported by the organization, known as perceived organizational support. This study is a literature review that aims to explain the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the influence of ethical leadership on employee engagement. The results of various studies show that ethical leadership has a positive influence on employee engagement, and this influence is stronger when employees feel a high level of organizational support. Perceived organizational support acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between ethical leadership and employee engagement. These findings emphasize the importance of organizations in building an ethical culture and ensuring tangible support to optimally increase employee engagement

Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of digital marketing strategies and face-to-face interaction on consumer purchase decisions in start-up companies in West Java, with consumer preferences as a moderating variable. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for quantitative data analysis and thematic interviews for qualitative insights. The findings reveal that both strategies have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Face-to-face interaction proves to have a stronger influence in building trust and increasing purchase intention, while digital marketing strategies are effective in generating initial awareness. Consumer preferences moderate the impact of face-to-face interaction, indicating that personal experiences are favored by the majority of consumers. These findings support the theories of Customer Engagement and Trust-Building, and highlight the importance of an omnichannel approach that integrates both digital and in-person strategies to create a holistic consumer experience. The study recommends that start-ups adopt integrated marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and campaign effectiveness. Future research may explore the role of advanced technologies in strengthening this integration and their impact on consumer behavior. Abstract

Pendidikan di era modern menghadapi tantangan yang makin kompleks seiring pesatnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Lembaga pendidikan dituntut tidak hanya mentransfer pengetahuan akademik, tetapi juga membentuk karakter, keterampilan, dan kompetensi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan global. Dalam konteks ini, madrasah sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam menyiapkan generasi yang tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga berakhlak mulia serta memiliki identitas keislaman yang kuat. Karena itu, pengelolaan madrasah memerlukan strategi manajemen yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi agar mampu merespons dinamika serta tantangan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan objek penelitian dan menjelaskan temuan yang diperoleh berdasarkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Engagement Civitas Sekolah (X1) terhadap Manajemen Strategi Terintegrasi (Y) memiliki koefisien jalur positif sebesar 0,312, namun nilai P-Value sebesar 0,170. Artinya, pengaruh X1 terhadap Y tidak signifikan karena P-Value > 0,05. Kolaborasi Tim (X2) terhadap Manajemen Strategi Terintegrasi (Y) juga memiliki koefisien jalur positif sebesar 0,400, tetapi nilai P-Value sebesar 0,072, sehingga pengaruhnya juga tidak signifikan karena P-Value > 0,05. Secara simultan, variabel X1 dan X2 mampu menjelaskan variabel Y sebesar 39,9% dan termasuk kategori kecil. Di antara kedua variabel eksogen, Kolaborasi Tim (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih dominan secara kuantitatif (koefisien jalur 0,400 dan f-square 0,181), meskipun secara statistik belum signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan literatur manajemen pendidikan Islam serta kontribusi praktis bagi pimpinan madrasah dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan yang lebih terarah dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience dan digital engagement terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui strategi omnichannel pada produk fashion merek Erigo di platform TikTok Shop. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research serta teknik total sampling terhadap 125 responden pengguna TikTok Shop. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand experience dan digital engagement secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Namun, digital engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi omnichannel, sementara variabel lainnya tidak menunjukkan signifikansi. Strategi omnichannel juga tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara brand experience maupun digital engagement dengan keputusan pembelian online. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keterlibatan digital konsumen lebih menentukan efektivitas strategi pemasaran dibandingkan pengalaman merek semata. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku industri fashion lokal untuk memperkuat interaksi digital dan integrasi kanal penjualan agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian di era social commerce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi perhitungan harga pokok produksi dalam penetapan harga jual dengan membandingkan Full costing dan variable costing, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis komparatif dengan membandingkan dua hal objek penelitian untuk mengdentifikasi persamaan dan perbedaan dengan tujuan utama untuk memahami pola atau karakteristik yang ada dari aktivitas dalam analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan Full costing HPP didapat sebesar 25.740.000, Biaya per unit sebesar 3.432, harga jual sebesar 41.184.000, harga jual per unit 5.491,2, dan laba sebesar 15.444.000, sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode variable costing HPP sebesar 23.240.000, Biaya per unit sebesar 3.099, harga jual sebesar 37.184.000, harga jual per unit 4.957,8, dan laba sebesar 13.944.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Career Development and Training on Organizational Performance with Employee Competence as a mediating variable. In the context of a dynamic business environment, the role of employee competence is crucial in transforming Human Resources (HR) initiatives into tangible company performance. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with a number of employees from various levels of positions. The results show that Employee Competence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance. Furthermore, Training was found to have an influence on Organizational Performance only indirectly, proving Full Mediation by Employee Competence. Meanwhile, Career Development showed a dual influence, namely direct and indirect, indicating Partial Mediation. These findings underscore the importance of HR strategies that focus on competency improvement outcomes as a primary prerequisite for investments in training and career development to contribute optimally to organizational performance.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Ayam Monster di wilayah Cikarang Utara dengan memperkenalkan dan menerapkan metode pembayaran menggunakan kode QR. Metode ini dianggap efektif untuk memodernisasi sistem pembayaran dan meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dalam bisnis UMKM. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program ini mengadopsi metode wawancara dan edukasi yang melibatkan pemilik UMKM secara langsung. Pemilik UMKM diberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang penggunaan teknologi QR Code dalam transaksi harian mereka. Hasil dari implementasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi transaksi, dengan penurunan waktu proses pembayaran dan pengurangan risiko kesalahan administratif. Program pengabdian ini berhasil memberdayakan UMKM Ayam Monster dengan memberikan mereka akses ke teknologi pembayaran modern. Dengan adopsi QR Code, UMKM dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di era ekonomi digital. Kesuksesan program ini menjadi bukti bahwa pemberdayaan melalui teknologi pembayaran QR Code adalah langkah positif dalam memajukan UMKM.
