Abstract

Dalam perencanaan, sebuah gedung harus dapat menjamin kekuatan serta fungsi dari gedung itu sendiri. Gedung harus mampu memikul beban mati, beban hidup, serta beban gempa. Perhitungan struktur gedung Laboratorium Terpadu IAIN Pontianak ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan desain serta memberikan alternatif desain struktur yang mampu menahan gaya gempa sesuai acuan SNI 1726-2019. Perencanaan menggunakan sistem penahan gempa berupa Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen (SRPM) serta dimodelkan mengunakan program analisis struktur ETABS 2016. Hasil dari pengecekan perilaku struktur terdapat ketidakberaturan struktur horizontal tipe 1a dan 5 serta ketidakberaturan struktur vertikal tipe 1a, 2 dan 3. Hal tersebut berdampak pada hasil gaya dalam serta penulangan struktur. Pada balok, desain tulangan lentur mengalami penurunan sebesar 10,81%, tulangan geser mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,19%, serta tulangan puntir mengalami kenaikan sebesar 312,43%. Untuk penulangan kolom, desain tulangan longitudinal mengalami kenaikan sebesar 27,097%, dan untuk tulangan sengkang mengalami kenaikan sebesar 55,2%. Perubahan kebutuhan jumlah tulangan desain dapat terjadi karena perubahan acuan SNI gempa serta perubahan peta gempa yang cukup signifikan khususnya untuk daerah Pontianak.

Abstract

This study was aimed to identify the effect of price and service quality of customer satisfaction Lion Parcel Agen PT Swabina Gatra Travel. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. In which the sample of study consisted of 110 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and product has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This is reinforced by the value of the T-test of service and product quality variables whose significance value is below 0.05. The f test value also shows a sig value below 0.05, the coefficient of determination gets a value of 0.517, which means that the service quality and product quality variables affect the consumer satisfaction variable by 51.7 percent.

Abstract

Meetings are routine events in the function of legislation. The main purpose of the meeting is to record the minutes of the meeting accurately and completely, which is time consuming and carries the risk of typos. Therefore, this study aims to implement a voice to text application at the DPRD Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency in order to improve the efficiency of recording the minutes of meetings. This application uses speech recognition technology to automatically convert the speech of meeting participants into text. This research examines several meetings and measures the time required to enter meeting notes manually and use a voice to text application. The results show that using this application can save up to 50% time and reduce the risk of typos. Apart from that, this application allows users to edit and correct text easily. Therefore, this study recommends the implementation of the voice to text application at the DPRD Secretariat of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency as an effective alternative to increase the efficiency of recording the minutes of meetings.

Abstract

Aglaonema plants (Aglaonema spp.) are popular ornamental plants that are famous for the beauty and diversity of their leaves. However, pest attacks can disrupt the growth and beauty of this plant. An alternative to controlling pests is to use vegetable pesticides. This research aims to test the effectiveness of organic pesticides derived from bintaro fruit extract and the effect of using banana peels as a leaf polish on Aglaonema plants. Bintaro is a potential source of botanical pesticides because it contains compounds that inhibit insect feeding. On the other hand, banana peels, which are often overlooked, actually have the ability to naturally enrich the leaves because of their nutritional content. This research used a randomized block design (RAK) with six different treatments, including a control without treatment and chemical pesticide treatment as a comparison. The results of the study showed that bintaro fruit extract had no real effect on aglaonema pest attacks, P4 treatment had a real effect, with the highest number of respondents, but P3 treatment tended to give a duller leaf shine. These results show that the use of the botanical pesticide Bintaro fruit extract did not have a significant effect in killing Aglonema pests, but P2 and P3 treatments had a better effect than other treatments in dealing with pests and P4 treatment was the best in shining Aglonema leaves.

Abstract

This study aims to build the economy in the village mastarakat Karanggeger Pajarakan Probolinggo in an effort to improve the welfare of the community, welfare will be realized if the community's income increases. One of them is entrepreneurship through the empowerment of Gourami ponds which is expected to increase people's income. The method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with emphasis on empowerment, understanding the potential and challenges to improve the quality of individuals and groups. The result of this community service is in community empowerment through the development of aquaculture with ABCD approach to the community or residents, the authors found that the fish pond asset is very promising to improve the economy of the community, so that people know this in order to design the design as well as possible in accordance with the instructions of the fisheries office. Gourami fish management has been done starting with seeding as many as 10 thousand fish that will be harvested within the next 8-12 months.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, kurs dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi PT Aneka Tambang Tbk dan situs website resmi Bank Indonesia (BI). Data yang digunakan dalam bentuk periode per bulan mulai tahun 2017 hingga 2021 yang di publish selama 5 tahun berturut-turut. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Kurs tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Tingkat suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara variabel inflasi, kurs dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. Berdasarkan analisis koefisiensi determinasi nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,242 yang berarti bahwa 24,2% variasi nilai volume perdagangan saham PT Aneka Tambang Tbk ditentukan oleh tiga variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu inflasi, kurs dan tingkat suku bunga.

Abstract

Public services that provide a service to clients is one of the important variables that provide an important commitment to create a good reputation and trust locally. Public protests in the form of long queues, helpless assistance, and actually bad offices do not satisfactorily influence the picture and quality of administrative levels in public areas. the research that I use is descriptive research. This research is called descriptive research with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The population in this study are all people who are customers at the Praya District Office. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted on 60 respondents regarding community perceptions and satisfaction with the services of the Praya District Office, it is measured based on community satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in terms of administrative services, the results obtained are Community Satisfaction Index per indicator where there are 14 indicators, namely ( 1) service procedures with a total IKM score of 76.66 included in the good category, (2) service requirements with a total IKM score of 68.33 included in the good category, (3) clarity of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.33 included in the good category, (4) the discipline of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.75 is included in the good category, (5) the responsibility of service officers with a total IKM value of 65.41 is included in the good category, (6) the ability of service officers with the total IKM score of 66.66 is included in the good category, (7) the speed of service with a total IKM score of 61.66 is included in the poor category, (8) the fairness of getting services with a total IKM score of 64.58 is included in the good category, (9) politeness and friendliness of staff with a total IKM score of 63.75 included in the good category, (10) fairness of service fees with a total IKM score of 65.83 included in the good category, (11) certainty of service fees with a total IKM score of 64.16 is included in the good category, (12) the certainty of service schedules with a total IKM value of 56.66 is included in the good category, (13) environmental comfort with a total IKM value of 66.66 is included in the good category and (14) environmental safety with a total IKM value of 66.25 included in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of SSB Characteristics on financial performance of Islamic Banks in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia and Indonesia. To establish the relationship between SSB characteristics and financial performance, secondary data from banks’ annual report was collected and then analysed using Panel data regression model and T test with the help of Eviews 10.Result shows that there is no significant effect of the observed characteristics (size, doctoral degree, number of meetings) on financial performance of Islamic banks Originality/value – the strength of this study is that it focuses on the two most prominent countries regarding Islamic finance in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

The objectives of this journal are analyzing the idea of studying the concept of adab studying in the Book of Washoya by Shaikh Muhammad Syakir, and how is this idea used in contemporary Islamic teaching? The journal will offer insights for Islamic educators and thinkers on how the idea of adab studies in the Book of Washoya can be utilized in contemporary Islamic education as a way to safeguard Islamic values and create a quality generation of civilized Muslims. Research is literature research. Documents from previous research articles related to the study of adab studying in the book of Washoya by Shaikh Muhammad Syakir were used as the primary data source for this study. While the data analysis approach uses primary and secondary data analysis techniques. Study Results: 1. The Book of Washoya by Shaikh Muhammad Syakir emphasizes good attitudes and ethics when seeking knowledge. 2. Students can understand and absorb the material they have received by using the concept of adab learning in the book of Washoya, thus making them more enthusiastic and encouraged to continue learning. The principle of adab learning in the learning process needs to be emphasized and strengthened in modern Islamic education if students are to absorb knowledge properly and appropriately.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan membantu sekolah mewujudkan terciptanya mutu lulusan dan mutu pembelajaran. Tujuan khusus PKM adalah penguatan kompetensi pedagogy guru menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran dan praktik mengajar mewujudkan kecakapan kolaborasi siswa berbasis model kooperatif. Metode PKM yang digunakan adalah metode pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada guru SDN 02 Bangkal Kota Banjarbaru dengan menerapkan model ORPAER (observe, reflec, plan, action, evaluate, reflec) yang dibagi dalam 4 siklus yaitu; 1) pra-PKM, 2) in service training satu (IST-1) selama 6 jam pelajaran setara 1 hari, 3) on the job training (OJT) selama 40 jam pelajaran setara 30 hari, dan 4) in service training dua (IST-2) selama 6 jam pelajaran setara 1 hari. Sasaran PKM adalah semua guru SDN 02 Bangkal Kota Banjarbaru berjumlah delapan orang guru dan 6 kelas peserta didik. Moda pendidikan dan pelatihan menggunakan moda luring/ tatap muka langsung data PKM dihimpun melalui pendekatan kualititaf dan kuantitatif, dan data dianalisis mengunakan uji statistic deskriptif dengan teknik prosentase. Hasil berdasarkan tujuan pengabdian yaitu 1) Guru telah mampu mengembangkan perencanaan pembelajaran (RPP) menerpakan model pembelajaran kooperatif untuk mengukur kecakapan kolaborasi siswa. 2) Guru telah mampu mempraktikkan pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif sesuai pilihan guru dan mampu menerapkan penilaian proses kecakapan kolaborasi siswa
