Abstract

One of OJK duties and authorities is to supervise sharia compliance of Islamic banking operations in Indonesia. However, this role is still not optimal to conduct because the existence of DPS is considered sufficient to perform it. This study aimed to examine OJK arrangement on Islamic banking compliance supervision, adjustment on Islamic compliance supervision after switching from BI to OJK, and internalisation of hisbah principles in these regulations. This research used the normative juridical method, compiled positive law related to Islamic Banking supervision and compared it with hisbah principles implemented in the Islamic governance history as a basis for supervision internalised in OJK regulations and legislation. The result showed that (1) OJK regulates Islamic Banking compliance supervision through the rules of DPS establishment in Islamic Banking as the responsible party, received the DPS and SKAI reports periodically, and conducted audits by sampling on the application of sharia aspects; (2) several Islamic Banking supervision regulations still require harmonisation, especially those issued by BI; (3) five hisbah principles exist in the OJK regulations: transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product development on sales volume at UD. HASYIMAH Potu Village, Dompu Regency. This study used a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 40 consumers who were taken based on random sampling techniques and were selected as members of the sample who were then given a questionnaire to measure their perceptions. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it showed that the average value of the respondents’ answers can be concluded that the product development of Jati Piri Jatiwangi company was quite high with an average of 3.476 while the level of sales volume was quite high, namely at 3.5119. While the results of the calculation of regression coefficients explaining the influence of the independent variable on product development were quite high, namely the product development regression coefficient value was 0.752. The results of the calculation of the correlation value of product development on sales volume in this study were quite large, amounting to 0.736 or 73.6%, while the results of the determination coefficient were 0.541 or 54.1% explaining the role of product development independent variables in influencing sales volume while the remaining 45.9 % was influenced by other variables. The t-test results showed the t-value value of 6.866 > so that Ho rejected and accepted Ha which states that there is an influence between product development on an increase in sales volume.

Abstract

This Community Empowerment Program activity is carried out in order to provide more assistance and provide community empowerment that has been done by partners, namely Mrs. Hj. Asmaul Husna in Sumber Rejo II Rt. 3 Rw 2 Pakal Subdistrict, Benowo Surabaya located no more than 4.1 kilometers from Wijaya Putra University. Krupuk community partnership program partner in Sumber Rejo II Village Rt. 3 Rw 2 Pakal Subdistrict, Surabaya located no more than 4.5 kilometers from Wijaya Putra University, using the surrounding residents as employees and production personnel. The purpose of this Community Empowerment Program activity is to develop SME partners production krupuk Ikan with the target to be achieved is SMEs has capital in the form of a krupuk dryer oven machine to increase production, good business management, expand the market reach, have product design, have a krupuk packaging machine and halal label krupuk products, so that SMEs have the ability to be a business that is ready to meet customer demand and ready to be competent. The methods implemented in this Community Empowerment Program are training and mentoring: training on how to use a krupuk dryer oven machine, packaging machine, business management assistance so that partners become resilient and competitive SMEs. In addition, the manufacture of TTG and adequate production equipment is also carried out in this activity. Training and mentoring activities of business management carried out by including marketing management (potential market identification, promotion, selection of sales locations, entrepreneurship (innovation of krupuk production variations), financial administration (determination of production costs and preparation of simple financial statements) and quality and health management (improvement of production design, testing to obtain halal production label certification). The result of this Community Empowerment Program is expected to increase the income and productivity of the target partner group

Abstract

Objectives: Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most physical disabling disease in children. Gross motor capacity in CP usually measured and evaluated by Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM), a standardizedobservational instrument to evaluate gross motor function. Studies showed GMFM reliable, valid, and responsive to change of CP gross motor function. This research aims to examine validity and reliabilityof GMFM translated into Indonesian.Methods: Cross sectional study with consecutive sampling of CP children aged 2-­15 years came to pediatric rehabilitation clinic at RSCM Medical Rehabilitation Department or YPAC Jakarta. Subjects classified by age, type, anatomical distribution, and severity.Gross motor function evaluated with 88 GMFM items translated into Indonesia. Inter-­rater evaluated gross motor function through video records. Criterion validity tested by correlation coefficient, construct validity tested by comparing GMFM item with dimension total scores and GMFM total score with corrected Spearman correlation. Inter-­rater reliability tested by unpaired T-­test, internal consistency by alpha Cronbach.Results: Thirty one CP children with mean age 7 years 11 months, mean GMFM score 58.40 (SD=49.09).No significant difference of all GMFM dimensions; almost all GMFM items obtained from inter-rater evaluation. Good internal consistency (alpha Cronbach 0.884) and good criterion validity of all dimensions;; inter-­item and total correlations good to strong (r=0.523-­0.859).Conclusion: GMFM Indonesian has good to strong criterion validity. Construct validity of all dimensions was quite good. Internal consistency was good. No significant difference between inter-raters showed GMFM inter-­rater reliability good enough.Keywords: Cerebral palsy, gross motor function, gross motor function measure, validity, reliability.

Abstract

Objectives: To find hamstring muscle flexibility among KONI Propinsi DKI Jakarta’s volleyball players,based on age, sex and playing position particularly.Methods: A cross sectional study performed in 25 female and 24 male athletes using Sit and Reach Test (SRT) box had done 3 times trial with the best score was recorded.Results: Hamstring muscle’s mean value score was 18.21 (SD 6.5) cm, male athletes was 17.6 (SD 6.5) cm, female athletes was 18.8 (SD 6.6) cm, middle adolescence 14-16 years old was 15.55 (SD 6.1) cm,late adolescence 17-20 years old was 19.91 (SD 6.9) cm, young adulthood 21-24 years old was 18.79 (SD 4.6) cm, hitter was 18.8 (SD 6.6) cm, center was 15.5 (SD 6.3) while allround players was 20.4 (SD5.9).Conclusions: Average value of hamstring flexibility among volleyball athletes of KONI DKI Jakarta based on SRT was 18.21 ± 6.5 cm, particularly within middle adolescence (14-16 years old) was 15.55± 6.1 cm, late adolescence (17-20 years old) was 19.91 ± 6.9 cm, and young adulthood (21-24 year old) was 18.79 ± 4.6 cm. While by sex was 17.6 ± 6.5 cm among male and 18.8 ± 6.6 cm among female.Based on playing position, hitters were 18.8 ± 6.6, setters were 15.5 ± 6.3 and all-round player were 20.4 ± 5.9 cm.Keywords: Flexibility, Hamstring muscle, SRT

Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Cough is a symptom that is felt by all humans and it is important for the protection which maintains mucus secretion, foreign substances, and infections of the larynx, trachea and bronchi. Thepurpose of this study is to find out the PCF value in healthy middle adulthood and late adulthood and the factors that influence it.Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study involving 99 subjects. Subjects were patients in the clinic for medical rehabilitation of middle adulthood and late adulthood healthy respiration. Subjects whofulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria were examined with spirometry to ensure healthy respiration and after that, the PCF examination was carried out with a peakflowmeter device and the correlation wasobserved with age, gender and, height. Results: The PCF value in healthy middle adulthood is 190-540 L / minute (41-50 years 465 L / minute, ages 51-60 years 405 L / minute) and healthy late adulthood is 245-520 L / minute with median 352.5L / minute. Men have a greater PCF value than women, but at the age of 61 years and over there not significantly different. The higher age, the lower the PCF value obtained and there was a statisticallysignificant decrease in the PCF value at 61-70 years of age compared to 41-50 years of age. Subjects with high height have a tendency for a lar ger PCF value and height will af fect the PCF value. Conclusion: Obtained PCF values in middle adulthood and late adulthood with healthy respiration and there is a relationship between sex, age and height factors for the PCF value. Abstract

Contribution of the Islamic Stock Market to Indonesia's Economic Growth. This study aims to investigate the contribution of the development of the Islamic stock market to Indonesia's economic growth. Gross domestic product (GDP) is the market value of all goods and services produced by a country in a certain period. GDP is one method for calculating national income. The Islamic stock index used is the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) which has long standing. Therefore, the research sample consists of the JII (Jakarta Islamic Indexs) and GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The research period is approximately 16 years of observation ranging from 2000 to 2016. Data was obtained from publications on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) website, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Some tests such as the root unit test, cointegration test and Error Correction Model are used to test data. The statistical test tool used was Eviews 9. The Error Correction Model results show that the Islamic stockl market does not affect long-term economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih komoditas perkebunan sebagai komoditas unggulan subsektor perkebunan. Diklaksanakan tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode LQ (Location Quotien), SSA (Shift Share Analysis), dan AEZ (Agro Ecology Zone) kemudian dilanjutkan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap stake holder terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komoditas unggulan berdasarkan hasil analisis keunggulan komparatif, kompetitif dan sesuai agro ecology zona tertinggi di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi adalah tanaman kelapa sawit dan kakao. Lahan yang sesuai marginal untuk tanaman kelapa sawit 138.281 ha dan untuk kakao seluas 207.066 Ha. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai berikut;1) Menyusun kebijakan daaerah dalam mendukung pengembangan komoditas kelapa sawit dan kakao di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi 2) Menerapkan konsep agribisnis dan mengembangkan hilirisasi kedua produk dalam bentuk bahan baku berkualitas, barang setengah jadi atau barang jadi) sesuai permintaan pasar berupa barang setengah jadi atau barang jadi. 3) Dukungan pemerintah daerah dan stake holder (OPD Perkebunan, Disprindag, PUPR dan Pihak Swasta) Secara terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan melalui dukungan program dan kegiatan terhadap komoditas kelapa sawit dan kakao.

Abstract

Jenis kendaraan lalu lintas yang melintasi Jalan Darussalam Kota Lhokseumawe terdiri dari mobil penumpang, mobil barang, becak dan sepeda motor. Banyaknya kendaraan yang melewati jalan tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya fasilitas-fasilitas umum yang digunakan oleh masyarakat, seperti pertokoan, mini market, sekolah, pertamina, perkantoran, dan lain-lain. Dalam merepresentasikan hubungan matematis kecepatan, kepadatan dan volume lalu lintas pada Jalan Darussalam Kota Lhokseumawe digunakan model Greenshields. Pengamatan untuk penelitian dilakukan pada haris Senin, Jum'at dan Minggu mulai pukul 07.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 19.00 WIB. Bentuk matematis hubungan antara Kecepatan dan Kepadatan untuk hari Senin adalah S - D = 42,37 - 0,9611 D, sedangkan untuk hari Jum'at adalah S - D = 22,915 + 0,8513 D dan untuk hari Minggu adalah S - D = 45,5254 - 0,9922 D. Bentuk matematis hubungan antara Volume dan Kepadatan untuk hari Senin adalah V - D = 42,37 D - 0,9611 D², sedangkan pada hari Jum'at adalah V - D = 22,915 D - 0,8513 D², dan untuk hari Minggu adalah V - D = 45,5254 D - 0,9922 D². Bentuk matematis hubungan antara Volume dan Kecepatan untuk hari Senin adalah V - S = 44,0849 S - 0,9611 S², sedangkan untuk hari Jum'at adalah V - S = -26,9177 S + 1,1747S², dan untuk hari Minggu adalah V - S = 45,8821 S - 1,0078 S².Kata kunci: Kecepatan, kepadatan, Volume Lalu lintas, Model Greenshields

Abstract

Abaca (Musa textilis Nee) is an important industrial crop. Its cultivation in Indonesia is, however, hampered by the wilt (Panama disease) caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Foc) infections. Developing Foc resistance abaca lines require availability of established and reliable screening methods for resistance against Foc. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the (i) effectiveness of Foc inoculation methods, (ii) extent of Foc conidial densities – for causing the wilt in abaca, and (iii) responses of ten abaca cultivars against Foc infection. Results of this study showed that the method of inoculation by wounding abaca roots followed submerging the wounded plant in suspension of Foc conidia (106 conidia/ml) for 2 hours before planting was the most effective method for causing the wilt. Among ten abaca cultivars tested, none was resistant to Foc infection. Based on the calculation of disease intensity, nine abaca cultivars were identified as very susceptible, where as one cultivar was susceptible to Foc infection.
