Abstract

According to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2009, article 1 paragraph 11 means that health services are a form of activities that have become a unit and have a relationship and are carried out continuously. The purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of service quality based on the waiting time for examinations at the Bontomarannu Health Center general poly. The research method used observation with a cross-sectional research design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the average number of outpatients at the Bontomarannu Health Center every year in the last three years as many as 9,375 people. The sample in this study was 95 people using the Axial Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average length of outpatient examination at the general polyclinic of the Bontomarannu Health Center for new patients is 6.95 minutes and 5.23 minutes for old patients, the service at the public poly is of high quality and is in accordance with the service standards set by the Ministry of Health regarding the length of examination at the general polyclinic for both new and old patients, which is 10 minutes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation device based on Arduino Uno Atmega 328 to help provide first aid to people experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and minimize the occurrence of deaths due to sudden cardiac arrest due to slow assistance to victims experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. The design is carried out by creating a device based on the Arduino Uno Atmega 328 microcontroller and using a DC motor as a driver. This device is equipped with a pulse heart sensor to detect the pulse which will be displayed on a 16x2 LCD. The research was conducted using the Research & Development method by testing the accuracy of pulse readings, torque, and compression pressure. The advantages of the system are that it is easy to use and easy to carry anywhere. The results of the study show that the system created is capable of performing compressions at a speed of 80 times per minute. This device can also read the pulse with an error percentage of 1.29% when compared to an oximeter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan metode Pakistani dalam menghafal al-Qur’an di SMA Cahaya Islam Papua dan mengetahui efektivitas penerapan metode Pakistani dalam meningkatkan hafalan santri SMA Cahaya Islam Papua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Pakistani di SMA Cahaya Islam Papua, khususnya dalam program Tahfidz al-Qur'an, Penerapan metode Pakistani di SMA Cahaya Islam Kota Sorong menunjukkan dampak positif dan efektif terhadap perkembangan hafalan siswa dalam program Tahfidz al-Qur'an. Metode ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama: sabaq, sabqi, dan manzil. Pada tahap sabaq, siswa rutin menyetorkan hafalan baru setelah sholat subuh atau magrib kepada ustadz pengampu halaqoh. Tahap sabqi melibatkan siswa dalam menyetorkan hafalan sebelumnya, sementara manzil berfokus pada pengulangan hafalan yang telah mencapai satu juz atau lebih. Hasil penerapan metode ini menunjukkan bahwa santri mampu menyetorkan 2-3 lembar hafalan per hari, mencapai 3-4 juz per bulan. Target hafalan 16 juz berhasil dicapai, efektif dan memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan hafalan Al-Qur'an di kalangan santri.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the impact of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program on the improvement of teacher professionalism in teaching and learning activities in Indonesia. Teacher professionalism encompasses pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies, which are key indicators of educational quality. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), reviewing three scientific articles published between 2022 and 2023 that are relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that the PPG program has a positive impact on enhancing teacher competencies, particularly in curriculum mastery, innovative teaching strategies, and work ethics. However, its effectiveness is still influenced by implementation quality, institutional readiness, and participant motivation. The study recommends ongoing evaluation and stronger integration between PPG training and actual classroom practices. These findings offer valuable insights for shaping national policies aimed at improving teacher quality and the effectiveness of the PPG program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis pengaruh program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) terhadap peningkatan profesionalitas guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di Indonesia. Profesionalitas guru mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian yang menjadi indikator utama kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), berdasarkan telaah terhadap tiga artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang tahun 2022–2023 dan relevan dengan topik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa program PPG memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, khususnya dalam penguasaan kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran inovatif, dan peningkatan etos kerja. Namun demikian, efektivitas PPG masih dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelaksanaan, kesiapan institusi penyelenggara, serta motivasi peserta. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan dan penguatan integrasi antara pelatihan PPG dengan praktik nyata di kelas. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam merumuskan kebijakan peningkatan mutu guru dan efektivitas program PPG secara nasional.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to find out the effectiveness of the using of quantum learning method in teaching reading comprehension of the grade tenth students of MAN 1 Kota Palu in the academic year 2024/2025. This pre-experimental research involved a sample of grade tenth students of MAN 1 Kota Palu which consisted of 19 students chosen by using the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using pre and post test. The data were analyzed by using statistical methods. This findings revealed a significant improvement in the student’s reading comprehension. It was proved by the result of the t-counted (4.25) which was greater than the t-table (1.734) in the significance degree, (0.05). The conclusion of this research indicates that the using quantum learning method is effective in teaching reading comprehension in the classroom and provides a significant effect to improve the student’s level of reading comprehension.

Abstract

ASEAN-5 yang merupakan lima negara anggota dari kawasan Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) yang terdiri dari Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, dan Thailand merupakan produsen energi terbarukan yang dominan di ASEAN dan memiliki salah satu potensi energi terbarukan yang termasuk salah satu yang terbesar di dunia. Namun, investasi energi terbarukannya berjalan relatif lambat, fluktuatif, dan tertinggal dibandingkan dengan investasi energi terbarukan dunia, baik dengan kawasan negara maju maupun berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan investasi energi terbarukan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap investasi energi terbarukan di ASEAN-5. Data investasi energi terbarukan yang digunakan berupa share kapasitas pembangkit listrik energi terbarukan yang bersumber dari The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) dengan metode analisis deskriptif (analisis kuadran dan boxplot) dan analisis inferensia pemodelan panel dinamis karena investasi merupakan variabel yang dipengaruhi oleh observasi periode sebelumnya. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan investasi energi terbarukan di beberapa negara ASEAN-5 relatif masih rendah dan secara umum terdapat indikasi kesenjangan di antara negara-negara tersebut. Adapun analisis inferensia menunjukkan bahwa lag investasi energi terbarukan berpengaruh terhadap investasi energi terbarukan, ukuran pasar tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap investasi energi terbarukan, penanganan korupsi dan kebebasan investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap investasi energi terbarukan. Adapun inflasi tidak terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap investasi energi terbarukan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to expose students’ vocabulary size of SMPN 1 Sindue Tobata Donggala. Mixed methods design was utilized which involved two classes. The sample of this research was the grade VIII students of SMPN 1 Sindue Tobata which consisted 42 students and the informants were 4 students who are at good and poor score. Test and interview were distributed to collect the data. Vocabulary Level Test (VLT) was given to identify the word level of the students and interview was conducted to identify the factors that make students are difficult to master vocabulary. Therefore, the results of this research present that 27% students are at 2000-word level, 28 % students are at 3000-word level, 19 % students are at 5000-word level and 26 % students are not categorized or below the 2000-word level. Lack of strategy and interest in learning English are indicated as the internal factor. In addition, lack of media, technology and environment support are indicated as external factor. Thus, the teacher can provide some solution to bridge and solve the student’s problem in improving their vocabulary size.

Abstract

Pendidikan diperspektifkan bermacam versi oleh masyarakat. Ada yang memperspektifkan sebagai sebuah upaya pendewasaan rohani dan jasmani individu ataupun kelompok masyarakat. upaya pemindahan tradisi dan pelestarian dari satu generasi ke generasi lainnya, upaya pembekalan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang di butuhkan oleh masyarakat, upaya rekayasa sosial untuk merubah peradaban, pendidikan sebagai ukuran strata sosial, dan ada pula yang mengidentikkan pendidikan dengan sekolah dan atau belajar. Mengkaji tentang pendidikan Islam pasti tidak terlepas dari manajemen untuk menunjang proses berjalannya pendidikan. Menurut Tilaar mengartikan manajemen pendidikan sebagai suatu kegiatan yang mengimplikasikan adanya perencanaan atau rencana pendidikan serta kegiatan implementasinya. SMK Islam Randudongkal merupakan salah satu sekolah yang di observasi oleh peneliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam dan mendeskripsikan konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam di SMK Islam Randudongkal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui tentang konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam di SMK Islam Randudongkal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMK Islam Randudongkal telah menerapkan konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam yang berbasis Islam. Konsep tersebut meliputi Planning (Perencanaan), Organizing (Pengorganisasian), Staffing (Kepemimpinan Staff), dan Controlling (Pengontrolan).

Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a joint inflammation commonly referred to as rheumatism, which occurs due to mechanical and biological processes leading to cartilage thinning, joint instability, and calcification. Osteoarthritis is a major cause of disability in the elderly, with an increased risk due to trauma, repetitive joint use, and obesity. Effective management of OA is necessary to prevent complications. Pharmacological treatment is a common management option for OA, with one such intervention being the use of ginger warm compresses. This study aims to analyze the nursing care provided to an elderly patient with osteoarthritis, specifically focusing on the application of ginger warm compress therapy in the Anggrek Room of Griya Lansia, Garut Regency. A case study method was used with a sample of one OA patient. Three priority nursing diagnoses were identified: chronic pain, impaired physical mobility, and knowledge deficit. Nursing interventions included identifying the pain characteristics, applying non-pharmacological pain management through ginger compress therapy, performing active range-of-motion exercises, and providing health education about osteoarthritis. The objective of this study was to gain firsthand experience regarding the effectiveness of ginger warm compress therapy as an intervention for chronic pain in osteoarthritis patients. The study was conducted over three consecutive days with a 15-minute session each day. The results indicated that prior to ginger compress therapy, the patient’s pain level was 5 (moderate pain) on a scale of 0-10. After the intervention, the pain scale decreased to 2 (mild pain), suggesting a significant effect of ginger warm compress therapy in reducing pain in osteoarthritis.

Abstract

Age-related changes in the cardiovascular system are one of the leading causes of various health problems among the elderly, particularly hypertension. Hypertension is a major risk factor for several cardiovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, heart failure, pulmonary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, stroke, and kidney failure. Non-pharmacological treatments, such as Benson's Relaxation Therapy, have shown promise in managing hypertension by reducing blood pressure through relaxation techniques. This case study aims to explore the application of Benson's Relaxation Therapy as an intervention for hypertension in elderly patients with cardiovascular disturbances. The purpose of this case study is to provide an overview of the implementation of Benson's Relaxation Therapy as an intervention for hypertension and its impact on cardiovascular health in elderly patients. A descriptive case study design was used, which included anamnesis, observation, physical examination, and medical records review. The nursing care process was based on evidence-based practice (EBP) principles. The case involved a patient diagnosed with hypertension who was treated with Benson's Relaxation Therapy. The nursing interventions were analyzed in relation to hypertension management and its effects on the cardiovascular system. The study found that the patient presented with nursing diagnoses including acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and fall risk, with the primary issue being acute pain caused by elevated blood pressure. Benson's Relaxation Therapy was applied and led to a reduction in blood pressure over three therapy sessions. This empirical evidence suggests that Benson's Relaxation Therapy is an effective intervention for managing acute pain associated with elevated blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Therefore, it can be concluded that Benson's Relaxation Therapy is effective in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Dahlia Room of Griya Lansia, Garut Regency. The application of Benson's Relaxation Therapy has proven to be effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Dahlia Room of Griya Lansia, Garut Regency, Indonesia.
