Abstract

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Management of educational organizations requires a planned and comprehensive strategy to overcome challenges such as resistance to change, limited technology infrastructure, need for training, data security, digital divide and cultural challenges. Collaboration is needed to effectively utilize digital technology in education. This research aims to explore the role of organizational management in educational advancement. The research method is based on the previously described theories of management and leadership, as well as the results of previous research. The results show that good organizational management can transform education, focusing on effective resource management, consistent evaluation, professional development and increased employee motivation. Abstract

This research aims to produce learning media products that are suitable for use for learning in MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) or SD (Primary School). This research is development research or Research and Development to obtain the results of certain products used during research which is a needs analysis to test the validity of the product so that it can function for students in MI or elementary school and the wider community. Before being tested on MI children, the media developed was validated by media experts and material experts. The instrument used to collect data was a media expert and material expert feasibility test questionnaire. This research produces learning media in the form of paper puppets for learning Javanese. Meanwhile, the feasibility of this product is proven by the validation results of media experts getting an average percentage of 78.5%, the feasibility test of material experts getting an average percentage of 82%. Based on the trial at school I with an average percentage of 86.2% in the very feasible category and the trial at school II with an average percentage of 94.1% in the very feasible category. Based on the results of implementation tests which show that the product developed in the category is very feasible so that over all it is suitable for use as a learning medium

Abstract

The utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in the management of educational institutions has become a key element of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in the digital era. This study aims to investigate the role of ICT in data management, management, learning processes, and communication in educational environments. Using literature review techniques and secondary data analysis, this study found that the use of ICT increases information transparency, accuracy and speed, improving resource management and decision-making. However, ICT implementation also faces many challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, lack of technical capacity of human resources, and resistance to change. Overcoming these barriers requires a comprehensive and sustainable strategy. The results of this study are expected to provide insights to stakeholders in education regarding better management and optimization of ICT utilization to achieve quality education.unik.

Abstract

Orang tua menjadi pendidik utama sebelum anak masuk ke dalam bangku sekolah. Ketika anak sudah memulai pendidikannya di sekolah maka ia akan mendapatkan pengaruh lain dari lingkungan tempat ia belajar. Pendidikan anak di sekolah bukan berarti berakhirnya peranan orang tua. Sekolah dan orang tua memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang krusial dalam pendidikan anak. Partisipasi orang tua sangat diperlukan karena orang tua sangat diperlukan karena orang tua dan sekolah merupakan mitra dalam mengantarkan cita-cita dan membentuk pribadi siswa. Orang tua memiliki peran sangat penting dalam sekolah, karena orang tua mampu memainkan berbagai peran aktif dalam reformasi pendidikan. Terjalinnya komunikasi yang efektif antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua akan membantu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Abstract

Maintaining the decentralization of education, the local government as the owner of the highest authority in the region has power in terms of arrangement, management, construction, as well as supervision. That is why the commitment of local governments toining decentralized education is essential. The research methods used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. Decentralization of education is an environmental process and can lead to significant changes in the policy-making methods of the education system, energy procurement, funding, teacher training, curriculum development and school management. Learning is vital to economic development, and the school system is a tool for strengthening political influence and implementing the programmes and purposes of the rulers. The implementation of decentralization policies is that the implementation process is long and complex, requires adequate resources, and requires good coordination between central and regional governments.

Abstract

Transitioning from early childhood education to elementary school constitutes a critical phase in the educational journey of children in Indonesia today. This transition involves acclimating young learners to a substantially different educational environment than their early childhood education. To facilitate a smooth transition, elementary schools must establish robust internal regulations to prepare students for this crucial milestone. This research endeavors to innovate and provide practical strategies to assist prospective elementary school students in their preparation, particularly in the ongoing independent curriculum utilizing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, commonly referred to as P5. A central aspect of this study involves the integration of Basic Understanding Of Indonesia through crossword Puzzle Games for Early Childhood learners. This initiative aims to introduce educational media that fosters character development and simultaneously offers parents valuable insights into their children's characters as they prepare for the transition from early childhood education to elementary education. The study employs the ADDIE model approach, which encompasses five stages: needs analysis, planning, media production, evaluation, and implementation. Validator questionnaires and data collection methods were employed to assess the effectiveness of the puzzle media. Validation results indicated a percentage of 3.95% for the puzzle media and 3.80% for the puzzle content media. Combining these validation results, the researcher conducted comprehensive testing of the puzzle game media to gauge its suitability for both media quality and content relevance for children. The findings of this study suggest that integrating Basic Understanding Of Indonesia through crossword Puzzle Games for Early Childhood learners can be a valuable asset in preparing children for the transition from early childhood education to elementary school. The puzzle game media, Designed to deepen character values, demonstrated high acceptance among young learners. The positive outcomes of this research highlight the potential of utilizing innovative educational media to enhance character development and facilitate a smoother transition into elementary education for early childhood learners in Indonesia. Further research and implementation may yield additional insights and improvements in this context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja para pendidik yang terdapat di UPT Sekolah Dasar Negeri 060437. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, fenomenologis, dan juga berbentuk deskriptif. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik yang ada di sekolah, seorang kepala sekolah melakukan tugas dan juga fungsinya dengan tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan juga evaluasi. Meningkatkan kinerja pendidik juga merupakan sebagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik, kemampuan profrsional, kompetensisosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian.

Abstract

Dengan kepemimpinan yang digunakan di dalam Pendidikan haruslah mengupayakan dan mencapai tujuan Pendidikan yang efektif dan efesien. Pemimpin harus memiliki keahlian manajerial dan memahami hal-hal Yang sifatnya teknis agar memudahkan ia mengarahkan dan membina anak buahnya. Ia harus memiliki Keterampilan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain, memiliki kepiawaian berinteraksi, membangun relasi, dan Bersosialisasi, sehingga kepemimpinannya berjalan efektif. Ia juga harus memiliki human relation skill, Keahlian berhubungan dengan orang lain, yaitu pandai membuat relasi baru dan berinteraksi dengan seluruh Bawahannya dan dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah Metode belajar literatur, dimana sebelum membuat sebuah artikel, dan membutuhkan sumber yang baik Yaitu buku, dan jurnal serta bahan-bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan pendidikan, setelah Mengumpulkan materi kita perlu membaca dan memahami untuk membuat definisi baru yang Dikembangkan oleh penulis. Kemudian penulis mengembangkan pemahaman tentang pengertian, fungsi dan Peran kepemimpinan pendidikan yang efektif dan unggul.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, termasuk bagi santri di pesantren. Namun, banyak santri yang menghadapi kendala dalam mengakses pendidikan tinggi, baik karena keterbatasan informasi, faktor ekonomi, maupun kurangnya motivasi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman santri mengenai pendidikan tinggi melalui serangkaian kegiatan, seperti seminar motivasi, sosialisasi jalur masuk perguruan tinggi, diskusi interaktif, serta pendampingan terkait beasiswa dan pilihan jurusan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah Subulussalam dengan melibatkan dosen dari Universitas Dharmawangsa Medan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan wawasan santri mengenai pentingnya pendidikan tinggi, berbagai jalur masuk universitas, serta peluang beasiswa yang dapat mereka manfaatkan. Diskusi interaktif juga mengungkap bahwa sebagian besar santri memiliki minat untuk melanjutkan studi, terutama di perguruan tinggi Islam, tetapi masih membutuhkan pendampingan lebih lanjut dalam memilih jurusan dan mempersiapkan seleksi masuk. Program ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi antara pesantren dan perguruan tinggi sangat diperlukan dalam memperluas akses pendidikan tinggi bagi santri. Dengan adanya dukungan informasi dan pendampingan yang tepat, santri dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan akademik dan meraih masa depan yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar program serupa dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan yang lebih mendalam, seperti mentoring individu dan pendampingan administrasi untuk pendaftaran perguruan tinggi.
