Abstract

This study aims to analyze innovations in education marketing strategies at MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi in increasing interest in entering schools. The qualitative method used in conducting this research is qualitative. Research data collection is done through interviews, observations, and document studies. The data analysis techniques are reducing data, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions. The results showed that MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 innovated by implementing and maximizing seven marketing mixes: products, places, prices, promotions, human resources, physical evidence, and processes. Innovation in the educational marketing mix, especially in physical evidence and process elements. The use of advanced technology in learning, the design of adequate physical facilities, and the implementation of efficient admissions procedures are examples of innovations that can increase the attractiveness of schools and improve the overall quality of education services. This will increase the interest in prospective students entering the school.

Abstract

Peramalan pada data runtun waktu merupakan salah satu penerapan ilmu matematika. Peramalan adalah seni dan ilmu untuk memperkirakan kejadian dimasa depan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan melibatkan pengambilan data masa lalu dan menempatkannya kemasa yang akan datang dengan suatu bentuk matematis. Adapun tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meramalkan besar retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor DISHUB Klaten dengan menggunakan metode Box-Jenkins dan Exponential Smoothing.Metode Box-Jenkins terdiri beberapa langkah yaitu identifikasi model, estimasi parameter, uji asumsi residual, pemilihan model terbaik, dan terakhir peramalan. Sedangkan Exponential Smoothing merupakan prosedur perbaikan terus menerus pada peramalan terhadap objek pengamatan terbaru dengan analisis pola data trend, penetapan nilai konstanta pemulusan dan peramalan. Efektivitas kedua metode dilihat berdasarkan nilai MSE dan MAPE pada peramalan. Metode Box-Jenkins lebih baik dalam meramalkan data retribusi pengujian kendaraan bermotor DISHUB Klaten karena nilai MSE dan MAPE berturut-turut sebesar 46,8238 dan 7,192893 cenderung lebih kecil dibandingkan nilai MSE dan MAPE pada metode Exponential Smoothingsebesar 57,6824 dan 8,056012. Hasil analisis Box-Jenkins untuk 3 bulan selanjutnya berturut-turut adalah Rp 82.792.525,00; Rp 82.541.723,00; Rp 82.541.723,00.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of mathematical understanding among elementary school students. Mathematical understanding is crucial for students as it helps them interpret and solve both mathematical problems and everyday issues. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence and effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model, assisted by Scratch, on improving the mathematical understanding of elementary school students. The research method employed is a quasi-experiment using the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 40 fifth-grade students from a state elementary school in a district of Purwakarta, with 20 students in class VA and 20 students in class VB. Class VA served as the experimental group, using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Scratch, while class VB used conventional teaching methods. The results indicate that the PBL model, when assisted by Scratch, improved students mathematical understanding by 33.3%. Additionally, students who learned with the PBL model assisted by Scratch demonstrated better mathematical understanding compared to those who learned using conventional methods. Therefore, the PBL model can be considered an effective alternative for enhancing mathematical understanding skills.

Abstract

Pasca covid-19 perilaku bisnis sudah mulai berubah, maka para pelaku usaha juga dituntut untuk beradaptasi. Mengingat pentingnya tehnologi di bidang ekonomi sekarang ini maka tergeraklah para tim PKM dari prodi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Kadiri untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi MYOB dan menyusun laporan pajak dengan aplikasi E-SPT Badan. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peserta kegiatan yang merupakan karyawan PT. Agrimara Cipta Nutrindo. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu ceramah saat pelatihan dan metode pendampingan saat praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta kegiatan sudah sangat paham tentang cara menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi MYOB maupun menyusun laporan pajak menggunakan aplikasi E-SPT. Meskipun ada yang masih sering lupa step by step penginputan transaksi menggunakan aplikasi MYOB. Namun, secara keseluruhan peserta kegiatan sangat senang akan adanya kegiatan ini karena hadirnya aplikasi MYOB dan E-SPT membuat pekerjaan mereka lebih efisiensi waktu.

Abstract

An organization must have administrators who certainly have the qualifications to become part of the board. This qualification is very necessary in an organization to create good quality human resources. One of the organizations is PGRI. The Republic of Indonesia Teachers' Association (PGRI) is a place to help create teacher professionalism. This article aims to find PGRI management through qualifications in order to create professional teachers. Being a member or administrator in this PGRI organization must be based on predetermined qualifications. The qualifications in question are the qualifications contained in the AD/ART that have been determined, either general or special qualifications. With the provisions stipulated in the PGRI management, the aim is to obtain good quality management members. In a management there is a structure that will help administrators carry out their duties and coordinate well. This will affect the management and management of the PGRI organization. In addition to management qualifications, PGRI also has levels that will later work together to achieve common goals. one effects of good management is to help realize the goal of creating professional teachers. Teacher professionalism referred to here is a teacher who has commitment, skills and knowledge as well as a good attitude that sets a good role model for students. Where these professional teachers contribute to help improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study focused on the doubts investors have about the coupon payment sistem of Sukuk ST-004, specifically the "floating with floor" sistem, which differs from the fixed nature of other sukuk coupon payments. Through this study, the floating with floor system will be peeled off from the corner of the maqashid dimension of shari'ah and contemporary jurisprudence. By using qualitative types of research through a literature approach, as well as data collection with literature studies. The primary source of the data was taken from the government memorandum on Sukuk ST-004, Fatwa DSN MUI, and Flyer ST-004. The secondary source is a classic and contemporary book of fiqh related to sukuk transactions. The data analysis used is deductive analysis. The study concluded that the payment sistem is allowed Islamic rule, because it is equivalent to ujroh which refers to the agreement of both parties. In addition, the ability also refers to the purpose of developing and cultivating property (maqshad al-istitsmâr), as well as the purpose of the at-tadawul of wealth (maqshad al-tadâwul)

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in the STIES Darul Huda Mesuji Lampung Sharia Economics study program is faced with human resource management (HR) challenges which include limited lecturer training, supporting infrastructure, and technological adaptation. This research aims to identify and analyze effective HR management strategies in improving the quality of education, with a focus on implementing competency-based recruitment, sustainable development through training, and integrating technology in the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that although there are efforts in managing human resources, challenges such as uneven training and technological limitations are still the main obstacles. Implementation of a more structured HR management strategy, including transparent recruitment, continuous training, and application of sharia principles such as fairness and transparency, can significantly improve lecturer performance and education quality. Management support and investment in technology infrastructure is critical to support the sustainability of this strategy.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have great potential which requires support for its development. The purpose of this community service program is to provide counseling, training and practice of fish farming for teachers, management, and students of class XII SMA-IT Riyadhussholihiin. This program uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to explore the potential to meet the requirements of the institution more optimally, independently, and sustainably through the entrepreneurial development of fish farming using RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) method. Potentiality exploration (strengths/assets/capital), opportunities, and aspirations is carried out, so that appropriate results can be achieved. The potential resources identified are intangible, such as systems, cohesion, experience, and quality of human resources; and tangible such as land, human resources, and nature. These potential assets form the basis for program development. The results of the program are explained using Actor Theory. Based on the theory, the program can encourage the improvisation of the institution as an actor, increasing the use of existing resources, through the provision of self-food supply. The sustainability of the program is expected to be achieved through entrepreneurial life-skill education for all potential human resources, fish farming can also be increased in production to be marketed. Highligts: Community Empowerment: The program focuses on empowering teachers, management, and students through fish farming practices. ABCD Approach: The Asset-Based Community Development method explores strengths, resources, and aspirations for sustainable development. Abstract

This research was conducted to study the effect of pump speed on changes in fluid levels in the tank and linear regression analysis of fluid flow. The variation used is a 4 mm solenoid and a variable pump speed range of 30-50%. The results of increasing the level at a pump speed of 32% obtained a level of 82 mm and a pump speed of 50% obtained a level of 149.9 mm, with fluid flow rotation occurring in the first minute. In addition, the determination calculation uses actual fluid level data at time 0 seconds (n=1), time 60.27 seconds (n=30), and time 180 seconds (n=61), with a fluid level value of 1 mm, 118 mm, and 141 mm. So the determination evaluation (R2) obtained is 0.863, which indicates that the model is included in the high tolerance category.  So this indicates that the PID controller in this series of piping system equipment is still suitable for use because in the recording of the fluid flow data obtained no significant gaps were found. Apart from that, it can also be seen that the pump speed affects the fluid flow rate due to the change in mechanical energy into kinetic energy which pushes the fluid towards the tank. Process time also influences changes in fluid levels in the tank as a result.

Abstract

Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) is an element that has an important role in energy efficiency in PT. XYZ. At PT. XYZ there is a problem with the PHE device, where the flow rate of the hot fluid in the device tends to decrease over time, this can cause the heat transfer between the hot fluid and the cold fluid to be sub-optimal resulting in a decrease in the performance of the device. The performance of PHE equipment can be seen from its effectiveness, if PHE performance decreases it can cause an increase in energy consumption so that the cost incurred also increases. This study aims to calculate the effectiveness of PHE type 605A used as a heat exchanger between crude palm oil and bleached palm oil refined at PT. XYZ and current effectiveness is around 81.77% - 86.13%. However, the efficacy of PHE decreases over time and is expected to decrease to 75% on day 11. Recommendations that can be given in this study are routine maintenance and cleaning, real-time monitoring of the performance of the plate heat exchanger, and a review of the workload of the plate heat exchanger system.
