Abstract

Autism is a neurological disorder during development that results in a child having barriers, one of which is communication barriers, so that they require special guidance and services. An autistic person is also a visual learner, they receive information more easily visually than verbally or otherwise. Assistive technology has been widely used as a tool to help children with special needs, including autism. The Research use a TEACCH Method of PECS stage 1 until 3. Research and development of this application uses the RnD model (in Sugiyono) which consists of 10 stages, and researchers only took 9 stages, namely (1) Potential and Problems, (2) Data Collection, (3) Product Design, (4) Design Validation , (5) Design Revision, (6) Product Trial (7) Product Revision (8) Usage Trial (9) Potential and problems. The validation subjects in this research were material experts, media experts and practitioners. The validation technique uses Aiken V. The data analysis technique uses non-parametric tests, quantitative percentage techniques, descriptive techniques for qualitative data. The results of the analysis produced application validation results with an average above 0.8, which means it is very feasible, and there is an increase in value when using the application by autistic students with basic communication

Abstract

Deafness is a condition where a child experiences problems with his ability to hear. Deaf children have a small vocabulary. The small vocabulary is caused by poor listening skills so that children are unable to accept new vocabulary which results in difficulties in communicating. Apart from difficulties in communication, they also have difficulty in constructing sentences. One step that can overcome the above problem is to apply the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR). The Reflective Maternal Method (MMR) emphasizes the mother's way of teaching language to children, where the teaching is carried out scientifically. The aim of this research is to analyze MMR on the ability of deaf children in adding vocabulary and constructing sentences. This type of research is Quasi Experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design, which applies five pretests and five posttests. Analysis technique for testing hypotheses using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. The research results showed a significant difference between the pretest results and the posttest results. This is proven by the output results obtained p is 0.000, which means p<0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant increase in the vocabulary and sentence learning outcomes of deaf students. The conclusion of this research is that the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) can influence the addition of vocabulary and sentence construction in deaf children

Abstract

This study aims to understand: (1) forms of speech delay (2) internal and external factors that affect speech delay, (3) indicators that affect child development (4) procedures for handling speech delay. In order to be able to reveal the phenomena that occur in the community, researchers used the Multisite Study research design where data collection in this study used descriptive qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The researchers conducted interviews with subject parents/teachers in class. Observations researchers do by observing the subject while in the school environment and also at home. Meanwhile, in order for the findings that the researchers carried out to be declared valid, the validity of the data used (1) observation persistence, (2) triangulation, and (3) reference adequacy. The results of the study show that children who experience speech delay or are late in speaking are more dominant due to wrong parenting and a lack of educational/parenting knowledge for parents starting from pregnancy until the child is born. Excessive giving of gadgets makes children less able to carry out 2-way interactions so that it affects children's language development which causes children's communication and behavior to deviate

Abstract

Abstract

Social Sciences (IPS) is an educational program that has educational materials from various social and human science disciplines (education and history) which are organized and presented scientifically and psychologically for educational purposes based on Pancasila and Indonesian Culture. Social studies can also be said to be a fusion or combination of a number of social subjects so that the social studies subjects use certain parts of the social sciences. In principle, social studies education in elementary schools does not teach social sciences as a scientific discipline, but rather the essential concepts of social sciences to shape students into good citizens. Social studies as a subject that plays a significant role in developing culture is expected to empower and make the best use of the available local culture. Social studies learning in elementary schools is expected to develop various abilities in students, especially the ability to live in the environment or community where students live. Therefore, teachers are needed who have an adequate understanding of local cultural values, in addition to the ability to understand the subject matter for which they are responsible. The creation of culture cannot be separated from the process of social interaction, whether between individuals, between groups, or individuals and groups. Social interaction is the most real reality in human life.

Abstract

The LQ45 stock index represents 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that are carefully selected based on their high liquidity, large market capitalization, strong fundamentals, and promising growth potential. This index serves as a benchmark for assessing the performance of major and liquid companies in the Indonesian capital market. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Company Size, and Liquidity on Dividend Policy, with Financial Performance as an intervening variable in LQ45 companies listed on the IDX. This research applies a quantitative method and utilizes Smart PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Squares) for data analysis to determine the relationships between the variables. The study aims to provide insights into how internal company characteristics and financial performance influence corporate decisions related to dividend distribution within the context of Indonesia’s capital market. The results show that Managerial Ownership (X1) has a significant negative impact on Financial Performance (Y1), while Company Size (X2) exhibits a significant positive effect on Financial Performance (Y1). In contrast, Liquidity (X3) shows a negative but insignificant relationship with Financial Performance (Y1). Furthermore, Managerial Ownership (X1) negatively but insignificantly affects Dividend Policy (Y2), and Company Size (X2) has a positive yet insignificant effect on Dividend Policy (Y2). Liquidity (X3) has a significant negative influence on Dividend Policy (Y2), while Financial Performance (Y1) has a positive but insignificant impact on Dividend Policy (Y2). The indirect effects of Managerial Ownership, Company Size, and Liquidity on Dividend Policy through Financial Performance are all insignificant, suggesting that financial performance does not play a significant mediating role in this relationship.
