Abstract

In today's digital age, the use of information technology (IT) has become commonplace in many aspects of life, including in education. This study deals with the use of IT as a tool for revitalizing religious learning in madrasah with the aim of improving the effectiveness and quality of teaching learning processes. In the context of the madrasah, religious learning is often considered monotonous and less attractive, so the use of IT is expected to enrich teaching methods and expand students' access to diverse learning resources. This research uses literary methods by searching for references in accordance with the context of the research. Research results show that IT has great potential in supporting more interactive and enjoyable learning. Some examples of successful IT implementations include the use of interactive learning applications, social media for learning discussions, the creation of digital content such as educational videos and podcasts, and the implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate student progress tracking. However, the study also identified barriers, such as infrastructure constraints, lack of training for teachers, and resistance to change on some sides. To overcome these obstacles, joint efforts between educational institutions, governments, and communities are needed to improve the availability of facilities, as well as conduct a comprehensive teacher training programme in the use of IT. Therefore, with adequate support and mature planning, IT can be a powerful tool in revitalizing religious learning in the madrasah, thereby producing a more dynamic, interactive, and adapted learning process

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui presensi hukum Islam terhadap permasalahan hukum kontemporer. Hukum Islam sebagai ijtihad ulama yang berbasis Al-Qur’an dan hadis harus memberikan rumusan-rumusan atau seperangkat teori yang akurat dan sistematis terhadap aneka persoalan yang muncul akibat dari modernisasi. Kemampuan menerjemahkan dan mengadaptasikan hukum Islam dengan berbagai permasalahan hukum. Pernyataan ini menegaskan kedudukan hukum Islam dalam sistem hukum yang berlaku secara universal dan paripurna. Sebaliknya, apabila hukum Islam tidak memberi presensi terhadap permasalahan kontemporer, maka hukum Islam dipandang mengalami kemunduran sehingga eksistensinya tidak dapat dipertahankan.

Abstract

Pemberian harta waris kepada anak angkat merupakan suatu permasalahan yang menarik untuk dibahas dalam tinjauan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian harta waris terhadap anak angkat di tinjau dari kompilasi hukum islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam Islam, harta waris adalah harta yang diwariskan oleh seseorang kepada ahli warisnya. Ahli waris adalah orang yang berhak menerima harta tersebut. Dalam konteks ini, kita akan membahas harta waris yang diberikan kepada anak angkat. Dalam Islam, anak angkat memiliki hak yang sama dengan anak kandung untuk menerima harta waris. Pemberian harta waris kepada anak angkat harus dilakukan dengan cara yang adil dan sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Anak angkat memiliki kewajiban untuk menerima dan menghargai harta waris yang diberikan kepadanya

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter pada generasi muda dalam konteks masyarakat modern menantang, dengan berbagai faktor seperti pengaruh keluarga, pendidikan formal, teman sebaya, media, dan globalisasi yang saling berinteraksi. Keluarga memainkan peran utama sebagai fondasi nilai-nilai karakter, sementara pendidikan formal dan interaksi sosial di sekolah dan teman sebaya memberikan kontribusi signifikan. Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, strategi pendidikan karakter perlu beradaptasi untuk tetap relevan. Keterlibatan orang tua, peran guru sebagai model, dan literasi media menjadi faktor kunci dalam membentuk karakter. Dengan kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai alat pendidikan yang efektif, generasi muda dapat dibimbing menuju pembentukan karakter yang kuat dan nilai-nilai positif.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of applying technology in learning Islamic Religious Education. Through a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research focuses on the integration of multimedia, online learning platforms, and interactive applications in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. The research results show that the application of technology has a positive impact on student engagement, positive student responses to more dynamic learning methods, and challenges related to limited access to technology. Support and training for teachers was also found to be a key factor. The implications of the results of this research for curriculum development and efforts to provide equitable access to technology in the context of Islamic learning are also discussed

Abstract

This study explores the intricate dynamics of rituals and spiritual practices within the Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah, a prominent Sufi order in Indonesia. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, in-depth interviews, and participant observation, the research delves into the historical evolution, theological foundations, and the multifaceted role of rituals and spiritual exercises in shaping the followers' spiritual journey. The findings reveal that the integration of Qadiriyah and Naqsyabandiyah traditions fosters a unique spiritual path that balances exoteric religious observance with esoteric contemplation. Key themes include the transformative impact of rituals, the pivotal role of the sheikh, the significance of communal practices, and the holistic pedagogical approaches employed within the Tarekat. The study concludes that these rituals and practices are central to individual and collective spirituality, providing a cohesive and supportive spiritual community. This research contributes to the broader understanding of Indonesian Sufism and the enduring relevance of Sufi practices in contemporary Islamic spirituality.

Abstract

This study investigated the interconnected roles of Islamic religious education and life skills in shaping the character development of young people in Indonesia. A sample of 200 participants from various demographics provided insights through a survey. Descriptive statistics showed positive perceptions towards Islamic religious education, life skills, and character development. Correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between these variables, and multiple regression analysis strengthened their combined influence. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating religious teachings and practical skills in the education curriculum, with consideration of the culture that influences character development. This research contributes to the broader discourse on education, providing valuable insights for policy makers and educators in encouraging holistic development among Indonesian youth.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah atau biasa di kenal dengan bank syariah menjalankan kegiatan usaha yang berdasarkan prinsip dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Islami dan religiustitas terhadap loyalitas dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diperoleh sebanyak 210 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Islami dan religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Dan kepuasan sebagai variable moderasi mampu memoderasi kualitas pelayanan Islami dan religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Kata Kunci: Loyalitas Nasabah, Kualitas Pelayanan Islami, Religiusitas, Kepuasan

Abstract

This research is experimental research with a quantitative approach. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between rope skipping using one foot and rope skipping using two feet using two feet on the shooting ability of UPT SPF SMPN 46 Makassar students. The sample in this study amounted to 28 athletes which were divided into 14 athletes with one-foot rope skipping treatment and 14 athletes with two feet rope skipping treatment. with two-legged rope skipping treatment foot with shooting test instruments using 9 times shot into the goal. The research method is used to looking for the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions or experimental methods. controlled conditions or experimental methods. The results of this study are. With the results of the study, the effect of of 2-leg rope skipping training amounted to 53.9% on shooting ability, and the effect of 1-foot rope skipping training to 52.7% on shooting ability Conclusion. Increase in rope training skipping with 6,550 for rope skipping 2 feet and 2,900 for rope skipping 1 foot. The study concludes that the 2-foot rope skipping exercise has a higher increase than the 1-foot rope skipping.

Abstract

Islamic education as the main pillar in shaping the identity and character of Muslims continues to develop along with changing times. Amid the dynamics of modern society, the challenges to Islamic education are increasingly complex, requiring innovation and adaptation to remain relevant and effective. This article aims to initiate holistic Islamic education by integrating science and spirituality as a strategic step in responding to the demands of the times and building a generation of quality Muslims. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research investigates related literature to identify knowledge gaps and challenges in implementing holistic Islamic education. The research results reveal that Islamic education models that separate science and spirituality tend to be less effective in forming balanced character and personality in Muslim individuals. This analysis also juxtaposes findings with previous research and holistic educational theories, highlighting the need to develop consistent guidelines and conceptual models. The conclusion emphasizes that holistic Islamic education through the integration of science and spirituality is not only an innovative concept but also an urgent need to produce a generation of Muslims who excel academically and have deep moral awareness in accordance with Islamic principles. This article contributes to critical thinking and renewal in Islamic education in the modern era.
