Abstract

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) plant is widely favored due to its versatility in various processed products, but perishable. This study aimed to determine the effect of chitosan coating and storage at various temperatures on the physiological and chemical characteristics of potato tubers. This research used 2 variables, namely the concentration of chitosan (0, 1, 1.5 and 2%) and storage temperatures of 0, 10 and 25°C. The parameters observed included tuber skin color, weight loss, hardness, the thickness of the chitosan layer and tissue penetration, oxygen levels, water content, starch degradation, reduced sugar content, and sprouting amount. Furthermore, data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. The results showed the effect of chitosan coating and storage temperature on weight loss, color, oxygen level, hardness, water content, starch degradation, and reduced sugar content in potato tubers during storage. The most effective treatment was 1.5% chitosan coating combined with a storage temperature of 10°C.

Abstract

People with disabilities often receive unequal treatment, especially in the justice process. People with disabilities have equal rights in everything, including the legal process. However, there are barriers for persons with disabilities in the Religious Court of Malang. The purpose of this writing is to find out the obstacles and efforts that occur to persons with disabilities during the legal process.  The research method used is empirical juridical, by conducting interviews or observations at the Malang Class 1A Religious Court.  In this study, it was found that the barriers to lawyering in the Malang Religious Court were insufficient facilities for persons with disabilities, such as the use of language in communication for persons with disabilities. The purpose of legal services for persons with disabilities when dealing with the law in the Religious Courts is to realize inclusive religious justice services. The obstacles in Religious Court of Malang continue to be pursued optimally and gradually by the Malang Religious Court through capacity building for human resources to understand disabilities within the scope of the court which is needed as part of excellent service, which aims to provide information and information to parties with disabilities without hesitation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk (1) Mengetahui konsep metode ummi dalam pembelajaran kelas tahfidz. (2) Bagaimana implementasi metode ummi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas tahfidz di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bunga Bangsa Samarinda dan (3) Mengetahui kendala guru dalam pembelajaran metode ummi kelas tahfidz di SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa Samarinda. Menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode ummi dalam tahfidz Alquran. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi dengan teknik pembandingan data yang diperoleh dari hasil tes, hasil interview dan hasil observasi kemudian dengan sumber yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan implementasi kurikulum metode ummi kelas tahfidz di SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa sudah terlaksana dengan baik meliputi perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan tahfidz, penilaian tahfidz, dan pengawasan tahfidz. Ditambah dengan Faktor pendukung metode ummi kelas tahfidz di SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa Samarinda, meliputi dukungan dari sekolah dan yayasan, sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas, sarana prasarana yang cukup representatif, dan pemberian motivasi guru tahfidz. Kemudian Faktor penghambat dari metode ummi kelas tahfidz di SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa Samarinda yaitu: Padatnya kegiatan siswa dan sekolah yang bersifat insidental, kurangnya motivasi siswa, dan kurangnya jumlah tatap muka. Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BOSNAS budget management, the Ministry of Religion launched a madrasa reform program, one of which was the implementation of the eRKAM application. Various problems and dynamics in the implementation process in the field in each madrasa make it important to study the growth strategy of madrasah principals in implementing eRKAM applications. This type of research is quantitative research, as the data sources are the head of the madrasa, the treasurer of eRKAM, the operator and the madrasa development team. The collection technique was carried out by observation, documentation, interviews and filling out research instruments. The analysis was carried out using the TOWS analysis technique, namely by utilizing internal strengths to take advantage of opportunities and minimize threats from external elements. The results showed that the strategy used by the madrasah principal in implementing eRKAM was a growth strategy, this was based on the results of data analysis using MS Excel which was in coordinates (1.19 on the X axis and 1.73 on the Y axis) located at coordinate 1.

Abstract

Pada riset ini bertjuan untuk mendeskrispkan cara kepala madrasah dalam pengelolaan bantuan kinerja dan afirmasi pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dengan teknik analisis melakukan koleksi data, kondensasi, dispaly data dan verifikasi. Riset memperoleh hasil dimana kepala madrasah memiliki peran membimbing dan mendampingi stat dalam proses penyusunan anggaran, melakukan persetujuan atau penolakan di aplikasi jika tidak secara dengan standar nasional pendidikan, melakukan sosialiasi, monitoring dan evaluasi serta perbaikan secara. Komponen madrasah penerima kinerja memiliki kensenjangan 11,37 lebih tinggi dari pada madrasah penerima bantuan afirmasi sebesar 0,23. Madrasah penerima bantuan afirmasi memiliki kesenjangan -0, 42%, yang bersifat negative atau kekurangan beberapa komponen yang sangat memerlukan bantuan, sedangkan pada madrasah penerima bantuan kinerja sudah memiliki pengembangan komponen madrasah dan nilai evaluasi diri madrasahnya memiliki kinerja baik.

Abstract

This research focuses on marketing management by Islamic boarding schools to improve their image. This study used a qualitative approach with six respondents who were then analyzed and assessed for the validity of the data using triangulation techniques at Islamic boarding schools in Bantul Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) the management of education service delivery at Islamic boarding schools has been running effectively, as evidenced by the increase in students every year; 2) factors that enhance the image of Islamic boarding schools include community support, the role of large foundations, and the commitment of Islamic boarding schools; 3) these factors are strengthened by the 4P concept of marketing mix strategy: product, promotion, process, and people; 4) media activities have an essential role during the marketing process; 5) special programs in Islamic boarding schools can also increase public interest; 6) the characteristics of each pesantren are the main attraction for the community's interest in pesantren. Furthermore, the image of the Islamic boarding school can be formed by implementing a marketing strategy by utilizing the marketing mix concept and can be built through good communication in every coordination.

Abstract

The main focus of the study is to identify obstacles in implementing the Government's Internal Control System (SPIP), primarily related to low commitment and lack of sincerity in the documentation process. This study aims to evaluate the government's internal control system at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. The study aims to explore relevant management principles, formulate a SWOT analysis model, and identify obstacles to managing the government's internal control system. This study used a mixed approach between qualitative and quantitative to analyze the effectiveness of SPIP. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaire dissemination. Data were analyzed thematically for qualitative information from interviews and documentation studies, while descriptive statistical methods analyzed quantitative data from questionnaires. The results showed an increase in risk governance with a value of 4,205 in the managed and measurable category, creating an anti-corruption organizational culture. The SWOT model finds a Strengths Opportunities (SO) strategy focusing on maximizing internal strengths and exploiting external opportunities. The implication of this research is the need for leadership support to strengthen control systems, educate staff, and utilize technology to increase efficiency in documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of learning management programs in the field of Islamic education, so that the quality of learning in adiwiyata schools is truly in accordance with the wishes of the community at large. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The research site is at Sekolah Menengah Umum Negeri 8 Samarinda dan Sekolah Menengah Umum Negeri 1 Tenggarong, East Kalimantan. The results showed that The results showed that Islamic education learning management is done through planning, implementation, evaluation by integrating the principles of adiwiyata schools in learning, by implementing the principal's policy strategy through continuous planning, implementation, mentoring and evaluation. The achievement of the evaluation results of the management of Islamic religious education learning in the context of integrated learning is very significant, with a value of 7.75 (good), development of learning tools 7.59 (good), monolithic learning 7.19 (good), and through extracurricular activities 6, 90 (good). The impact of management learning in Islamic education is; (a) the establishment of cooperation between schools and related parties in environmental management, (b) creative and innovative teaching staff, and (c) familiar with the attitude of environmental love and the use of used materials.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as an initial foundation for building articles with the latest variations. The data used in the article is primary data that researchers obtained from 500 JNT employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data that was successfully collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this reserach show that the researcher's assumption regarding the Product Uniqueness variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions can be accepted because the P-Vlues value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.014. In the second hypothesis, the researcher speculates with various credible research sources that the Brand Ambassador variable can strengthen the influence of the Product Uniqueness variable on Purchasing Decisions. The results of the second row of the third table of the Path Efficiency above show concomitant results because the P-Values also point to positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.014. This indicates that the better the Brand Ambassador owned by a product, the more the product is known to the public until it can finally strengthen the occurrence of Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Segmentasi kegiatan pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Bojongsari antara lain budidaya ikan lele. Salah satu permasalahan pada pembudidaya adalah belum dipahaminya penggunaan pakan alternatif seperti aplikasi maggot BSF (Black Soldier Fly) sehingga keberlangsungan usahanya masih terkendala biaya pakan buatan yang terus meningkat. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi kepada pembudidaya sehingga dapat meningkatkan aspek sikap, keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam aplikasi pemanfaatan maggot sebagai pakan alternatif pembesaran ikan lele. Metoda penyuluhan yang digunakan adalah dempond, demcar dan temu lapang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, evaluasi pre dan post test, serta tingkat adopsi inovasi kepada 15 orang responden. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bojongsari, mulai tanggal 20 Februari sampai dengan 20 Mei 2023. Kegiatan aksi penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan pembudidaya terhadap kegiatan produksi maggot BSF. Hasil evaluasi awal aspek pengetahuan dari 52% menjadi 88%, dan perubahan sebesar 36%. Perubahan aspek sikap dari 73,87% menjadi 98,40%. Selain itu kegiatan aksi ini meningkatkan kemampuan anggota kelompok menjadi terampil dalam melakukan produksi pakan alternatif maggot BSF.
