Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment in preventing fraud in student organizations at Bandung Islamic University. Fraud, which is generally associated with profit-oriented entities, can also occur in non-profit organizations such as student organizations, thereby threatening the integrity and sustainability of the organization. This study uses a verifiable method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a survey of 121 student organization administrators from various student organizations. Statistical analysis was performed to test the hypothesis regarding the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on fraud prevention. The results show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. An organizational culture that emphasizes teamwork, results orientation, and human orientation encourages ethical behavior and reduces fraudulent practices. Meanwhile, organizational commitment, which consists of affective, continuance, and normative commitment, encourages loyalty, responsibility, and compliance with organizational values, thereby strengthening fraud prevention efforts. These findings emphasize the importance of building an ethical culture and strengthening member commitment as a strategy for improving governance and transparency in student organizations.

Abstract

This study explores the role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in West Sumatra in contributing to Indonesia’s economic revival through a Sharia-compliant creative economy. Using a quantitative research design and a sample of 150 respondents, including both business owners and consumers, the research investigates the relationships between the creative economy, Sharia framework, product innovation, and public acceptance of the Sharia economy, with economic revival as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS, revealing that public acceptance of the Sharia economy mediates the relationship between the creative economy and economic revival, as well as between the Sharia framework and economic revival. The findings show that while the creative economy's direct impact on economic recovery is limited, public trust in Sharia-compliant business practices significantly enhances this relationship. Similarly, the Sharia framework plays a key role in driving economic revival, with public acceptance amplifying its effects. These results underscore the importance of aligning innovation and ethical compliance with public values to foster sustainable economic growth in Sharia-based economies. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and business leaders on the critical role of public acceptance in leveraging the potential of SMEs for economic recovery.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, promotion, and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions on the Skintific brand. In the competitive skincare industry, these factors play an important role in shaping consumer perceptions and influencing purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where questionnaires are distributed to consumers of Skintific products. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the influence of each variable. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, followed by effective promotion and strong brand image. These findings indicate that improving product quality, appropriate promotional strategies, and strengthening brand image can improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study provides insight for Skintific management in formulating more effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Abstract

Various events can pose risks to the quality of Islamic banking, both globally and bring improvements and enhancements to the quality of Pandemic Covid-19, which was identified entering Indonesia since March 2, 2020, has significantly reduced economic activities, especially with the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) since April 10, 2020. The objective of this research is to understand and analyze the impact of non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio, operational cost to operational income on financial performance. The method used in this research is quantitative data method with hypothesis testing, employing multiple linear regression using cross-data and time series. Data management in this research is assisted using the Statistica Program for Social Science (SPSS) Version 23. The research results show that Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative impact on Return On Asset (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) negatively influences Return On Asset (ROA), Operational Cost to Operational Income (BOPO) has a positive impact on Return On Asset (ROA), and simultaneously the variables Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Cost to Operational Income (BOPO) affect Financial Performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks from 2018 to 2021. Islamic Commercial Banks are expected to be more cautious in providing financing, as the researched data shows that the level of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio significantly affects the financial performance (ROA) of Islamic banks.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of entrepreneurial skills and leadership style in influencing business performance, especially for women entrepreneurs. In the age of globalization and increasingly intense competition, women entrepreneurs must possess sufficient skills and apply efficient leadership styles in order to achieve the best business outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which entrepreneurial skills and leadership styles impact the business performance of women entrepreneurs. This study involved women entrepreneurs in Bekasi district with 100 respondents randomly selected as the research sample. Information was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) technique to test the research model and hypotheses. The analysis found that entrepreneurial ability and leadership style have a major impact on firm performance. The entrepreneurial capability has been shown to make a significant contribution to improving operational efficiency and the ability to innovate, while a flexible and inspiring leadership style is able to improve team motivation and performance. It was found that it is important for women entrepreneurs to develop appropriate competencies and leadership styles to support their business success.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a very important role for the company in order to provide maximum results besides that it will also have the best professionalism that can be relied upon to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, and work environment on employee productivity at PT ABC. The company has goals to be achieved, and it is desirable that workers want to work according to the standards set by the company, and the company wants its employees to work very productively. The sample in this study were 70 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods using validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests multiple regression tests, t tests and F tests with the help of SPSS statistics.Keywords: Work Supervision, Work Culture, Work Environment and Work Productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial media marketing dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen Scarlett Whitening. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen (sosial media marketing dan influencer marketing) terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial media marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, terutama melalui konten yang menarik dan interaktif. Selain itu, influencer marketing juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen melalui ulasan dan testimoni. Kedua variabel secara simultan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menyarankan perusahaan untuk terus memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan kolaborasi dengan influencer guna meningkatkan daya tarik produk.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the influence of investigative audit and auditor experience on fraud detection. The method used in this study is a verification method with a quantitative approach with a population of internal auditors at the Financial and Development Audit Agency (BPKP) of West Java Province. Sampling was carried out by non-probability with purposive sampling method. Then the calculation of sampling is calculated using SPSS 23 software with a total of 35 internal auditors. Test the validity of the instrument using product moment correlation and test the reliability of the instrument using Cronbach's alpha. In this study there are methods used, namely the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the magnitude of the effect of the investigative audit variable on fraud detection is 41.3%, while the effect of the auditor's experience variable on fraud is 15.7%. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Audit investigatif dan Pengalaman Auditor terhadap Pendeteksian Kecurangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi auditor internal pada Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non-probabilitay dengan metode purposive sampling. Kemudian perhitungan pengambilan sampel dihitung menggunakan software SPSS 23 dengan jumlah 35 auditor internal. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan alpha cronbach. Pada penelitian ini terdapat metode yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji f, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel audit investigatif terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan adalah sebesar 41,3% sedangkan pengaruh variabel pengalaman auditor terhadap kecurangan adalah 15,7%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Variasi Produk, Promosi dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis data dengan menggunakan media komputer yang menjalankan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. PLS (Partial Least Square) adalah alat analisis persamaan (SEM) berbasis varian yang memungkinkan penguji model struktural dan model pengukuran dilakukan secara bersamaan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Kentucky Fried Chicken di Kab. Bekasi yang berjumlah kurang dari 100 sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Variasi Produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan (Y) yang mana variabel Variasi Produk sebesar 4,913 dan dinyatakan signifikan karena nilai t-statistik > 1,66 (4,913>1,66). Variabel Promosi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) variabel promosi sebesar 3,392 dan dinyatakan signifikan karena nilai t-statistik > 1,66 (3,392>1,66). Variabel Harga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) variabel Harga sebesar 2,270 dan dinyatakan signifikan karena nilai t-statistik > 1,66 (2,270>1,66). variabel Variasi Produk (X1), Promosi (X2), Harga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) dan juga variabel Variasi Produk, Promosi, Harga sebesar 64,433 dan dinyatakan signifikan karena nilai F-statistik > 2,70 (64,433>1,66).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but many MSMEs face challenges in terms of marketing, management, and the use of digital technology. This research aims to identify digital-based MSME development and management strategies in Mekarsari Village, South Tambun, which can increase business competitiveness and sustainability. This research fills the gap in previous studies that focused more on the marketing aspect, by comprehensively examining the application of digitalization in the development of MSMEs. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a community service approach, which consists of stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection is carried out through field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the use of digital strategies such as attractive packaging design, consistent branding, website creation for marketing, and training in the preparation of financial statements has a positive impact on increasing sales and business management. In conclusion, the implementation of digitalization-based strategies is effective in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, and it is important to continue to provide assistance and training so that MSMEs in Mekarsari Village can adapt and develop in an increasingly competitive market.
