Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios consisting of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2024 period. The study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is conducted using the t-test to measure the partial effect of each variable, the F-test to examine the simultaneous effect, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to determine the extent to which the independent variables contribute to the dependent variable. The results show that the profitability variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Conversely, the liquidity variable (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. The solvency variable (X3) also has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.749 indicates that profitability, liquidity, and solvency collectively explain 74.9% of the variation in financial performance, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this model. These findings imply that profitability is the primary indicator influencing the financial performance of banks; therefore, management should prioritize strategies that enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Abstract

The State Administrative Court (PTUN) plays a critical role in ensuring lawful and accountable governance. Traditionally, its purview focused on reviewing legal aspects of administrative decisions. However, recent developments grant the State Administrative Court authority to examine factual actions taken by the government. This article explores the fundamental principles underpinning this expanded authority. It delves into concepts like legality, proportionality, and good governance, analyzing how the State Administrative Court ensures these principles are upheld in factual actions. The article further analyzes regulations governing the State Administrative Court of various countries, including France, Netherlands, and England. By identifying similarities and variations in how these nations empower their SACs, the article presents a helpful perspective into best practices and potential challenges. Thus, this article offers valuable insights into the evolving role of SACs in promoting a more just and transparent administrative system.

Abstract

The creation of the Morse Code Body dance, as a pilot project to create dance with deaf children, is a community service activity in partnership with the Karanganyar State Special Needs School (SLB Negeri Karanganyar). This work focuses on children with hearing impairments (deaf) in the form of developing movements and beats of the feet, hands, and body. The movements are elaborated with a Morse Code reading system that uses dots (.) and dashes (-) to send and receive messages. This training system uses a demonstration learning method by providing examples directly in front of children supported by a four-step training system. This form of dance work can inspire SLB teachers to create dances and develop the potential and self-confidence of children with hearing impairments in the principle of equality as learning applied to other "normal" children. This program is expected to provide solutions to problems in Karanganyar State Special Needs School and pragmatically to class teachers and children so that they can experience the process of creating dance works and provide performance experiences outside of school. Keywords: creation, dance, morse, stomp, demonstration, training, experience.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: work time allocation and the factors that influence the allocation of working time on the farming of rice made by man (husband) and (wife) women and the role of gender occurring within the household. The analytical approach used the model of average tabulation, multiple linear regression analysis, and gender analysis of the Harvard Model. This research used cross section data with a sample of 100 males (husbands) and 100 females (wives) of households of rice farmers. The results of research showed that the amount of working time allocation for male (husband) is greater than the allocation of working time of female (wife). Work time allocation the man (husband) influenced by land area and the amount of production.Women's work time allocation (wife) are affected by land area, level of education, and the number of family members.Gender analysis results show the man (husband) more productive activities and on the role of the woman (wife) on reproductive activities.Access and control in the household more done by men (husbands). The factors that provide a positive impact, namely the demographic structure of the region, institution/economic factors, the training performed by government institutions, and the attitude of the society that received intervention from outside. The factors which provide negative effects namely the norms of the community, and the local customary law.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to design a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based e-commerce application for Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The novelty of this study lies in the integration of UML modeling with GIS-based features to support spatial visualization in MSME e-commerce systems, which is limited in prior studies. Methodology/approach: This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the waterfall model, which was selected because of its suitability for structured system design with clearly defined requirements. Results/Findings: The results demonstrate that UML modeling, including use case, activity, and class diagrams, successfully represents system functionality, user interactions, and data structures in a systematic and consistent manner. The completeness and consistency of the model were evaluated based on the alignment between system requirements and diagram representation. However, this study is limited to system design without full implementation and empirical testing. Conclusions: This study introduces a GIS-based e-commerce design for MSMEs using UML modelling, a novel approach in integrating spatial features. The UML models effectively represent system functions and data. However, the study is limited by the lack of implementation and testing. Future research should focus on full implementation and empirical validation. Limitations: This study has limitations in that comprehensive system implementation and testing have not been conducted. Contributions: This research contributes conceptually and methodologically by providing a structured UML-based design model for GIS-integrated MSME e-commerce systems that can be used as a reference for future development and implementation.

Abstract

Background: The increasing environmental challenges and sustainability pressures have significantly transformed the way firms formulate their competitive strategies. In response to these global changes, green entrepreneurial orientation and environmental orientation have emerged as critical organizational capabilities that enable businesses to balance economic performance with societal and environmental responsibilities. Despite the growing body of research in this area, existing studies remain fragmented and lack an integrated understanding of the intellectual structure and development trajectory of this research field. Objective: This study aims to map the global research landscape of green entrepreneurial orientation and environmental orientation through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis grounded in the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV). Methods: Using publications retrieved from the Semantic Scholar database from 2010 to 2025, bibliometric techniques were employed to analyze publication trends, influential authors and journals, collaborative networks, and thematic evolution using VOSviewer software. Results: The findings reveal rapid growth of research interest, with dominant themes focusing on green innovation, sustainable competitive advantage, and business performance. Network, overlay, and density visualizations indicate strong intellectual linkages between entrepreneurial orientation, environmental strategy, and firm-level outcomes, reflecting a recent shift towards innovation-driven sustainability. Conclusion: This study provides an integrated overview of sustainability-oriented strategic orientations and their role in supporting business resilience, offering implications for managers, policymakers, and researchers aligned with sustainable development goals.
