Abstract

Aplikasi e-Dempo merupakan inovasi layanan publik digital unggulan dari Samsat Sumatera Selatan yang bertujuan mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor secara daring, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan publik. Meskipun menawarkan kemudahan waktu dan proses, evaluasi mendalam terhadap pengalaman pengguna (User Experience) sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan layanan yang diberikan benar-benar sesuai dengan ekspektasi serta kenyamanan masyarakat pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna aplikasi e-Dempo menggunakan metode Short User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ-S). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 31 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengukur dua dimensi utama pengalaman pengguna: Kualitas Pragmatis (efisiensi, kejelasan) dan Kualitas Hedonis (stimulasi, kebaruan). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi e-Dempo memiliki kinerja keseluruhan yang positif dengan skor rata-rata 0,933. Secara spesifik, aplikasi ini sangat unggul pada dimensi Kualitas Pragmatis dengan skor 0,933, yang menandakan fungsinya sangat efisien, mudah dipelajari, dan efektif dalam membantu pengguna menyelesaikan tugas. Namun, dimensi Kualitas Hedonis memperoleh skor yang lebih rendah yaitu 0,633 (kategori netral), mengindikasikan bahwa aspek desain antarmuka, daya tarik visual, dan inovasi aplikasi masih perlu ditingkatkan karena dianggap standar dan kurang menggugah secara emosional. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian merekomendasikan perbaikan strategis pada desain visual antarmuka dan penambahan fitur interaktif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna tanpa mengurangi fungsionalitas utama yang sudah berjalan baik.

Abstract

Purpose: The Abdimas team aims to empower Baduy women to read, write, and count, as well as provide health education related to PHBS and demonstrate a healthy toilet renovation Methodology/approach: The community service activities were carried out in Kanekes Village, Baduy Luar, from May to July 2024. The community service approach involved training 40 Baduy women to participate in health education and simple reading, writing, and counting training over three months, including building an example of a healthy toilet Results/findings: Of the 40 who participated until the final evaluation, only 15 remained. This is related to the constraints of the distance to the location, which is far from their homes (activities are centered at the Jaro official residence), and the establishment of a healthy place to wash, bathe, and use the restroom (MCK). Conclutions: The enthusiasm of Baduy women to improve family welfare and increase knowledge is very strong, but it requires support from the local government to assist residents by conducting reading, writing, and arithmetic classes in small groups in adjacent houses. Additionally, there is a need for financial support for the renovation of healthy public toilets. Limitations: The duration of the program may not be sufficient to measure the long-term impact on family well-being and changes in health behavior. Contribution: This community services provides a contextual approach to empowering women in indigenous communities such as Baduy Luar, which are typically seldom reached by modern education and health interventions

Abstract

Abstrak Usaha mikro sering menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan pencatatan penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terstruktur. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan data penjualan sulit direkap, kurang terdokumentasi dengan baik, serta belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan usaha. Alanaya Bakery sebagai usaha mikro di bidang kuliner juga mengalami kendala serupa, khususnya dalam memantau perkembangan penjualan dan menyusun laporan usaha secara sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem pencatatan penjualan dan monitoring usaha berbasis digital yang mudah digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra. Mitra sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemilik dan pengelola Alanaya Bakery dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak lima orang (n = 5). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan mitra, perancangan sistem pencatatan penjualan berbasis spreadsheet digital, pelatihan penggunaan sistem, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi penerapan sistem. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi langsung terhadap penggunaan sistem, wawancara dengan mitra, serta analisis data yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pencatatan penjualan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pencatatan penjualan berbasis digital mampu meningkatkan keteraturan pencatatan transaksi, menyediakan rekap penjualan harian dan bulanan secara otomatis, serta mempermudah monitoring perkembangan usaha. Secara kuantitatif, penerapan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pencatatan transaksi hingga lebih dari 50% dan meningkatkan pemahaman mitra berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan usaha mikro secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: pengabdian; pencatatan penjualan digital; umkm; teknologi informasi; monitoring usaha. Abstract Micro enterprises often face challenges in managing sales records that are still conducted manually and in an unstructured manner. This condition causes sales data to be difficult to summarize, poorly documented, and not optimally utilized as a basis for business decision-making. Alanaya Bakery, a micro enterprise operating in the culinary sector, experiences similar issues, particularly in monitoring sales performance and preparing simple business reports. This community service activity aims to implement a digital-based sales recording and business monitoring system that is easy to use and aligned with the partner’s needs. The target partners of this activity were the owner and managers of Alanaya Bakery, involving five participants (n = 5). The implementation methods included initial observation to identify partner problems, design of a digital sales recording system based on spreadsheet applications, training on system usage, as well as mentoring and evaluation of system implementation. The evaluation was conducted through direct observation of system usage, interviews with partners, and analysis of data generated by the digital sales recording system. The results indicate that the implemented system improves the organization of sales records, provides automatic daily and monthly sales recaps, and facilitates business performance monitoring. Quantitatively, the system increases the efficiency of transaction recording time by more than 50% and enhances partners’ understanding based on pre-test and post-test results. This activity has a positive impact on improving partners’ ability to utilize information technology to support more effective and sustainable micro-enterprise management. Keywords: community service; digital sales recording; micro enterprises; information technology; business monitoring.

Abstract

Abstrak Penyakit bawaan makanan masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang erat kaitannya dengan penerapan higiene dan keamanan pangan, khususnya pada usaha pangan skala mikro. Usaha bakery sebagai penyedia pangan siap konsumsi memiliki risiko kontaminasi apabila proses produksinya tidak didukung oleh praktik kebersihan yang memadai. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penerapan higiene dan keamanan pangan pada usaha Alanaya Bakery sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit bawaan makanan dan perlindungan kesehatan konsumen. Mitra kegiatan adalah Alanaya Bakery yang berlokasi di Kota Palembang dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang yang terdiri atas pemilik dan pekerja yang terlibat langsung dalam proses produksi roti. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, disertai diskusi interaktif yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi nyata dapur produksi. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara singkat, dan dokumentasi visual sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku mitra dalam menerapkan kebersihan personal, pembersihan peralatan secara lebih teratur, serta penataan lingkungan produksi yang lebih rapi dan bersih. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan risiko kontaminasi pangan serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha bakery sebagai UMKM pangan yang aman dan sehat. Kata kunci: higiene pangan; keamanan pangan; UMKM pangan; bakery; pengabdian masyarakat. Abstract Foodborne diseases remain a public health concern closely related to the implementation of food hygiene and safety practices, particularly in micro-scale food businesses. Bakeries, as producers of ready-to-eat foods, are vulnerable to food contamination when production processes are not supported by adequate hygiene practices. This community service activity aimed to improve the implementation of food hygiene and safety at Alanaya Bakery as an effort to prevent foodborne diseases and protect consumer health. The activity was conducted at Alanaya Bakery in Palembang City and involved 10 participants consisting of the owner and workers directly engaged in bread production. The activity was implemented through an educational and participatory counseling approach accompanied by interactive discussions adapted to the actual conditions of the production area. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation, short interviews, and visual documentation conducted before and after the activity. The results indicated increased awareness and positive behavioral changes among participants, including improved personal hygiene practices, more regular cleaning of production equipment, and better organization of the production environment. This activity is expected to reduce the risk of food contamination and support the sustainability of bakery micro-enterprises as safe and healthy food businesses. Keywords: food hygiene; food safety; food micro enterprises; bakery; community service

Abstract

Every elderly person must have a different lifestyle and anxiety level in dealing with hypertension. Lifestyle can be influenced by physical activity, diet, rest, smoking, as well as the level of anxiety in the elderly. This study aims to determine the relationship between lifestyle and anxiety levels in the elderly with hypertension in the Petaling Health Center area in 2025. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were elderly people aged 45-90 years who had hypertension in the Petaling Health Center area in 2025. The data collection method used questionnaires and questionnaires using interviews. The results of this study found that there was a correlation between lifestyle in the elderly with hypertension in the Petaling Health Center with a p value = 0.000 < (0.005) so it was concluded that H0 was rejected and the results of this study also found that there was a correlation between lifestyle and the correlation of anxiety levels in the elderly with hypertension in the Petaling Health Center with a p value = 0.005 < (0.005) so it can be concluded that H0 was rejected. This study recommends that students, particularly final-year students, learn from this study to understand the relationship between lifestyle and anxiety levels in the elderly and hypertension in the Petaling Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in 2025. Abstract

Delays in detecting damage and potential theft of public street lighting remain a common problem in several areas due to reliance on manual reporting systems. Therefore, this study aimed to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for security monitoring and early detection of damage in public street lighting. The proposed system employed an ESP8266 microcontroller, a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor to detect lamp operating conditions (on/off), and an E18-D80NK infrared proximity sensor to detect object presence as an indication of theft. Monitoring data were transmitted in real time and displayed through the Blynk application as the user interface. The research method included hardware and software design, system implementation, and functional testing, including LDR sensor testing, infrared proximity sensor testing, and system delay evaluation. The experimental results showed that the system accurately detected lamp operating conditions during testing on a 22-watt street lamp and successfully detected objects with a 100% detection rate. Delay testing indicated that the system response time increased with object distance but remained within acceptable limits for monitoring applications. Overall, the developed system was effective in supporting monitoring, early damage detection, and improving the security of public street lighting.

Abstract

This journal discusses investment decisions in the logistics & deliveries industry using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. This research was conducted to determine investment decisions using a sample of 7 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The primary method of data collection for this research is quantitative research, which involves collecting secondary data from required documents and reports. Viewed from historical data for the 2022 period per month from January - December 2022. This research applies the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method to determine companies that have a risk-free rate of return as a consideration in making investment decisions.

Abstract

The community's need for saline tilapia seeds (Oreochromis niloticus) until now still shows a significant increase, the development of tilapia aquaculture business is growing from the sector of breeding and enlargement. This study aims to determine the level of hatchability of saline tilapia eggs (Oreochromis niloticus) with different containers to provide alternatives to the community in using saline tilapia egg hatching containers This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Fish Seed and Feed Production Technology Study Program of the Polytechnic of Indonesia Venezuela (POLIVEN) in March-April 2024. The research method used was an experimental design, namely a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments, namely A (using a gallon), B (using a teapot), C (using a chicken drinking funnel), D (using a flower pot) each carried out 5 times with test parameters including egg hatchability, larval abnormality, and water quality parameters. Based on the research that has been done, the highest degree of egg hatching is in treatment C (chicken dringking funnel) with a value of 92% an the lowest is in treatment D (flower pot) with a value 51%. The highest larva abnormality is in treatment B (teapot). The annova test result showed that the application of different containers on egg hatchability had a significant effect on the hatching of saline tilapia eggs (Oreochromis niloticus). Based on the results of Duncan's further test showed that the treatment of chicken drinking funnel with 92% percentage is the best treatment compared to other treatments.Keywords:AbnormalityHatchabilityWater qualityTilapia Fish

Abstract

Background: The high number of preterm births in 2014-2015, Indonesia is one of the countries that contributes the highest premature rate of 19% and is a major factor in perinatal mortality. RSAB Harapan Kita West Jakarta has a rate of 3.46% about 105 mothers who gave birth to premature babies within 3 months. The formulation of this problem is the health of premature babies who need intensive and special care so that most of them can affect the self-confidence of the baby's parents.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between maternal education and maternal confidence in caring for premature babies at RSAB Harapan Kita, West JakartaMethods: This study used quantitative methods and used a cross sectional approach with 38 samples obtained by non-probability sampling method and total sampling technique.Results: The results showed that there was no significant relationship between maternal education and maternal confidence in caring for premature babies with a p-value of 0.721 (? 0.05).Conclusion: There are other factors apart by education that may affect mothers' confidence in caring for premature babies such as health education. Thus, the researcher suggests the future researchers to examine the effect of health education on the confidence of mothers in taking care of premature babies.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review examining the development and educational impact of ethno-STEM mobile applications used in formal education. The review aims to synthesize evidence regarding three main aspects: design principles and technical features of ethno-STEM mobile apps, the integration and cultural adaptation of local knowledge, and the learning outcomes reported for students. The review followed the PRISMA 2020 framework to ensure transparency and methodological rigor in the identification, screening, and synthesis of relevant studies. Literature was retrieved from the SCOPUS database using Boolean keywords covering publications from 2016 to 2026. After a structured screening process involving document type filtering and content-based eligibility criteria, five studies were included in the final qualitative synthesis. The findings reveal that most ethno-STEM mobile applications are developed using Android platforms and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, emphasizing multimedia integration, interactive visualization, and guided inquiry structures. Cultural knowledge is incorporated through approaches such as ethnopedagogy, ethnomathematics, ethnoscience, and dual representation of indigenous and scientific knowledge systems. However, cultural validation processes are commonly limited to expert reviews and user evaluations rather than participatory collaboration with community knowledge holders. The reviewed studies report positive educational outcomes, including improvements in mathematical problem solving, creative thinking, scientific literacy, and student engagement. Nevertheless, most evaluations rely on short-term interventions and limited methodological rigor, with little evidence of long-term learning impacts or identity development. Overall, the findings suggest that ethno-STEM mobile applications show strong pedagogical potential but require more robust cultural validation frameworks and longitudinal evaluation to support sustainable and culturally responsive STEM learning.
