Abstract

Education is the basic capital to create superior human resources (HR). The school is one of the alternative educational institutions. Teachers are one of the human resources (HR) in the school. The performance of teachers in schools has an important role in achieving school goals. Performance issues are in the spotlight of many parties, the government's performance will be felt by the community and the performance of teachers will be felt by students or parents. The success of school achievement is determined by various factors, including the leadership of the principal. The principal's leadership provides both mental and moral guidance for educators and education staff and also supervises, as well as records activities. Good communication will create ideas and innovations in increasing teacher work productivity and student learning outcomes. Another factor that can improve teacher performance is motivation. A teacher can work professionally if in himself there is high motivation. The Principal's leadership is a motivator for self-adherence to the teacher's work discipline. Although discipline is one part of the characteristics of teacher performance. Therefore, it is considered necessary to conduct research regarding the leadership role of the principal in improving the performance of educators and education staff. The formulation of this research problem is generally how the role of the Principal in improving the performance of educators and education staff. This research is qualitative and aims to find out how the role of the principal in improving the performance of educators and education staff. The principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. To achieve this role the leader must also be able to be a leader in a personal role, a leader in making decisions, and the role of the leader as a source of information. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the leadership role of the principal is needed in improving the performance of educators and education staff. Abstract

The role of teacher competence in the education system is a major pillar in character formation, knowledge enhancement, and the development of a competent young generation. Amid the dynamic changes in the world of education, the role of teachers holds a very crucial position in guiding students to achieve good academic performance and shape good character as well. One of the primary roles of teachers is developing pedagogical competence to improve learning discipline. This study was motivated by the observation that students’ critical thinking skills are influenced by teachers’ pedagogical competence in classroom teaching, aiming to measure the extent of teacher competence’s influence on the critical thinking skills of students at SMK Daarul Uluum, Karet Kuningan, South Jakarta. The sample consisted of 30 students, and the study employed a descriptive analytical correlational method. By analyzing the data using the product moment correlation, the results show that the product moment coefficient (r_xy or r_o) is 0.225. This indicates that r_o is lower than r_t at a significant level of 5% (0.367) and at a significant level of 1% (0.470). Thus, since r_o < r_t at both significance levels, the null hypothesis is accepted, while the alternative hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is a low influence of teacher competence on the critical thinking skills of students at SMK Daarul Uluum, South Jakarta.

Abstract

The case of late notification of the takeover of PT Kadi Indonesia Manufaktur (PT KIM) shares by Nippo Corporation has become an important highlight for law enforcement in the Indonesian capital market. This violation has the potential to have a negative impact on the capital market, especially for PT KIM investors, and could damage investor confidence in the existing system. This research analyzes two important aspects: the effectiveness of the Rp. 1 billion fine sanction imposed by the KPPU on Nippo Corporation, and the adequacy of the current share takeover notification mechanism. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of fines and notification mechanisms still needs to be strengthened to ensure compliance with Law no. 5 of 1999. Furthermore, this research provides conclusions and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of law enforcement and preventing similar violations in the future. These suggestions include strengthening regulations and law enforcement, increasing transparency and education, increasing cooperation between agencies, utilizing technology, and strengthening the role of the community. Further research is recommended to explore various aspects related to this case, such as economic impacts, comparisons with other countries, roles and responsibilities of related parties, factors driving violations, and the effectiveness of education and outreach

Abstract

Studi ini menelaah integrasi komunikasi matematis berbasis nilai Islam dan budaya Balla Lompoa dalam pembelajaran konsep keseimbangan bangun datar di SMP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi matematis berfungsi sebagai sarana internalisasi nilai mizan, adl, dan ihsan melalui konteks etnomatematika Islami. Simbol keseimbangan dan simetri pada arsitektur Balla Lompoa dimanfaatkan sebagai media kontekstual untuk memahami konsep geometri secara bermakna. Integrasi nilai spiritual, logika matematis, dan kearifan lokal ini menghasilkan pembelajaran yang reflektif, kontekstual, serta berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas ilmiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan hasil-hasil penelitian etnomatematika yang berfokus pada pola bilangan dalam konteks anyaman dan tenun tradisional Indonesia serta menelaah implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran representasi matematis. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan menelaah 16 artikel terpublikasi pada periode 2015–2025 yang diakses melalui basis data Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Kriteria inklusi meliputi penelitian yang mengkaji keterkaitan antara aktivitas menganyam dengan konsep pola bilangan, pengulangan, dan struktur matematis yang berpotensi diaplikasikan dalam pendidikan matematika. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa praktik anyaman dan tenun tradisional Indonesia memuat representasi matematis eksternal berupa pola aritmetika, simetri, dan rasio yang muncul dalam susunan helaian dan motif berulang. Sebagian besar studi masih bersifat eksploratif dan berfokus pada identifikasi konsep, sementara kajian yang mengembangkan representasi formal atau strategi pembelajaran kontekstual masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya studi lanjutan yang mengintegrasikan konteks budaya lokal sebagai sumber belajar representatif dalam pengembangan desain didaktik etnomatematika di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis permainan congklak sebagai media pembelajaran operasi hitung berbasis etnomatematika di sekolah dasar. Dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan sintesis naratif, dikaji 30 artikel terbitan 2020–2025. Analisis didasarkan pada teori Etnomatematika D’Ambrosio, teori belajar Bruner, dan konstruktivisme sosial Vygotsky. Hasil menunjukkan congklak efektif merepresentasikan operasi dasar matematika serta nilai karakter melalui aktivitas konkret yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Permainan ini membantu siswa memahami konsep secara bertahap dari enaktif ke simbolik, sekaligus melestarikan nilai budaya lokal. Kajian Kajian merekomendasikan pengembangan model pembelajaran congklak berbasis inovasi dan pengujian empiris di kelas untuk menilai dampaknya terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika dan pembentukan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap konsep-konsep geometri yang terdapat pada rumah adat Bola Pa’borongan milik masyarakat adat Suku Kajang di Kabupaten Bulukumba, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur rumah adat Bola Pa’borongan memuat berbagai konsep geometri seperti konsep garis, sudut, bagun datar (persegi, persegi panjang, segitiga, trapezium), bangun ruang (balok, limas, kubus), serta transformasi geometri. Bentuk-bentuk tersebut tidak hanya memiliki fungsi struktural, tetapi juga mengandung makna filosofis tentang keseimbangan, kesederhanaan, dan harmoni dengan alam yang dijunjung tinggi oleh masyarakat Suku Kajang. Rumah adat ini dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran kontekstual untuk mengenalkan konsep geometri kepada siswa SMP melalui pendekatan etnomatematika.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the effectiveness of the digital service 'Getuk Sewu Application' by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pringsewu Regency. The background of this research is the effort to improve the quality of public services from the Department of Population and Civil Registration through the Getuk Sewu application. This writing theory uses the public service theory which refers to Zaithaml's perspective; service quality can be measured using five main dimensions, namely: reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research approach adopted is qualitative, where the analysis process is conducted based on data obtained from collection techniques such as interviews, field observations, and document review. The research results indicate that the officers have demonstrated a good level of proficiency in operating the Getuk Sewu application. The presence of the Getuk Sewu application as a form of digital public service already reflects tangible indicators, particularly in terms of ease of access. Officials from the agency as well as village apparatus are considered capable of responding promptly to requests for civil administration services submitted by the community. The public feels confident and comfortable regarding the transparency of costs and the validity of the documents they receive. The conclusion of this study is that public services provided by the Civil Registration Office and village officials through the Getuk Sewu Application are quite effective, although they still face several obstacles.   Keywords: Effectiveness; Getuk Sewu; Public Sevice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas inderawi, kesukaan masyarakat dan kandungan serat serta protein pada penambahan tepung kulit pisang ambon (0%, 10%, 12.5%, 15% dan 17.5%) pada sus kering. Penelitian ini dengan desain eksperimen rancangan acak sempurna. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, uji ANOVA lalu dilanjutkan dengan uji tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kualitias inderawipada sus kering dengan penambahan tepung kulit pisang ambon ditinjau dari aspek warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur, rongga dan after taste. Hasil uji inderawi secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa sus kering dengan penambahan tepung kulit pisang ambon yang memiliki kualitas terbaik yaitu pada sus kering dengan penambahan 10% dengan nilai 4.18 dan kriteria berkualitas baik. Hasil rerata skor uji kesukaan menunjukkan menunjukkan bahwa sus kering dengan penambahan tepung kulit pisang ambon secara keseluruhan aspek, sampel yang masuk dalam kriteria suka yaitu penambahan 0% tepung kulit pisang ambon dan penambahan 10% tepung kulit pisang ambon, kriteria agak suka yaitu penambahan 12.5% tepung kulit pisang ambon dan kriteria biasa saja pada penambahan 15% dan 17.5% tepung kulit pisang ambon. Berdasarkan hasil uji kandungan protein dan serat pada susu kering dengan penambahan tepung kulit pisang ambon didapati kandungan protein tertinggi pada sus kering penambahan 17.5% dengan kandungan protein 18.4% dan kandungan protein terendah pada penambahan 10% dengan kandungan protein sebesar 15.6%, lalu kandungan serat tertinggi pada sus kering dengan penambahan tepung kulit pisang ambon sebanyak 17.5% dengan kandungan serat 4.42% dan kandungan serat terendah yaitu pada sus kering dengan penambahan sebanyak 10% dengan kandungan serat 1.02%.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the most common complications during pregnancy. This condition not only endangers the mother but may also adversely affect the fetus. In West Java Province, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy remain a significant public health concern. Data from the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) reported that the prevalence of hypertension among pregnant women in West Java reached 10.57%, which is higher than the national average of 6.18%. Furthermore, 214 maternal deaths in West Java were attributed to hypertensive complications during pregnancy. Objective: This study aimed to determine the distribution of maternal age among pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in the working area of the Jalaksana Primary Health Center, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. Methods: This study employed a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach to describe the maternal age distribution among pregnant women with hypertensive disorders in the working area of the Jalaksana Primary Health Center, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency, in 2025. Results: The findings showed that 24 respondents (80%) experienced mild hypertension, while 6 respondents (20%) had moderate hypertension. The respondents were exclusively from two extreme age groups: <20 years (14 women; 46.67%) and >35 years (16 women; 53.33%). Conclusion: These findings reinforce obstetric epidemiological theory that both very young maternal age and advanced maternal age are high-risk factors for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
