Abstract

A road intersection can be described as a common area that joins or crosses two or more roads. Lima Puluh Kota Regency has 8 intersections which have 3 intersection legs. There is 1 intersection at intersection 3 without a signal with type 322 intersection, namely the Bunga Setangkai intersection, this intersection has side barriers such as shops and one of the legs of the intersection, namely Tan Malaka 1, is a school. To assess the level of service at intersections, capacity, degree of saturation, delays and queuing opportunities need to be analyzed using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI, 2023). From the results of the analysis, the value of the degree of saturation is 0.88, the minimum chance of queuing is 32% and the maximum is 62% and the average delay is 15.05 sec/pcu so that the level of service at the Bunga Setangkai intersection is C. The researcher recommends making changes to the type of intersection control become a roundabout, and reduce side obstacles at intersections by implementing no parking at intersections, in order to improve performance at the Bunga Setangkai intersection. Analysis of the condition of the proposed intersection performance results in the following intersection performance. The first proposal with existing conditions is to change the type of control at the intersection to a roundabout. By carrying out proposal 1, it is possible to increase the capacity of the intersection by widening the road at the foot of the intersection. From the analysis of the calculation of the saturation level of the intersection which has exceeded the maximum value set, namely 0.88, it shows a decrease in performance at the intersection. According to the geometric planning module for at-grade intersections, the width of one The standard lane is 3.5 meters. Thus, if a vehicle with a maximum width of 2.5 meters passes, there is still 0.5 meter of empty space to the right and left of the vehicle. The second proposal is to add signs at intersections, by changing the side barriers to 0.95 by implementing no parking signs and priority signs at the Bunga Setangkai intersection so that road drivers do not park their vehicles on the shoulder of the road until they hit the road and avoid conflicts between vehicles.Keywords: Unsignalized intersection, delays

Abstract

The Tanjung Pati area is crossed by the West Sumatra-Riau State Highway segment 2 with the function of an arterial road which is a busy access for vehicles to and from Riau Province. The research aims to analyze traffic volume, side obstacles, traffic performance, and proposed problem solving. Results of analysis of existing conditions Traffic Volume 1590.6 pcu/hour, Road Capacity 2017 pcu/hour, Degree of Saturation 0.79, Speed 30 km/hour, Service Level "D". To improve traffic performance, the first proposal was given, namely a parking ban with the installation of no parking signs, obtained a Road Capacity of 2318.4 pcu/hour, Degree of Saturation 0.69, Speed 37.73 km/hour, Service Level "C". Then the second proposal is to widen the road, so the Road Capacity is 2700.43 pcu/hour, Degree of Saturation 0.59, Speed 43.39 km/hour, Service Level "C". The results of the pedestrian analysis are the provision of sidewalk and pelican crossing facilities.Keywords: Volume; Capacity; Side Obstacles; Speed; Pedestrian.

Abstract

Dangung-dangung market is located on Jalan Tan Malaka, Limapuluh Kota Regency, which has a heavy traffic volume coupled with high side obstacles due to parking on the road and traders on the shoulder of the road. The aim of this research is to provide alternative suggestions for improving the performance of sections on the Tan Malaka road. From the results of the performance analysis for the performance of road sections in existing conditions, namely, the degree of saturation in existing conditions, precisely on market days, is 0.84 with a service level of "D", for the average market speed, namely 21.45 km/hour with a service level ”E”. There was an increase in the performance of the section on Jalan Tan Malaka after alternative proposals were made by moving on-street parking to off-street, providing pedestrian facilities, structuring traders and installing road equipment and infrastructure facilities along Jalan Tan Malaka. This can be seen from the road capacity which increased from 1342 pcu/hour to 2470 pcu/hour, experienced an increase in speed from 21.45 km/h to 39 km/h, decreased the degree of saturation from 0.84 to 0.46.Keywords: Side Obstacles, Degree of Saturation, Speed, Traffic Volume, Market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of attitude variables, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on interest upon investing in SCF sharia as well as the influence of the variables of Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, risk and return on attitudes towards investing among the millennial generation in SCF Syariah. The research employed a quantitative approach utilizing the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with primary data gathered through purposive sampling. The technique was conducted by an online method on 152 individuals from the millennial generation. Not all TPB factors significantly influence the interest to invest in Sharia Securities Crowdfunding. Attitude and Behavior Control Perception have a positive impact on the interest to invest in Sharia SCF. Subjective Norm does not have an impact on the interest to invest in Sharia SCF. Sharia financial literacy does not significantly affect attitude. Religiosity significantly affects attitude. Risk and return significantly affect attitude.

Abstract

Abstract. The Belajar.id site is a medium provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, which helps students and teachers in accessing teaching and learning needs, face-to-face or remotely. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method through surveys with data collection techniques via Google forms. This was done because the research time was only two months. Apart from that, data collection was relatively fast, because the respondents were 80 final grade students at elementary and junior high school levels, 30 sixth grade teachers, 80 school principals, and 80 school operators. With a total of 270 respondents. The use of the Belajar.id account is not only focused on one tool, but also on several variations of tools such as Google Classroom, Google Form and Google Meet.

Abstract

The Manpower Office (Disnaker) is a government institution tasked with supporting, controlling, and supervising the employment sector. In addition, the Manpower Office is also responsible for providing specialized skills training to prospective employees to the needs of the job market and providing broad access to employment opportunities. This research aims to cluster job seeker data based on education level in the Medan area using the K-Means Algorithm through a clustering method approach with the application of Data Mining Techniques using RapidMiner software to obtain accurate and relevant data. The results of the implementation of the K-Means Algorithm on job seeker data in the Medan area show the formation of 6 groups (k6) with a Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value of 0.185. This study shows that the use of cluster (k6) as the optimal k provides the best DBI value, which is 0.185, indicating the level of similarity of data in each group is getting closer.

Abstract

Diabetes is classified as one of the fastest growing life-threatening chronic diseases which has affected 422 million people worldwide according to the World Health Organization (WHO) report, in 2018. Therefore, it is very important to carry out early detection of DM disease because if the disease If left for too long without treatment, it can result in dangerous complications such as kidney failure, damage to the function of other organs to heart attacks. In this research an information system will be built by applying the C4.5 data mining algorithm for early detection of Diabetes Mellitus in humans. The dataset in this study was taken from the Kaggle Diabetes Dataset. The results of the study show that the information system built can assist the medical world in early detection of Diabetes Mellitus in humans through a predictive feature that implements the C4.5 algorithm. In addition, the results of testing the C4.5 algorithm show that the algorithm is classified as accurate in predicting early detection of Diabetes Mellitus if it follows the decision tree rules that are formed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of each variable, namely the Effect ofAccountability and Transparency on Muzakki's Loyalty at Bengkulu's Baitul Maal Hidayatullah(BMH) Representative. As a nonprofit organization, the Amil Zakat Institution needs to payattention to accountability and transparency to muzakki loyalty. In this study data was collectedthrough a questionnaire distributed at the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) BengkuluRepresentative. Respondents in this study were muzakki BMH. The number of samples whosedata was successfully processed was 84 muzakki. The sample selection method used is anonprobability method, namely convience sampling which is a sampling technique based on theease of accessing members of the population.The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive effect of transparencyon muzakki loyalty. This means that the higher the transparency of the institution, the higher themuzakki loyalty to Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Bengkulu Representative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya Human Resource Analytics (HRA) dalam organisasi dan perusahaan. HRA adalah sistem yang menangani sekumpulan data besar yang terkait dengan sumber daya manusia dan mengintegrasikannya dengan teknologi informasi untuk menghasilkan analisis yang dapat memprediksi perkembangan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan. HRA dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memprediksi situasi masa depan dan membuat keputusan yang lebih baik tentang sumber daya manusia. Modelling digunakan untuk memanfaatkan HRA secara efektif dengan mengembangkan ide yang dapat menjelaskan data atau pola dalam grafik. Abstract

Proses negosiasi adalah kegiatan yang umum melibatkan setidaknya dua pihak yang bernegosiasi untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Negosiasi memainkan peran penting di dunia bisnis, terutama di industri manufaktur, untuk mencapai kesepakatan tentang pengadaan, distribusi, pengelolaan risiko, dan kontrak. Negosiasi yang efektif seharusnya menguntungkan semua pihak yang terlibat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempersiapkan diri dengan baik dengan mempelajari profil pihak lain, menetapkan tujuan yang jelas, dan mengidentifikasi batas negosiasi. Dalam konteks ini, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses negosiasi di industri manufaktur, mengidentifikasi manfaat negosiasi di industri manufaktur, dan menentukan cara untuk mencapai negosiasi yang sukses. Negosiasi didefinisikan sebagai proses interaktif yang melibatkan pihak-pihak dengan kepentingan yang berbeda yang mencoba mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan. Negosiasi yang efektif membutuhkan pemahaman dan penghormatan perspektif masing-masing, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan yang baik.
