Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa sekolah dasar, meskipun berbagai program literasi telah dilaksanakan di sekolah. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan sekolah adalah penyediaan pojok baca, namun pemanfaatannya sebagai media penguatan literasi Pancasila belum banyak dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan literasi Pancasila melalui pojok baca pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 4 Kabupaten Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposive, meliputi kepala sekolah, guru kelas III, dan sepuluh siswa kelas III. Pemilihan subjek didasarkan pada kriteria keterlibatan langsung dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengalaman mengikuti kegiatan literasi melalui pojok baca, serta relevansinya dengan fokus penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pojok baca telah tersedia dan dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan literasi, namun pemanfaatannya sebagai sarana internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila belum optimal karena keterbatasan bahan bacaan yang memuat nilai Pancasila secara eksplisit. Guru telah berupaya membimbing siswa, namun pendampingan masih kurang maksimal akibat keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas. Siswa menunjukkan sikap positif seperti gotong royong dan tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, meskipun pemahaman konseptual terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan literasi Pancasila melalui pojok baca berjalan cukup baik, tetapi perlu penguatan melalui penambahan bahan bacaan tematik Pancasila, peningkatan pendampingan guru, serta integrasi kegiatan refleksi nilai dalam proses membaca.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes in science using audio-visual media. As a natural science, it aims to educate students in understanding natural sciences, such as natural phenomena and how to understand scientific methods and then apply them with a scientific attitude. Science is also a field of study that studies the natural sciences, namely substances, both living and non-living things. Based on the results of the initial survey, with the majority of students being less active in participating in learning activities, student learning outcomes in science are still low, and many have not yet achieved the KKTP (Preparatory Competency Level). Based on these problems, the researcher made efforts to improve the learning process by using audio-visual media. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection using several methods: observation, tests, and documents. Learning was conducted in two cycles, with 13 students from fourth grade participating in the study. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: Student learning outcomes using audio-visual media are as follows: In the pre-cycle, 6 students (46.15%) achieved learning completion with an average score of 73.69. In the first cycle, 8 students (61.54%) achieved learning completion with an average score of 75.69. Furthermore, in the second cycle, student learning outcomes improved further, with 11 students (84.62%) achieved learning completion with an average score of 82.00, completing the learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes in the fourth-grade science subject at SDN 01 Sidomekar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena silariang (kawin lari) pada masyarakat suku Makassar di Desa Campagaya, Kecamatan Bontoramba, Kabupaten Jeneponto, dengan fokus pada pemahaman latar belakang, faktor penyebab, dan dampak sosialnya dalam konteks adat istiadat setempat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh masyarakat dan pihak terkait, serta studi pustaka. Lokasi penelitian dipusatkan di Dusun Campagaya, Desa Lentu, Kecamatan Bontoramba, dengan fokus pada kasus-kasus silariang yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa silariang dipandang sebagai pelanggaran adat yang serius oleh masyarakat Desa Campagaya yang masih menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai tradisional. Meskipun dianggap sebagai jalan pintas bagi pasangan yang tidak dapat melangsungkan pernikahan secara adat, praktik ini bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam dan ketentuan hukum perkawinan yang mengharuskan adanya restu dan wali nikah dari pihak keluarga perempuan. Penelitian juga mengungkapkan peran penting tokoh masyarakat dalam mengendalikan tindakan amoral, termasuk praktik silariang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa masyarakat Desa Campagaya masih mempertahankan adat dan budaya tradisi yang telah mengakar kuat dalam kehidupan sosial mereka, meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan modern.

Abstract

This Study aims to examine the influence of Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and Brand Awarennes on purchasing decisions of liquid FOOM products in Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 consumers who had used Liquid FOOM, selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that recommendations form the surrounding environment, trust in the brand, and brand recognition play an important role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. The combination of these factors encourages consumers to choose and repurchase Liquid FOOM amid the increasing competition in the vape liquid market

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Penerapan Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional terhadap Peningkatan Motivasi Peserta Didik di Kelas II SDN Bawakaraeng 2 berhasil atau tidak. Pembelajaran social emosional merupakan salah satu pendekatan Dimana untuk  meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik Pendekatan yang dilagunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian yaitu 27 peserta didik dan 1 guru kelas II SDN Bawakaraeng 2. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menerapkan Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional berhasil dengan rata persentase pada masing-masing setiap siklus meningkat, yakni  pada siklus I yaitu 46,29% dengan kategori rendah dan siklus II yakni 74,99% berhasil tuntas dengan katagori tinggi. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, penerapan pembelajran social emosional terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik di kelas II SDN Bawakaraeng 2  ini menunjukkan peningkatkan.

Abstract

The increasing frequency of global crises, including health emergencies, economic instability, climate change, and digital disruption, has intensified the need for organizational resilience that goes beyond survival toward sustainable transformation. This study aims to analyze how organizational resilience can be strengthened through the integration of risk management frameworks and strategic adaptation mechanisms. A qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review was employed to synthesize peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025. Data were collected from reputable academic databases and analyzed through thematic analysis and integrative synthesis to identify structural and adaptive dimensions of resilience. The findings reveal that risk management functions as the structural foundation of resilience through systematic risk identification, Enterprise Risk Management integration, and risk-based planning and budgeting. However, sustainable resilience requires complementary strategic adaptation mechanisms, including organizational agility, digital transformation, business model innovation, and institutional adaptation. The discussion demonstrates that resilience emerges from the interaction between anticipation capacity and adaptive transformation, reinforced by psychosocial and community resilience dimensions. In conclusion, organizational resilience in the era of global crises is achieved through systemic alignment between risk governance structures and adaptive strategic processes, enabling organizations to anticipate, cope, and transform in uncertain environments.
