Abstract

Iwad is a ransom property or compensation given to a husband to divorce his wife. Imam Shafi'i argues that iwad is one of the pillars that cannot be abandoned and affects the validity of khuluk. On the other hand, Imam Malik considers that khuluk performed without iwad is still valid. This type of research is library research through a qualitative approach. Analyzed using the descriptive-analytical method and comparative analysis method. As for the results of this research: according to Imam Malik, khuluk may occur without iwad because khuluk is a form of breaking up a marriage like a divorce. Meanwhile, Imam Shafi'i views iwad as an urgent and core part of khuluk, because without Iwad, khuluk will not occur. The urgency of iwad refers to the opinion of Imam Shafi'i who emphasizes in the khuluk lafadz it must be clearly stated the number and type of goods used as ransom property. The method of determining the law used by Imam Malik is more focused on the pattern of determining the law based on the text of al-Bayan bil Qaul, namely an explanation through the hadith of the Prophet or the word of Allah SWT. Meanwhile, Imam Shafi'i, apart from referring to the Qur'an and hadith, Imam Shafi'i also uses qiyas. In this case, it is analogous to the ransom property with buying and selling assets.

Abstract

CV Maju Bersama Farm is one of the laying hen farms that is still in the development stage. Various obstacles from both the internal and external environment of the company surround the running of the business. The purpose of this study is to determine: a) internal and external factors that affect the business, b) business position, c) business development strategies and d) priority business development strategies that can be applied for business development. This study was studied using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis in this study includes the IFE and EFE matrices, IE matrices, SWOT matrices, and QSPM matrices. The research data comes from primary and secondary data. Based on the IFE matrix, it is known that the main strength is that the eggs produced have good quality and the main weakness is that production has not met consumer demand. In the EFE matrix, the main opportunity is that market demand for broiler eggs is quite high and the main threat is fluctuations in the price of feed, medicines, and egg prices. The results of the IE matrix show that CV Maju Bersama Farm is in cell I which directs the growth and development strategy. There are six alternative strategies from the SWOT analysis with the main priority strategy being to increase chicken capacity by utilizing available land in order to meet demand.

Abstract

The environmental conditions of a mushroom house are a crucial factor influencing the growth of straw mushrooms, particularly in terms of temperature and humidity parameters. Therefore, it is essential to continuously monitor the environmental conditions within the mushroom house, specifically temperature and relative humidity (RH). This study aims to design a real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system based on Arduino Uno for use in a straw mushroom house. The research consists of several stages: literature review, design and assembly, programming, testing, and evaluation of testing results using the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) method. The results show that the developed temperature and humidity monitoring system functions effectively to monitor environmental conditions within the mushroom house. The evaluation of the measurement results using the MAPE method indicates a minimum error rate for temperature and humidity measurements, with a percentage of 2.49% and 9.80%, respectively.

Abstract

Sungai Batang Arau mempunyai panjang sungai ± 29,72 km dengan luas Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) ± 172 km2, hulu sungai berada pada puncak bukit Punggung Lading Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan dan Gunung Gadut Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang, dan pada daerah hilir terdapat Pelabuhan Muara. Pelabuhan Muara dibangun pertama kali pada abad ke-17 hingga awal abad ke-20. Saat ini pelabuhan Muara berfungsi sebagai pintu gerbang antar pulau terutama menuju ke Kepulauan Mentawai, Pulau Sikuai, dan sekitarnya, serta kembali lagi ke kota Padang. Akhir-akhir ini fungsi pelabuhan di muara sungai Batang Arau tempat keluar masuknya kapal – kapal terganggu karena terjadinya pendangkalan sungai. Ini terjadi karena tingginya tingkat pertambahan penduduk sehingga mempengaruhi perubahan tata guna lahan dari hutan sekunder, kebun dan sawah menjadi kawasan permukiman, serta bertambah luasnya kawasan tambang batu kapur yang digunakan untuk dasar pembuatan semen oleh PT Semen Padang pada DAS Batang Arau yang mengakibatkan bertambahnya debit puncak run off, meningkatnya erosi dan konsentrasi sedimen di DAS Batang Arau. Untuk menghitung angkutan sedimen di pelabuhan muara di DAS Batang Arau dilakukan dengan metoda Yang’s dan metoda Engelund& Hansen. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan Metode Yang’s didapat hasil 28703,83 ton/tahun dan dengan Metoda Engelund & Hansen didapat hasil 34587,43 ton/tahun. Dan untuk estimasi tebal endapan di pelabuhan Muara Batang Arau kota Padang didapat dari hasil kajian angkutan sedimen yang berdasarkan angkutan sedimen terbesar Metoda Engelund & Hansen hasilnya adalah 21,64 cm per tahun.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (FHP) is a conditional social assistance initiative aimed at improving the welfare of underprivileged families, particularly through Family Capacity Enhancement Meetings (FCEM). In Cisempur Village, FCEM faces significant challenges in transforming the mindset and economic behavior of Beneficiary Families (BF). This study analyzes the implementation of FCEM in changing BF’s mindset and economic behavior, focusing on mentoring strategies through the Islamic Counseling Guidance (ICG) approach. The research uses a mini-ethnography method with participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings show that integrating ICG values, such as effort (ikhtiar), trust in God (tawakal), and social responsibility, enhances the spiritual awareness and economic skills of BF. However, sustaining the program’s impact remains a challenge, and it is recommended to develop educational methods based on Islamic values to reinforce long-term outcomes.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the effectiveness of transforming traditional games into innovative instructional media to enhance elementary school students’ learning motivation in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK). Utilizing a one-group pretest–posttest design, the research was conducted with 40 fifth-grade students at SD Nurul Ulum, Surabaya, during the 2024/2025 academic year. The intervention comprised five PJOK sessions integrating modified versions of gobak sodor, boy-boyan, benteng-bentengan, and lari balok. Motivation was measured using a 29-item questionnaire, which demonstrated excellent reliability (? = 0.90). Data analysis via SPSS included tests for normality (Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Shapiro–Wilk) and a one-sample t-test for pre- and post-intervention scores. Results revealed a significant increase in motivation, with mean scores rising from 70.18 (SD = 3.67) to 89.33 (SD = 2.96), p < 0.05. This implies that the enjoyable, collaborative, and culturally contextual nature of transformed traditional games effectively fosters intrinsic motivation and supports culturally relevant pedagogy. The study concludes that integrating traditional games into PJOK is a viable innovative method to boost student motivation, preserve local cultural values, and enrich learning experiences.This result strengthens the urgency of integrating local culture in elementary school learning, as well as being a concrete step in supporting the Merdeka Learning policy that emphasizes the meaningfulness, diversity, and relevance of learning.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya tingkat komitmen siswa terhadap nilai-nilai disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SMP Negeri 1 Sutera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan sejauh mana siswa-siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SMP Negeri 1 Sutera menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter (disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 19 Februari 2024 hingga 29 Februari 2024 di SMP Negeri 1 Sutera. Sebanyak 9 narasumber dipilih sebagai informan, terdiri dari 3 wakil kepala sekolah, 3 guru mata pelajaran, dan 3 pelatih/pembina ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SMP Negeri 1 Sutera. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, triangulasi, dan verifikasi/menarik kesimpulan. Hasil temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SMP Negeri 1 Sutera sudah menerapkan nilai-nilai disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab, meskipun masih ada sebagian kecil yang belum sepenuhnya menerapkannya. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Kerja Keras, dan Tanggung Jawab.

Abstract

The settlement of inheritance disputes in Gampong Lam Bheu faces significant challenges from the perspective of fiqh and positive law. From the fiqh side, the low level of public understanding of faraidh law and the dominance of local customs often cause conflicts in the distribution of inheritance. Meanwhile, from the perspective of positive law, the formal process through the Religious Court is faced with obstacles in the form of procedural complexity, costs, time, and lack of official documents. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The results of the study show that: 1). The Settlement of Inheritance Disputes from the Fiqh Perspective in Gampong Lam Bheu, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency is that the settlement of inheritance disputes according to fiqh in Gampong Lam Bheu is carried out through deliberation based on Islamic law (faraidh) with the guidance of religious leaders. The practice often prioritizes family harmony even though sometimes it is not entirely in accordance with the provisions of faraidh. 2). Settlement of Inheritance Disputes from a Positive Legal Perspective in Gampong Lam Bheu, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency is that in a positive legal perspective, dispute resolution refers to the Compilation of Islamic Law through the Religious Court if deliberation fails. This process is legal but is considered complicated, time-consuming, and costly, so it is often used as a last resort. 3). Obstacles in Settling Inheritance Disputes from a Fiqh and Positive Law Perspective in Gampong Lam Bheu, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar Regency are that the main obstacles include low understanding of faraidh law, inconsistent roles of religious figures, complex court processes, and lack of official documents, which often prolong conflict resolution.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a significant trend across all industrial sectors, aiming not only to address contemporary challenges but also to improve companies' operational performance. This study investigates the effect of digital transformation and fee-based income on the financial performance of banks. Specifically, it examines whether digital transformation significantly enhances financial performance (measured by ROA) through the mediation of fee-based income. The study adopts the latest digital transformation metrics developed in China and focuses on banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. Secondary data were collected from financial and annual reports using purposive sampling, resulting in a final sample of 40 firms. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with E-Views 12 software. The findings demonstrate that digital transformation and fee-based income both positively and significantly affect banks' financial performance, both jointly and individually. Furthermore, digital transformation is shown to have a significant positive impact on ROA through the mediation of fee-based income. Future research is recommended to include non-bank financial institutions as research subjects, incorporate additional variables, and assess financial performance over a longer period.
