Abstract

The advancement of digital technology compels organizations to adopt Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) as a strategic foundation in human resource (HR) management. HRIS has evolved from a mere administrative tool into a decision-support system that enhances the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of HR management processes. This study aims to systematically analyze the role of HRIS in strengthening HR functions through data integration, process automation, and the utilization of analytics. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research synthesizes empirical literature, conceptual analysis, and illustrative data to provide a comprehensive understanding. The findings indicate that HRIS can accelerate administrative processes by 60–80%, reduce data entry errors by over 70%, and improve management’s ability to make data-driven decisions. The successful implementation of HRIS is influenced by organizational readiness, user competence, system integration, and top management support. This study recommends optimizing HRIS through the application of HR analytics, HR process redesign, and the enhancement of HRD digital capabilities to support organizational digital transformation.

Abstract

The development of Society 5.0 requires organizations to integrate digital technologies into their performance evaluation systems as part of human resource development strategies. This study aims to examine the role of digital-based performance evaluation in supporting HR development in the era of Society 5.0 through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were obtained from various international and national publications published between 2020 and 2025. The findings show that the implementation of digital performance evaluation enhances assessment objectivity, accelerates decision-making, and strengthens human resource competency development planning. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including data integration, digital literacy, and ethical considerations. These findings emphasize that digital evaluation systems can serve as a strategic foundation for adaptive and sustainable HR development in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted to analyze the dynamic relationship between Sharia Fintech and Consumer Trust in Indonesia, synthesizing findings from eleven academic articles published between 2020 and 2025. The thematic synthesis confirms that Trust is a fundamental prerequisite for successful adoption and is driven by two main pillars: Sharia Compliance Trust (The Syariah Trust), which is fueled by transparent contracts and strong Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) governance, and Technical/Functional Trust (The Technical Trust), which is heavily influenced by Perceived Risk (data security) and system quality. The findings indicate that Trust is a strong predictor of Adoption Intention and positively correlates with increased Financial Inclusion among MSME actors. However, the research highlights significant contradictions regarding the direct role of Literacy and Knowledge as antecedents of Trust, suggesting a need for further research. Recommendations are directed towards the necessity of qualitative research to understand the process of Trust recovery, and for platforms to invest in robust compliance governance and functional digital literacy education.

Abstract

The quality of higher education, particularly in the health sector, is highly dependent on lecturer competence. This study analyzes the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) in developing lecturer competence at the Darussalam Martapura Midwifery Academy, identifying the strategies and obstacles encountered. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and supported by the analysis of real lecturer demographic documents. The HRM implementation at Akbid Darussalam Martapura was found to be effective in maintaining basic pedagogical competence (100% internal workshop participation) but failed in strategic career development. This gap is evidenced by 0% of lecturers holding a Doctoral (S3) degree and a very low realization of external clinical training (5.6%). This failure is attributed to a generally planned Training Needs Analysis (TNA) that is not integrated with specific S3 needs, and a performance evaluation system focusing on administration rather than the real impact of competence improvement. The main root cause is budget and resource limitations hindering the provision of scholarships and financial support for further studies. The current contribution of HRM merely maintains the status quo, demanding a revision of the HRM SOP, allocation of a special budget for S3 scholarships, and improvement of impact-based performance evaluation systems.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a virus that can be transmitted to everyone caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic because the spread of this virus is very fast. The COVID-19 pandemic itself has been going on for more than 2 years and has had a real impact on the people of Indonesia. The three main impacts that are felt by the community are social interaction between communities, community economic activities and people's lifestyles. This study aims to find out and understand social interaction between communities, community economic activities and the lifestyle of the people in Hatungun Village during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis itself uses qualitative descriptive statistics. The results obtained state that there are no obstacles in social interaction between communities during the post-COVID-19 pandemic, in economic activity there are constraints that are still being felt today as a result of the paralysis of various sectors, especially in the economic sector which causes the price of basic commodities to increase while income decreases and spending online there is nothing to change a person's lifestyle if the person is wise in reacting to it.Keywords:    Social Society, COVID-19 Pandemic, Tapin District.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to improve the financial management capacity of the Berkat Ilahi Joint Business Group (KUBE), a purun weaving artisan group in Pulantani Village, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, South Kalimantan. The partners' main challenges were the lack of structured financial records and inaccuracies in calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS). To address these challenges, a web-based accounting information system was developed to facilitate financial recording, COGS calculations, and budget planning. Implementation methods included outreach, workshops, mentoring, and evaluation. Results showed that more than 85% of KUBE members were able to independently manage COGS reports, financial reports, and digital marketing content. The implementation of this program not only increased transparency and accountability in financial management but also opened broader market access through digital platforms. This program is expected to support the sustainability of the purun weaving business and strengthen the local economy based on empowerment and innovation

Abstract

One important measure of efficient human resource management in service-based firms, especially in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), is employee performance productivity. As a small-scale laundry service company, Purnama.2 Laundry must maintain maximum employee efficiency to guarantee client happiness, service quality, and business competitiveness. Analyzing the variables affecting Purnama 2 Laundry employees' performance and productivity is the goal of this study. A survey approach was used in a quantitative study design. Structured questionnaires were used to gather data from all Purnama 2 Laundry staff, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the results. Employee performance productivity is the dependent variable, whereas work motivation, work environment, work discipline, and remuneration are the independent variables that are investigated. The findings show that every independent variable has a statistically significant and favorable impact on worker productivity and performance. According to these results, enhancing employee enthusiasm, fostering a positive work atmosphere, regularly enforcing work discipline, and offering equitable and proportionate compensation are all important ways that human resource management can boost productivity. When developing sustainable methods to improve staff performance and service quality, MSME managers can benefit from the empirical evidence and practical insights provided by this study.

Abstract

The world of education, especially in elementary schools, faces new challenges during the Society 5.0 era. As technology and digitalization advance, principals must be adaptable, innovative, and humane. This analysis discusses how Islamic Human Resource Management (IHRM) principles can be optimized for principal leadership in the Society 5.0 era. IHRM offers a relevant approach to building leadership that is not only professional but also grounded in Islamic values. By definition, Society 5.0 is a human-centered society based on advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data. To implement these era-era values in elementary schools, educators must lead the digital transformation without neglecting the psychological, moral, and social needs of teachers and students. In other words, technology should not replace essential human interaction, but should be used to facilitate the educational process. According to IHRM, leadership is a combination of management skills with Islamic values such as justice (al-'adl), trustworthiness, ihsan, and deliberation (shura). As leaders, principals have a moral responsibility to create an educational environment that is just, honest, and fosters a sense of solidarity. To maintain a balance between the application of technology and the development of students' character, these values are important.
