Abstract

Indonesia negara dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam, budaya, suku, bangsa bahasa serta negara berpenduduk Musim terbesar di dunia. Islam merupakan agama telah disempurnakan dengan diutusnya Rasulullah sebagai nabi terakhir. Setiap agama tentu memiliki ajaran yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh penganutnya. Diantara ajaran agama Islam yang wajib dilaksanakan bagi tiap muslim yang mampu melaksanakannya adalah puasa di bulan Ramadhan. Bulan Ramadhan disambut baik oleh setiap lini kehidupan di Indonesia termasuk produsen mie instan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Dengan mengeluarkan desain kemasan edisi Ramadhan, akankah desain tersebut berpengaruh dengan nilai saham perusahaan tersebut, ini menarik diteliti dengan rumusan masalah: Bagaimana Peran Desain Kemasan Indomie Edisi Ramadhan 2021 Terhadap Nilai Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Periode Februari s/d April 2021. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Desain Kemasan Indomie Edisi Ramadhan 2021 Terhadap Nilai Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Periode Februari s/d April 2021. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini berfokus menganalisis atau menafsirkan bahan tertulis berdasarkan konteksnya. Data diambil dari observasi. Hasil analisis menemukan, produk berkualitas baik yang mampu membaca keinginan konsumen dengan didukung desain kemasan yang menarik disertai teknik pemasaran yang tepat mampu menghasilkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan dengan usaha yang efektif, efisien berpengaruh positif bagi seluruh lini perusahaan.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze organizational performance optimization through human resource management at one of the tertiary institutions in Banjarmasin. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from the results of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in stages, starting with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that optimizing organizational performance through human resource management at UNISKA Banjarmasin is carried out using; a focus on achieving vision and mission targets, competitive recruitment and selection policies, employee career development, sustainable performance appraisal policies, monitoring, and evaluation. This research has implications that there are various challenges in implementing human resource management in tertiary institutions, such as limited human resources, differences in culture and values, and difficulties in flexibility. Therefore, several solutions are needed to deal with these problems, such as using technology and automation, increasing awareness of values and culture, and developing employee engagement programs.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era requires organizations to adapt to technological advancements while maintaining environmental sustainability. One strategic approach to address this challenge is Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), which emphasizes environmentally friendly practices in managing human resources. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing various scholarly sources on the implementation of Green HRM in supporting organizational transformation. The findings reveal that Green HRM plays a crucial role in establishing an eco-friendly work culture through green recruitment, green training, green performance appraisal, and green compensation. Moreover, the integration of digital technology in the Society 5.0 era enhances the effectiveness of Green HRM implementation, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens organizational reputation. Although challenges such as cultural resistance and limited resources remain, Green HRM continues to serve as a key strategy in achieving organizational sustainability and employee well-being.

Abstract

The development of the Society 5.0 era has brought fundamental changes to the paradigm of human resource management. This concept places humans at the center of innovation and technology, demanding a balance between digital advancement and human values. This study aims to examine the integration of the International Human Resource Management (IHRM) concept with Society 5.0 as a strategy for developing Islamic human resources in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, reviewing various relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that the application of IHRM principles in a technology-based work environment can strengthen employees’ spiritual well-being, enhance loyalty, and promote the creation of sustainable organizations

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era mandates that school principals manage innovation to optimize learning technology. This study aims to analyze (1) the principal's innovation management strategies, and (2) the enabling and inhibiting factors for technology optimization at TK Negeri Pembina Batumandi. The research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers (IG) and school operators (IO), observations, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate the principal implements a dual strategy: (a) a managerial strategy, focusing on prioritizing the ICT budget and asset management systems (per IO findings), and (b) a transformational/cultural strategy, creating a psychologically safe climate for innovation and employing dialogical supervision (per IG findings). The primary enabling factor is the principal's "tech-savvy" and adaptive leadership. Inhibiting factors were identified at two levels: internal (operational efficiency of device setup and maintenance management) and external (unstable internet and electricity infrastructure). The study concludes that the principal's innovation management successfully combines systemic (budgetary) and cultural (psychological) support, yet its effectiveness remains constrained by external infrastructural challenges.

Abstract

Komitmen Pegawai dapat dipengaruhi dari tiga variabel yaitu Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi. Ketiga variabel ini yang akan mempengaruhi komitmen pegawai pada RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah  merupakan salah satu organisasi kepemerintahan yang tentunya juga memiliki target capaian yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Maka dari itu,komitmen pegawai RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah  juga perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komitmen pegawai  berdasarkan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi  dari pegawai RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah. Selain itu juga diteliti bagaimana pengaruh tiga variabel tersebut  terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai tetap yang ada di RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 57 orang dan seluruh pegawai yang digunakan sebanyak 418 responden. Instrumen uji statistik pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah dimensi Kepuasan Kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi   (Y), dimensi Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen pegawai (Y), dimensi Kompentensi (X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi   (Y), dimensi Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi  bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y).

Abstract

In the digital era, the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in education is crucial, especially in supervising Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK). This study aims to explore the optimization of GTK supervision at SMKN 2 Pelaihari, South Kalimantan, through the use of the Linktree website. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through literature study, observation, and interviews. The findings indicate that the use of Linktree can enhance administrative efficiency, information accessibility, transparency, and reduce the workload of administrative staff. Furthermore, this system has the potential to improve GTK performance and educational quality. Implementation is carried out through stakeholder consultation, system development, socialization, training, and monitoring and evaluation. This study provides recommendations for further development of the Linktree system to be more integrated and effective in educational administration management.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi dari beberapa variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan beban kerja. Kedua variabel ini yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai RSU Daerah Hunau Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan salah satu organisasi kepemerintahan yang tentunya juga memiliki target capaian yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Maka dari itu, kinerja pegawai RSU Daerah Hanau juga perlu diperhatikan. Kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi dari dua variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai berdasarkan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan beban kerja serta kinerja pegawai RSU Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Selain itu juga diteliti bagaimana pengaruh dua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai tetap yang ada di RSU Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Green Human Resource Management (G-HRM) strategy implemented by the Principal of SD Negeri Mantimin 2, Balangan Regency, and its contribution to building a sustainable school culture. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and educational staff, supported by observation and documentation. Thematic analysis was used for data analysis. The findings reveal that the principal implemented a systematic G-HRM strategy covering three pillars: green recruitment, green training (practical skills), and green performance management. A key finding was the integration of pro-environmental aspects into the teacher performance appraisal (SKP), which served as the main driver for behavior change. This G-HRM strategy significantly contributed to forming a sustainable culture. The process transformed from forced compliance (due to evaluation) into habituation, and eventually internalized into social norms (culture). G-HRM proved to be an effective managerial mechanism for translating a sustainability vision into tangible practices in an elementary school setting.

Abstract

Culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting local economies, particularly by creating job opportunities and maintaining service stability for consumers. However, fluctuations in employee performance often affect the consistency of service quality. This study aims to analyze the role of employee performance evaluation in maintaining service stability within culinary MSMEs. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, using observations, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to business owners and employees of culinary MSMEs in the study area. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns linking performance evaluation systems with service quality. The results indicate that regular, feedback-based, and development-oriented performance evaluations can enhance employee motivation, responsibility, and service consistency. Conversely, evaluations that are unilateral or lack transparency tend to decrease work enthusiasm and lead to unstable service performance. Therefore, implementing participatory performance evaluations is essential to achieve stable and sustainable service delivery in culinary MSMEs.
