This study aims to find out the level of efficiency of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) management at BAZNAS SU. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used to measure the level of efficiency is the financial reports of BAZNAS SU in 2017-2020 by using the Data Envelopment Analysis Software (DEAP) 2.1 method with the assumption of Constant Return to Scale (CRS) using a production approach. The input variables used are operational cost, socialization cost, personnel cost and total assets. While the output variable is collected funds and channeled funds. The results shows that the level efficiency of ZIS management at BAZNAS SU in 2017-2020 has been efficient with all variables reaching 100% which means that ZIS management at BAZNAS SU has been efficient. So that it is able to use existing inputs to produce maximum output.

The market is a mechanism for the exchange of goods and services that nature. The market price is formed by a variety of factors which later formed the demand and supply of goods and services. Consumer demand is influenced by many factors, such as price, consumer income, tastes, expectations and level mashlahah. Quote manufacturers also influenced by many factors, such as mashlahah, profits, and prices. Interaction of supply and demand will establish the balance point can be changed from the demand side or the supply, either due to the deviation of structured and unstructured deviation. Perfectly competitive market can generate a fair price for the seller and the buyer. Therefore, if the market mechanism is interrupted, then the fair price will not be achieved. Islam puts the market at an important position in the economy. And very concerned about the concept of a fair price and perfect market mechanism. So, the role of government is very important to better ensure the activities of market mechanisms as perfect as taking a policy of price intervention that is based on justice.

Obligation to fulfill family welfare is the duty of the husband as the head of the family, but women as housewives are allowed to assist the responsibilities of the husband by actively working in the public sector. Women play a dual role not only as a housewife but also as a career woman. This study aims to analyze the participation of women workers in order to fulfilling family welfare in PTKIN in Sumatra. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by interviewing a number of female workers in several PTKIN in Sumatra, namely State Islamic University of Arraniry Banda Aceh, State Islamic University of Sumatera Utara Medan, State Islamic University of Imam Bonjol Padang, and State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. The results of the research indicate that the participation of women workers in fulfilling family welfare plays an important role. Based on this research, the contribution carried out by women workers can be grouped into three namely: a. Contribute more than 50% in helping fulfill family welfare b. Contribute less than 50% in helping fulfill family welfare c. Contributed to the fulfillment of family welfare by 50%. .

This study aims to determine Islamic values, wages, career development, and motivation, on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Branch Office. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires given to employees of Bank Sumut, Medan Syariah Branch Office as many as 77 respondents with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples and associative methods to test the relationship between variables. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Version 22 and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The analysis used includes instrument validity and reliability tests, statistical tests which include t-test, f-test, and classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the output results of SPSS version 22, it shows that the variable x2 (wages) has a positive and significant effect on the Y variable (employee performance) because the t-count value is 13,843 > t table 1.66543 and is significant 0.000

Community economic empowerment must be supported by empowerment, engineering, and conditioning strategies into tools to empower the people's economy, especially around pesantren. This article aims to analyze the implementation of financing programs and assistance to customers from Micro Waqf Bank in several regions in Indonesia. The method used is a library study by searching, reading, and reviewing research reports and library materials that contain the theories relevant to the research conducted. This study aims to see the influence of Workplace Spirituality, Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment. This type of research is quantitative that uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 138 respondents who were employees of Islamic Banking in Medan City. Planning, monitoring and management of working capital in the future is based on reporting the sources and uses of working capital. This study aims to determine the source and use of working capital PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk and to determine the level of company profitability. This research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data used are secondary data using the company's financial statements in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss. The results showed that the largest source of working capital came from undetermined retained earnings and employee benefits liabilities, while the largest use of working capital was used for investment in associates and the purchase of mature plantations. To calculate the company's profitability using the ratio of Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets and Return on Equity. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is known that the increase in working capital occurs because the source of working capital is greater than its use. On the other hand, a decrease in working capital occurs due to the use of working capital is higher than the source.

.Employment social security is an innovative program that is given to the community in the village, integrating government programs. Cooperation with government officials through socialization and education to the working community in the village to better understand the benefits of the importance of social security. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the participation of the sandpaper village community towards interest in the employment social security awareness village program and the researchers took two factors, namely awareness and knowledge. The researcher wants to see the effect of awareness and knowledge on interest in the employment social security Desa Sadar program in Amplas Village, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was 2,625 people, so by using the Slovin formula the author got the number 96 which will be the sample in this study. Using primary data by distributing questionnaires and also distributing questionnaires directly to the Amplas Village community. Using multiple regression analysis method using hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously from the variable awareness of knowledge and knowledge have a significant effect on interest in the social security awareness village program for employment. Then partially the awareness variable has no effect on interest and the knowledge variable itself has a significant effect on interest in the employment social security awareness village program.
