Abstract

Tourist attractions are anything that encourages someone to visit a particular location. There are two main categories of tourist attractions: natural attractions and man-made attractions. Currently, many people are visiting many beautiful places in Indonesia, especially the city of Bandung. The city of Bandung has many diverse tourist attractions, ranging from natural tourism, artificial tourism, culinary tourism, to historical tourism. However, with the variety of tourist attractions in the city, do museums still remain a choice for tourists? The focus of this research is to see what attracts tourists to the Gedung Sate Museum in Bandung. One of the main educational and cultural tourist attractions in West Java is Gedung Sate, which is considered an icon of colonial architecture and history. This study will identify the main components that make a museum interesting, such as architectural value, historical elements, and visitor experience. This will be done through a qualitative approach. Data will be collected through interviews with managers and visitors, as well as the examination of relevant documents. The results of this research are expected to help develop more efficient promotional strategies to enhance the tourist attraction of the Gedung Sate Museum and significantly contribute to the growth of the local tourism sector.

Abstract

Olahraga panahan merupakan olahraga yang memerlukan skill khusus, kekuatan, ketepatan, daya tahan, kelentukan, koordinasi, maupun melatih mental dan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis kebugaran jasmani  pada atlet panahann Kab. Dompu pada Porprov NTB tahun 2023. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei langsung dilapangan dengan istrumen tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet panahan  Kab. Dompu pada Porprov NTB yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lari tes 50 meter, tes gantung siku tekuk dan gantung angkat tubuh, tes baring duduk selama 40 detik, tes loncat gerak  dan tes lari 100 meter dan 200 meter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada atlet panahan Kab. Dompu pada Porprov NTB tahun 2023 yang berkategori baik sebanyak 7 orang dengan persentase  70% dan kategori sedang sebanyak 3 orang dengan persentase sebesar 30%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada atlet panahan Kab.Dompu pada Porprov NTB tahun 2023 terdapat tingkat yang baik dan hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional mpa’a gelu terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran PJOK di SD Negeri 1 Dompu. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitan pretest-postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 25 orang, kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Dompu. Teknik sampel menggunakan simple random samping. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini, adalah berupa  instrumen data angket perlu ada skala pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu skala likert sangat setuju=4 setuju=3 kurang setuju=2 tidak setuju=1. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai  uji normalitas data pretest 0.15 dan postest 0.27. Jika P lebih besar dari 0.05 maka data berdistribusi normal, dan data homogenitas, pretest 0.57 dan postest 0.572 jika p lebih dari 0.05 maka data bersifat homogen. Peningkatan motivasi belajar postest dengan t-hitung 13.996 dengan nilai df 0.35 dan nilai mean different 0.375 dan Sig 2 tailed 0.875. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh permainan tradisional mpa’a gelu terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) di SD Negeri 1 Dompu

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan “randomized group pretest and posttest design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa laki-laki UKM Bola Basket STKIP PGRI JOMBANG angkatan 2020 yang berjumlah 70 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampling menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang, terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu kelompok High Intensity Interval Training, c dan yang terakhir yaitu kelompok kontrol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan tehnik pengukuran dengan menggunakan alat Bleep Test untuk mengukur VO2max. Data dianalisis dengan tehnik MANOVA, dengan menggunakan α 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh high intensity interval training terhadap peningkatan VO2max dengan nilai p=0,005, kemudian pengaruh lari 30 meter dengan nilai p=0,005. Dari kedua latihan tersebut ternyata high intensity interval training lebih baik di bandingkan lari 30 meter dalam meningkatkan VO2max.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of information asymmetry, earning management, voluntary disclosure, and firm size on cost of equity. Furthermore, this study examines the relationship of independent variables to the dependent variable. Information asymmetry is proxied by bid-ask spread, earning management is proxied by discretionary accruals, voluntary disclosure is proxied by index which refers to discretionary financial and non-financial information, and firm size is proxied by total assets. The multiple linear regression method with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique was used to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. A total of 20 State-owned companies listed from 2016 to 2020 were sampled in this study. The result of this study found that information asymmetry has no significant effect on cost of equity, earning management has no negative significant effect on cost of equity, voluntary disclosure has a positive significant on cost of equity, and firm size has a positive significant on cost of equity.

Abstract

Congenital heart disease (CHD) represents nearly one-third of congenital birth defects annually, with ventricular septal defect (VSD) being the most common type. The aim of this study was to explore the role of specific GATA binding protein 6 gene (GATA6) mutations as a potential etiological factor in the development of VSD through an in silico approach. Data were collected from the human gene databases: DisGeNET and GeneCards, with protein-protein interaction networks constructed via STRING and Cytoscape. Gene ontology and pathway enrichment analyses were conducted using DAVID, with data analysis in R with significance set at FDR p<0.05. Target single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of GATA6 were obtained from NCBI dbSNP, and non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism (nsSNP) effects were predicted using SIFT, PolyPhen-2, I-Mutant 2.0, Fathmm, MutPred 2.0, SNP&GO, and PON-P2. Conserved regions of GATA6 were analyzed using ConSurf, with functional classification, variant conservation, and stability changes evaluated in Google Colab. Multiple sequence alignment was performed using ClustalW. Mutation modeling and molecular dynamics analysis, using GROMACS, revealed that among 87 intersecting genes, 16 proteins were interconnected with GATA6, showing a centrality value of 0.4378. Gene ontology analysis highlighted atrioventricular canal development, protein-DNA complexes, and transcription factor regulation as key processes for cardiac development, especially in the ventricular septum. NsSNP and molecular dynamics analyses identified rs387906818 and rs387906820 as having the highest pathogenic potential for VSD due to amino acid structural changes.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the thoughts of Acehnese scholars on Islamic family law and their role as catalysts for inclusive and adaptive legal reform. It investigates how these perspectives address the challenges of globalization while contributing to social justice and family welfare in Aceh. Methods: The research employs a library research approach, gathering data from written sources, including books, scientific journal articles, research reports, and legal documents relevant to the subject. The study critically analyzes these sources to understand the influence and interpretation of Islamic family law by Acehnese scholars. Results: The findings reveal three key points: (1) Acehnese scholars direct their thoughts toward adapting sharia to contemporary challenges, focusing on issues such as dowry, divorce, and women's rights. (2) The main challenges in interpreting Islamic family law include reconciling traditional and modern values and mitigating the influence of globalization, which often undermines sharia understanding. (3) The scholars' perspectives positively influence the renewal of family law, evident in local policies such as Aceh Qanun and the development of more inclusive and progressive regulations. Novelty: This research highlights the innovative role of Acehnese scholars in shaping Islamic family law to address globalization's challenges. It emphasizes their contributions to fostering inclusive legal frameworks and advancing family law reforms in Aceh, which serve as a model for balancing tradition and modernity within an Islamic context.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of employee mutation and internal communication on employee performance with achievement motivation as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, which included respondent profiles and questions related to the variables studied. The results of this research are expected to contribute to knowledge in human resource management, especially related to employee mutation, internal communication, achievement motivation and its effect on employee performances and can be used as the reference for further research and development. The mediation test proves that achievement motivation can mediate internal communication relationships on employees' performance.

Abstract

Small Medium Enterprises (SME) play an important role in the economic growth of Indonesia, and it was no exception in Sleman Regency, D.I. Yogyakarta province. This study aims to investigate and to recommend factors driving SME success by using formal concept analysis (FCA). Eleven factors and 36 subfactors were found based on the literature study to be further tested against a dataset based on interviews of 14 SMEs from seven different business sectors. With 95 attribute values from the attribute scaling process, the FCA results showed 641 concepts and concept lattice visualizations. Using a support threshold of 64%, seven intents were found to be more important, while other intents not included in the iceberg concept lattices were considered to be less important. The findings show that five factors (i.e., customers, products, human resources, networks, and external influences) play more important roles in driving SME success in Sleman Regency than the other six factors (i.e., characteristics, finance, competitors, market, technology, and government policy).

Abstract

The success or failure of learning objectives in the learning process is greatly influenced by how the learning process is experienced by students. One of the successes of students in education is shown by their academic achievement. The results of the evaluation of a learning process are usually expressed in quantitative form (numbers) which are often applied in evaluating learning scores or grades. This study focuses on analyzing the academic scores of general and religious subjects of students in Class IX Non-Boarding Madrasah Aliyah. The concept of analysis Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is used as a data analysis method because it is able to represent data and model it into objects and attributes. In this study the FCA method was used to be able to analyze the academic excellence of students at boarding madrasah schools in general subjects or religious subjects. The research objective was to determine the pattern of success in student academic scores and to determine the model of student achievement academically specifically for general subjects. The results of the analysis carried out on the academic scores of 200 students of the Class IX Non-Boarding Madrasah Aliyah in general and religious subjects, it can be concluded that the average student has good and good enough scores, there are general subjects who also have good and quite good scores in the subject. religious lessons.
