Abstract

Pendidikan Islam bisa menjadi paradoks akibat globalisasi. Sehingga, pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi etika dan moral umat dan bangsa untuk menghasilkan individu yang religius dan bertakwa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kecerdasan emosional seperti apa yang lebih dikembangkan siswa sebagai hasil dari pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pendidikan Islam di era digitalisasi dan langkah-langkah pengembangannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan literatur sebagai sumber data utamanya, sehingga memerlukan penjabaran data dari berbagai literatur. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis literatur menggunakan teknik deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudah saatnya pendidikan Islam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran aktif melalui perencanaan strategis yang matang untuk membentuk kecerdasan emosional peserta didiknya. Implikasi dari hasil ini adalah sebuah kontribusi ilmiah dan gagasan pendekatan strategis pendidikan Islam, serta upaya untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional siswa..

Abstract

Music is believed to have a significant influence on the psychological and physiological aspects of individuals, especially in the context of physical activity and sports. This study aims to analyze the impact of listening to music on sports motivation through a literature review of various empirical and theoretical studies conducted during the period 2018–2025. The method used is a literature review, examining nine international and national scientific articles that discuss the relationship between music, motivation, and sports performance. The research data sources are obtained from various articles available in the Google Scholar database. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis results show that consistently listening to music has a positive effect on motivation, mood, and sports performance. Music acts as an external stimulus that can boost enthusiasm, reduce perceived fatigue, and improve movement efficiency during exercise. The effectiveness of music depends on factors such as tempo, rhythm, synchronization, and individual preferences for the type of music listened to. Fast-tempo and energetic rhythm music—such as Electronic Dance Music (EDM)—has been shown to be the most effective in increasing motivation and enthusiasm. Additionally, music that is liked by individuals has a more significant psychological and performance impact compared to music that is not liked.

Abstract

Abstrak. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Kawasan Wisata Rammang-Rammang, Maros, yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan kelompok ojek perahu. Selama ini kelompok hanya mengandalkan jasa antar-jemput wisatawan menggunakan perahu tanpa adanya inovasi lain, sehingga potensi wisata lokal belum optimal dimanfaatkan. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah belum adanya diversifikasi produk wisata, khususnya sport tourism, serta minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola layanan wisata berbasis olahraga dan kebugaran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, ditawarkan solusi berupa pengembangan inovasi wisata melalui pemetaan jalur susur sungai, penyusunan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), dan pembuatan paket wisata kombinasi susur sungai dengan masase tradisional. Selain itu, dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan susur sungai dengan standar keselamatan serta pelatihan dasar masase untuk mendukung wellness tourism. Program ini diharapkan memberi dampak sosial berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat, peningkatan keterampilan, serta penguatan identitas lokal, dan dampak ekonomi berupa peluang usaha baru, peningkatan pendapatan, serta peningkatan daya saing destinasi wisata Rammang-Rammang. Kata Kunci: Diversifikasi Wisata, Sport Tourism, Ojek Perahu, Masase Tradisional

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the use of digital media in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning through a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design. A total of 25 national and international articles published between 2020 and 2025 obtained through Google Scholar and reviewed using PRISMA guidelines were used as sources of analysis. The results of the study indicate that the application of technologies such as E-Modules, interactive videos, and web-based applications has a significant impact on improving student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. However, the implementation of digital media still faces major challenges in the form of infrastructure inequality and low teacher digital skills, which impact the gap in learning quality between urban and rural schools. Therefore, strategic planning is needed to improve educator’s digital literacy and develop technological competencies. Further research is recommended to focus on longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact of digital media use on student learning outcomes and fitness, as well as strengthening infrastructure regulations and teacher training programs based on the DigCompEdu Framework.

Abstract

Physical education plays a vital role in shaping students’ character through physical activities that foster moral, social, and emotional values. This article aims to examine the role of physical education in character formation, the character values that can be developed, and the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation in schools. This study employed a literature review method, analyzing books, scientific articles, and national and international journals relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that physical education significantly contributes to developing character values such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, sportsmanship, honesty, empathy, and solidarity. The main supporting factors include the competence and moral example of physical education teachers, a positive school environment, the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, and adequate sports facilities. In contrast, the inhibiting factors consist of limited sports infrastructure, teachers’ focus on physical aspects over character formation, reduced instructional time, and the negative influence of digital technology on students’ social interaction. Therefore, physical education must be implemented in an integrated and reflective manner to ensure the continuous internalization of character values among students

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of physical education activities in supporting the mental health of high school adolescents in urban environments. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation of physical education learning activities, and review of documents related to school programmes. The data obtained were analysed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, meanings, and connections between organised physical activities, such as sports games, fitness exercises, and motor activities, and the emotional, social, and psychological aspects of students. The results showed that regular participation in physical education helped students express themselves, manage stress, build self-confidence, strengthen social relationships, and balance academic demands and the need for activity. Overall, physical education played an important mediating role in promoting an active lifestyle and mental well-being among adolescents in urban areas.

Abstract

Digital literacy initiatives in Islamic education have emerged as dynamic endeavors to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity. This study assesses the efficacy of online learning platforms in fostering religious and academic development within Islamic education. Through a comprehensive exploration of diverse programs, case studies, challenges, and opportunities, the research seeks to provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders invested in optimizing the integration of digital literacy. The study examines the impact on religious development, emphasizing the role of online platforms in Islamic studies, Quranic studies, Hadith integration, and the moral consciousness of students. Additionally, the research delves into the academic realm, evaluating the effectiveness of digital literacy initiatives in teaching STEM subjects, enhancing language skills, and enriching literature studies. The socio-cultural implications, including the influence on cultural preservation, stakeholder perceptions, and the need for cultural sensitivity, form an integral part of the study. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the multifaceted impact of digital literacy on academic development within the unique framework of Islamic education.

Abstract

Iron is an essential mineral that plays a crucial role in hemoglobin formation. Inadequate iron intake may increase the risk of anemia, particularly among adolescent girls. One strategy to improve iron intake was through food innovation based on local ingredients. The study was aimed to analyze iron content, iron contribution of muffin, and organoleptic acceptance of innovative muffins substituted with red spinach flour and ambon banana puree. The experimental study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four formulations namely F0 (100%:0%:0%), F1 (80%:10%:5%), F2 (70%:20%:10%), and F3 (55%:30%:15%) for flour: red spinach flour: ambon banana puree. Iron content was analyzed using laboratory methods, while organoleptic evaluation assessed color, texture, smell and taste. The results showed significant differences in iron content among formulations, with F3 having the highest iron content and F0 the lowest, indicating that higher substitution levels of red spinach flour and ambon banana puree positively increased muffin iron content. Formulations 2 and 3 were able to meet the target 30% of daily iron requirements for adolescent girls with two cup muffin while remaining within the recommended energy limits for snacks. Organoleptic test results revealed that F2 was the best formulation, demonstrating the highest panelist preference and the most balanced sensory characteristics. The conclusion of the study was the substitution of red spinach flour and Ambon banana puree in muffins increases iron content, with F3 having the highest level, F2 and F3 were able to meet approximately 30% of iron requirements as snack options, while formulation F2 was considered the best due to its highest level of acceptability and most optimal sensory characteristics.Zat besi merupakan mineral esensial yang berperan penting dalam pembentukan hemoglobin. Kekurangan zat besi dapat meningkatkan risiko anemia, khususnya pada remaja putri. Upaya peningkatan asupan zat besi dapat dilakukan melalui inovasi pangan berbasis bahan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan zat besi, pemenuhan zat besi muffin, serta penerimaan organoleptik muffin inovatif dengan substitusi tepung bayam merah dan puree pisang ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas empat formulasi, yaitu F0 (100%:0%:0%), F1 (80%:10%:5%), F2 (70%:20%:10%), dan F3 (55%:30%:15%) untuk perbandingan tepung terigu: tepung bayam merah: puree pisang ambon. Analisis kandungan zat besi dilakukan melalui analisis laboratorium, sedangkan uji organoleptik meliputi aspek warna, tekstur, aroma, dan rasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kandungan zat besi pada setiap formulasi, dengan nilai tertinggi pada F3 dan terendah pada F0, yang menandakan bahwa peningkatan substitusi tepung bayam merah dan puree pisang ambon berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar zat besi muffin. Formulasi 2 dan 3 mampu memenuhi target kontribusi 30% kebutuhan zat besi harian remaja putri dengan dua cup muffin dan tetap sesuai dengan batas energi makanan selingan. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa F2 merupakan formulasi terbaik dengan tingkat penerimaan panelis tertinggi dan keseimbangan karakteristik sensorik yang optimal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah substitusi tepung bayam merah dan puree pisang ambon pada muffin meningkatkan kadar zat besi dimana F3 memiliki kandungan tertinggi, F2 dan F3 mampu memenuhi sekitar tiga puluh persen kebutuhan zat besi sebagai makanan selingan, serta formulasi F2 menjadi yang terbaik karena paling disukai dan memiliki karakteristik sensorik paling optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of body weight training crunch on the body weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, (2) determine the effect of body weight training leg raises on the body weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, and (3) determine the difference in the effect of body weight training crunch and leg raises on the body weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents. This study is an experiment with a research design that uses a two-group pretest-posttest design. The population used is male residents of Rachita Garden 3 housing with sampling based on their body mass index of 12 people. The division of groups in this study was by ordinal pairing. Group I used bodyweight training crunch exercises while group II used bodyweight training leg raises exercises. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of body weight training crunch exercises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with a t-value of 10.954 > t table 2.570 with a significance of 0.001, (2) there was a significant effect of body weight training leg raise exercises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with a t-value of 6.892 > t table 2.570 with a significance of 0.001, and (3) there was a difference in the influence of the difference in numbers where bodyweight training crunch exercises had a greater effect than leg raises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with an average weight loss of body weight training crunch 0.8 > body weight training leg raises 0.6 which had an average difference of 0.2. So it can be concluded that bodyweight training crunch is slightly superior in weight loss compared to bodyweight training leg raises.

Abstract

Bullying remains a serious issue in education because it affects students’ psychological safety, social relationships, and character development. This study is urgent in understanding internal and external school factors that may support the formation of students’ anti-bullying attitudes, particularly in the context of an Islamic integrated school. This study aimed to examine whether moral education and teacher supervision influence the formation of anti-bullying attitudes among students at SMA Integral Hidayatullah Tanjung Selor, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was employed. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 63 students and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that moral education had a positive and significant effect on students’ anti-bullying attitudes (β = 0.962; t = 25.436; p < 0.001), while teacher supervision did not have a significant partial effect (β = 0.015; t = 0.407; p = 0.686). Simultaneously, moral education and teacher supervision significantly influenced students’ anti-bullying attitudes (F = 500.475; p < 0.001), with a coefficient of determination of 0.943. These findings indicate that moral education is the dominant factor in shaping students’ anti-bullying attitudes, while teacher supervision needs to be strengthened through more educative, empathetic, and character-integrated approaches. This study contributes to the development of character education studies focused on school violence prevention. Future research is recommended to involve broader samples and include additional variables, such as school climate, peer influence, parenting patterns, and social media use. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk memahami faktor internal dan eksternal sekolah yang dapat mendukung pembentukan sikap anti-bullying siswa, khususnya pada konteks sekolah integral berbasis Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan akhlak dan pengawasan guru berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan sikap anti-bullying siswa SMA Integral Hidayatullah Tanjung Selor, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert kepada 63 siswa dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap anti-bullying siswa (β = 0,962; t = 25,436; p < 0,001), sedangkan pengawasan guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial (β = 0,015; t = 0,407; p = 0,686). Secara simultan, pendidikan akhlak dan pengawasan guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap anti-bullying siswa (F = 500,475; p < 0,001) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,943. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak menjadi faktor dominan dalam membentuk sikap anti-bullying siswa, sementara pengawasan guru perlu diperkuat melalui pendekatan yang lebih edukatif, empatik, dan terintegrasi dengan pembinaan karakter. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kajian pendidikan karakter berbasis pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan sampel yang lebih luas dan menambahkan variabel lain, seperti iklim sekolah, teman sebaya, pola asuh orang tua, dan penggunaan media sosial.
