Abstract

Islamic Cultural History lessons are lessons that are closely related to past events, so that in the learning process many teachers teach SKI material only by telling their students. Of course, in teaching and learning activities, a student who is only told stories by his teacher eventually gets bored in learning, therefore a teacher is needed to be more creative, innovative and progressive in providing learning to students so that learning is fun and even impressive. Therefore, a teacher must or must be in this digital era, it's time to use these media in the learning process in the classroom. Learning media is very helpful for a teacher to convey the material so that it is easier and more enjoyable to be accepted by students. As for the media that can be used in the MI, there are at least two learning media that can be used, namely Visual media which is divided into still or not projected visuals and motion or projected visual media. While the use of the two instructional media in MI is audio-visual media which can be in the form of historical films or documentaries about the History of Islamic Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the quality of Islamic guidance and counseling services and peer groups on self-awareness in overcoming academic procrastination. This issue is relevant considering that academic procrastination remains a challenge among students, characterized by a tendency to postpone assignments and prioritize less relevant activities. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population and sample were 36 students of SMAN 1 Dayeuhkolot identified as having academic procrastination behavior. The results of the study indicate that the quality of Islamic guidance and counseling services (X1) and peer support (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on self-awareness in overcoming academic procrastination (Y). The significance values found for both variables (0.00 and 0.000) are less than 0.05, which confirms that the research hypothesis is accepted. The magnitude of the influence of these two independent variables on the dependent variable is 76.3%. This means that 76.3% of the increase in students' self-awareness can be explained by the quality of Islamic guidance and counseling services and support from the peer support environment. The remainder (23.7%) is influenced by other factors outside the study. The conclusion of this study is that strengthening the quality of Islamic guidance and counseling services and creating a positive peer environment are effective strategies for increasing students' self-awareness and, ultimately, overcoming academic procrastination.

Abstract

This study examines the standards and provisions of fuqaha and muhaddisun in the use of daif hadith as a legal basis, as well as its application in the fatwa of the DSN-MUI with a focus on the sulh hadith and its implementation in the fatwa on Musyarakah Sharia Current Account Financing. This study highlights the lack of clear criteria and transparency in the use of daif hadith in the DSN-MUI fatwa which impacts the credibility and legal force of the fatwa . The purpose of the study is to describe the standards for the use of daif hadith according to the views of hadith and fiqh scholars, while also evaluating its application in the practice of DSN-MUI fatwas. The method used is normative legal research with textual and content analysis, including takhrij sanad and matan hadith as well as comparison with other valid evidence and established fiqh rules. The results of the study indicate differences of opinion between fuqaha and muhaddisun regarding the criteria and use of daif hadith as evidence. In the DSN-MUI fatwa , the frequently used hadith sulh has a weak sanad due to problematic narrators, but the text remains relevant and in accordance with sharia principles that encourage peaceful dispute resolution. In the fatwa on Sharia Musyarakah Current Account Financing, the implementation of the hadith sulh and other hadiths , some of which are weak, indicates the need for increased methodological accuracy and transparency in the inclusion of hadith status to maintain the credibility and accountability of fatwas , especially in facing the dynamic needs of contemporary sharia.

Abstract

The enactment of the Halal Product Assurance Law No. 33 of 2014 on October 17, 2019, has further brought a breath of fresh air to the development of the halal economy in Indonesia. The halal economy is present as an answer to people's concerns regarding various products circulating in the community, starting from the source, process to successfully becoming a product. "Halal" as an icon for several products such as food and beverages, fashion, hotels, cosmetics and medicines, tourism and finance has begun to be echoed in Indonesia. However, until now it has not been able to touch the lowest level of market behavior, namely manufacturers. In the context of sustainable development, "halal" is a form of modern economy, besides that "halal" is an interesting industry to discuss, because currently those who develop the halal industry are not only Islamic countries but also non-Muslim countries are starting to compete, for example America, Brazil, Australia and other countries. In addition, as environmental damage grows due to producers' indifference to externalities, making the halal economy must be present in our lives. The halal economy is currently looking for its design in the midst of the Covid 19 storm that has not yet ended, besides that the halal lifestyle campaign continues to be echoed to get to the Indonesian halal hub 2024. The economic growth in terms of the halal industry must be welcomed with the right design so as not to give the impression that the government imposes certification on its producers. This paper designs the format of the halal economy so that it is easy and can touch the lowest level by using a competitive advantage approach.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate an alternative design for learning the concept of flat-sided wake-up space against the background of didactic situations and learning obstacles experienced by students. This type of research is a DDR (Didactical Design Research) research. The didactic design was developed through three stages, namely: first, compiling an initial design based on student barriers that had previously been identified, secondly analyzing metapedadydactics carried out during learning, and thirdly, retrospective analysis carried out by identifying learning obstacles and compiling learning designs. This research was conducted at Mts Al Washliyah Tanjung Morawa class VIII with 35 students. The results of this study indicate that there are several learning obstacles that occur to students, namely errors in the concept of flat side space, errors in multiplication, and also errors in answering questions whose context is different from the example questions given. Based on the identification results that have been analyzed, one of the alternative solutions is to develop alternative solutions to the concept of flat side space in order to minimize barriers to learning.

Abstract

This article examines violations of business ethics that frequently arise in the corporate world, when corporate decisions cannot be resolved solely through positive law because they involve moral issues such as dishonesty, worker exploitation, and environmental damage. Natural law theory is offered as a fairer and more moral approach to addressing these issues. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the principles of justice and morality in natural law can be used as substantive solutions to business ethics disputes. The method used is normative juridical, through a review of relevant regulations, doctrines, and legal literature. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of natural law theory in resolving business ethics violations offers a fairer and more humanistic approach compared to positive law, which tends to be procedural. Natural law provides a strong moral foundation, encouraging companies to consider social and environmental impacts in decision-making. Thus, the integration of natural law principles can enrich the existing legal framework with more substantial justice values. The renewal of this research lies in developing an understanding of the integration of natural law within the existing legal system, particularly regarding business ethics violations. This approach provides a more inclusive and sustainable solution, and opens up space for legal reform that is more adaptive to social and moral changes. This research also contributes to the development of natural law theory in the increasingly complex global business world.

Abstract

Several Indonesian Islamic Higher Education Institutions (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam/PTKIN) experienced a transformation from Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) to Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) in the early 2000s. This transformation not only involved an institutional change but also marked a significant epistemological shift from a single religious identity toward a multidisciplinary university model that integrates religious and general sciences. This study aims to analyse four models of knowledge integration developed at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Employing a qualitative comparative approach based on a literature review, this study examines the philosophical foundations, epistemological orientations, and patterns of implementation of each model. The findings indicate that the four models emerged from a shared historical context, namely the transformation from IAIN to UIN, and are grounded in relatively similar philosophical foundations that position monotheism and revelation as central epistemic references. However, these foundations are articulated through different conceptual metaphors and epistemological emphases. The implementation of the models has been institutionalised through curricula, academic policies, and organisational culture. The implications of these models for the transformation of Islamic higher education in the digital and global era are complementary and mutually reinforcing. This study also identifies implementation challenges related to academic governance, curriculum synchronisation, and faculty capacity. Overall, the four models of knowledge integration enrich Islamic higher education by integrating spirituality, scientific rationality, and social responsibility, while highlighting the need to strengthen academic governance and sustainable professional development
