Abstract

UMKM adalah kependekan dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang merupakan bagian penting dari pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah atau negara. Demikan juga halnya dengan Kota Padang, dimana UMKM sangat berperan dalam peningkatan kemajuan ekonomi daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi, Inovasi dalam menciptakan produk, dan orientasi pada pasar berpengaruh pada keunggulan UMKM sektor kuliner Kota Padang. Adapun teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan objek penelitian adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang kuliner yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Padang Barat, Kota Padang. Pada kecamatan Padang Barat Kota Padang, terdapat 3.892 UMKM di bidang kuliner yang dijadikan populasi. Sementara itu, yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM di sektor kuliner Wilayah Padang Barat, inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM di sektor kuliner Wilayah Padang Barat. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaku usaha UMKM harus dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, dan melakukan inovasi produk, serta adanya orientasi terhadap pasar agar menjadi unggul dalam bersaing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation and level of accuracy of the forehand drive in the MTsN 6 Banjar table tennis extracurricular. The method used was quantitative descriptive with a porposive sampling technique with a sample of 16 students out of 20 students. The instruments used are in the form of a questionnaire and a test of the level of forehand drive accuracy. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that students have motivation in the good category 45% of the 236 answers, the very good category 40% of the 212 answers, the medium category 14% of the 14% answers, the poor category 1% of the 6 answers. Meanwhile, the level of forehand drive accuracy from the 16 samples was 6.3% or 1 participant was in the good category, 12.5% or 2 participants were in the sufficient category, 18.8% or 3 participants were in the poor category, 62.5% or 10 participants were in the good category. very poor category. The difficulty experienced by students is that when making a shot, students are not calm when the ball hits the bet, so that the ball still goes out of court, hits the net, and the ball bounces too high on the table. When practicing precise forehand drive shots, it is hoped that students will hit the ball in places that are difficult for the opponent to reach, where when performing accurate forehand drive shots it will indirectly make things difficult for the opponent.

Abstract

Café Albirru berlokasi di Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto No. 47, Kecamatan Glagah, Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Café Albirru ini menjual berbagai macam jenis makanan dan minuman dengan harga terjangkau. Minuman kopi yang disediakan di cafe allbirru diproses dengan menggunakan mesin roasting kopi yang dilengkapi dengan pengatur suhu dan waktu. Selama ini di café albiru belum ada standar kualitas dalam proses penyangraian kopi supaya dapat menghasilkan biji kopi yang layak untuk dijadikan biji kopi. Hal ini menyebabkan kualitas bubuk kopi yang dihasilkan beragam dan menyebabkan biji kopi robusta kurang diminati oleh konsumen.Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah Mengetahui kontribusi putaran mesin,waktu dan kecepatan putaran mesin dalam kualitas color roasting kopi robusta menggunakan metode taguchi.Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Dari hasil pengujian mesin roasting pada café albirru menggunakan kopi robusta ijen banyuwangi dengan dilakukan 4 kali experiment, dengan pengolahan data aplikasi minitab 2018 diketahui hasil yang optimal untuk color roasting kopi medium to dark terdapat kecepatan putaran mesin 40 rpm, waktunya 9 menit dan kapasitas roasting 1 kg kopi robusta dan perhitungan Analisis varians (ANOVA) telah diperoleh faktor dengan kontribusi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap proses roasting kopi yaitu waktu (B) dengan nilai 53,30%, kemudian kecepatan putaran mesin (A) dengan nilai 21,59%, sedangkan kapasitas roasting (C) terdapat nilai 11,01% yang mana dengan kapasitas roasting tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap proses roasting kopi robusta banyuwangi. Dengan demikian untuk menghasilkan bubuk kopi yang terbaik diproses selama 21,15 menit dengan kecepatan putaran mesin 23,00 rpm.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of interest rates and inflation on the net profit growth of publicly listed commercial banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was collected from www.idx.co.id, spanning from 2017 to 2021. The study took place from March to August 2022. The population for this research comprised 43 companies, with a sample size of 20 companies. The research employed quantitative data processed using Eviews 9 with the panel data regression method. The test results concluded that the interest rate variable, partially, does not have a significant impact on the net profit growth. However, inflation, partially, has a significant effect on the net profit growth of commercial banks during the period from 2017 to 2021. Simultaneously, interest rates and inflation do not have a significant impact on the net profit growth of commercial banks. The contribution of the interest rate and inflation variables to net profit growth is only 5.66%, and the correlation between the interest rate and inflation variables with net profit growth is weak.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dissertation with the title Mohammad Natsir's Concept of National Da'wah and Its Implementation in the Integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. Written by Madeni. The background of this research is based on the emergence of various problems in society, there are thoughts that want to clash between Islam and Indonesianism, that want to clash between Pancasila and Islam, between Islam and government. Therefore, this research will examine and explore Mohammad Natsir's concept of national da'wah and its implementation in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The aim of this research is to explore the concept of national da'wah put forward by Mohammad Natsir and to find out the implementation of the concept of national da'wah in the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as to find out the supporters and obstacles to the implementation of Mohammad Natsir's concept of national da'wah. This research method uses a qualitative research method in the form of a literature study with a text analysis approach. Data collection for this research was carried out through documentation by reviewing books and works written by Mohammad Natsir. The results of this research found that; Mohammad Natsir's concept of national dakwah is the Concept of National Da'wah Integrity which combines six important pillars, namely: Maintaining Islam as the basis of the state, Maintaining the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, Maintaining unity and integrity, Maintaining tolerance and love for the homeland, Maintaining collaboration between individuals and elements of society. Meanwhile, its implementation in the current era can include the following aspects: Instilling National Values: Strengthening Inter-Religious Harmony, Maintaining National Identity, Strengthening Social Unity and Justice, Active Involvement in Nation Building. Meanwhile, the concrete steps taken by Mohammad Natsir are as follows: Da'wah against secularism, Forming educational and da'wah institutions, Political Da'wah activities, Participation in nation building, Active in Islamic organizations. The obstacles and challenges are as follows: Religious, ethnic and cultural differences. Identity politics that are exclusive and do not respect differences can trigger social conflict and affect the national spirit. Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global action plan agreed upon by world leaders, including Indonesia, to end poverty, reduce inequality, and protect the environment by 2030. Eradicating poverty, ending hunger, improving health and education quality are among 17 SDGs. In an Islamic perspective, SDGs are not something new, because Islam already has a zakat instrument for promoting economic welfare and a quality life based on principles of justice. This study aims to empirically measure and analyze the extent to which zakat has played a role in improving the Human Development Index (HDI) in Aceh province. A total of 100 mustahik, who receiving zakat for business working capital distributed by Baitul Mal in Aceh provinces were selected as respondents of the study using purposive sampling technique. Primary data obtained from questionnaires distribution were analyzed using multiple regression technique. Zakat funds for business working capital are believed to have an effective effect on promoting HDI and at the same time support the realization of the achievement of SDGs, particularly the reduction of poverty and hunger, improving the quality of health and education of mustahik. To accelerate the realization of the SDGs, zakat institutions must be managed professionally. The collection of zakat funds to be distributed as working capital for the productive economic activities of the mustahik must be increased.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of ice breaking use on student motivation and find out the comparison between the ice breaking method with the comparison of learning motivation in class III MI Al-khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang students. The research method used is a quantitative method and the sample in this study was class III A and class III B MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten which was divided into two, namely the experimental class and the control class. The total number of samples of this study were 68 students, consisting of 34 experimental class students and 34 control classes. Instrument The type of research used is one sample research t test consisting of the experimental class and the control class, with the experimental class of the research used is motivation learning questionnaire and observation of learning motivation. The giving of learning motivation questionnaire after giving treatment then the acquisition of value will be compared with the class without giving (control) the results are tested through one sample t test. From the calculation results, the average value of the experimental class is 44.12 and the control class is 29.45 with the sig experimental class 0,000 and the control class 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is the influence of the application of the ice breaking method when learning takes place to increase the learning motivation of class III students of MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang. Keywords: Ice Breaking, Increased Motivation To Learn Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ice breaking terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan mengetahui perbandingan antara metode ice breaking dengan comparasi terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas III MI Al-khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III A dan kelas III B MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Jumlah total sampel penelitian ini adalah 68 siswa, yang terdiri dari 34 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 34 kelas kontrol. Instrument Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian one sampel t test yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dengan kelas eksperimen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi belajar dan observasi motivasi belajar. Pemberian angket motivasi belajar sesudah memberikan perlakuan senlanjutnya perolehan nilai akan dibandingkan dengan kelas yang tanpa pemberian (kontrol) hasilnya diuji melalui one sampel t test. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai rata-rata hitung kelas eksperimen sebesar 44,12 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 29,45 dengan sig kelas eksperimen 0,000 dan kelas kontrol 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh penerapan metode ice breaking saat pembelajaran berlangsung terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas III MI Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten Talangpadang. Abstract

AbstractCovid-19 Pandemic was greaty impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process which was performed at the school but now learning do from home with online learning. Using of information technology is very helpful on learning process in the Covid-19 virus. Online based learning used in this study is learning that utilizes the use of Whatsapp in information communication tools. However, there are some obstacles in he process of implementing learning at UPT SDN 1 Margakaya such as not all students can take part in the online learning process because of the weak internet network and not all guardians of students have handphone andenthusiastic in participating in the online based learning process. This research was conducted to determine the role of information technology in online learning during Covid-19 Pandemic of UPT SDN 1 Margakaya. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of IPA subjuc in MI Nurul Ulum Tulungagung, Gadingrejo subdistrict, Pringsewu District. This research is a class action research (ptk) through the application of the index card match learning model which is carried out twice a cycle in class III students (25 students). Instruments used were interviews, documentation, teacher and student observation sheets, student worksheets, the factor investigated were student learnig outcomes, teacher and student activities. The procedure of this study starts from planning, observation, action, evaluation, analysis and reflection. The results of this study indicate that the application of the index card match learning model in class III MI Nurul Ulum can significantly improve student learning outcomes. Pra cycly activities show that overall student learning outcomes only reach 35,52%, after taking action in cycle 1 using the indec card match learning method student learning outcomes have increased student learning completeness by 60,21%, then proceed to the cycle II action and have ancreased completeness by 87,50%.Keyword : learning, index card match, learning outcome

Abstract

Water is one of important substance for human being. Good water for daily needs has to be clean, no colour and odorless. Other than that for consumtion good water also has to contain important minerals needed by human body. The villagers of Kampung Melayu RW 01 Kelurahan Setokok , Kecamatan Bulang uses rain water and digging well to get water for their daily needs. This water does not meet basic requirements for daily needs. In community service activity programme in 2020, the students of Mechanical Engineering of Engineering Faculty Uniba conducted education for the villagers on the importance of clean water for life and how to get it at low cost. The education focused on technical matter to get clean water by filtration system. Filtration method uses plastic bottle, gravel, cotton, charcoal and water tubing to purify water. After purification by filtration system water meets all requirements as stated in Indonesian Goverment Law Number 20 year 1990 on water quality standard.
