Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of wadi’ah yad amanah contract in the management of santri savings at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittihad Cianjur. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study, and analyzed interactively following the Miles and Huberman model: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings reveal that the implementation of wadi’ah yad amanah in santri savings has been carried out well and systematically, adhering to sharia principles, ensuring the security of deposited funds, and fostering trust among santri. Internal support from the pesantren management and the trust of santri parents contribute to the sustainability of the program, while the main challenges involve understanding of the akad among santri and technical administration. The research concludes that the practice of wadi’ah yad amanah in santri savings is effective in promoting the values of trustworthiness, honesty, and financial discipline within the pesantren environment.

Abstract

The ability to recognize letters is an important foundation in the process of learning to read for early childhood. However, there are still children who experience difficulties in recognizing letters due to a lack of interesting learning media. This study aims to describe the application of rotating letter blocks as a learning medium and its impact on the ability to recognize letters among 5–6-year-old children at Al-Hidayah Early Childhood Education Center. The research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects are 12 children from Group B. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that this medium can enhance children's interest and understanding in recognizing letters through active and enjoyable learning. Some challenges that arose, such as tool damage and insufficient parental support, were successfully addressed with strategic solutions.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tuntutan abad ke-21 yang menekankan pada pembelajaran High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengembangkan kemampuan literasi, terutama kemampuan berpikir logis. Untuk memaksimalkan pengembangan kemampuan berpikir logis pada siswa dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan augmented reality. Dalam penelitian ini, pengembangan augmented reality dirancang berdasarkan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu analyze, design, development, implemet, dan evaluate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-Experimental Design dengan bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media augmented reality yang dikembangkan memperoleh validasi ahli sebesar 92,5 % yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan logical thinking siswa dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,52 yang dikategorikan “Sedang. Hasil tanggapan siswa pada media juga menunjukkan hasil positif dengan rata-rata sebesar 80,4% yang dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa media augmented reality mendukung pembelajaran dalam pengembangan kemampuan logical thinking siswa secara efektif.

Abstract

This study investigates strategic financial planning for long-term sustainability in Madrasah Aliyah Siti Mariam Banjarmasin. The objective is to analyze the institution's financial challenges, explore strategies for enhancing financial sustainability, and propose recommendations for effective financial management. The research employs qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, to gather data on financial practices, challenges, and strategies within the institution. The findings reveal significant challenges in allocating financial resources effectively, including dependence on Government funding and limited investment in critical areas such as infrastructure and staff development. However, the study also identifies promising strategies for improving financial sustainability, such as diversifying revenue streams through fundraising events and partnerships, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing prudent financial management practices. Based on these findings, recommendations are proposed to prioritize investments in key areas, enhance revenue diversification efforts, and foster a culture of financial responsibility within the institution. Overall, the study contributes to understanding strategic financial planning in educational institutions and provides practical insights for enhancing long-term sustainability in Madrasah Aliyah Siti Mariam Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada wajib pajak orang pribadi, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai sistem perpajakan Core Tax yang baru diimplementasikan serta untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi akan kewajiban untuk menyampaikan SPT tahunannya. Kegiatan ini dilangsungkan melalui webinar dengan menggunakan pendekatan ceramah dan diskusi. Efektivitas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diukur menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan persepsi partisipan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti webinar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan persepsi partisipan mengenai sistem pelaporan pajak dan Core Tax. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini dinilai telah memberikan manfaat nyata dalam mendukung tujuan modernisasi administrasi perpajakan melalui implementasi Core Tax, sekaligus mendorong peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam menyampaikan SPT Tahunan.

Abstract

RedBus application is an online bus ticket booking platform that offers convenience for users in searching for schedules, booking tickets, and making payments. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the RedBus Mobile application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is a method used to measure the user experience of a product’s quality based on six dimensions: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The research method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach, where the results are presented in the form of explanations, with data collection through the distribution of UEQ questionnaires to RedBus users in the Indonesian bus mania community. The results of the study show that, in general, the RedBus application received good ratings from users, with the dimensions of Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, and Stimulation receiving an "Excellent" rating. However, the Novelty dimension received a "Good" rating, indicating room for improvement in this area. This study provides recommendations for the development of the application, particularly in terms of innovative features to enhance the user experience in the future. Aplikasi RedBus merupakan platform pemesanan tiket bus online yang menawarkan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mencari jadwal, memesan tiket, dan melakukan pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna aplikasi RedBus Mobile dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengalaman pengguna terhadap suatu kualitas produk berdasarkan enam dimensi, yaitu: Attractiveness (daya tarik), Perspicuity (kejelasan), Efficiency (efisiensi), Dependability (keandalan), Stimulation (stimulasi), dan Novelty (kebaruan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dimana hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk penjabaran, dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner UEQ kepada pengguna aplikasi RedBus di komunitas busmania Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum aplikasi RedBus memperoleh penilaian yang baik dari pengguna, dengan dimensi Daya Tarik, Kejelasan, Efisiensi, Ketepatan, dan Stimulasi memperoleh nilai "Excellent". Namun, pada dimensi Kebaruan memperoleh nilai "Good", yang mengindikasikan adanya ruang untuk perbaikan di area tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan aplikasi, khususnya dalam hal fitur inovatif agar dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna di masa depan.

Abstract

Financial literacy is necessary be given since early childhood. The low quality of financial education in Indonesia is marked by the hyped consumptive and hedonist lifestyle, result in not prepared future saving, due to their willing to prefer current joy rather than to postpone for the greater. Financial literacy is given to the student to comprehend priority of necessity, avoiding consumptive and hedonist lifestyle, and for them to prepare the future saving. The aim of this activity is to increase the understanding of how to manage financial. This method of activity is started by planning, implementation, and ended by evaluation. This activity result in the increased understanding of financial literacy.

Abstract

Teori Piaget telah banyak berpengaruh terhadap desain pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada guru (teacher centere) berubah menjadi berorientasi pada siswa (student centere). Hal ini berarti bahwa faktor siswa menjadi hal yang utama dan harus diperhatikan dalam membuat suatu desain pembelajaran. Perumusan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan pembelajaran sekaligus sebagai suatu tindakan antisipatif terhadap kemungkinan masalah yang dihadapi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Artikel ini menyajikan contoh perumusan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory untuk pembelajaran nilai tempat di kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Piaget's theory has had a lot of influence on learning design. Teacher-oriented learning (teacher center) changed to student-oriented (student center). This means that the student factor is the main thing and must be considered in making a learning design. Formulation of Hypothetical Learning Trajectory as a guideline for implementing learning as well as an anticipatory action against possible problems faced by students in the learning process. This article presents an example of the formulation of a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory for place-value learning in grade 1 elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perbandingan pengaruh Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Direct Instruction (DI) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman matematis peserta didik, dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat minat belajar mereka. Desain faktorial 3x2 digunakan, menggabungkan tingkat minat belajar (rendah, sedang, tinggi) dengan model pembelajaran (PBL dan DI). Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua metode pembelajaran, dengan interaksi antara metode dan tingkat minat peserta didik memengaruhi peningkatan pemahaman matematis. Peserta didik dengan minat tinggi cenderung mengalami peningkatan yang lebih signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya responsif dan diferensiatif dalam pendekatan pembelajaran matematika, sesuai dengan kebutuhan individual peserta didik. Implikasi praktisnya adalah penyesuaian metode pembelajaran untuk mencapai hasil optimal. Studi ini memperkaya pemahaman tentang hubungan kompleks antara metode pembelajaran, minat belajar, dan pemahaman matematis. This study investigates the comparative impact of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Direct Instruction (DI) on students' mathematical understanding, considering their levels of interest in learning. A 3x2 factorial design was employed, incorporating varying levels of learning interest (low, medium, high) and learning models (PBL and DI). Statistical analysis reveals significant distinctions between the two instructional approaches, with the interaction between method and students' interest levels influencing improvements in mathematical understanding. Notably, students with high interest tend to demonstrate more substantial advancements. These findings underscore the importance of adapting instructional strategies to accommodate individualized student needs in mathematics education. The practical implication suggests tailoring teaching methods to optimize educational outcomes. This research enhances our understanding of the intricate dynamics among instructional methods, student interest, and mathematical comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to understand investment motivation among students in Makassar using the Self-Determination Theory (SDT) framework. Data were collected from students through an online questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The findings indicate that students' investment motivation is influenced by several key factors, including autonomous motivation, competence, social relatedness, intrinsic motivation, and commitment. The results highlight that students have a strong desire to independently manage their investment activities, feel confident in their ability to understand and engage in investment, and benefit from the support of peers, family, and community. Intrinsic motivation plays a significant role, reflecting personal satisfaction and interest in investment, while high levels of commitment suggest a strong dedication to maintaining their investment activities. Overall, the study reveals that students in Makassar exhibit a high level of investment motivation, driven by the need for autonomy, competence, and social connections. The research underscores the importance of financial literacy and social support in shaping students' investment motivation. Educational institutions and financial organizations are encouraged to collaborate in enhancing financial literacy and providing educational programs that support students' investment motivation.
