Abstract

The discussion of this study explains the results of the research that has been carried out. In this first cycle, the indicators for interpreting ability, articulation, intonation, diction, expression, and totality were inadequate or still in the moderate category. Even so, learning in the first cycle of action has not been achieved but has experienced an increase. The reflection results from the first cycle can be used as a reference for implementing the second cycle class treatment. The implementation of the second cycle of class treatment has been fully achieved and has increased as expected in all indicators. Based on the results of the first and second cycle d, it can be concluded that the application of calempong-based poetry musicalization learning can improve the poetry reading ability of class XI students of SMKN I Bangkinang. This can be seen from the increase in indicators of the ability to read poetry in learning Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan semakin merosotnya nilai-nilai atau kepribadian siswa sebagai pembelajar. Kemerosotan ini disebabkan oleh berbagai hal yang terjadi saat ini. Factor lingkungan, pergaulan baik di rumah ataupun di luar rumah. Kurang terawasinya siswa dirumah ataupun disekolah menyebabkan mereka jauh dari nilai-nilai kebaikan. Salah satu usaha agar siswa mampu menjadi manusia dewasa yang artinya mampu berlaku atau bertindak sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang sesuai dengan norma-norma baik, maka guru sebagai pendidik harus mampu membimbing dan mendidik mereka dengan cara menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran. Gurindam 12 Raja Ali Haji merupakan media atau sarana dalam pembelajaran untuk pembentukan karakter bagi siswa. Teori penelitian adalah teori analisis teks. Menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI), pengertian analisis adalah penyelidikan terhadap suatu peristiwa untuk mengetahui keadaan yang sebenarnya. Analisis sangat dibutuhkan untuk menganalisa dan mengamati sesuatu yang tentunya bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir dari pengamatan yang sudah dilakukan. Rumusan masalah yaitu apakah analisis teks gurindam 12 Raja Ali Haji dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam usaha pembentukan karakter siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yakni deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik dokumentasi. Sumber data adalah teks gurindam 12 Raja Ali Haji pasal 1. Teknik analisis data yaitu identifikasi, analisis deskripsi, pembahasan dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian berisi pemaknaan teks gurindam dan implementasinya dalam kehidupan nyata.

Abstract

This study discusses Learning to Write Reports on Environmental Observation Results with the 4 ME Model (Explaining, Repeating, Applying, and Presenting). The purpose of this research is to present learning in a conducive and well-monitored classroom atmosphere. Because there is no one learning model that is the most perfect, but the deficiencies of the learning model can be covered by another learning model. So, it is necessary to integrate several learning models in order to create better and optimal learning objectives. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Research data through cooperative learning and problem-based learning the authors combine the stages and ways of learning the two models into one learning model. The writer named this learning model 4Me. 4Me learning invites students to be active in learning together with their friends in class. 4Me learning is carried out with educators and students with four learning steps.4Me. The results of the research, through a pleasant process of learning Indonesian, are expected to create a generation that excels and masters learning well and can make good use of it for the lives of students. There are several things that educators should pay attention to when using the 4Me learning model in learning activities at school, especially for the material for the Observation Report. First, the focus of students in participating in learning. Second, don't mix active students only with active students, but must combine active and inactive students. Third, student safety when making observations outside the classroom, so as not to disturb the learning situation of other classes.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna-makna dari bentuk Arsitektur berbagai motif/symbol ragam hias Rumah Lontiok di desa wisata Pulau Belimbing, Kecamatan Kuok, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah Rumah Lontiok yang terletak di desa wisata Pulau Belimbing. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data yang digunakan adalah rekaman wawancara bersama narasumber yaitu Pak Kociok salah satu masyarakat desa Pulau Belimbing. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara yang dilakukan bersama narasumber. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menjelaskan makna-makna yang terdapat dalam bentuk arsitek dan makna-makna dari motif-motif yang ada di bagian rumah lontiok Desa Pulau Belimbing, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan beberapa makna-makna denotasi, makna konotasi serta mitos yang dipercayai dari bentuk motif-motif ragam hias yang ada di Rumah Lontiok desa wisata Pulau Belimbing.

Abstract

Makan Bajambau is one of the traditions which is still preserved by the people in Jawi-Jawi village and Padang Tengah village. It is a tradition in which the people eat together in one decided place by using small plates. The biggest tradition held by the Jawi-Jawi and Padang Tengah villages is in the moment of sponsoring orphans. Makan Bajambau is one of the elements in this occasion which is a must. This tradition is conducted every year and villagers participate in vibrant. Makan Bajambau is not just eating together but contains valuable togetherness and brotherhood values. Thus these writings aim to describe the social values in this tradition. The method used is ethnography and data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show some social values in the Makan Bajambau tradition among others. The affection, togetherness, and brotherhood. Triggered by the good values of the Makan Bajambau ritual in sponsoring the orphans in Jawi-Jawi and Padang Tengah villages, the villagers preserve this tradition and pass it down to the next generation.

Abstract

Explaining the development and relationship between science philosophy and Islamic philosophy is the aim of this writing. Descriptive qualitative is the method used by collecting data through library research to gain the aim. The result shows that the development of science philosophy can not be separated from the history of developed science which is the main base in the development of science in which science philosophy consists of (ontology, epistemology, and axiology) Islamic philosophy is based on Islamic notions led by revelation from Allah which are the absolute truth. Science philosophy is only the trigger since all theories and concepts have already been given in Al-Qur’an. Thus, science philosophy and Islamic philosophy can work together to create science based on absolute truth.

Abstract

The concept of the creative economy governs the advancement of the national economy. 7.1% of GDP is contributed by the creative economy. Malay is one of the cultures that has a considerable influence on the economy. The distinctiveness of Malay culture influences the design and function of items. A distinct culture will also influence the form of a unique product. The public has a high need for culturally-based creative industries. It is evidenced by the increase in income from the creative industry.   Utilizing a qualitative strategy with descriptive analysis, the research method is qualitative. This study aims to determine Malay culture role in promoting a creative economy on 5.0 society era.  This study concludes that the existence of Malay art and culture is not just dependent on convention factors related to tradition or custom (socio-cultural), but also on artistic factors that make them necessary (economic value), particularly as a tourism industry. This meaning entails the existence of processing (transformation) geared toward taking on the role of a subject of change. On the basis of the explanation provided by the tourists, it can be inferred that culturally-based creative economic items attract customers, hence promoting the creative economy. It indicates that culture plays an important role in promoting the purchase and sale of items from the creative economy.

Abstract

Arab Melayu merupakan aksara yang dimodifikasi dari aksara Arab yang disesuaikan dengan bahasa Melayu. Pada penulisannya terdapat kaidah penulisan Arab Melayu Klasik dan Arab Melayu Modern atau penulisan Arab Melayu Riau saat ini. Pada kaidah penulisan Arab Melayu Klasik, kosa-kata yang berasal dari bahasa Arab ditulis sesuai tulisan bahasa Arab. Namun, pada kaidah penulisan Arab Melayu Modern atau Arab Melayu saat ini semua kosa-kata ditulis sesuai dengan konsonannya tanpa membedakan kosa kata tersebut berasal dari bahasa Arab atau bukan bahasa Arab. Implikasi dari perbedaan penulisan ini, banyak kosa-kata yang berasal dari serapan bahasa Arab penulisannya berbeda dari bentuk aslinya. Perbedaan penulisan ini menyebabkan banyak kesalahan dalam menulis, nama sendiri, nama jalan, nama instansi, nama gedung, dan kosa-kata lainnya yang berasal dari bahasa Arab. Akibat dari kesalahan tersebut tidak hanya salah dalam penulisan kaidah, namun juga dapat merubah makna ketika dibaca. Jika hal ini tidak dikaji ulang, maka akan menyulitkan dalam pengajaran, pemahaman, dan penulisan Arab Melayu.

Abstract

Writing can be said as an activity that forms symbols. But writing is more than producing graphic symbols, just as speaking is defined not only as the production of sound. These symbols must be arranged, according to certain conventions, to form words and words arranged to form sentences. The ability to write is not an ability that can be obtained automatically. The aim of teaching Arabic-Malay writing is to recognize, train, and develop the ability to understand and carry out how to read and write properly and correctly according to Arabic-Malay regulations, as well as express simple ideas or impressions orally and in writing. In conducting this research the authors used a type of quantitative research. In this study the data collection method was carried out by testing the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the questionnaire given. After conducting research on the ability to write Malay Arabic words for students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru, it was found that the students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru as a whole had the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the low category with a percentage of 18.62%. In two-syllable Malay Arabic words, students in grade 4a SD Negeri 148 have a low ability category with a percentage of 7.93% and for Malay Arabic words with more than two syllables are also in the low category with a percentage of 19.31%. This proves that students do not understand how to write Arabic Malay words in two or more syllables.

Abstract

Tulisan Arab Melayu pada hakikatnya adalah tulisan yang menggunakan Aksara Arab ditambah Aksara Non Arab dengan tidak berharakat seperti ; fathah, katsrah, dhommah, tasydid dan sebagainya. Tulisan Arab Melayu kerap kali dikembangkan menjadi rangkaian teks bacaan. Bahan bacaan teks Arab Melayu menjadi wadah pembelajaran budaya Melayu. Penulisan yang salah dapat menyebabkan kekeliruan bagi pembacanya. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan kajian terhadap kesalahan penulisan Arab Melayu yang terdapat dalam teks bacaan Tanjung Pinang Kota Pantun. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi perkembangan dan kemajuan dalam penulisan Arab Melayu yang baik dan benar.
