Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how to assess information technology governance by utilizing the COBIT 5 framework and the domains of APO01 (Manage the IT Management Framework), EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization), and APO04 (Manage Innovation). The COBIT 5 architecture is employed in this study. Both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies were used in this study. Through surveys, interviews, and observations, we gathered primary data. The secondary data came from various existing sources, including websites, literature reviews, and the findings of other investigations. This study's information technology governance data analysis approach complies with COBIT 5's Assessment Process Activities. According to the analysis, the current state's capability value in the EDM04 domain is 1.8. In the meantime, the capability value is 2.9 for the anticipated circumstance. The APO01 domain's recent state results in a capability value of 1.7. In the meantime, the capability value is 3.1 for the expected circumstance. In the APO04 domain, the current state has a capability value 1.6. Under ideal circumstances, the business receives a capacity value of 3. This implies that the business needs to fulfill the prerequisites for level 2 process capacity indicators, which are now unfulfilled. For instance, producing papers outlining the management of the innovation process and documents evaluating rejected innovative ideas.

Abstract

Pemerintah melalui dinas Kesehatan memiliki program kerja untuk melakukan sosialisasi informasi kesehatan kepada Masyarakat melalui layanan pada puskesmas yang ada di Indonesia tidak terkecuali pada pr'opinsi DKI Jakarta. Sosialisasi diberikan secara langsung di ruang terbuka atau di ruang serbaguna yang ada di Puskesmas. Namun jadwal sosialisasi yang diberikan terkadang tidak dapat diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat dengan berbagai kendala seperti kesibukan, sekolah, bekerja dan kendala lainnya. Hal itu menjadi kendala atau kurang maksimalnya sosialisasi dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan tempat. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempermudah penyebaran informasi kesehatan perlu adanya media pembelajaran elektronik yang dapat membantu memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang penyakit gejala dan cara pencegahan atau pertolongan pertama melalui media yang mudah diakses. Media ini akan membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan terkait informasi kesehatan khususnya pada Puskesmas DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi LMS berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat juga pihak puskesmas sehingga kualitas hidup pasien dan edukasi terkait kesehatan dapat meningkatkan hidup sehat secara mandiri di masyarakat.

Abstract

The allocation of assistance for the Family Hope Program is a process that requires precision to ensure that assistance is given to those most in need. This research develops a Decision Support System (DSS)  using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method for optimizing the selection of beneficiaries in disadvantaged villages which includes criteria used including education, toddlers, pregnant women, disabilities, elderly, income, employment, number of dependents, and house size. Each criterion is normalized and given a weight according to its level of importance. The results show that alternative A2 has the highest optimization value with Yi of 0.254, followed by A8 (0.208) and A5 (0.204). In contrast, alternatives A3 (0.029) and A10 (0.035) have the lowest optimization value. Matrix normalization and criteria weights show the significant influence of the criteria of education, pregnant women, elderly, income, number of dependents, and house size in the selection process. The implementation of DSS with the MOORA method is proven to increase efficiency and accuracy in the selection process of Family Hope Program beneficiaries, reduce subjective errors, and ensure assistance is channeled to those who really need it. Therefore, the MOORA method is recommended as an effective tool to optimize social assistance allocation, increase transparency, and reduce bias in decision-making.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan siswa pada saat ini sangat dibutuhkan, kurikulum merdekan bagi siswa yang dicanangkan oleh Bapak Menteri Pendidikan menuntut seluruh siswa baik tingkat SD, SMP, SMA memiliki pola pemikiran dan dapat menuangkan ide – ide kreatif selama aktivitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini, pengabdi ingin melakukan pelatihan, workshop serta pendampingan kepada para siswa yang juga didampingi oleh para guru sekolah (28 Guru) dalam pembuatan materi ajar edukasi khususnya dalam pembuatan poster edukasi kepada para siswa (40 siswa kls 5 dan 6), materi ajar untuk para guru juga media proposi bagi pihak manajemen sekolah (Kepala sekolah, tata usaha (5orang)). Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan skill atau kemampuan para siswa dalam menvisualisasikan pemikiran dalam bentuk Poster edukasi maupun materi edukasi lainnya seperti untuk presentasi di kelas dengan mengunakan aplikasi Canva oleh para guru. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan karena melihat hasil survei materi visualisasi bagi anak sekolah MI sudah ada namun masih belum menarik siswa generasi Z yaitu masih mengunakan power point yang terbatas untuk image kekiniaan begtu juga materi ajar bagi para guru – guru. Perlu peningatan kemampuan penyediaan media atau bahan pembelajaran melalui pendampingan pembelajaran mengunakan canva sebagai salah satu metode penerapan TI mengunakan softaware aplikasi canva. Juga bagi pihak sekolah untuk melakukan promosi untuk membuatan poster edukasi dapat dipergunakanoleh pihak sekolah untuk membuat media promosi sekolah dari Mitra. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan para mahasiswa FIK yang masuk dalam KSM (Kelompok Studi Mahasiswa) Multimedia dan sekaligus dapat menambah pengalaman mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program MBKM UPN Veteran Jakarta.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to design a web-based movable asset maintenance information system as a company's effort to implement strategic performance management. Design/Method/Approach : This research method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the use of the waterfall model. In addition, the analysis and design of the system in this research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the PIECES method to identify problems, and Blackbox Testing as a test of the suitability of the system's functionality. Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that the functional requirements of the web-based movable asset maintenance information system are following the company's functional requirements based on testing through black box testing. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research is expected to increase knowledge in the field of web-based information system design technology. Practitionel/Policy implication : The implementation of strategic performance management through a web-based movable asset maintenance information system has an impact on the digital transformation of the company's activity procedures, the performance of the company's activity procedures which is increasing, data management is carried out centrally, the negative impact of security is reduced, and excellent service is increasing. Research limitation : The object of the research is in the Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Aircraft Filling Depot. In addition, this research is limited to the design of a web-based movable asset maintenance information system.

Abstract

The digital economy era has transformed various sectors, including tourism. Digital technology enables companies to operate more efficiently and reach global markets more easily. Digital transformation has become an urgent necessity for the tourism industry to remain competitive. This research aims to explore how a strategic approach to digitalization can be applied by tourism businesses to enhance their global competitiveness in the digital economy era. The research employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar with publication dates ranging from 2011 to 2024. The study results indicate that digitalization has become imperative for tourism businesses in facing global dynamics in the current digital economy era. More than just the use of information technology, digitalization involves a comprehensive transformation of business processes, from marketing to the tourist experience at destinations. Successful examples of tourism digitalization in Indonesia, such as Wonderful Indonesia and online ticket booking platforms, demonstrate significant potential in enhancing global competitiveness and strengthening the local tourism industry

Abstract

This is not the only reason why the Covid-19 epidemic has damaged numerous people. Individuals and institutions must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Individually and organizationally, one of them is to adapt more to technology advances in order to improve the long-term sustainability of performance. Using a descriptive qualitative technique, the author of this study will describe the use of technology during the Covid-19 pandemic and how it connects to performance. The outcomes of this study indicate that technology is a wonderful instrument for overcoming adversity and becoming a solution for surviving and competing in the age of disruption, especially during a crisis. During the covid-19 pandemic, it is crucial for the government to continue providing support such as financing, education and training, mentoring from experts, technical advice, and other forms of assistance to businesses that lack the necessary resources in order for them to highlight the advantages of expanding the use of digital technology in Indonesia. On the other hand, businesses are not required to rely solely on the government; rather, they should endeavor to eliminate any technological impediments they may face by maximizing the government's assistance, initiatives, and incentives. As intelligent persons and organizations, we must be flexible in order to improvise with technological complexity. Because one of the fundamental purposes of technology is to contribute to economic growth. The weakness of the study is that it does not yet focus on a specific unit of analysis, namely the type of technology in question. As a result, it is suggested that future research concentrate on the sort of technology mentioned, utilizing a quantitative approach method on specific objects with a high number of samples, and supplementing data gathering approaches with interviews. This paper can also be used as a supplement to other sources highlighting the significance of technology during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Kantor pemerintahan desa memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk menyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan. Penyelenggaraan administrasi pada Kantor Desa Rawa Panjang menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran dan icatat manual kedalam buku kependudukan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnaya pengetahuan masyarakat terkait peraturan desa. Peraturan desa biasanya hanya didapat melalui informasi secara lisan, sehingga terjadi kesimpangsiuran atau ketidakjelasan informasi tekait administarasi di kantor kelurahan. Akibatnya terjadinya kesalahan atatu ketidakjelasan informasi terkait peraturan desa mengakibatkan kesalahan prosedur dalam administrai atau prosedur. Hal ini mengakibatkan tidak efisiensi dan efektif yang berdampak pada pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka dibutuhkan pelatihan atau sosialisasi terkait peraturan desa pada sisstem informasi desa yang diaharapakna dapat membantu dan menanbahkan informasi masyarakat terkait peraturan-peraturan desa. pemerintah Desa Rawa Panjang akan memiliki sistem informasi yang memuat peraturan desa terkait semua kegiatan desa yang memudahkan penyaluran informasi kepada masyarakat. Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the digital skills of MSME actors in rural areas, especially in online marketing, through online training using the Zoom platform. This activity is motivated by the low digital skills of MSMEs in rural areas, which limits their access to the digital market. The method used is participatory action research (PAR), involving 30 MSME actors who are selected by purposive sampling. The training lasts four weeks and includes two weekly sessions, covering material on digital marketing, the use of social media, e-commerce, and marketing performance monitoring. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' digital skills, with an average pre-test score of 45 increasing to 80 on the post-test. Implementing the skills learned also resulted in an increase in engagement on social media by 40% and an increase in online transactions by 20%-30%. Participants gave positive feedback regarding the relevance of the training and the application of the skills taught. This activity fills the gap in previous research by focusing on practical strategies adapted to the conditions of MSMEs in rural areas. The main obstacle faced is the problem of internet connectivity, which needs to be considered in the next training. Overall, this activity has succeeded in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market

Abstract

The e-commerce industry is experiencing rapid growth along with increasing consumer demand for fast, precise and reliable delivery services. Assessing the performance of goods delivery services is very important to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This research aims to develop a decision support model to assess the performance of goods delivery services in the e-commerce industry using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method was chosen because of its ability to resolve conflicting criteria through a pairwise comparison matrix and decompose problems, criteria and alternatives into a decision hierarchy. In this research there are 5 assessment criteria, namely Price (C1), Goods Packaging (C2), Goods Delivery C3), Service (C4), and Number of Branches (C5). Source of data from respondents obtained using questionnaire techniques. The research results show the final ranking of 4 alternative delivery services. From these results it can be explained that the highest criteria weight value in criterion C1 can influence the ranking results, because the AHP method is a criteria weighting method that takes into account criteria through a pairwise comparison matrix.
