Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab suci yang menampilkan suatu kisah dengan sebaik-baik ungkapan. Karena kisah-kisah yang terungkap di dalamnya merupakan yang paling benar (QS al-Nisā’/4:87), dan termasuk sebaik-baik kisah (QS Yūsuf/10: 3), serta terdapat pelajaran bagi orang yang berakal (Yusuf: 111). Tulisan ini berupaya mengeksplorasi tentang  komunikasi interpersonal di dalam al-Qur’an pada kisah Ibrahim. Bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang terdapat dalam kisah nabi Ibrahim adalah bertujuan untuk mengubah suatu persepsi, konsep diri, dan perubahan sikap. Perubahan dalam bentuk persepsi dan konsep diri tergambar pada komunikasi antara Ibrahim dengan raja Namrud. Sedangkan komunikasi interpersonal dalam bentuk perubahan sikap terlihat dalam dialog Ibrahim dengan putranya Ismail as.

Abstract

The paper packaging process plays an important role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of product distribution, but is often not supported by optimal labor allocation. Inefficient labor allocation at PT XCX leads to resource wastage, thereby requiring objective measurements to establish the ideal number of workers. This study aims to analyze work elements, calculate standard time, and determine the number of labor requirements in the B5 size paper packaging process at PT XCX. The research method used is Time Motion Study to measure the duration of each work element and Work Load Analysis based on actual production data of 174,356 reams/month and available working time of 630,000 seconds/month. The results show that the average standard time to complete one packaging cycle is 44.56 seconds, and the ideal number of workers is 12 people. The scientific findings show that the excess of two workers from the actual number (14 people) does not have an impact on increasing productivity, but rather becomes a potential waste. This research contributes to the optimization of human resources based on actual data and suggests the application of similar methods in other production lines with additional ergonomic variables as further development. Abstract

This study was conducted to address the issue of product defects at UMKM Bani Marfu Farm, which negatively impacts the company’s revenue and market competitiveness. The background of the study highlights that product quality is a crucial factor in business success, with higher quality increasing consumer demand. This research employs the Basic Seven Tools approach in quality control to reduce defect rates in quail egg production. The method is applied through production data analysis and identification of the root causes of defects. The results show that implementing the Basic Seven Tools effectively reduces product variability, improves the quality of the quail eggs produced, and significantly strengthens UMKM Bani Marfu Farm’s market competitiveness.

Abstract

Kemasan memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, di mana lebih dari 70% konsumen cenderung memilih produk dengan kemasan yang menarik dan informatif. Selain berfungsi sebagai pelindung, kemasan juga memperkuat identitas produk dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Di Desa Widasari, banyak pelaku UMKM belum memahami prinsip desain kemasan yang efektif serta prosedur pengurusan legalitas usaha seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM melalui pelatihan desain kemasan dan pendampingan legalitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan teoritis, diskusi interaktif, serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Materi yang diberikan mencakup prinsip visual branding, pemilihan warna dan material, serta tahapan administratif pembuatan legalitas usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta, terlihat dari perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test, serta meningkatnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam merancang perbaikan kemasan dan mengurus legalitas usaha. Sebagai tindak lanjut, peserta didorong untuk mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan secara mandiri dengan dukungan pendampingan lanjutan melalui fasilitas CIC Hub, termasuk konsultasi desain kemasan dan asistensi pengurusan legalitas, guna memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan hasil pelatihan. Program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan daya saing UMKM lokal dan mendukung pencapaian SDGs, khususnya pada aspek pertumbuhan ekonomi. Improving the Competitiveness of MSMEs through Packaging Design Training and Legal Assistance in Widasari Village Indramayu Regency  Abstract Packaging plays an important role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, with more than 70% of consumers tending to choose products with attractive and informative packaging. In addition to serving as protection, packaging also strengthens product identity and increases the competitiveness of MSMEs. In Widasari Village, many MSME players do not yet understand the principles of effective packaging design and business legality procedures such as Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and halal certification. This community service activity aims to improve the capacity of MSMEs through packaging design training and legality assistance. The methods used include theoretical lectures, interactive discussions, as well as pre-tests and post-tests to measure the increase in participants' understanding. The material provided covers the principles of visual branding, color and material selection, and the administrative stages of business legality. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, as seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores, as well as an increase in the ability of MSME players to design packaging improvements and take care of business legality. As a follow-up, participants are encouraged to independently implement the training results with continued support through the CIC Hub facility, including packaging design consultations and legal assistance, to ensure the sustainability of the training results. This program contributes to improving the competitiveness of local MSMEs and supports the achievement of SDGs, particularly in terms of economic growth.

Abstract

This study philosophically analyzes the normative basis of the relationship between maqasid al-shari'ah and ecotheology as the foundation for forming of Islamic law in response to contemporary ecological issues. Using a qualitative-normative approach combined with hermeneutic-philosophical analysis, the study explores the dimension of maqasid al-syari‘ah particularly the conception of hifz al-bi’ah as a vital additional objective in framing responsive and sustainable Islamic environmental law. The study of Islamic ecotheology is supported by the core principles of tawhid, khalifah-amanah, mizan, and the prohibition of fasad, which shape the ethics and norms of environmental protection. Findings reveal that integrating maqasid al-syari‘ah with ecotheology has the potential to strengthen the normative framework of Islamic law through contemporary ijtihad, environmental fatwas, and the development of community-based legal instruments but still faces challenges such as anthropocentrism, implementation gaps, and the need to harmonize with sustainable development standards. The study concludes there is a necessity to reinforce the paradigm of ecological justice and facilitate intertradition collaboration to realize more effective Islamic legal responses addressing the global ecological crisis. [Penelitian ini menganalisis secara filosofis dasar normatif hubungan antara maqasid al-syari‘ah dan ekoteologi sebagai fondasi pembentukan hukum Islam dalam merespons isu-isu ekologis kontemporer. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-normatif dan analisis hermeneutis-filosofis, penelitian mengupas dimensi maqasid al-syari‘ah khususnya pemaknaan hifz al-bi’ah sebagai maqasid tambahan yang vital dalam membingkai hukum lingkungan Islam yang responsif dan berkelanjutan. Kajian ekoteologi Islam didukung oleh prinsip utama tawhid, khalifah-amanah, mizan, dan larangan fasad, yang membentuk etika dan norma perlindungan lingkungan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi maqasid al-syari‘ah dengan ekoteologi berpotensi memperkuat kerangka normatif hukum Islam melalui ijtihad kontemporer, fatwa lingkungan, dan pengembangan instrumen hukum berbasis komunitas, namun masih menghadapi tantangan antroposentrisme, gap implementasi, serta perlunya harmonisasi dengan standar pembangunan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam era teknologi yang semakin maju, kebutuhan akan sistem absensi yang efisien dan otomatis menjadi sangat penting, terutama di lingkungan kerja dengan aktivitas padat seperti Toko Roti Bread Smile. Absensi manual yang masih digunakan terbukti menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterlambatan rekapitulasi data, risiko kehilangan dokumen, serta kesulitan pemantauan kehadiran secara real-time. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem absensi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan penerapan teknologi Face Recognition dan pendekatan Edge Computing. Sistem ini menggunakan dengan arsitektur MobileNetV2 yang ringan dan akurat dalam mengenali wajah secara real-time. Proses inferensi dilakukan langsung pada perangkat ESP32 tanpa ketergantungan pada koneksi internet, sehingga tetap dapat digunakan dalam kondisi offline. Sistem juga memanfaatkan kamera OV2640 untuk menangkap citra wajah dan layar TFT sebagai antarmuka yang menampilkan hasil pengenalan secara langsung kepada pengguna. Selain itu, sistem dilengkapi dengan antarmuka web yang memungkinkan admin untuk memantau, mengelola, dan merekap data absensi secara efisien dan terpusat. Sistem dirancang agar dapat mendeteksi wajah dengan cepat dan akurat dalam berbagai kondisi pencahayaan dan orientasi wajah. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengujian pengenalan wajah serta sinkronisasi data antara mode offline dan online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mencatat kehadiran secara tepat, aman, dan dapat diandalkan. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan absensi yang modern, fleksibel, serta sesuai diterapkan pada lingkungan kerja berskala kecil hingga menengah.Kata kunci : Absensi, Internet of Things; Face Recognition; Convolutional Neural Network; Edge Computing; ESP32; Abstract - In an era of increasingly advanced technology, the need for an efficient and automated attendance system is very important, especially in a work environment with busy activities such as Bread Smile Bakery. The manual attendance that is still used has proven to cause various obstacles, such as delays in data recapitulation, the risk of losing documents, and difficulties in monitoring attendance in real-time. To overcome these problems, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based attendance system was developed with the application of Face Recognition technology and the Edge Computing approach. This system uses Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm with MobileNetV2 architecture that is lightweight and accurate in recognizing faces in real-time. The inference process is carried out directly on the ESP32 device without dependence on an internet connection, so it can still be used in offline conditions. The system also utilizes an OV2640 camera to capture facial images and a TFT screen as an interface that displays the recognition results directly to the user. In addition, the system is equipped with a web interface that allows admins to monitor, manage, and recap attendance data efficiently and centrally. The system is designed to detect faces quickly and accurately in various lighting conditions and face orientations. Evaluation is conducted through face recognition testing as well as data synchronization between offline and online modes. The results show that the system is able to record attendance precisely, securely, and reliably. This approach is proven to be effective in supporting modern, flexible attendance management, and is suitable for small to medium-sized work environments. Keywords: Attendance; Internet of Things; Face Recognition; Convolutional Neural Network; Edge Computing; ESP32;

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the multicultural behavior and intercultural communication of students based on their ethnic background and gender differences. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach with survey methods and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the multicultural behavior and intercultural communication of high school students in Yogyakarta are in the positive category. The multicultural behavior of Javanese students is directed towards cultural insight and flexibility, while non-Javanese students are more dominant in communication, cultural values, and cultural awareness. The multicultural behavior of female students is directed towards cultural insight, communication, cultural values, and cultural awareness, while male students are more dominant in flexibility. The intercultural communication of Javanese students tends to be more stable in terms of communication style and competence, while non-Javanese students have a higher intensity because they are able to actively practice cross-cultural communication. Intercultural communication carried out by female students in all dimensions tends to be higher than that of male students.

Descriptions of the blessings of paradise are widely mentioned in the Qur’an in various forms, yet they are commonly understood merely as eschatological rewards in the hereafter. However, upon deeper examination, these descriptions are not only informative, but also contain moral and spiritual values that can be reflected as a foundation for happiness in worldly life. This study aims to identify Qur’anic verses that depict the blessings of paradise and explain how these descriptions can be reflected as a Qur’anic concept of happiness for human life in the world. This research employs a qualitative method through library research by examining tafsir works and relevant literature, collecting verses related to paradise, analyzing their meanings, and formulating the characteristics of paradise’s blessings—both material and spiritual. The findings reveal that the blessings of paradise are not only eschatological rewards, but also contain moral and spiritual messages that may serve as a guide for achieving true happiness in the world. Thus, the Qur’anic portrayal of paradise can be understood as an ideal model of happiness based on faith, inner peace, and noble character.

Abstract

The integration of general knowledge and religion in modern Islamic education is a crucial issue in the era of globalization and technological advancement. The main problem raised is the dichotomy between religious knowledge and general knowledge, which hinders the development of holistic Islamic education. The aim of this research is to explore the challenges and opportunities in the integration process, with a focus on philosophical, theological and practical approaches. The research method used is a literature review with qualitative analysis of relevant literature. The research results show that the integration of general knowledge and religion can increase the relevance of Islamic education to the needs of our time, although structural and paradigmatic challenges still constitute the main obstacles. Support from various parties is the key to successfully implementing this integration.
