Abstract

This study is titled “The Influence of Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Price Discounts on Repeat Purchase Intentions through Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Dapur Munawaroh in Situbondo.” The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which these three variables influence repeat purchase intentions with consumer satisfaction as a mediator. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach targeting 97 randomly selected consumers of Dapur Munawaroh. Data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 to test validity, reliability, and relationships between variables. The results indicate that product quality has a significant positive influence on consumer satisfaction, while digital marketing directly influences repurchase intention. Additionally, consumer satisfaction was proven to be a key factor in increasing repurchase intention. However, price discounts and digital marketing did not show a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, either directly or indirectly. These findings provide recommendations for Dapur Munawaroh to focus more on maintaining product quality consistency, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction to encourage repeat purchases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of variablesLeadership Style, Communication, and ASN Performance Competence Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Situbondo Regency Regional Inspectorate. Abstract

Human resource management is a critical component of any organization, aiming to attract, develop, motivate, and retain a qualified workforce. Therefore, a systematic and appropriate approach is needed to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment on performance through job satisfaction among village officials in Perante, Awar-Awar, and Asembagus, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study consists of village officials from Perante, Awar-Awar, and Asembagus. The sampling technique was determined using a probability sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the direct effect hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0 indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction; the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction; and organizational commitment also has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis testing show that work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is a process of business activities to introduce a consumer product to and customers. The purpose of this study is to examine and test the Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Location in shaping consumer satisfaction on Es Cendol Shafa in Situbondo with Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables. Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, price, product quality, and service quality have become important elements in building customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction through purchase decision as an intervening variable at MS Collection Store in Situbondo Regency. This research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the customers of MS Collection Store, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistic 22 with Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) through Smart PLS 3.2 software. The results of the hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.2 show that Price has a positive influence on Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Price has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Product Quality has a positive influence on Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Product Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision, Service Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Purchase Decision has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction but the effect is not significant, Price has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Product Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant, Service Quality has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction through Purchase Decision but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price discounts, product quality, and endorsements on consumer loyalty through purchase intention as an intervening variable at the Amanda Brownies Store in Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with 98 respondents. Data analysis used structural equation analysis with the assistance of smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that price discounts have a positive but insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Endorsements have a negative but insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. Price discounts have a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Endorsements have a negative but insignificant effect on purchase intention. Consumer loyalty has a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) encompasses the key functions of managing personnel and human capital within an organization. This includes job analysis, recruitment and selection of candidates, orientation, training, compensation, appraisal, and human resource development. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of leadership, compensation, and motivation on performance through commitment as an intervening variable among village officials in Kesambirampak, Kapongan, and Juglangan Villages, Kapongan District. The study population comprises all village officials from these three villages, with the sampling technique determined using a saturation sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the direct effect hypothesis testing, using SmartPLS 3.0, indicate that leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on commitment; compensation has a positive but insignificant effect on commitment; motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on commitment; leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on performance; compensation has a significant positive effect on performance; motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on performance; commitment has a significant positive effect on performance; leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on performance through commitment; compensation has a positive but insignificant effect on performance through commitment; and motivation has a significant positive effect on performance through commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Factors Influencing Student Entrepreneurial Interest with Perception of Income as a Moderating Variable (Case Study on FEB UNARS Situbondo Students). The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 77 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that Entrepreneurship education has a negative but significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, Self-efficacy has a negative and insignificant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. Perception of income significantly becomes a moderating variable for the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest Perception of income significantly becomes a moderating variable for the influence of Self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia has changed the lifestyle of Indonesian people. Consumers prefer online transactions over conventional transactions, because online transactions can be done quickly and easily without being hindered by space and time. This study examines the causal relationship between exogenous variables (Seller Price Policy, SEPAd, Live Commerce, Service Delivery, Product Review) through intervening variables (Online Trust, Purchase Decision, Customer Satisfaction) on the endogenous variable (Loyalty). Respondents in this study were 185 consumers of fashion products on the e-commerce platforms Bukalapak, Shopee, Tokopedia. The data analysis tool used was Structural equation modelling (SEM). The results of the first research hypothesis test showed that Seller Price Policy had a significant positive effect on Online Trust, while for SEPAd, Live Commerce, and Delivery Service had a significant positive effect on Online Trust. Meanwhile, Review of Product had a positive but insignificant effect on Online Trust. The results of the second hypothesis test show that Seller Price Policy, SEPAd, Live Commerce, Service Delivery and Review of Product have a positive but insignificant influence on Purchase Decisions. The third hypothesis found that Online Trust has a significant positive influence on Purchase Decision. The fourth hypothesis test results found that Online Trust has a positive but insignificant influence on Customer Satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis test results found that Purchase Decision has a significant positive influence on Customer Satisfaction. The sixth hypothesis test results found that Purchase Decision has a positive but insignificant influence on Loyalty. The seventh hypothesis test results found that Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Loyalty. The indirect test results show that Seller Price Policy, SEPAd, and Direct Trading have a positive and significant influence on Loyalty through Online Trust, SEPAd, and Customer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, Service Delivery and Product Reviews have a negative but insignificant effect on Loyalty through Online Trust, SEPAd, and Customer Satisfaction.
