Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara komprehensif dinamika pasar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan bisnis karaoke dari perspektif ekonomi dan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tulungagung pada pertengahan bulan Oktober 2023 hingga akhir bulan April 2024. Partisipan penelitian ini sejumlah enam responden yang terdiri dari Ketua RT, Pemandu Lagu (eks-PSK), Pemilik Usaha Karaoke, Tukang Parkir, Tukang Cuci, serta Warga Kawasan Brantas. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan analisis data Miles and Huberman (2014) model interaktif, dengan tiga alur kegiatan terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu (1) kondensasi data; (2) penyajian data; (3) pengambilan kesimpulan atau verifikasi dengan menggunakan bantuan analisis data NVivo12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lokalisasi Kaliwungu berhasil ditutup pada tahun 2012 oleh Bupati Tulungagung periode 2008-2013, Heru Tjahjono. Sejak penutupan lokalisasi, masyarakat Desa Kaliwungu mendirikan bisnis hiburan karaoke dan warung kopi yang disebut sebagai Kawasan Brantas. Pemandu Lagu (eks-PSK) memasang tarif sekitar Rp 35.000 sampai Rp 50.000 setiap jamnya. Tarif parkir kendaraan mobil adalah Rp 5.000 untuk hari-hari biasa seperti Senin sampai Jumat di Kawasan Brantas, sedangkan pada hari libur seperti Sabtu dan Minggu dikenakan tarif Rp 10.000. Pada bulan Ramadan, Kawasan Brantas buka mulai jam 19.00 WIB sampai dengan jam 24.00 WIB dengan alasan mayoritas warga Kawasan Brantas yang berada di RT 02/RW 03 yang berjumlah 65 kartu keluarga beragama Islam.

Globalization has changed higher education institutions to improve quality and competitiveness towards becoming a world class university (WCU). Therefore, the research objective is to determine WCU using the balanced scorecard (BSC) approach with 5 (five) perspectives). The research design is a qualitative approach. This research is a case study research, namely Darussalam Gontor University (UNIDA Gontor). Data analysis is inductive, with exploratory descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that in order to move towards WCU from the perspective of (1) organizational changes: research, it is necessary to increase international collaborative research and international publications, (2) human resource policies, it is necessary to increase the number of lecturers with professor and doctoral degrees. (3) academic programs, need to be pioneered by internationally accredited study programs, (4) Internal Governance, UNIDA Gontor has established itself as a millennial Islamic boarding school campus and is designated as a campus that implements the best integrity zone at PTKI and (5) Financial, UNIDA Gontor needs to develop and explore resources -funding sources from domestic and foreign partners to strengthen internationalization programs towards WCU.

This research aims to describe competitive advantage which focuses on competitive strength, competitive area, and competitive results in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMAS Islam Sunan Gunung Jati Ngunut Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study type. The method used in this research is descriptive with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out in three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and verification of findings. Checking the validity of data in research uses extension and persistence of participation. The results of this research show that (1) the competitive strength of SMAS Islam Sunan Gunung Jati Ngunut Tulungagung refers to its advantages and differentiates it from competitors, thereby providing a competitive advantage in the market. (2) The competitive area includes certain market segments or the entire market targeted by educational institutions. (3) Then the competitive results are reflected in the institution's ability to attract prospective students, provide quality education, and meet the needs of students and parents effectively.

The main task of lecturers as part of the higher education academic community is the Tridharma of Higher Education: teaching education, research and community service. In the aspect of community service, lecturers are expected to have constructive programs that have positive externalities for both external and internal stakeholders who are of concern in this program. Internal stakeholders in this context are students, who have the duty and responsibility to produce highly competitive scientific work. To realize this competitiveness is the background for this community service program in the form of Technical Guidance designed in the form of Service Learning. The participants in the activity were students of the Postgraduate Sharia Economics Masters at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The results of this activity show that this technical guidance is able to influence students in finding Information Technology (IT) based novelties, and with this novelty the scientific work produced by students has high competitiveness.

This study aims to find out the right strategies and innovations in implementing digital marketing at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach and a type of case study. To obtain data, researchers used literature studies in the form of books and research articles. The results of the study show that one of the efforts of Islamic banks to increase customer interest is by providing the best digital-based strategy from BSI or Bank Syariah Indonesia. Providing innovation as well as digital-based strategies is the right step in increasing customer interest in placing their funds in Bank Syariah Indonesia. Even though Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is still 2 years old, namely legally operating on February 1, 2021, institutions must continue to innovate in marketing their products digitally. Furthermore, this research shows that Bank Syariah Indonesia is able to innovate with digital marketing designs in the form of Instagram Ads which are the most effective and quickly implemented in society.

Creating new product brings big impact to be rejected by the market because most of societies have not known yet the brand product. One of the strategies which can be done the manufacturer is by conducting collaboration with other products to attract the public’s interest in buying rate today, instead of other effort. In this case, the researcher intends to conduct a study related to the collaboration with other products which is often done by Oreo Biscuit products. This research deploys the descriptive qualitative approach by applying the case study method. The sample of the research was 33 respondents. The result of this study was collaboration product which was done with Oreo Biscuit product and Blackpink Girl Band, this collaborative working could be accepted successfully in the market especially most of the society who become Black pink Girl Band, they want to get Oreo X Black pink enthusiastically. Not only must a few of consumers wait for getting the product of Oreo X Black pink because this product was sold fast even though products of Oreo X Blackpink were displayed in the shelves of minimarket, supermarket, or social media.

This research aims to analyze the application of ISAK 35 to the financial reports of the An Nuur Mosque in Tulungagung. ISAK 35, as part of sharia-based Financial Accounting Standards, has the aim of ensuring compliance with sharia accounting practices in the management of funds and assets. The An Nuur Mosque was chosen as a case study because of its central role in providing religious and social services in the Tulungagung community. This research involves an in-depth analysis of the An Nuur Mosque's financial reports, focusing on elements related to ISAK 35, such as recording sharia-based transactions, separating amil and zakat funds, as well as disclosing information in accordance with sharia principles. The case study method is used to understand the implementation of ISAK 35 in a practical context and gain a holistic understanding of mosque financial management. The research results are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the extent to which the An Nuur Mosque has complied with ISAK 35 and its impact on transparency, accountability and public trust. The implications of this research can also provide insight for financial managers of mosques and sharia financial institutions to increase efficiency and compliance in managing religious funds. Through this research, it is hoped that practical recommendations will emerge to improve the application of ISAK 35 in mosque financial reports, with the ultimate aim of strengthening the financial integrity and sustainability of mosques as religious institutions. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the development of sharia accounting practices in the context of mosque finances in Indonesia

Pasar bebas yang diterapkan di Indonesia akhir-akhir ini membuat seorang pemilik usaha perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan produk untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai intervening pada Nirmala Food and Beverages Trenggalek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Nirmala Food and Beverages Trenggalek, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan waktu penelitian pada bulan Januari 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online melalui google form. Alat analisisnya menggunakan SPSS 23.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen. pengaruh kualitas produk melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Nirmala Food and Beverages Trenggalek. This is study aims to analyze the effect of loan capital and business volume on the remaining results of operations (SHU) with total assets as the intervening variable at KPRI Family Teacher (KBG KOTA) Tulungagung District. This research approach uses quantitative methods. Quantitative research is systematic scientific research on parts and phenomena and their relationships. This type of research uses associative research, namely research conducted to determine the relationship between two or more variables. This study uses data on loan capital, business volume, remaining operating results (SHU), and total assets in the 2012-2021 period, where the data was obtained from KPRI using the documentation method and the interview method. In this interview technique there is a process of interaction, discussion and presentation. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis (MRA) and begins with several prerequisite tests, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and others. The results show that loan capital has no significant effect on the remaining operating results (SHU) of cooperatives. Business volume has a significant effect on the Cooperative's Remaining Results of Operations (SHU). Then the total assets are able to strengthen the influence of loan capital and business volume on the Remaining Results of Operations (SHU) of the KBG KOTA cooperative, Tulungagung District

The aim of writing this work is to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. The library research method involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify key findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this work show that the low ranking of education in Indonesia reflects the gap in educational quality and requires effective and sustainable intervention. Improving teacher quality through training and certification programs is very important to increase educational competitiveness. Visionary leadership is needed to direct and motivate teachers, staff and students in achieving better educational goals. School principals must be able to formulate and communicate a realistic and strategic vision, as well as adapt to changes and future challenges. The government and education stakeholders need to work together to improve the quality of teachers and ICT facilities in schools. Support from parents and collaboration between government, schools and industry are very important to ensure education in Indonesia is relevant to current developments and community needs.
