Abstract

Smoking behavior is a problem related to public health because it can cause various diseases and can even cause death for both smokers and those around them (passive smokers). Everyone already knows that smoking is harmful to health, but in fact smoking behavior is still very difficult to control. find out how much people know about the dangers of smoking. The method applied in this activity is counseling using slides with material related to diseases caused by smoking including the delivery of material about the dangers of smoking, health checks and questions and answers. The results obtained from the counseling were followed by 50 participants from Hauranggung Village including 34 people or 68% are female and 16 people or 32% are male and the level of community awareness of the dangers caused by smoking 86% or 43 residents are aware of the dangers of smoking and 14% or 7 residents do not understand the conclusions obtained from this outreach activity. increase people's knowledge of the dangers of smoking, the impact of smoking for both active and passive smokers and increase public awareness of the dangers of smoking by 86% or as many as 43 people out of 50 participants

Abstract

Playing is a fun activity for children with special needs, by playing it can also support growth and development in children with special needs. The selection of games must adjust to the child's developmental abilities according to his age. This encourages children to explore and reduces the risk of frustration or tantrums while playing. The community service carried out aims to carry out play therapy activities in the form of puzzle play therapy by combining various shapes such as numbers, fruits, animals, and letters as an effort to improve the skills of children with special needs. This community service activity was carried out at the State Special School (SLB) Garut City. The target of this community service activity is Garut City SLBN students followed by grades 7 to 12 years. The methods and stages of implementing activities include preparation on January 9 and 10, 2023, the implementation stage on January 11, 2023, and the evaluation stage on January 12, 2023. Playing combination puzzles can improve the cognitive abilities of children with special needs. (SLB) Negeri Garut Kota Hari needs to make efforts to increase the knowledge of children with special needs through various scheduled and continuous play therapies, such as this combination puzzle game in order to improve children's skills.

Abstract

Banyaknya pelayanan yang ditawarkan maxim kepada konsumen tidak lepas dari kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh costumer yang tidak bertanggung jawab salah satunya orderan fiktif yaitu orderan yang dapat merugikan driver dalam segi waktu dan materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perlindungan hukum driver online Maxim terhadap orderan fiktif di Banjarbaru ditinjau dari hukum positif dan hukum Islam, serta mendeskripsikan tanggung jawab PT. Maxim terhadap driver apabila terjadi hal tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta normatif terhadap hukum positif dan hukum Islam yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum yang dilakukan PT. Maxim Indonesia cabang Banjarmasin berupa perlindungan hukum prevetif yaitu dengan memberikan peringatan kepada driver untuk berhati-hati dalam mengambil orderan, terlebih pada layanan delivery dan Food. Perlindungan hukum driver maxim tidak dapat mengacu kepada pasal 1 UU No.13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan karena PT. Maxim dan Driver adalah mitra, PT. Maxim dan driver sudah melakukan perjanjian dan perjanjian itu yang menjadi landasan hukum kedua belah pihak. Tanggung jawab yang dilakukan PT. Maxim yaitu berupa pemblokiran akun kostumer tanpa adanya pergantian uang kepada driver.

Abstract

Schools play an important role in advancing the quality of education in Indonesia, one of the efforts being made is to utilize information technology. an award system for the best students in the school environment is a good strategy in fostering students' motivation to study and excel in both academic and non-academic fields. This research aims to help the school, such as the principal and the teachers who teach in determining the best students in school. In determining student achievement a decision support system will be made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the Weighted Product (WP) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). To determine student achievement there are 5 criteria, namely Discipline, Behavior, Average report cards, Absence, and Neatness with 5 alternatives and 5 weights for each criterion. Based on the results of analyzing and processing the data, different rankings are produced for each method, even so there are still some things that produce the same data, such as the three methods which produce the same 1st and 2nd rankings. The resulting ranking equation is triggered by the influence of alternative performance scores, and the weight value of the criteria applied to each method.

Abstract

Designing a web application system for selling nasi uduk with the waterfall method. Nasi uduk is a dish made of steamed white rice with coconut milk and diaron and seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass leaves and pepper. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interpretation and practice of Surah As-Shaffat Verse 79 as a prayer for protection against venomous creatures among the people of Purwaraja Village. Using the Living Qur’an approach, this study examines how the verse is understood, transmitted, and practiced, as well as its benefits in daily life. The qualitative method employed includes observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings reveal that the people of Kampung Purwaraja believe Surah As-Shaffat Verse 79 serves as a protective prayer against the danger of venomous animals. This practice has been passed down orally through generations and taught by religious leaders. The community’s belief stems from the story of Prophet Noah, who saved animals during the great flood, which is interpreted as a metaphor for divine protection. The prayer is commonly recited before entering forests, working in gardens, or in situations that involve the risk of venomous animal encounters. Some community members report personal experiences of being protected after reciting the prayer, which reinforces their collective belief in its efficacy.

Abstract

Batulicin city is known for its abundant nature. Various industries have been established with the rapid development of the area, characterized by adequate infrastructure. As social growth and changes occur, religion cannot be separated from these changes. The existing phenomenon shows that the religious life of the people in Batulicin is still strong. They enthusiastically carry out various religious rituals, and still firmly hold religious beliefs or convictions in their daily lives. The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between Islamic religion and the economic ethos of the community in the mining industry area in Batulicin. This research was designed using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm. Based on informants, it was found that there is a strong relationship between religion and economic ethos in the community in the Batulicin mining area.

Abstract

Karyawan adalah satu dari beberapa aset penting yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam usahanya mempertahankan kelangsungan bisnis, berkembangnya bisnis dan untuk kemampuan bersaing serta mendapatkan keuntungan. Agar kualitas para karyawan terjaga dan meningkat, perusahaan perlu melakukan suatu penilaian kinerja karyawan berupa pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Mengetahui nilai kinerja karyawan apakah sudah maksimal atau belum maksimal dalam pekerjaan pada UKM Queen Plastic, dengan menggunakan metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dlapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan suatu opsionall dengan memakai kriteria beserta metode AHP atau solusi penyelesaian masalah dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik. Dalam metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) ini bisa disederhanakan dan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Metode AHP memungkinkan pengguna untuk secara intuitif menentukan nilai bobot relatif untuk beberapa kriteria melalui perbandingan berpasangan, yang dirubah ke suatu himpunan bilangan yang merepresent prioritas relatif pada setiap kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari awal hingga akhir serta didukung dengan penentuan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya maka berdasarkan hasil peringkat disarankan memilih karyawan bernama Ibu Muinah sebagai pilihan utama dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu (0.94), Zahra (0.76), Agnes (0.67), Mila (0.59), Khusnul (0.56), dan Nia (0.48) untuk menjadi karyawan terbaik pada UKM Queen Plastic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Modal Syariah program initiated by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2020–2024 period in improving Islamic financial literacy and inclusion. The program is part of OJK’s strategic efforts to strengthen the national sharia finance ecosystem through public education, product development, digital infrastructure enhancement, and stakeholder collaboration. The analysis shows a significant increase in Islamic financial literacy, from 8.93% in 2019 to 39.11% in 2024. However, the level of financial inclusion remains relatively low, reaching only 12.88%. This gap reflects that while public understanding of Islamic financial products has improved, actual usage remains limited. Low adoption is attributed to limited access, uneven distribution of Islamic financial institutions, lack of competitive sharia-based products, and uneven digitalization. The study recommends follow-up strategies focusing on improving financial inclusion through digital service innovation, need-based incentives, and integration of Islamic finance with the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of WhatsApp social media and students' understanding of communication ethics at STKIP Taman Siswa Bima in an academic context. This study focuses on digital communication behavior patterns between students and lecturers through the WhatsApp platform, which has now become the primary means of communication in higher education. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 15 students from various semesters. The results showed that most students use WhatsApp because it is considered practical, efficient, and responsive. However, some of them still lack understanding of the principles of academic communication ethics, such as using polite language, choosing the right time to send messages, and composing messages formally and clearly. These findings reveal a gap between technological convenience and academic communication maturity. This study contributes to educational institutions in designing policies or training in digital communication ethics, thus enabling them to foster professional, ethical, and effective academic interactions in the era of increasingly rapid social media development.
