. Laboratorium di suatu perguruan tinggi menjadi suatu tempat kegiatan ilmiah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa atau dosen atau pihak lain, baik berupa praktikum, observasi, penelitian, demonstrasi dan pengembangan model-model pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam rangka kegiatan belajar-mengajar untuk menghasilkan kualitas lulusan yang berkompetensi sesuai profile lulusan pada suatu program studi. Peningkatan layanan dan monitoring laboratorium untuk proses pembelajaran akan meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas lulusan khususnya bagi calon Dokter. Keberlangsungan kegiatan monitoring praktikum sangat diperlukan agar dapat dipastikan semua persiapan terencana dengan baik dan agar proses pembelajaran praktikum di fakultas kedokteran dapat berjalan baik dan sesuai rencana perkuliahan. Untuk itu perlu pembuatan aplikasi desain database dan monitoring data peralatan serta bahan praktikum di laboratorium dengan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode DBLC (Database Life Cycle) meliputi tahap desain model basisdata hingga tahapan user interface pengembangan aplikasi monitoring peralatan dan bahan praktikum. Aplikasi inibertujuan untuk Memudahkan kepala laboratorium dalam melakukan pendataan secara sistematis membantu kepala laboratorium dalam memonitoring dan pelaporan terkait kondisi alat laboratorium serta memonitoring ketersedian bahan praktikum untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar oleh petugas laboratorium.

This study addresses the concerning prevalence of stunting among early childhood and pregnant women in Indramayu Regency, which reached 18.4% in 2024, exceeding the national target of 14%. It aims to develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to support integrated stunting control efforts by employing Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) for comprehensive problem identification and the Learning Lesson System (LLS) to incorporate proven best practices. The KMS is designed to optimize information distribution regarding the causes, impacts, and interventions for the stunting issue, while enhancing collaboration among government, community, and families. The integration of SSM and LLS allows the system to adapt to changing local conditions and needs, providing relevant, evidence-based information. This research result suggests that the implementation of KMS can significantly improve the effectiveness of health policies and intervention programs at reducing stunting, particularly among vulnerable populations. However, questions remain regarding the specific features of the KMS, the implementation strategy within communities, and the evaluation measures for assessing its long-term effectiveness in combating stunting.

The development of digital technology has encouraged significant changes in marketing patterns within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, particularly through the utilization of social media and digital communities as instruments for business development. This study aims to analyze community-based digital marketing strategies in MSME development and their contribution to the creative economy through community service activities. The study employed a literature review method using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data sources were obtained from Google Scholar, scientific journals, proceedings, and credible websites published between 2019 and 2026. The data collection process initially identified 50 articles, which were then screened based on thematic relevance, source quality, and alignment with the research focus, resulting in 28 main articles used in the study. The findings indicate that community-based digital marketing strategies are capable of increasing MSME competitiveness through market expansion, improved consumer engagement, strengthened local product branding, and enhanced social collaboration among business actors. Community service programs based on digital mentoring also contribute to improving digital literacy, marketing capabilities, and technological adaptation among MSME actors.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan perbankan, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Vector Error Correction Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek variabel pembiayaan bank, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, hal ini menunjukkan pembiayaan bank, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan investasi memerlukan waktu untuk berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Namun dalam jangka panjang hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan bank syariah berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengeluaran pemerintah mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, dan Investasi berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. The increasing role of information technology in higher education requires IT governance practices that are measurable, structured, and aligned with digital transformation objectives. Many higher education institutions have implemented various information systems to support academic, administrative, and managerial services; however, the existence of technology does not automatically ensure that IT processes are governed effectively. This study aims to evaluate the Capability level of IT governance using the COBIT 2019 framework in the context of a state university in Indonesia. A descriptive case study approach was applied through structured interviews, document analysis, and observation of IT governance practices. The evaluation focused on eleven Governance and Management Objectives across the EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA domains. The results show that most objectives are at Capability Level 1 (Performed), while only BAI01, BAI03, and DSS02 have reached Capability Level 2 (Managed). No evaluated objective has reached Level 3 (Established). The gap analysis indicates that the highest gaps are found in EDM03, APO12, and APO13, which relate to risk optimization, risk management, and security governance. These findings indicate that IT governance practices have been implemented but still require stronger formal policies, standardized procedures, documented controls, and integrated monitoring mechanisms. The study provides practical recommendations for improving IT governance through risk appetite definition, risk register development, information security policy, enterprise architecture blueprint, service level agreement implementation, and performance monitoring to support sustainable digital transformation in higher education.

Business information systems have evolved into a crucial pillar of strategic decision-making across various organizations. With the accelerating changes in the business environment driven by technological advancements and globalization, information systems play a key role in providing the data and analysis necessary to support more precise and accurate decision-making. This research utilizes a literature review with a qualitative approach, drawing data from relevant literature sources. The primary data sources include scholarly articles accessed via Google Scholar, published between 2013 and 2024. The study reveals that business information systems are vital in supporting strategic decision-making, innovation, and market adaptation. The use of systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI provides access to real-time data essential for formulating more effective business strategies, improving operational efficiency, and responding swiftly to market changes. Case studies from various companies, including Tokopedia, GoTo, and Astra International, demonstrate that optimal use of business information systems not only aids in identifying new business opportunities but also enhances the capability to innovate and adapt to evolving market dynamics.

Transformasi digital telah menjadi landasan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di tengah dinamika ekonomi global yang berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategis literasi digital masyarakat dalam mendorong adopsi inovasi teknologi oleh UMKM, khususnya dalam konteks pembangunan ekosistem ekonomi berbasis platform. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari 50 artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar dan situs kredibel lainnya dalam rentang waktu 1989 hingga 2025, kemudian diseleksi ketat dan menghasilkan 24 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berperan sebagai katalis dalam proses adopsi teknologi, baik dalam peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengembangan pasar digital, maupun dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM secara keseluruhan. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital UMKM sangat bergantung pada kesiapan masyarakat dalam memahami, mengakses, dan menggunakan teknologi digital secara efektif. Penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman teoretis dengan mengintegrasikan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model dan Diffusion of Innovations Theory, serta menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, platform digital, komunitas, dan pelaku usaha dalam membangun ekosistem digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition that occurs from early life and has long-term effects on children's physical growth and cognitive development. Children who experience stunting are at risk of having learning limitations, low productivity in adulthood, and a decrease in the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Although the national stunting figures show a decline, significant barriers remain, including low parental participation in monitoring children's growth at the Posyandu, primarily due to limited access and inadequate health literacy. To address these challenges, this research develops an education-based mobile application designed to help parents monitor their toddlers' growth while also increasing their understanding of stunting prevention. Development of applications using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model includes data collection, needs analysis, UI/UX design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The mobile application has main features including digital anthropometric recording, immunization schedules, educational videos, and reward points that can be exchanged at Posyandu. Results from user testing in the community show that this application is easy to use and can increase parents' knowledge about children's health, thus potentially becoming a solution or support in the national program for accelerating the reduction of stunting and achieving a healthy and quality Indonesian generation.

This study developed a multi-algorithm machine learning prototype for multiclass breast cancer survival prediction using 1,980 patient records, classifying patients as Living, Died of Disease, or Died of Other Causes. The framework integrated NN, SVM, RF, NB, and KNN algorithms within a decision-support monitoring application, with preprocessing steps including data cleaning, normalization, feature preparation, and dataset partitioning. To prevent target leakage, survival-related variables were excluded from the predictor set. The revised evaluation results indicated that NB and KNN delivered the strongest performance, achieving weighted average F1-scores of 0.93 and 0.92, respectively, while NN and RF showed comparatively lower results. These findings highlight the potential of machine learning for breast cancer survival status monitoring, although the proposed system is designed as a decision-support prototype rather than a clinical diagnostic tool. Therefore, before actual healthcare deployment, more research incorporating explainable AI techniques, external validation, and real-world clinical testing is needed.

This is not the only reason why the Covid-19 epidemic has damaged numerous people. Individuals and institutions must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Individually and organizationally, one of them is to adapt more to technology advances in order to improve the long-term sustainability of performance. Using a descriptive qualitative technique, the author of this study will describe the use of technology during the Covid-19 pandemic and how it connects to performance. The outcomes of this study indicate that technology is a wonderful instrument for overcoming adversity and becoming a solution for surviving and competing in the age of disruption, especially during a crisis. During the covid-19 pandemic, it is crucial for the government to continue providing support such as financing, education and training, mentoring from experts, technical advice, and other forms of assistance to businesses that lack the necessary resources in order for them to highlight the advantages of expanding the use of digital technology in Indonesia. On the other hand, businesses are not required to rely solely on the government; rather, they should endeavor to eliminate any technological impediments they may face by maximizing the government's assistance, initiatives, and incentives. As intelligent persons and organizations, we must be flexible in order to improvise with technological complexity. Because one of the fundamental purposes of technology is to contribute to economic growth. The weakness of the study is that it does not yet focus on a specific unit of analysis, namely the type of technology in question. As a result, it is suggested that future research concentrate on the sort of technology mentioned, utilizing a quantitative approach method on specific objects with a high number of samples, and supplementing data gathering approaches with interviews. This paper can also be used as a supplement to other sources highlighting the significance of technology during the Covid-19 pandemic
