Abstract

Street food has become a phenomenal culinary in today's modern culinary scope. The research explores consumer perspectives in identifying superior products enjoyed at street food. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach to find an overview of consumer perspectives on superior street food products. The findings of the study found that the superior product of street food indicates that the superior product produces four main points involving authentic flavors that need to be highlighted so as to build the soul of consumers in remembering and marketing by word of mouth, then affordable prices are the main points. Furthermore, kolabarosi is mixed and matched in today's culinary and modern culinary which ultimately encourages the entrepreneurial spirit of young people in developing their creativity through street food.

Abstract

Desa Sangkanhurip Kecamatan Cigandamekar adalah desa yang memiliki banyak objek wisata yang bisa dinikmati oleh masyarakat, baik yang berada di luar Kabupaten Kuningan maupun yang berada di Kabupaten Kuningan, bahkan masyarakat sekitarnya. Bahkan Desa Sangkanhurip sudah dinobatkan menjadi salah satu Desa Wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai desa wisata, perlu ditunjang dengan berbagai sarana dan prasarana, juga sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni. Sekarang ini desa sangkanhurip memiliki SDM yang sudah lumayan mumpuni dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk melayani masyarakat dan menjalankan tugas-tugas dari pemerintah daerah, baik tingkat kecamatan maupun PEMDA Kabupaten. Namun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja aparat desa dan masyarakat desa sangkanhurip. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penyampaian informasi dan pendampingan kepada Aparat Desa dan Masyarakat Desa Sangkanhurip terkait Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dalam menunjang dalam memaksimalkan kinerja di Desa Sangkanhurip. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas dan dalam rangka pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan dilakukan beberapa metode. Metode yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan Ceramah penyampaian informasi terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, Tanya Jawab, dan Pemberian Contoh atau Simulasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dapat membantu memberikan informasi dan pencerahan terkait dengan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan kinerja bagi Aparat Desa dan Masyarakat Desa Sangkanhurip Kecamatan Cigandamekar. Oleh karena itu, dalam pelaksaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini kami akan mengambil tema “Pengenalan Web Informasi Desa Bagi Aparat Desa Di Desa Sangkanhurip Kecamatan Cigandamekar Kabupaten Kuningan”.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan suasana nyaman di dalam kelas dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan sehingga memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode SPSS yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Implementasi sekolah penggerak dan Guru pengegrak terhadap merdeka belajar di SD Kec. Kisaran Timur, Kab. Asahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 sekolah penggerak dan 17 orang guru penggerak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Implementasi sekolah penggerak berpengaruh terhadap merdeka belajar di SD Kec. Kisaran Timur, Kab. Asahan. Hal ini di indikasikan oleh nilai bahwa implementasi sekolah penggerak (3.477) > t-tabel (2.101) dan p-value (0.008) t-tabel (2.101) dan p-value (0.023) < 0.05. Implementasi sekolah penggerak dan Guru penggerak terhadap merdeka belajar di SD Kec. Kisaran Timur, Kab. Asahan. Hal ini di indikasikan oleh nilai Fhitung: (9.615) > F-tabel: (3.55) dan sig-p (0.002) < 0.05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahawa Implementasi skolah penggerak dan guru penggerak memiliki pengaruh terhadap merdeka belajar sebesar 53.1%. Dan saran yang dapat penulis berikan ialah melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan variabel yang berbeda dan juga memberikan penguatan kepada Guru selaku fasilitator utama dalam menyelenggrakan merdeka belajar

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the distribution of disaster stimulant funds in Palu City. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive statistics analysis. It is expected that the results of the study can be operationalized or applied at various levels of government, especially in disaster management. The population of this study was all stakeholders in disaster management in Palu City including the Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency, the Social Service, the Public Works Office, the Sub-District Office, the Village Office, and the Acceleration of Regional Development Executive Monitoring Team (TP4D). This study involved a total of 228 respondents. The determination of the sample used a census technique meaning that the entire population was used as samples. The results of this study showed that the distribution of disaster stimulant funds in Palu City was not effective as the fund was only enjoyed by certain groups and had not solved community problems. This means that there are many complaints from the affected community as they have not been registered as a beneficiary of stimulant funds.This research contributes to the development of public policies related to the policy of distributing stimulant funds for victims of natural disasters consisting of earthquakes, tsunamis, and liquefaction, so policy formulation needs to be designed comprehensively so that it becomes a recommendation for the future because policies related to earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction disasters have not previously occurred anywhere in the world so that the findings of this study become recommendations for the government in handling increasingly complex natural disasters.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran animasi yang praktis dan efesien untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPA. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi adoble flash sistem yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah serta membantu dalam proses belajar mengjar di dalam kelas. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan di dalam kelas masih bersifat konvensional dan masih menggunaka metode ceramah yang mana masih belum menggunakan teknologi di dalam perancangan medianya. Padahal kemajuan teknologi saat ini sangatlah pesat terutama di bidang pendidikan yang dapat mendrong kemajuan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan Reaserch end Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D. Model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap utama, yakni tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebarluasan (dissaminate). Masing-masing tahap ini dilalui secara sistematis untuk memastikan produk akhir yaitu media pembelajaran, dimana dapat memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dan juga guru di dalam kelas pada saat proses belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah media pembelajran berbasis animasi menggunakan aplikasi adoble flash yang valid, efektif dan praktis. Temuan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa media pembelajaran animasi dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di SD N 08 Makmur AbstractThis article aims to design a practical and efficient animated learning media to support learning activities in science subjects. By utilizing the Adobe Flash system application which is expected to facilitate and assist in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The learning media used in the classroom are still conventional and still use the lecture method which still does not use technology in the design of the media. Whereas current technological advances are very rapid, especially in the field of education, which can encourage progress in making technology-based learning media, this research adopts the Reaserch end Development (R&D) approach with the 4D development model. This model consists of 4 main stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Each of these stages is passed systematically to ensure the final product, namely learning media, which can meet the needs of students and teachers in the classroom during the teaching and learning process. The results of this study are in the form of an animation-based learning media using Adobe Flash applications that are valid, effective and practical. The findings in this study found that animated learning media can be used as learning media in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects at SD N 08 Makmur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) collection in North Morowali Regency as an effort to optimize local revenue. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that policy implementation remains suboptimal. Communication with taxpayers is limited, as information dissemination is only conducted through village officials without direct community involvement. While physical resources are generally adequate, human resource shortages—particularly tax bailiffs and auditors—hinder legal enforcement procedures. The disposition of tax officers, including assignment and incentives, is in accordance with applicable regulations and has been effectively managed. The bureaucratic structure reflects essential characteristics, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inter-agency coordination. Internal constraints include limited staff capacity and low tax competence, while external challenges involve a lack of taxpayer awareness. On the other hand, supporting factors include strong leadership, adequate infrastructure, and regulatory reinforcement through Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2023. The study recommends strengthening public communication and enhancing human resource competence to improve the effectiveness of PBB-P2 collection.

Abstract

he mental Mental health issues faced by Gen Z are becoming increasingly complex due to rapid technological advances and socio-cultural changes. Social pressure from social media, unrealistic self-comparison, academic stress, demands for success, and excessive use of social media can worsen Gen Z's mental health. Psychological support and holistic education are needed to overcome these challenges. Islamic education concept from Buya Hamka's perspective can be an alternative in dealing with the mental health crisis in Gen Z. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the freshwater mussel (Pilsbryoconcha exilis) as a natural biofilter in improving water quality in Dusun II, Bandar Klippa Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The research was conducted from August to October 2020 using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) comprising four treatments based on biofiltration duration: 0 days (control), 5 days, 10 days, and 15 days, each with four replications. The observed parameters included physical characteristics (turbidity, odor, color, total dissolved solids/TDS) and chemical properties (pH, iron/Fe, manganese/Mn, nitrite/NO₂⁻, and nitrate/NO₃⁻). Statistical significance was tested using ANOVA followed by DMRT. The results indicated that P. exilis significantly reduced turbidity and eliminated odor within 5 days of treatment. The pH also significantly decreased, although it remained within the safe threshold for clean water. Conversely, Fe and Mn concentrations did not change significantly, while nitrite and nitrate levels increased, presumably due to enhanced nitrification during filtration. Overall, P. exilis demonstrated potential as an effective biofilter for improving water's physical and chemical quality, with a 5-day filtration period identified as the optimal duration.

Abstract

This study aims to reduce insecurity levels among adolescents through the application of group counseling using the Cognitive Restructuring technique. The research employed a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) method across two cycles, involving six eighth-grade students from SMPN 10 Medan identified as having high levels of insecurity. The Cognitive Restructuring technique is designed to help individuals shift negative thinking patterns into more rational and adaptive ones. The results showed a decrease in the average insecurity score from 44.83 (pre-test) to 37.17 (post-test), with a significance value of 0.026 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect of the intervention. Normality tests and paired t-tests confirmed the effectiveness of the counseling approach. Thus, group counseling using the Cognitive Restructuring technique has been proven effective in helping adolescents overcome feelings of insecurity and improve their self-confidence.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran aktif (active learning) adalah pendekatan yang menempatkan siswa sebagai subjek utama dalam proses belajar, bukan sekadar penerima informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas model tersebut dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahma Kolaka Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus pada 15 siswa kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam partisipasi siswa, pemahaman materi, dan nilai akademik setelah penerapan model ini. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, dan lebih mudah memahami pelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru menerapkan pembelajaran aktif secara konsisten, serta mengembangkan strategi yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan bermakna bagi siswa.
