Abstract

This study examines the development of Arabic in the context of learning and its teaching methodology, as well as its position within the dynamics of Islamic history and linguistics. The study focuses on the definition of Arabic language learning, its objectives and principles, the elements of the Arabic language, and the various teaching methods that have developed and are used in the learning process. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concept of Arabic language learning and relevant methods to improve the effectiveness of Arabic language mastery, both orally and in writing. The research method used is a descriptive-qualitative method through a literature study by reviewing books, scientific journals, and academic sources related to Arabic language learning. The results of the study indicate that the success of Arabic language learning is greatly influenced by the selection of appropriate methods, understanding of learning principles, and mastery of language elements. Thus, the integration of varied and contextual learning methods is the main key to improving students' Arabic language competence.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the application of the talk stick learning model assisted by flash card media and to determine the level of effectiveness of the talk stick learning model assisted by flash card media in improving mufradat learning outcomes. The study employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design model. Data were gathered through three methods: (1) watching teacher and student activities during the learning process; (2) using the talking stick model to test what to do before and after; and (3) documenting by gathering research-related documents. The normalcy distribution was used to calculate the One-Sample Shapiro-Wilk Test method, paired sample tests were used to test hypotheses, and N-gain was employed for data analysis.  To simplify the process, data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS 26. This research was conducted at MI Al-Faidizn Buko Poso, Way Serdang class V, totaling 20 students. The research results showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, and the N-gain percent value was 85.3492. So the use of the talking stick learning model assisted by flashcard media could improve mufradat learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to map the trends, structure, and development of Islamic Parenting research in the global scientific literature from 2017 to 2025 using a scientometric approach. The research method employed is a bibliometric analysis of international journal articles relevant to the topic of Islamic parenting. Bibliographic data were collected based on specific inclusion criteria and analyzed using R software with the Bibliometrix package through the Biblioshiny interface. The analysis covers general publication characteristics, authors’ and institutions’ productivity and scientific impact, journal source distribution, citation patterns, and thematic structure mapping through various visualizations.The results indicate that research on Islamic Parenting has experienced positive growth but remains at an early to intermediate stage of scientific development. Publications are predominantly characterized by normative-educational themes with relatively limited topic diversification, while international collaboration and citation impact remain moderate. The thematic mapping positions Islamic Parenting as a basic theme with high relevance but requiring deeper conceptual and empirical exploration. This study concludes that Islamic Parenting research holds significant potential for further development through interdisciplinary, contextual, and collaborative approaches, thereby strengthening its theoretical and practical contributions to the study of Muslim family parenting in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Negeri 31 Bandar Lampung. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya motivasi, partisipasi, serta kecenderungan peserta didik yang masih bersikap pasif selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung di kelas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 31 Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VII I dan VII F yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket keaktifan belajar yang terdiri atas 12 butir pernyataan valid dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,780. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan tingkat keaktifan belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model CRH terbukti lebih aktif dalam bertanya, berdiskusi, menyampaikan pendapat, serta memecahkan masalah. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif, menyenangkan, dan mengandung unsur permainan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan implikasi praktis dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran PAI yang lebih inovatif dan efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze research trends in gamification focusing on science education and explore opportunities for further development. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, a total of 126 relevant publications were identified from the Publish or Perish database indexed by Scopus, with 43 documents from the 2019–2023 period selected and analyzed based on inclusion criteria. These criteria include articles discussing gamification in science education, English-language articles, open-access publications, and Scopus-indexed articles. The literature review process followed PRISMA guidelines to ensure the quality of results, and data were analyzed using bibliometric methods with the assistance of VOSviewer 1.6.20 software. The results indicate significant fluctuations in the number of publications and citations year by year, reflecting the dynamics of research activity. Most publications originate from Spain, the United States, and Malaysia, with quantitative methods being the most widely used approach (51%). The main themes explored include student engagement, motivation, and conceptual understanding, particularly in STEM subjects. Collaborative networks highlight the importance of diverse perspectives in advancing gamification research. Density analysis reveals that the long-term impact and scalability of gamification in educational science still hold substantial potential for exploration. Therefore, further studies are urgently needed to optimize the role of gamification and maximize its benefits in the learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the strengthening of students’ religious character through integrative and collaborative innovations in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning. The primary issue identified is the suboptimal development of religious character indicators, particularly in the dimension of obedience in worship, resulting from the predominance of cognitively oriented instruction that insufficiently engages students in active learning processes. This research analyzes the effectiveness of implementing the cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type assisted by Islamic animated videos in enhancing students’ religious character values at SMP Negeri 31 Bandar Lampung. Employing a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, the study involved both experimental and control classes. The analysis yielded a significance value of 0.007 (< 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. These findings affirm that the integration of STAD and Islamic animated videos is effective in strengthening religious character in an active, contextual, and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Language is the primary means of communication used by humans to convey feelings, ideas, and concepts. One of the most widely used languages ​​is Arabic. Furthermore, Arabic is a vital part of Islamic knowledge, and scholars have devoted every effort to achieving this, including devoting full attention to the language itself. However, memorizing vocabulary, or mufrodat, is a key element for easy communication. The purpose of this research is to develop learning methods and media that can foster student interest and overall activeness during the learning process. This research used a development method, also known as Research and Development (R&D), with the ADDIE development model, implementing a dice game and flashcards. Media validation results showed that the dice game with flashcards was highly suiTabel for use, with average ratings of 100% and 85.5% from material and media experts. Furthermore, after use, students demonstrated an average of 97% in using the media effectively and very helpfully. The t-test results indicated that this learning media was effective for students. The t-test results show a significance value of 0.000, meaning that the media is effective if the significance value is less than 0.05. Therefore, a significance value of 0.000 above 0.05 indicates that the media is effective. ABSTRAK Bahasa adalah alat utama komunikasi yang digunakan manusia untuk menyampaikan perasaan, ide, dan gagasan. Salah satu Bahasa yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Bahasa Arab. Terlebih bahasa Arab merupakan bagian penting dari ilmu Islam, dan para ulama mengerahkan semua upaya mereka untuk mencapainya, termasuk memberikan perhatian penuh pada bahasa itu sendiri. Namun, terdapat kesulitan dalam menghafal kosa kata atau mufrodat yang menjadi modal awal untuk mudah berkomunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan metode dan media pembelajaran yang diperlukan adalah yang dapat menumbuhkan minat siswa dan keaktifan mereka secara keseluruhan selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan atau bisa disebut juga Research and Development atau R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan mengimplemantisak permainan lempar dadu dan flash card. Hasil validasi media menunjukkan bahwa media lempar dadu berbantuan flash card ini sangat layak digunakan, dengan penilaian ahli materi dan media rata-rata 100% dan 85.5%. Selain itu, setelah digunakan, siswa menunjukkan hasil rata-rata 97% dalam penggunaan media yang efektif dan sangat membantu. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini efektif bagi siswa. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0.000, yang berarti bahwa media efektif jika nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05. Oleh karena itu, nilai signifikansi 0.000 di atas 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa media efektif.
