Kindergarten children’s still have difficulty to work in a team. Some of them still focus on their own activities without regard to their friends. This shows that there are deficiencies in the learning process so that children empathy does not yet develop. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of storytelling and roleplaying media in increasing empathy skills of kindergarten students. The research method was a quasi-experimental design. The subject was kindergarten students who were within the age range of 5-6 in Genuk district in which samples were 31 students as the experimental class and 21 students as the control class. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, paired t-test, and independent t-test. The results showed that the storytelling and roleplaying media could significantly increase empathy of early childhood (AUD), the average score of AUD social empathy of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class and 32.46% of AUD social empathy in the experimental class was in the Developing as Expected (BSH). Therefore, it could be concluded that the application of storytelling and roleplaying method was effective in increasing social empathy skills compared to the application of storytelling media only.

Guru dituntut untuk mengembangkan keprofesiannya, baik dalam keahlina di bidangnnya ataupun melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan penulisan karya ilmiah.  Kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang mengalami kendala dalam melakukan PTK dan penulisan karya ilmiah. Hal ini tentunya berdampak pada kenaikan pangkat. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, salah satunya program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) bagi guru melalui MGMP. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah menyelenggarakan pelatihan bagi guru melalui kegiatan MGMP dengan model Action Learning berbasis fasilitasi. Tujuan khususnya adalah membantu guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan melakukan PTK dan menulis karya ilmiah. Metode pemecahan masalah mitra, dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan terprogram. Desain metode/model pemecahannya Action Learning berbasis fasilitasi, dengan desain workshop full-day introductory. Sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan, dilakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan kepala sekolah dan ketua MGMP. Hasil FGD digunakan untuk mendesain skenario pelatihan untuk setiap kegiatan, dan materi pelatihan.  Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan PTK dan penulisan karya ilmiah telah meningkat. Hal ini tampak dari jumlah artikel yang dapat ditulis oleh guru peserta PKM. Sebanyak 17 artikel dan 20 proposal PTK diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini.Teachers are required to develop their professionalism, both in skills in their fields or conducting classroom action research (CAR) and writing scientific papers. In fact, there are still many teachers who experience problems in conducting CAR and writing scientific papers. This of course has an impact on promotion. Therefore it is necessary to carry out community service activities, one of which is the community partnership program (PKM) for teachers through MGMP. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide training for teachers through MGMP activities with a facilitation-based Action Learning model. Its specific purpose is to help teachers improve their ability to do CAR and write scientific papers. Partner problem solving method, by conducting programmed training. The design of the solution method / model of facilitation-based Action Learning, with a full-day introductory workshop design. Prior to the implementation of the training, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted with the school principal and the head of the MGMP. The results of the FGDs were used to design training scenarios for each activity, and training materials. PKM results show that the ability of teachers to carry out CAR and writing scientific papers has increased. This can be seen from the number of articles that can be written by PKM participating teachers. A total of 17 articles and 20 PTK proposals were obtained from this PKM activity

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa pada materi Inti Atom dan Radioaktivitas yang diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara masih cukup rendah, yaitu sebesar 45,5%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran model Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) dengan metode diskusi dan eksperimen. Sampel adalah mahasiswa peserta matakuliah Fisika Dasar 2 rombel 2 tahun 2016 Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes). Diskusi meliputi diskusi kelompok dan diskusi kelas. Eksperimen yang dilakukan menggunakan detektor geiger muller meliputi membuat kurva plateau, menentukan karakteristik cacah latar dan menentukan koefisien serapan bahan. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik tes. Setelah pembelajaran diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dalam kriteria sedang dengan nilai gain sebesar 0,50. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung sebesar -1,402, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model DLPS terhadap hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa. Model DLPS dengan metode diskusi dan eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa Fisika Dasar 2 rombel 2 tahun 2016 Unnes. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Cognitive learning result of university students in Nuclear Physics and Radioactivity which found by interview technique are low, around of 45.5%. The study aims to increase cognitive learning result of students after learning by DLPS model with discussion and experiment method. Sample is university students who attended at second course of Fundamental Physics 2 even semester 2016 Unnes. Discussion was included group discussion and class discussion. Experiment was using geiger muller detector to create plateau curve, determine background statistic and determine material absorption coefficient. The data was collected by test. After learning process, cognitive learning result was increased 0,50 in the moderate criteria. Result of t test was found thitung -1,402 and showed that DLPS model influence the cognitive learning result of university student. DLPS model with discussion and experiment method was increased the cognitive learning result of university students who attended at second course of Fundamental Physics 2 even semester 2016.

Learning in the 21st century needs to accommodate e-learning without having to leave face to face in order to keep it interesting and effective. The innovation that can be done is through the implementation of blended learning to combine the two. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, students learn from home so online learning is a must. The purpose of this study is to analyze students' cognitive learning outcomes through the implementation of blended learning in Science in the material on temperature and its changes in Junior High School. This experimental research used a pretest-posttest control group design which contained an experimental class (blended learning) and a control class (online learning only). The sample of this research is the 7th grade students at SMPIT Harapan Bunda Semarang. Collecting data in this study used test methods in the form of pretest and posttest. For data analysis used analysis of learning outcomes completeness, N-gain test and t-test. Based on data analysis, it was found that the implementation of blended learning in Junior high school in science learning was effective enough to improve students’ cognitive learning outcomes compared to face-to-face online learning only. This is indicated by the percentage of student learning completeness in the experimental class of 79.66%, while in the control class it is 68.33%. From the results of the N-gain test and t-test it was also found that the experimental class had a higher increase of 0.50, while the control class was 0.44. Nowadays, students need scientific literacy to develop skills to deal with technological developments in the industrial era 4.0. According to several studies, the scientific literacy of Junior High School and Islamic Junior High School students in various regions in Indonesia is in the medium and low categories. Innovative teaching materials appropriate for use in online learning are digital teaching materials. The development of SETS-based digital teaching materials is one of the efforts to improve students' scientific literacy in an online learning. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the validity, readability, and effectiveness of SETS based digital heat teaching materials improve the scientific literacy of Junior High School students. The method employed in this research was the Research and Development (R&D. It took the research sample from seventh-grade students of State Junior High School 3 Juwana by selecting three classes totalling 90 students. The expert validation of teaching materials using expert judgment obtained a score of 93.18% and the proof of media experts received 92.65%, indicating that teaching materials were suitable for learning media. The readability test results to the teaching materials using the gap test showed that the teaching materials were easy to understand. The results of the N-gain test from the pretest and posttest scores obtained a score of 0.706, which indicated that the enhancement of student’s scientific literacy was in the high category. Based on these result, it can be concluded that SETS-based digital teaching materials were effective in improving the scientific literacy of Junior High School students.

This research is focusing on the development of early childhood character, especially social emotional and child independence. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of role-playing learning for the development of emotional social attitudes and independence of early childhood. The research is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental type of research and pretest-posttest design. The research population is all Kindergarten students in the target area 5, Godong District, Central Java. The research sample are 22 children. Sampling used a suitability random draw technique. The data analysis technique used the statistical calculation of the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study indicate that the themed role-play learning in collaboration to develop children's social emotional character obtained a mean value of 42.07 from the maximum score of 50. The development of self-reliance character, learning to play a role obtained a mean value of 33.82. This shows that role playing learning is more effective for developing social emotional characters compared to the development of students' independent character with a mean difference of 8.25.

Cu-doped ZnO (ZnO:Cu) thin film was deposited on glass substrate using a sol-gel spin coating method. The film was prepared at various spinning rate followed by sintering at 250 °C for 10 min and annealing at 350 °C for 2 hours. The effect of spinning rate on structural properties was investigated by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray (EDX). The diffraction pattern indicated that Cu-ZnO thin films showed a strong c-axis orientation, i.e. the peak attributed to (002) plane at a of corresponding to hexagonal wurtzite crystals. An increase in the spinning rate resulted in ZnO:Cu thin films with high homogeneity. It was further proved by SEM and EDX results.

Online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic that lasted more than a year made students' interest in learning and learning outcomes decrease. Therefore, online learning innovation is needed, one of which is the use of problem-based worksheets. This study aims to describe learning innovations with problem-based worksheets on the Doppler Effect material and to determine the increase in learning outcomes and acceptability responses to students after using problem-based worksheets in online learning. This study uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Learning outcomes data were revealed by tests while student responses were revealed through interviews. Tests are given at the beginning and end of learning. Learning outcomes data that have been collected were analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The increase in learning outcomes is seen from the difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Student responses to problem-based worksheets are seen from positive or negative tendencies. The results of this study an increase in learning outcomes and positive responses.

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang ragam permainan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Perkembangan sosial emosional yang dikembangkan meliputi percaya diri, tanggung jawab, komunikatif, kerjasama, kegigihan, dan kepedulian sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab, praktek/simulasi, dan pendampingan. Khalayak sasaran yang dituju dalam pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru TK di wilayah Imogiri yang berjumlah 30 guru.Evaluasi yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu evaluasi penyelenggaraan dan evaluasi kemampuan guru dalam mempraktekkan permainan untuk anak. Untuk evaluasi penyelenggaraan digunakan angket yang diisi oleh peserta dan hasilnya 90 % guru TK merasa materi yang disampaikan sesuai dan bermanfaat. Sedangkan evaluasi kemampuan guru dalam mempraktekkan permainan diperoleh hasil melebihi 80 %. Adapun permainan yang disimulasikan sebanyak 26 permainan. Kata kunci: pelatihan, permainan, sosial emosional
