Abstract

This article addresses the theme of integration between Islam and science, focusing on the perspective of Nidhal Guessoum and its implications for Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) and State Islamic Universities (PTKIN). Through literature review, this discourse explores various opportunities and challenges related to the efforts to combine scientific principles with religious values in the context of Islam. The discussion highlights the thoughts of Nidhal Guessoum as one of the figures advocating for a balanced integration between Islam and science. Additionally, this abstract also examines its impacts on the curriculum and teaching approaches in PTKI/PTKIN. This research presents deep insights into how the integration between Islam and science can be effectively implemented in religious-based higher education environments.

Abstract

Kerukunan dan Komunikasi umat beragama di Kota Kediri terbilang cukup baik. Kota Kediri yang dihuni oleh berbagai pemeluk agama dan juga etnis mempu menciptakan kehidupan yang harmonis. Konflik antar umat beragama relative nihil. Bahkan Kota Kediri secara berturut-turut sejak tahun 2020 masuk dalam 10 kota toleran di Indonesia versi Setara Institut. Tentu ini menjadi hal menarik untuk dikaji lebih mendalam. Bagaimana indeks kerukunan beragama Masyarakat Kota Kediri pada tahun 2024 ini. Bagaimana dinamika komunikasi antar umat beragama di Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Tingkat kerukunan umat beragama secara kuantitatif, dan mendeskripsikan dinamika komunikasi umat beragama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerukunan umat beragama di kota Kediri terbilang sangat tinggi, yakni mencapai angka 91,24 dari skala 10-100. Adapun dinamika komunikasi yang memberikan sumbangsih terhadap tingkat kerukunan umat beragama di Kota Kediri adalah pertama, adanya ruang-ruang terbuka yang memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi social masyarakat secara setara. Kedua, Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama di Kota Kediri yang aktif melakukan sosialiasi tentang pentingnya kerukunan memiliki peran yang dominan. Ketiga, adanya regulasi yang menjadi payung hukum kehidupan keberagamaan. Keempat, gerakan moderasi beragama yang massif didorong oleh kementerian agama dan diterima masyarakat, turut menciptakan keharmonisan umat beragama.

Abstract

Perjudian daring di kalangan remaja telah menjadi fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan, terutama karena konvergensinya dengan permainan digital seperti loot boxes dan taruhan skin. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis terhadap 27 artikel dari database Scopus dan Taylor & Francis menggunakan pedoman PRISMA. Fokus kajian adalah identifikasi teori, jenis judi, alat ukur, jenis penelitian, dan kata kunci yang dominan. Hasil menunjukkan social learning theory sebagai teori yang paling banyak digunakan, dengan jenis perjudian dominan adalah berbasis game dan taruhan olahraga. Alat ukur yang sering digunakan adalah PGSI dan SOGS. Sebagian besar artikel menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kata kunci utama meliputi "online gambling", "adolescents", dan "gambling disorder". Perjudian daring pada remaja merupakan isu multidimensional yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, sosial, dan digital. Diperlukan intervensi lintas level, mencakup pendidikan literasi digital, regulasi konten game, dan penguatan peran keluarga dan sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the strategic role of mediation in resolving Sharia economic disputes within Indonesia’s Religious Courts, where mediation is normatively recognized as a fast, cost-effective, and Sharia-aligned mechanism, yet remains underutilized in pre-litigation contexts. Using a normative-empirical method, the research analyzes primary legal instruments—such as Law No. 30/1999, PERMA No. 1/2016, PERMA No. 14/2016, and Law No. 3/2006 alongside conceptual frameworks of islah, while empirical data were obtained from the Supreme Court’s 2024 annual report, case statistics from Religious Courts in Yogyakarta, literature reviews, and interviews with certified non-judge mediators. The findings show a significant increase in mediation success rates in litigated Sharia economic cases during 2023–2024, particularly in PA Bantul, demonstrating the growing effectiveness of mediation and the strong philosophical foundation provided by Islamic principles of justice, reconciliation, and maslahah. However, the study also identifies persistent obstacles to the wider adoption of pre-litigation mediation, including the absence of mandatory regulatory requirements, limited contractual mediation clauses, low legal literacy, and misconceptions regarding the enforceability of out-of-court agreements. These results highlight the need for regulatory reform, broader integration of mediation clauses in Sharia economic contracts, and increasing public understanding to optimize mediation as a mechanism for resolving major disputes outside the court that is sharia-compliant, efficient, modern, and restorative justice-oriented. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji peran strategis mediasi dalam penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah di lingkungan Peradilan Agama di Indonesia, di mana mediasi secara normatif diakui sebagai mekanisme penyelesaian yang cepat, hemat biaya, dan selaras dengan prinsip syariah, namun masih belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal pada tahap pra-litigasi. Dengan menggunakan metode normatif-empiris, penelitian ini menganalisis instrumen hukum primer seperti UU No. 30/1999, PERMA No. 1/2016, PERMA No. 14/2016, dan UU No. 3/2006 serta kerangka konseptual tentang islah, sementara data empiris diperoleh dari Laporan Tahunan Mahkamah Agung 2024, statistik perkara di Pengadilan Agama wilayah Yogyakarta, studi literatur, dan wawancara dengan mediator non-hakim bersertifikat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan tingkat keberhasilan mediasi litigasi pada perkara ekonomi syariah selama 2023–2024, terutama di PA Bantul, yang menggambarkan meningkatnya efektivitas mediasi dan kuatnya landasan filosofis yang diberikan oleh prinsip keadilan, rekonsiliasi, dan maslahah dalam Islam. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi hambatan yang menghalangi penerapan mediasi pra-litigasi secara lebih luas, termasuk tidak adanya kewajiban regulatif, minimnya pencantuman klausul mediasi dalam kontrak ekonomi syariah, rendahnya literasi hukum, serta kesalahpahaman mengenai kekuatan eksekutorial kesepakatan mediasi di luar pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya reformasi regulasi, integrasi klausul mediasi dalam kontrak ekonomi syariah, serta peningkatan pemahaman publik untuk mengoptimalkan mediasi sebagai mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa utama diluar pengadilan yang sesuai syariah, efisien, modern, dan berorientasi pada keadilan restoratif. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the inquiry learning model on students’ learning outcomes in IPAS on the topic of eclipses in Grade VI at SD Negeri 060900 Tapian Nauli. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method to examine the impact of a specific instructional treatment on one group compared to another group that received a different treatment. The research design used was the Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this study consisted of all Grade VI students at SD Negeri 060900 Tapian Nauli, totaling 52 students. The sample in this study consisted of students from classes VI-A and VI-B who were selected using purposive sampling. The findings indicated that the inquiry learning model had a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes related to eclipses. Students in the experimental group who were taught using the inquiry learning model achieved higher posttest scores than those in the control group who were taught using the conventional (lecture-based) method. Furthermore, the significance value obtained from the Independent Samples t-test was less than 0.05, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Therefore, it was concluded that the inquiry learning model had a significant effect on the IPAS learning outcomes of Grade VI students at SD Negeri 060900 Tapian Nauli.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of contextual approach-based mathematics electronic modules on students' self-efficacy and problem-solving skills. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a quantitative approach, the study involved 142 junior high school students. The electronic module was developed using Kvisoft Flipbook Maker with modified Dick, Carey, and Carey development models. The research instruments included a test of problem-solving ability, a self-efficacy scale, and a student response questionnaire. The validation results show that the quality of the electronic module is very good with an average score above 4.2 out of 5. Statistical analysis revealed a significant increase in students' self-efficacy (p=0.001) with an average score of 82.4 in the experimental group compared to 72.8 in the control group. Mathematical problem-solving ability also experienced a very significant increase (p=0.000) with an average score of 82.7 compared to 74.2 in the control group. The research proves the effectiveness of contextual-based electronic modules in improving students' self-efficacy and mathematical problem-solving abilities through interactive design, contextual approaches, and cognitive scaffolding.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in multiplication material in grade IV UPT SPF SDN 106828 Sumberejo, where 60% of students obtained scores below the KKM (70). Conventional mathematics learning and the lack of interesting learning media cause students to experience difficulties in understanding multiplication concepts and memorizing multiplication tables. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid, practical, and effective Android-based Mathchess learning media to overcome the multiplication problems of grade IV students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were 26 grade IV students of UPT SPF SDN 106828 Sumberejo. Data collection techniques used expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the learning media. The results of a field trial involving 26 fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SDN 106828 Sumberejo showed the effectiveness of Mathchess media in improving students' multiplication skills. The trial data showed that students experienced a significant increase in mastery of multiplication material. A total of six students achieved the highest score of 87-90 with the ability to master multiplication up to number 9, ten students obtained a score of 80-86 with mastery of multiplication up to number 7, five students with a score of 77 were able to master multiplication up to number 6, and five students with a score of 70 mastered multiplication up to number 5. The average overall score of students reached 79.54, Based on the results of research and discussion on the development of Android-based Mathchess media to overcome the multiplication problems of fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SDN 106828 Sumberejo. The Mathchess learning media was declared valid and suitable for use based on validation results from material experts (81% - suitable), media experts (62% - suitable), and education practitioners (56.25% - quite suitable), with an average suitability of 66.42%. Abstract

Teachers’ psychological well-being is a crucial aspect in maintaining the quality of teaching and the sustainability of the teaching profession, particularly in the context of increasing administrative demands, dynamic educational policy changes, and the accelerated adaptation to technology. This study aims to systematically synthesize empirical findings on the factors influencing teachers’ psychological well-being in Indonesia. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Literature searches were carried out using Google Scholar, PubMed, Crossref, and Garuda databases with the assistance of Publish or Perish and Covidence software. Of the 477 articles initially identified, 18 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth. The findings indicate that teachers’ psychological well- being is shaped by a dynamic interaction between individual, organizational, and socio-spiritual factors. At the individual level, personal psychological resources such as self-efficacy, self-compassion, conscientiousness, emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, and resilience play a critical role in helping teachers manage professional demands adaptively. At the organizational level, quality of work life, job satisfaction, job security, work stress, and technostress emerge as significant structural determinants. Transformational leadership of school principals contributes to creating a supportive work climate and strengthening teachers’ psychological well-being, both directly and through improvements in the organizational climate. In addition, social support and religiosity function as sources of meaning and psychological buffers, particularly within the Indonesian cultural context.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD IT Perguruan Baiti Jannati on students in grade IV consisting of 7 students with 5 academically gifted students and 2 non-academic gifted students. In grade V students also consisted of 7 students with 5 academically gifted students, 1 non-academic gifted student and 1 academically and non-academic gifted student at SD IT Baiti Jannati with the aim of analyzing the learning styles of gifted students both in academic and non-academic fields. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews with students and teachers. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach with a data reduction model, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted at SD IT Perguruan Baiti Jannati showed that the dominant learning style in grade IV is visual, because students prefer to learn by reading, writing, and viewing displays such as in games. The most dominant learning style in grade V is visual and kinesthetic, because students find it easier to understand material through direct activities, practice, play, and using aids. In addition, it was found that gifted students both academically and non-academically show uniqueness in the way they absorb information

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan secara kelembagaan dan regulatif, namun masih menghadapi kritik terkait keterbatasan paradigma keilmuan yang mendasarinya. Perbankan syariah kerap dinilai belum sepenuhnya merepresentasikan tujuan substantif ekonomi Islam karena masih berorientasi pada logika pasar dan profitabilitas. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis perbankan syariah dalam perspektif multidisipliner, interdisipliner, dan transdisipliner, serta menawarkan pendekatan transdisipliner sebagai alternatif rekonstruksi paradigma perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian konseptual melalui studi pustaka dan analisis paradigmatik terhadap literatur ekonomi Islam, perbankan syariah, dan filsafat ilmu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan multidisipliner dan interdisipliner berkontribusi pada penguatan aspek operasional dan normatif perbankan syariah, namun masih bersifat adaptif dan belum menyentuh fondasi ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis secara mendalam. Pendekatan transdisipliner menawarkan paradigma yang lebih holistik dengan menjadikan tauhid sebagai fondasi pengembangan ilmu dan praktik perbankan syariah, serta mengintegrasikan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan spiritual guna mewujudkan falah dan kemaslahatan umat
