Abstract

The use of technology and the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has the potential to improve product marketing strategies. E-commerce, as a product sales platform, is currently becoming popular and widely used. The number of e-commerce users continues to grow because of the ease of getting the desired product. Low interest in repurchasing needs to be considered in management's perspective to improve strategic planning and company services. The researchers point out that repurchase intentions are a much-studied topic in the current era of globalization. For this reason, this research will examine the influence of brand reputation and service quality on repurchase interest on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Data processing using SmartPLS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests for the indicators used showed validity and reliability and the results of the classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity in the variables. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that brand reputation does not have a significant influence on repurchase interest, while service quality has a significant influence on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially the culinary sector, have great potential but are often hampered by inadequate financial management. Thi s research seeks to improve the sustainability of the Sempol Ayam Jooz MSME business in Bekasi City through the implementation of a Microsoft Excel-based financial management strategy. Qualitative methods are used with an approach of interviews, observations, and direct training to owners and employees. The results show that the previous manual financial recording system was ineffective. This research developed an Excel template to record daily transactions, sales, and provide a financial dashboard. Intensive training and mentoring are provided to ensure proper understanding and implementation. The application of Excel templates has been proven to provide practical solutions, increase operational efficiency, and support better business decision-making, thereby contributing to the sustainability of Sempol Ayam Jooz MSME business.

Abstract

This service journal highlights the efforts to develop the product packaging of chicken sempol in Sempol Ayam Wisnu micro-enterprise located in South Cikarang. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, combining direct observation and interviews with MSME owners. This service program aims to improve the competitiveness of Sempol Ayam products in Cibatu Village, South Cikarang, by implementing effective branding and packaging strategies. Sempol Ayam micro-enterprise managed by Mr. Mustofa faces various challenges in terms of branding, packaging, and marketing, which have an impact on consumer perceptions and product positioning in an increasingly competitive market. Through qualitative methods involving in-depth observations and interviews, we identified an urgent need to improve the product's visual identity and packaging. The program included the development of a new attractive and memorable logo, as well as a tagline that reflects the product's values. In addition, we provided training on effective marketing strategies, including proper utilization of social media and promotional techniques, to expand market reach. The results of the program showed a significant increase in product appeal, selling points, and brand awareness among consumers. Hopefully, this strategy can empower Sempol Ayam MSMEs to continue to innovate, improve product quality, and ultimately contribute to the welfare of the local community. This program not only provides direct benefits to Pak Mustofa's business, but also serves as an inspiring example for other MSMEs in facing similar challenges in a competitive market

Abstract

This study aims to explore how service excellence influences consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with consumers who have transacted through digital platforms such as marketplaces and social media. The findings indicate that consumers perceive service excellence as an important factor in their purchasing decisions. Fast, responsive, and informative services create a positive experience that encourages loyalty and repeat purchases. Furthermore, in today’s digital age, good service interactions not only enhance customer satisfaction but also influence brand perception and reputation on social media. This study concludes that service excellence impacts not only the initial purchasing decision but also the long-term relationship between consumers and companies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the pricing strategies adopted by Bakso Malang vendors around the Universitas Pelita Bangsa (UPB) campus in response to rising production costs. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing data collection techniques such as semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation, with data validation through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the vendors implement three primary strategies: (1) cost-based pricing to ensure production costs are covered, (2) price adjustment through portion or quality reduction (downsizing), and (3) value-based pricing that reflects consumer perception of product worth. These findings offer significant contributions to the literature on micro and small enterprise (MSE) pricing strategies by highlighting the socio-cultural and psychological dimensions often overlooked in quantitative approaches. The practical implications emphasize the need for context-sensitive pricing flexibility and the importance of supportive policies that adapt to market dynamics.

Abstract

In the dynamic modern economy, inflation poses a significant challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which serve as the backbone of the national economy. This research focuses on analyzing the strategies employed by MSMEs, specifically Kedai AA in Cikarang, in confronting raw material price fluctuations caused by inflation. The primary objective is to comprehend the application of managerial economic strategies and SWOT analysis for business sustainability amidst these economic pressures. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study methodology, data was meticulously collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and comprehensive documentation of Kedai AA’s operations. The findings reveal that Kedai AA implements several adaptive strategies, including gradual price adjustments, product innovation, and leveraging strong customer loyalty, efficient operational cost management, and a strategic location. The SWOT analysis further identified key internal strengths such as unique recipes and positive reputation, alongside weaknesses in financial management and limited digital technology utilization. External opportunities were identified in the growth of online food delivery platforms and government support programs for MSMEs, while threats included uncontrolled raw material price increases, declining consumer purchasing power, and intense competition. These insights led to the formulation of specific SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies aimed at maintaining profitability and enhancing business resilience in an inflationary environment.

Abstract

In every nation, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a top priority for development. This is because MSMEs have made significant contributions to the nation, particularly in the social and economic spheres. MSMEs are crucial for absorbing workers from the unorganized sector and balancing community income, particularly in the areas, in addition to boosting the nation's economic progress. Nevertheless, the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) received concerns from the public about the trading cart support program. has not been delivered. After learning of this, it was discovered that commerce had engaged in corruption in the purchase of MSME carts. both in 2018 and 2019. Everyone should be concerned about corruption since it is a worldwide issue. The idea of a totalitarian government, which is a dictatorship in which a small number of people hold all the power, is typically associated with corrupt behaviors. A totalitarian power structure makes it difficult for the media and society to uncover such corrupt behaviors. A democratic style of governance offers the best chance to reveal corrupt practices. Because avaricious political and economic elites band together to take advantage of Indonesia's natural resources for their own benefit, corruption has a significant negative influence on the environment. It also continues to have a significant negative impact on other areas, including politics, democracy, education, and community life. The waste of money, time, and resources brought on by corrupt activities is referred to as inefficiency brought on by corruption. The declining quality of goods and services is one example of corruption-related inefficiency. In order to cut expenses and increase personal benefit, corruption frequently entails lowering requirements or fabricating reports. Infrastructure, public services, or subpar products are affected, leading to their rapid destruction or inefficiency. Abstract

This devotions aims to assist small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Dimsum Nyoo in determining pricing strategies based on market demand. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach, based on observations and interviews with business leaders. The results of the study indicate that pricing strategies based on cost of goods sold (COGS) and market analysis can build customer loyalty. Despite fluctuating raw material prices, Dimsum Nyoo managed to maintain stable quality and prices, thus contributing to its growth. These results highlight the importance of adaptive pricing to support the sustainability of MSMEs in a competitive market.

Abstract

Professional Make Up Training for Improving Skills and Entrepreneurship of Local Communities in Jayamukti Village, Cikarang aims to provide knowledge and skills in the field of make-up to the local community in order to improve the quality of life and open up new business opportunities. Jayamukti Village, located in Cikarang, has great human resource potential, but is often limited by access to relevant skills training. This training program is implemented with a practical approach, involving experienced instructors in the field of professional make-up, and materials that are tailored to the needs of the ever-growing beauty market. By participating in this training, participants are expected to be able to master professional make-up techniques that are not only useful for personal needs, but can also be capital to open a business in the beauty sector. In addition, this training is also expected to increase self-confidence, open up new job opportunities, and support the development of sustainable local entrepreneurship in Jayamukti Village. Evaluation of the success of the training showed an increase in participants' skills, as well as a high interest in applying the knowledge gained in independent beauty businesses, which in turn contributed to the local economy.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between diversity and workforce well-being in Indonesia using a literature review approach. Workforce diversity encompasses various elements such as age, gender, culture, and types of employment, which if managed effectively can enhance creativity and productivity. However, without inclusive management strategies, diversity may lead to discrimination and imbalance. Moreover, employee well-being is influenced not only by wages but also by social protection, legal safeguards, and work-life balance. National regulations, such as the Labor Law and its implementing rules, reflect formal efforts to protect workers, yet their implementation remains insufficient, particularly for vulnerable groups such as women and contract workers. This study highlights the importance of collaboration among the government, companies, and workers in creating fair and sustainable workplaces. It also emphasizes the need to strengthen regulations and supervision to achieve comprehensive workforce well-being.
