Abstract

Flora residue in any form for archaeological studies will generally be directly related to past humans, namely regarding food sources, plant cultivation or agricultural culture, and technology. The rest is related to past environmental and vegetation problems (archaeo-ecology), dating interests, climatology, and others. Experts have developed many techniques and methods for handling the findings of flora residue. However, the Puslit Arkenas has not been fully utilized, this is in addition to limited human resources as well as its supporting tools. Efforts to overcome deficiencies can be done through cooperation with external parties.

Abstract

The natural history of the environment can be studied through environmental resources (physical and biotic) along with archaeological resources. Thus, the role of archaeological studies as a support in environmental studies is clear so that this can be the other way around, for the sake of archaeological studies it is necessary to support it by carrying out past environmental studies.

Abstract

Abstract

The field of education is ever-evolving and always changing in the direction of perfection, both in terms of future readiness and adaptability to the environment and time in which it exists. In essence, the curriculum serves as a roadmap for carrying out the educational process in both schools and even colleges. There is no denying that curriculum implementation in the millennial era requires curriculum to change to meet the demands of the times. Islam itself strongly encourages movements for constructive development and change, believing that these are the keys to advancement and improvement. This problem served as the foundation for the formation of the research problem, which is the idea and framework for creating an Islamic religious education curriculum. Reference-based research—that is, observation centered on books, journals, or other publications—is the methodology employed. The study's findings demonstrate the curriculum's function in a number of areas that are important to educational activities, such as a) the school in question; b) schools or madrasas above it; and c) the community, which uses graduates. An eclectic method, or selecting the best of the four techniques listed below, can be used to build an Islamic religious education curriculum that fits its unique features. These methods include the following: a) subject-based methods; b) humanistic methods; c) technology methods; and d) social reconstruction methods. In the meantime, the Islamic education curriculum development model provides two alternatives for madrasas, including a competency-based and life skills-based curriculum development model and an Islamic Religious Universities competency-based curriculum development model.
Trait Rumination Sebagai Moderator Antara Stressful Life Event Dengan Depresi Perinatal: Trait rumination as a moderator between stressful life events and peripartum depression Pratama, Charis; Siswanto

Abstract

Peripartum depression is a psychological problem that can occur due to life stressors or what is usually called a stressful life event. The dynamics of the relationship between stressful life events and peripartum depression do not occur directly, but there is the role of trait rumination, which also influences the relationship between the two. This study examines the role of the rumination trait as a moderator between stressful life events and peripartum depression. 105 research participants were recruited by an accidental sampling technique. Data collection used the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS), and Stressful Life Event Questionnaire (SLEQ). The results of this study indicate the rumination trait can be a moderator of the role of SLE on DP, where the brooding subtype strengthens while the reflection subtype buffers. The practical implication of this research is that trait reflection as a form of adaptive trait can be formed by accustoming individuals to focusing on solving stressors rather than thinking about stressors continuously, which increasingly makes them trapped in negative affect. Keywords: life stressor, peripartum depression, pregnancy, postpartum, trait rumination

Abstract

This research is based on information from the IT division regarding non-performance of implementation since the use of HIS at RSU Bhakti Asih began in 2005 until 2022, which has changed three times and none of the implementation achievements for the three HIS have ever reached 100 percent. The aim of this research is to empirically reveal the influence of training and utility on intention to use HIS with work motivation as a mediating variable. This type of research is quantitative with a causality design. The population used is health workers consisting of outpatient nurses, inpatient nurses, emergency room nurses, pharmacy departments, laboratory departments and radiology departments. The sampling technique used proportional sampling, with calculations using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5 percent, so that the sample size was determined to be 175 respondents. Data collection analysis techniques use survey methods, and data analysis techniques use SEM with the help of the Lisrel program and three box method analysis. The results of the analysis prove that training and utility influence the intention to use HIS with work motivation as a mediator, training influences utility, training and utility influence work motivation and intention to use HIS, and work motivation influences intention to use HIS and is also able to provide positive intervention on the influence training and utility on intentions to use HIS, so that with work motivation, the effectiveness of training and utility will be higher in increasing intentions to use HIS.

Abstract

The population from year to year always increases based on population statistics as ell as with the geographical and topographical conditions of different villages in Inuman District, resulting in the coverage of distribution network system services by SPAM at certain points not getting services and causing conditions where not all people who have access to the distribution network have received services. can be served. Three villages still have not received drinking water supply services by the Inuman District SPAM, namely Sigaruntang, Banjar Nan Tigo and Bedeng Sikuran villages. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to analyze how the hydraulic conditions of the existing network are and alternative alternatives for the development of distribution pipelines are needed to improve distribution services to the community. Collecting data in the form of information needed for processing the modeling of the Inuman SPAM distribution network such as elevation data of the study area, demographics, network maps, pipe data (pipe diameter and pipe length). The methods used in this research are population projection analysis, water demand analysis, distribution pipe network model simulation using EPANET 2.2 software in the form of hydraulic simulations in the form of head loss, flow velocity. From the results of this study, population growth estimates use the arithmetic method, the amount of water demand at peak hours in 2040 is 23,599 liters/second. Analysis of the distribution network development system using EPANET 2.2 with QPeak 23,599 liters/second there is no pressure below the pressure criteria.

Abstract

Blood bag is a medical device that stokes and transports whole blood or blood components. The material that is often used for blood bag membranes is Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), however the common problem that is bacterial contamination and that material have not antibacterial characteristic.  Because of this matter, the aim of this reseach are a blood bag that has antibacterial function is needed and meet the ideal standard as bloodbag. Chitosan as a blood bag membrane material fabrication to get the antibacterial effect. Chitosan is chosen as a blood bag material fabrication to get the antibacterial effect. Chitosan has several specific biocompatibility properties, antibacterial, chelation, and biodegradability. This study used various Chitosan concentrations of 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, and 3%, and Glycerol was added as a plasticizer. The composition of Chitosan: Glycerol is 1:1. Then, the mixture is added to the PVC solution in a ratio of 1:5 then poured into a petri dish. The results showed characterization that the biocomposite PVC-Glycerol with the addition of 3% concentration of chitosan was the best composition, the tensile strength test result of biocomposite is 21.20 MPa, the absence of membrane pores in the morphology of the blood bag, the hemolytic activity is 0.24%, and the inhibition zones of E. coli and S. aureus, respectively 11.66 mm and 12.66 mm in diameter. Based on the characterization results, the biocomposite PVC-Glycerol membrane with the addition of Chitosan has a very high potential as a candidate for blood bag membranes
