Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat efikasi diri yang dimiliki oleh siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes, (2) tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian yang dimiliki oleh siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes, (3) hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian pada siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek penelitian sebanyak 62 siswa yang diambil dari sebagian siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Maret - April 2014. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa skala efikasi diri dan kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian. Validitas instrumen diuji menggunakan rumus product moment. Reliabilitas instrumen diuji menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan analisis dan analisis korelasi product moment dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 16.0 for Windows. Penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat efikasi diri siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes 51,6 % pada kategori sedang, (2) tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes 69,4 % pada kategori tinggi, (3) ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian pada siswa kelas IX MTs Al Hikmah Brebes, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,575. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian sebesar 33,0% dan selebihnya sebesar 67,0% oleh variabel lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pemahaman konsep siswa dan miskonsepsi siswa pada materi gerak melingkar beraturan.Â Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptifÂ kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan Â di Â SMA Â negeri Â 8 Â semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan tes. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes diagnostik pilihan ganda four-tier. Hasil analisis uji validasi secara keseluruhan aspek persentasenya adalah 80.2% dengan kategori layak digunakan sebagai tes diagnostik pada materi gerak melingkar beraturan.Â Tes diagnostik four tier dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi pemahaman konsep siswa dan miskonsepsi siswa. Siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 8 Semarang teridentifikasi mengalami miskonsepsi pada materi gerak melingkar beraturan dan perlu ditingkatkan pemahamannya.Â Â

In Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) learning, there is a problem-solving discussion which will bring to student interaction in solving the problems, these interactions are governed by a norm, the norm governing mathematics learning is the norm called as sociomathematics, in term of non ambiguity norm, third person comprehension, justification mathematical norm, differentiation mathematical norm, validation norm, relevance norm. This research has purpose to describe the application of sociomathematics norms in the learning of CPS. This research was a qualitative descriptive study by using subjects of elementary school students of SDN Jatingaleh 01. The total numbers of samples taken were 32 students who were divided into 13 male students and 19 female students. The data collection technique was by using observation, interview and documentation, whereas, the data analysis techniques was done by using triangulation technique. The results showed that the application of sociomathematics norms in SDN Jatingaleh 01 Semarang was quite well with the total percentage of 13% of students or 4 students considered in a good category, there are 59% or 19 students was in moderate category, and there was 28% or 9 students who considered in the less category in applying the sociomathematics norm. Meanwhile, the indicator of sociomathematics norm which is most widely adopted by students is Validation Norm where the majority of students agree that the solution chosen by the group to be applied in resolving a problem. Whereas, the norm which is less applied by the students in the mathematical problem solving process is Relevance Norm, this indicated that the fifth grade students have not been able to express or convey the suitability of the solutions offered by the existing problems.

This study aims to reduce stress in the completion of thesis through peer tutoring method in student of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, UNY. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects were 70 Guidance and Counseling Study Program students. Sampling techniques used purposive technique. Data collection used stress scale in the completion of thesis and observation guideline. The result of the pretest with the scale of stress in the completion of the thesis obtained a number of 14 students who were given an action. Data analysis technique used quantitative technique. The results showed a decrease in stress level in Guidance and Counseling student through peer tutoring method. This was indicated by the pretest average score of 104.8 (high category). After being given the action in cycle I, the average post test I score was 90.3 (medium category). This means that in cycle I there was a decrease in the average score of 14.5%. Provision of action continued in cycle II with the result of post test II obtained an average score of 72.2 (low category). This means that in cycle II there is a decrease in the average score of 18.1%. The decrease in the average score in the post test I and II obtained a total of 32.6%.

The study aims at identifying the influence of the problem-focused coping strategy on academic stress decrease of VIII Grade students in junior high schools. The study is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design. During the conduct of the study, the population of the participants was 180 students and the samples were gathered from the population by means of purposive sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 10 students, consisting of 5 students as the members of the experimental group and 5 students as the members of the control group. Then, the instrument that had been implemented in the group was the academic stress scale. On the other hand, the data analysis technique that had been implemented in the study was the non-parametric statistics namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study show that the problem-focused coping strategy has influence on academic stress decrease with the rate of significance 5% (sig. = 0.042, p < 0.05). Therefore, it might be safely concluded that the problem-focused coping strategy has influence on the academic stress decrease among the Grade VIII students in junior high schools.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the use of learning props on the improvement of cognitive abilities and the value of interest in student learning. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Karangtengah Demak Regency. Cognitive ability was measured using a test instrument in the form of a description test of eight questions, while interest in learning was measured using a questionnaire instrument with a likert scale of 12 statements. The results showed students' cognitive ability increased by 0.51 with the moderate category in all cognitive aspects researched, and students' learning interest showed a very good response on the three aspects researched were 81,12% for pleasure aspects; 83,75% for the attention aspect; and 87,34% for participation aspect. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of physics education props can affect the improvement of students' cognitive abilities in grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Karangtengah Demak Regency. The use of props can also affect the student's interest in learning.

Teaching materials that are commonly used do not meet the needs and criteria of the 2013 curriculum which emphasizes character education and student activity. In addition, student motivation to learn physics is also low. In this research, I-SETS physics teaching material is supplemented with characters to increase student motivation. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD). Based on validation by media and material experts as well as one practitioner it was found that physics-based I-SETS-based physics supplemented characters scored 85.03% with a very decent category. Based on the readability test results, an average score of 64.47% is included in the easy to read category. While based on the results of student motivation questionnaires, interviews and observation sheets found that I-SETS-based physics teaching materials can increase learning motivation. The results of the student character questionnaire showed that religious character, discipline, responsibility, and care for the developing environment. Meanwhile, based on observations it shows that the religious character, discipline, responsibility, and environmental care are entrenched.

This research aims to analyze the increase in learning outcomes of students through the development of integrated Physics teaching material verses of the Quran. This research uses research and development methods (RnD) with one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were thirty students of grade XI in SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. Research data was collected using questionnaires and pretest-posttest questions. The materials that have been developed are tested using feasibility test questionnaire by validators and hitch test. The resultt show that the average assessment percentage is 83.07% which is very feasible. For the readability test showing the average score is 76.40% means this teaching material is easy to understand. Based on the test, it can be said that integrated Physics teaching material verses of the Quran are very feasible and easy to understand so that it can be used as a learning source. The increation of learning outcomes with N-gain score is 0.63 shows that using integrated Physics teaching material verses of the Quran can significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Education as the main foundation for individuals to develop their abilities. This research includes research and development (R&D). This Research aims to find out how the validity and effectiveness of guided inquiry-based learning modules to improve environmental attitudes and HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) of students. This research used 32 students as sample. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The implementation of this learning module shows an increase related to the attitude of caring for the environment and HOTS of students. The benefits of this research for educators are to provide a reference to learning models that are effective in increasing environmental attitudes of students and HOTS of students. The conclusions in this research are guided inquiry-based learning modules in environmental pollution lesson is valid and effectively used to increase environmental attitudes of students and HOTS of students.

Nilai perusahaan dapat memberikan kemakmuran pemegang saham secara maksimal apabila harga saham perusahaan meningkat. Salah satu aspek pengukuran nilai perusahaan adalah harga saham perusahaan karena mencerminkan penilaian dan investor atas keseluruhan ekuitas yang dimiliki perusahaan tersebut. Untuk mencapai nilai perusahaan umumnya para pemodal menyerahkan pengelolaannya kepada professional yang diposisikan sebagai manajer ataupun komisaris. Akan tetapi hal ini akan menimbulkan hubungan keagenan, oleh karena itu diperlukan GCG sebagai control bagi perusahaan agar tetap pada batasan yang seharusnya. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh GCG, independensi auditor dan kualitas audit terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dengan GCG yang diproksikan oleh kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan publik, dewan komisaris dan komite audit. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan dan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2024 sd 2018. Sample yang diambil adalah sebanyak 42 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan publik dan kualitas audit berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan probabilitas sebesar 0.000, 0.002, 0.012 dan 0.000. 2) Dewan komisaris, komite audit dan independensi auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan probabililtas sebesar 0.417, 0.713 dan 0.806. 3) Hasil koefisien determinasi variabel independen mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan sebesar 24,2%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel independen ada yang berpengaruh dan ada yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh sebesar 24,2% terhadap nilai perusahaan.
